Inko has been biting her nails the entire time she watched the Sports Festival. Why did Izuku blow himself up on the mines during the very first round? He could have just ran forward and still secured a place in the next round. The 10 million points gimmick was just cruel. The woman wanted to strange whoever came up with that rule. She could practically feel the tension coming from other students as they planned to steal her son's headband. For now she could only pray he gets a decent team.
Prayers were answered. His girlfriends and a mechanic with pink dreadlocks helped him endure through the Cavalry Battle. That boy with dual colored hair seemed to have a grudge against Izuku. Hopefully, this isn't too serious.
First battle ended very quickly. The recommended student from 1A was quickly pushed out of bounds by a shadowy looking quirk. It looks like she wants to cry. What's that? Her son and a girl with funny earlobes came to comfort her. How sweet of them. These kids must truly care for each other.

"I…" Momo looked in shame. "I was beginning to think that I'm not cut out for hero work. How could I be, if Tokoyami-kun defeated without breaking a sweat. But Izuku-kun and Kyouka-chan explained to me that this line of thinking is wrong. Creation is one of the most useful ones in Japan, I simply do not have enough experience using it at the moment. "They are on a date." Momo spoke up. "I know a good place near UA, so I let them borrow my credit card."
"That's very generous of you, Yaomomo." Izuku kissed her on the cheek.
"I understand..." Inko said more to herself this time as she tried to see the positives of her son having so many girls that care this much about him in his life.
"How much for mochi?!" Uraraka screamed after seeing the prices.
"Please, calm dowm, Ochako-chan. Momo-chan said this isn't a big deal for her."
"I don't care! I'm not going to eat food that costs like three months worth of rent!"
