The four met at the park again. Deku and Bakugo were sure they were living there.
"Oi. Kit." Bakugo walked over to her. "Come home with me."
"Uh. What?"
"You heard me." He grabbed her. "Let's go."
"What are you talking about? Let go of me!"
"No way in hell are you livin in some damn park!"
Reiko stopped. "How did you—"
"Cuz I have a brain." Bakugo glared at her. "I ain't lettin you live here. Cmon."
"My sister—"
"Deku's got her."
"My stuff—"
"Taken care of."
Reiko finally relaxed, and then took off, racing Bakugo home.
"Catch me if you can!"

Deku watched as they left. He glanced at Kacchan. Of course, he had Reiko going straight home with him. Deku sighed. Why was he so bad at this?
He just had to get Kuri to come home with him. No pressure.
"H-Hey Kuri. Let's take a walk, ok?" Deku reached for her hand.
Kuri took it. "So where are we walking to?"
"Just walking?" Deku lied. Just yesterday he had met All Might, and he was on his way to his dream.
But how could he do it, become a hero, and ignore a girl in trouble?
Somehow he had to get stronger. And fast. Kuri needed him.
"Izuku." Kuri looked directly at him.
"D-Did you just use my first name?!" Deku stared at her.
"Yeah cuz you were so spacey. You ok?"
Deku laughed. "Yes, but I almost had a heart attack. Jeez."
"It's gonna be ok, I swear." Kuri put her hand on his chest. "I'll be good from now on."
"Um…yeah." Deku was distracted by how cold her hand was. "Are you getting enough to eat and drink?"
"I do my best." Kuri said cagedly.
Deku caught her hand. "Let me take care of you." He burst out.
"I…I…what are you talking about, Deku?" Kuri was looking a little freaked out.
Dial it back. Deku let go of her.
"I just…Me and Kacchan couldn't take it, knowing your situation." Deku sighed. "We went to your house last night."
Kuri sucked in a breath. "Are you hurt? Why do you still know who I am? Deku you shouldn't have risked—"
"Stop. I did risk it. It's what heroes do."
Kuri fell silent for a moment. "So what happened?"
"Your older sister signed all the documents so that you could legally live with me, and some for your sister and Kacchan. We don't wanna split you up…but this way you guys are close to each other. And Kacchan kept insisting…"
Kuri laughed at that. "You totally caved."
"Well he's never liked anyone before! I was mostly shocked!"
Kuri chortled. "Except himself."
"Exactly."
Deku grabbed her hand again, and looked at her. "So…"
"Let's go home Deku."
