Major Nomad to the fanfiction world, same as usual, this content is not meant to bash Treyarch or anyone else who was involved with the original. This is just to show what a remaster could be when the creators are not afraid to break the lore to make a more accurate and content-filled remake of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3/Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. If made into another form of media, I recommend making it a well-made 3D animation series.

To introduce the elephant in the room right away, the missions here are gonna be modified versions of the cutscenes and training scenarios found in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Specialist HQ, with a few new ones, because BO4 narratively takes place before Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, despite the newer versions of the weapons being present in a technical prequel. Also, I will have this and the upcoming Black Ops 4 remake centered around black operations with the world's shadiest and the dark side of technological human augmentation, with both of them balanced.

In my opinion, and according to my countless hours of playing BO3, Treyarch tried to do both but ended up leaning more towards the latter and confusing everyone immensely. Most, if not all, of us wanted a story akin to Black Ops 3's "Ember" Tease, so I'll do my best to deliver that.

The objectives have changed with the action spectacle and creative set pieces having 40 percent of the priority while the character build-up and setting establishment get 60 percent of it. Idea is to make my take on a remade Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 the Top Gun of the Call of Duty franchise, and my remaking of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be the payoff, the natural and direct sequel.

Hope to God I can pull it off. Another thing, I unfortunately have to do this without the Multiplayer Specialists because I believe we have enough characters already, and having to come up with things for the people in your story to do instead of their roles being obvious is an indication that you have too many characters to work with.

But their abilities and callsigns will make appearances from time to time. Some but not all because working with too much content is just as difficult as working with too many people. I believe that if someone wants a remake of the BO3-BO4 Timeline with the Multiplayer Specialists, someone smarter and more creative than me will make one in the future.

Just like how my revised take on the Ghosts storyline isn't what everyone expected or wanted. What's important to me at the end of the day is that the Remake Series concludes well. And I apologize for the absence of a creative cover art for this one just like before.

The reasons why I couldn't deliver on that part this time are because the concept art of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 are, in my opinion, subpar at best, and I don't have the international electronic moola (money) to hire a concept artist. I don't mean any offense to any concept artist who messaged me over the last few months, by the way. I'm sure you guys are awesome, and that's coming from a college student living in the Third World and making these fan fiction stories for free.

Trust me, I really, really, REALLY tried to find something good in BO3 and BO4's art styles. But all I got was confusing and generic cyberpunk stuff. Lastly, about Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, well, that's another interesting but time-consuming can of worms.

What I mean by that is while I do believe that the soft reboot/prequel/sequel duology could've done better, it may take up too much of my limited time left in college before I begin working 24/7 for my future. Only time will tell, but I can't give guarantees. Anyway, to keep everyone up to speed as always, here's my Remake Series in exact order/road map marching on:
