Kuri flew to where the others were. "Deku! Sis! Everyone! Emergency!"
Shoto looked up and saw the decay. "It's coming."
"What's going on?!" Deku cried.
"Shigaraki is awake. I'll hold it off. Run." Kuri held up her hands. "Kek-kai" Her feathers grew and encircled the city, creating a barrier and stopping the decay.
"How long will that last?" Shoto asked.
"I have to remain here and maintain it. If my will is shattered so goes the barrier? Kuri said, using her feathers to make spirit doubles.
"Please be careful Kuri…" Deku said.
"I'll carry both you and Sis." Kuri's clone came over, the real one maintaining the barrier. She held both arms out to the two of them. "Shoto follow and provide cover. Everyone. Guard my body and get the citizens to shelter."
"But Kuri!" Deku looked down at the real one.
Kuri grabbed Deku and flew in the air. "He's after you. I'm gonna move sis to his location and you and I are gonna lead him away." Kuri held him close. "I'm sorry Izuku. I'm gonna have to put you in danger."
"But I don't care about that! You're the one…" Deku cried.
"No Zu. It's you. It's always been you. Please try to take care of yourself?" Kuri said.
"and you need to take care of yourself too." Deku said.
Kuri kissed him hard. "I love you. Let's win." Kuri landed.
Kuri grabbed her sister. "Sis. We need to get you to the fight. I can't do much, but you can. You can heal them."
"I know sis…" Reiko sighed.
Kuri put Reiko down in hiding. "There's Aizawa. He needs help hurry."
"I'm fine." Aizawa muttered. "What are you kids doing here?!"
"Sis I'm gonna go. I have to help those Nomu. " The Kuri clone took off.
Deku sighed and went off to fight.
Another Kuri flew up behind Shigaraki to bind him.
Deku continued fighting, as Kuri struggled to bind Shigaraki.
Kuri groaned, then stopped, eyes blanking out. "All…For…One…"
Pain wracked her as Gigantomachia shattered her barrier, killing part of her.
"Ah!" Kuri's eyes blanked out, she locked eyes with Deku. "I-Izuku…" Kuri fell from the sky.
"KURI!" Deku went berserk and attacked.
"What the hell…" Aizawa groaned.
Shoto arrived. "Reiko, you good?"
Reiko wiped her brow, halfway through healing Aizawa. "I'm good."
"I'm gonna give you cover." Shoto said. "I want you to take the infirm and run."
Reiko panted and looked up at him. "What? I can't do that."
Gigantomachia landed and wracked the battlefield. He ripped Shigaraki away as Deku raged.
Bakugo arrived in a boom. "Oi stupid deku! Stop!" He grabbed Deku. "STOP! Bird bitch ain't dead!"
"No argument." Shoto continued. "I want you out of here. The League is here now."
"How do you know she's not?!" Deku snarled, pulling at Bakugo, trying to free himself and punish Shigaraki. "She…she..I saw her!"
"Don't listen." Dabi laughed. "Tenshi is dead. We killed her ourselves. Aw it's true! Shoto found himself a wife!"
Shoto whirled, staring at Dabi questioningly.
Endeavor got in front of them protectively.
Deku sagged mournfully in Bakugo's arms.
"Do I need to teach you a lesson again?" Reiko growled at Dabi.
"Dabi…" Endeavor snarled.
"Why don't you call me by my name. Toya." Dabi smirked, washing the dye out of his hair.
