Canterlot City, Canterlot Mall
The story opens inside the Canterlot Mall which is located somewhere in Canterlot City where we see a lot of people doing various things. On the second floor, we see Starlight walking around while Velvet Sky and Scribble Dee are having a conversation.
Going down the escalator, we see Cranky Doodle and another figure making their way down to the first floor.
The figure is a teenage girl had a bluish-gray skin tone, she had a long violet hair with light-purple streaks and she had blue-colored eyes. She wears a baby blue top with a purple ribbon over a yellow blouse, blue skirt with a flower motif over a dark-blue shorts, blue socks with yellow linings and blue sandals. This is Aqua Blossom.
Underneath the escalator, we see Filthy Rich and Diamond Tiara with the former talking on his phone and inside a clothing store, we see Blueberry Pie checking out some clothes while another figure walks around.
The figure is a teenage boy with tall stature and muscular physique, he had a light-blue skin tone, a curly blue flat top-like hair and he had brown-colored eyes. He wears a white track jacket with red trimmings over a blue t-shirt, blue pants and red & white rubber shoes. This is Curly Winds.
At one part of the mall, we see Bright Idea, Silver Spoon and Octavia Melody looking at some displays when an annoyed Juniper Montage, wearing an usher uniform, walks into view when all of a sudden the 'Dance Magic' video of the Rainbooms, the CPA girls, Aine Yuuki, Mio Minato and Mahiru Kasumi began to play all across various television screens, much to Bright and the girls' awe and Juniper's ire.
"Those girls!" Juniper growled in anger, "Ugh! Ahh!" she screamed in annoyance, "First, they get me kicked off the Daring Do set..." she began, "... now..." she trailed while walking backward before bumping onto a poster stand of the Daring Do movie with the Rainbooms alongside Ben Tennyson, Sting Eucliffe, Edwin "Ed" Horace Hill, Raki Kiseki, Aine and Mio featured on the lower part of the poster, "Ooh!" she scoffed while grabbing her head, "They're everywhere!" she shouted, "I bet they'll be at the premiere tonight, I bet I'll be the lucky one ushering them to their seats..." she uttered in frustration, "Ugh!" she groaned before slapping the poster stand several times, grabbing and shaking it, and then dropping it on the floor.
While doing so, Ringo, Mystery Mint, Cherry Crash and another figure watches her actions with weirded-out expressions.
The figure is a teenage boy with a scrawny appearance, he had a gray skin tone, a reddish-brown hair styled in a mohawk with shave sides, and he had light blue-colored eyes. He wears a dark-green t-shirt with a rip linings and a skull logo on the chest, a silver diamond belt wrapped around his waist, diamond ballers, black pants and strapped boots. This is Crimson Napalm.
Figuring that Juniper is someone they shouldn't get involved with, Ringo, Mystery, Cherry and Crimson decided to walk away and left her alone.
Suddenly, the female usher heard a buzzing noise, "Juniper, where are you?" a male voice spoke as Juniper pulls out a walkie-talkie with an annoyed look, "We need you back at the popcorn popper stat!" he beckoned.
"Kerrr!" Juniper made a sound between her gritted teeth, "What was that boss?" she asked rather sarcastically, "Can't hear you!" she exclaimed with an annoyed look, "Losing you!" she claimed before walking off towards a sunglasses kiosk, "If those girls hadn't shown up, I would have played Daring Do!" she expressed, "Tonight would have been about me, I would have been a star!" she exclaimed while putting on a red framed star-shaped shades over her eyes with the male clerk giving her a disapproving shake of his head while Juniper grabs a hand mirror and took a good look at herself, "You're right." she uttered in agreement while taking the shades off, "They are a bit much." she admitted before setting it back down before checking on another pair of glasses, she didn't notice two sparkling white lights coming down from the complex's glass dome which then merges with the hand mirror on the counter with it gaining a crystal-like appearance and the other light on her but the girl didn't noticed.
Juniper then picks up the mirror and quickly looks at her reflection when suddenly the mirror showed a different reflection of her, "WAH!" she shrieked in surprise while dropping the mirror onto the floor, she looks around before speaking, "What was that?" she uttered in shock before poking the mirror with her finger which let's out a shock of magic, "AH!" she screamed once again in shock, she looks around once more before picking up the mirror and then looking at it again with the mirror showing a beautiful reflection of her giving her a kiss while she gasped in amazement, "Incredible!" she exclaimed before tossing some bills on the counter, "Keep the change..." she uttered before walking off while looking at her reflection, "Something tells me this thing's worth it..." she mused.
The scene then changes to a food court somewhere in the mall where we see a lot of people going around the area such as Captain Planet, Blueberry Cake, Heath Burns, Paisley and Valhallen whom are walking around the floor, Velvet & Scribble taking a stroll on the upper floor while having a conversation and Watermelody buying something at a fish stand.
In the middle of the floor, we see Sunset Shimmer sitting on one table while writing on her journal.
"Dear Princess Twilight, all my friends are really excited, and I should be, too, except I can't seem to keep my mind on anything other than our new powers and the rogue magic that's loose in this world and how scary but exhilarating it all is! How does it work? How can we be prepared for it? When will it show up again? Well, you see the problem with the weight of all Equestria on your shoulders sometimes, you must have some advice on how to—" Sunset spoke through her thoughts while expressing various faces while at it when she noticed something concerning, "Oh, no!" she yelped before letting out a sigh, "Shoot." she uttered in frustration.
Pinkie Pie then arrives with a tray of hamburgers in hand, "What's the matter, Sunset Shimmer?" she asked while sitting next to the bacon-haired girl.
"Oh, I just ran out of pages in my journal." Sunset replied rather anxiously, "That's all." she said with a sad look.
Then Rainbow Dash walks past behind her, "Chillax, SunShim..." she advised with a wink before sitting on a table with Twilight Sparkle while Ben Tennyson, Sting Eucliffe, Raki Kiseki, Aine Yuuki and Mio Minato are seen eating lunch at another table.
"Um, who's 'SunShim'?" Fluttershy Breeze asked while joining Applejack Smith on another table.
"That's Sunset Shimmer's new movie star name." Rainbow answered while taking a sip of her drink, "I just made it up!" she shared with a grin while Twilight rolled her eyes.
Applejack shook her head, "For sweet apples' sake, we only have bit parts in this flick." she reminded, "We're not movie stars." she pointed out.
Rarity Belle then sat on their table, "Yet, darling." she corrected with a smile, "Yet." she repeated with Applejack rolling her eyes in amusement.
"You know..." Ben uttered, "... despite my fame back home, I never been casted in a movie." he shared, "So getting casted in a movie, even as an extra, is a pretty nice experience." he admitted.
Sting nodded in response, "Me too." he said in agreement, "Been in several magazine shoots but never in a movie." he stated with a smile.
Ben then turns to the idols, "You girls had been casted in movies before but never been in a minor role right?" he inquired.
Mio chuckled in response, "We got lead roles in fact." she shared.
"But it was kinda nice acting as an extra for once." Aine admitted.
"And it's a good learning experience for a beginner like me!" Raki added with a bright smile, "Kyaha!" she cheered.
"Most of your acting are is pretty much genuine reactions though." Mio pointed out with a nervous grin.
Twilight then turns to Sunset, "There's more bothering you than just journal pages, isn't there, Sunset?" she pointed out in concern.
"Umm, heh..." Sunset uttered nervously.
Pinkie then suddenly leans up against Sunset, "C'mon!" she chimed in, "Share your troubles," she beckoned, "It might help soothe your stressed nerves." she pointed out while rubbing Sunset's cheeks before letting it go.
"Uh, I don't wanna take any of the fun out of our big night..." Sunset reasoned.
Suddenly, Pinkie got onto Sunset's face, "I said spill it, SunShim!" she demanded with a rather scary expression to which surprised Sunset.
Ben took a sip of his smoothie before leaning towards his tablemates, "And this is why people sees Pinkie Pie as an interesting specimen." he shared to which Sting, Raki and Aine chuckled in response.
Mio rolled her eyes, "Pinkie may had a pony counterpart but she's still human you know." she reminded.
Sunset gently placed a hand on Pinkie's face, "Okay, okay...'' she conceded while Pinkie sat back down, "It's just that things have been calm around here, magic-wise.'' she shared.
"And that's bad how, precisely?" Rarity asked.
"It's not." Sunset replied, "It's just that instead of enjoying the fact that things are calm, I'm constantly thinking about things going wrong, even when they aren't." she explained.
"Ooh, like what things?" Fluttershy asked rather nervously.
Sunset shook her head, "I don't know..." she replied, "I shouldn't even be thinking about any of this stuff right now..." she stated, "And neither should any of you." she advised with a cracked smile.
Ben chuckled in response, "Ah, lighten-up, Sunset." he beckoned, "It's only natural for you to feel that way." he reassured, "I mean look at us!" he pointed out, "We're heroes and we still had time to enjoy things we like, and at the same time, we're ready just in case we're needed for an emergency.'' he explained before taking a bite of his burger.
"Still on stand-by?" Aine assumed.
Sting nodded in confirmation, "Indeed." he replied, "But like what Ben said, we're ready just in case we're needed for an emergency.'' he declared.
Suddenly, Sunset's journal began to glow a bright pink to which Pinkie got a hold of it, "Hey, everybody!" the party girl called out while holding the book up high in her hands, "Sunset's getting an Equestritext!" she announced while standing up to which the bacon-haired girl snatched the book from her before giving the party girl a look whom responded with a sheepish grin.
"So, what's it say?'' Applejack asked.
Sunset read her journal, "Princess Twilight wants me to come to..." she read out loud before gaining a look of concern, "... Equestria." she uttered in dread.
Meanwhile in the mall's movie theater, we see Blueberry Cake, Micro Chips and Tennis Match loitering around while having a conversation, and at the concession stand, we see Juniper admiring her image presented to her by the magic mirror.
"It's like this mirror is the only one around here who gets me." Juniper commented when she heard an irritated cough.
"Ahem…"
Juniper perk up and turned around to see a male figure with a broom in his hand, "Popcorn spill at the condiment counter." he beckoned before handing the object to her.
The figure is a young man with a tall stature and a lanky appearance, and he had a light-green skin tone. He had a short smoothly-messy green hair, he had brown eyes and sports a thin mustache. He wears a maroon-colored vest with yellow trims over a purple-collared shirt with folded sleeves, black pants, brown & white rubber shoes and maroon & yellow open cap. This is Brim Marco.
"Does this look like someone who cleans popcorn spills?" Juniper retorted before showing him her mirror.
Brim looks at the mirror and saw his reflection before raising an eyebrow, "No." he replied rather bluntly, "It looks like someone about to fire somebody." he pointed out in annoyance.
Juniper slouched down, "Ugh!" she groaned while dragging both the broom and a scooper to the spill before letting in out a deep sigh, "This is the worst," she grumbled, "Hey, I know what will perk me up!" she declared, "A little Mirror Me time!" she exclaimed before pulling out the glass to see herself once more which made her giggle, "That's more like it!" she cheered, "I wish this popcorn would just clean itself up so I could just stare at you all day..." she uttered when all of a sudden, the mirror began to glow before shooting out a beam that struck the mess of food on the floor and making it disappear in an instant, much to her surprise.
Brim arrives and noticed that the popcorn spill are gone, "Whuh?" he uttered in surprise, "Done already?" he questioned while rubbing the back of his neck, "I'm shocked." he admitted before walking off.
Juniper chuckled nervously, "You and me both!" she uttered in agreement.
-BREAK-
Canterlot City, Canterlot High School
Later that day at the front yard of the CHS where we see Mystery, Heath and Photo Finish walking around the area, we then see Sunset and Sting making their way towards the school's statue podium with the former sporting a nervous look on her face.
"Are you sure that you don't want me to come along with you?" Sting asked in concern.
Sunset shook her head, "Thank you, Sting." she expressed in gratitude, "But this is something I need to do myself." she reasoned.
Sting nodded in response, "Alright." he acknowledged, "Then I'll wait here for your return." he declared.
"Thanks again, Sting." Sunset expressed her gratitude once more before giving him a peck on the cheeks, she let out a sigh before entering the portal to the other world.
"Feels like she got suck in by a vacuum cleaner." Sting described.
-BREAK-
-World of Equestria-
Castle of Friendship, Ponyville
Meanwhile in the World of Equestria, we head inside a library in a castle located inside Castle of Friendship. Inside the library, we see a mirror with various contraptions attached to it when suddenly, the mirror began to glow as a reddish-pink energy began to swirl around before Sunset, in her pony form, flew out from it whilst screaming and then landing into a pile of books.
"Oof!" Sunset grunted in pain before shaking her head when she took notice of a blurry figure before her, "Princess Twilight?" she uttered in daze, "Is that you?" she asked with a raised eyebrow.
Her vision then clears and she is greeted by the sight of a different figure, "Nope!" a female pony dismissed with a head shake, "Starlight Glimmer." she introduced herself.
Starlight Glimmer had a pale light-grayish heliotrope mane, she had a curly moderate purple mane with lighter purple and pale light-grayish aquamarine highlights, and she had moderate persian blue-colored eyes. Her cutie mark is of a purple and white star with two blue glimmering streams.
"Uh, heh, heh..." Sunset let's out a nervous laugh, "Oops..." she uttered sheepishly before standing up on two hooves, "Whoa! Whoa!" she yelped while stumbling forward before coming to a stop soon, "Phew..." she breathed out in relief while Starlight looks at her in bewilderment, "Whoa..." she uttered in realization before going down onto all fours, "That feels a little weird after all this time." she admitted in embarrassment while rubbing her front right hoof on the floor, "Starlight Glimmer...'' she uttered the name of the mare in front of her, "You're Twilight's student, right?" she pointed out while trotting towards her.
"Uh-huh..." Starlight confirmed with a glowing horn, "She wanted me to give you this." she beckoned while levitating a book with a sun-like symbol on the cover.
The book then floated towards Sunset and she tried to reach it out with her hoof but only for it to fall on the floor.
The two looks at each other with Sunset letting out a grin, she then tried to pick up several times with her hoof but to no avail which frustrates her, Starlight then pointed a hoof on her own which got Sunset the idea before using her magic to levitate the book all over her, much to the bacon-haired pony's amusement.
"She wanted to give that to you herself but then she and her friends were called away to solve a friendship problem." Starlight explained with a sad expression, "That happens a lot around here." she noted.
Sunset turns to her, "That must be stressful, huh?" she pointed out, "Never knowing when you might be called on to save the day..." she stated while swinging her front left hoof, "Dropping everything at a moment's notice..." she added, "How does she do it?" she asked.
"Sorry." Starlight apologized, "She just told me to give you the journal." she explained.
"Heh-heh..." Sunset chuckled nervously, "So, are you sure she won't be back anytime soon?" she asked.
"Pretty sure." Starlight affirmed.
"O-Okay, I guess we'll be going now..." Sunset uttered before standing up on two hooves while stumbling once more before going back down to all fours, she gave Starlight a smile before walking forward.
Starlight then spoke, "What's it like back there?" she asked with a curious look.
"It's pretty different..." Sunset replied, "And not so different at the same time." she added with a smile, "It's kinda hard to explain." she admitted.
"Heh..." Starlight chuckled while rubbing her own hoof against the floor, "Guess you kinda have to go there to really get it, huh?" she asked nervously, "I, uh, don't suppose..." she suggesting while glancing at the side.
Sunset raised an eyebrow, "You really think Princess Twilight would be okay with that?" she asked.
"I don't know for sure that she wouldn't be okay with it." Starlight replied with a smug look.
"That's not a particularly compelling argument." Sunset pointed out in concern.
Starlight trotted towards her, "She wants me to learn as much as I can about friendship and I'm not learning a whole lot just hanging out here in her castle." she explained in frustration while glancing around the library.
Sunset then thought about it, "Well, I haven't ever seen you in that world..." she uttered while rubbing her chin, "So chances are you aren't gonna run into yourself..." she pointed out.
"... is something you don't hear every day..." Starlight commented.
"So, just lay low." Sunset advised, "Don't draw too much attention to your—" she tried to say but was interrupted.
"Pssh!" Starlight scoffed in response, "You'll barely even notice I'm there!" she mused.
"Introducing you to our friends could be a nice distraction." Sunset mentioned.
Starlight then zips next to her, "But you'll also totally notice I'm there!" she noted, "... and it will keep your mind off of other things that might be bothering you!" she declared with sparkling eyes, "So? What do you think?" she asked in excitement, "Can I go back with you?!" she begged while hopping up and down in glee.
Sunset thought about with a grin while staring at the portal behind her.

-EARTH 615-
Canterlot City, Canterlot High School
Back in CHS, we see the mirror portal glowing brightly when Sunset Shimmer and another person came out from it, and that person is none other than the human form of Starlight Glimmer.
Starlight had a long curly hair and she wears a blue-green t-shirt with purple trimmings underneath a black vest, gray ripped jeans, black kicks with purple straps and a star-spangled purple beanie.
"Ugh..." Starlight groaned while opening her eyes before noticing that her hooves were replaced with hands, "What happened?" she asked.
Sunset stood in front of her, "It's all pretty weird at first, but try to roll with it..." she reassured before helping Starlight up but only for her legs to wobble and nearly fell down when Tennis Match another figure walks past them with weird looks, "Hi..." the bacon-haired girl greeted rather nervously.
The figure is a teenage girl with a pale persian blue skin tone, she has a long light brilliant amber hair tied in a ponytail by a red & purple band and light yellow streaks, and has grayish cerise eyes. She wears a purple short-sleeve sports shirt with white collar and lines, red skirt, red socks and purple & white kicks. This is Cloudy Kicks.
Starlight then looks at her hands while wiggling her fingers, "Are these-?" she was about to ask in panic.
"Hands." Sunset interjected with a soft whisper.
Starlight then looks down on her feet, "And what happened to the rest of my hoo-?" she was about to ask when Sunset interjected again.
"Feet! Those are feet." Sunset answered quickly while looking around when Mystery and Valhallen walks past them, "Remember the whole thing where I said you need to lay low?" she reminded, "Now would be a good time to play it cool." she advised with her arms crossed.
"Oh, right..." Starlight chuckled in realization, "Play it cool..." she mused while waving her arms out to the sides, "Heh-heh..." she chuckled before flipping her hair and stretching one leg out and all of sudden, she went down onto all four of her limbs before trotting forward while passing-by Bon Bon, Lyra Heartstring, Applebloom Smith, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo whom looks at her in bewilderment, Sunset immediately jogs towards her before taking her hands and getting her up when Sweet Leaves, Sandalwood and Cherry Crash walks past them with weird looks, Starlight then spoke, "You did say I'd make a good distraction." she pointed out with a sheepish grin with Sunset rubbing the back of her neck with a smile.
"Sunset!" a voice called out.
Sunset and Starlight then turns around to see Sting walking towards them with a six-pack of soda and a box of donuts in hands, "Welcome back." he greeted before taking notice of Starlight, "Who's your friend?" he asked.
Sunset chuckled in response, "I'll introduce you to her on our way back to the mall." she replied.

Canterlot City, Cantertol Mall
Back at the mall and at the movie theater, Juniper is seen behind the concession stand scooping up popcorn and dumping it onto the floor beside her before pointing the mirror on it, "Mirror, pick up this popcorn!" she ordered but nothing happened, much to her confusion, "Mirror, I command thee, pick upeth this poppage of corn!" she beckoned but still nothing happened, "Ugh!" she groaned in frustration, "Why won't this thing work anymore?" she asked herself before taking more popcorn out of the machine with the scooper when she noticed Velvet Sky and another figure looking at her in utter bewilderment.
The figure is a woman of average height, she had a pinkish-purple skin tone, she had a black hair tied in a poofy bun, she had light blue-colored eyes and violet eye shadows. She wears a blue sleeveless collared-top with a single white button, green pants, white socks and brown shoes. She wears a purple bandana. This is Coral Pink.
"Like..." Coral uttered, "... we were gonna eat some of that." she pointed out with Velvet crossing her arms.
Juniper frowned in response, "Mirror, make these annoying people go away." she commanded before aiming the mirror at Velvet and Coral, the two responded by merely walking away in annoyance, "Well, that kinda worked..." she admitted with a small smile.
"Juniper Montage?!" someone exclaimed in shock.
"Whoa!" Juniper yelped in response while the scooper in her hand which made the popcorn fly everywhere before taking notice of the Rainbooms plus Ben, Aine, Mio and Raki standing in front of the stand.
"What in the blazes are you doin' here?" Applejack asked in surprise.
Pinkie zipped towards Juniper and leaned against the countertop, "Were you invited to the Daring Do premiere?" she asked, "Ooh, that's exciting!" she shrieked, "No, crazy!" she corrected, "No, concerning!" she squawked, "No! Just no!" she concluded with a shake of her head, "No offense." she apologized with a sheepish smile.
"Seeing how she tried to sabotage the movie back then, I can see why her presence is concerning." Mio stated.
"Yeah." Aine uttered in agreement.
Juniper tips her glasses, "I wasn't invited to the premiere." she revealed, "My uncle Canter Zoom felt bad for firing me." she explained while gathering bits of popcorn upon the counter, "So he pulled some strings and got me this job…" she concluded in annoyance.
"You work here?" Fluttershy asked.
"As little as possible." Juniper replied while brushing the popcorn onto the floor beside her.
"So, an usher's job is spill popcorn on the floor?" Ben pointed out in amusement, "If it was..." he uttered, "... then you're doing a good job." he complimented with a sarcastic grin.
"Grrr..." Juniper growled in response.
"I think you just made her mad." Raki pointed out in concern.
"Good! I was aiming for that." Ben admitted.
"Y'know, if you hadn't tried to sabotage the movie..." Rainbow chimed in, "... you could be celebrating with us." she pointed out.
Juniper's eyes widen in anger, "Ooh!" she growled before walking out from behind the stand, "This should be my night!" she shouted, "I would have found a way to be in the film if you all had stayed out of it!" she exclaimed, "I would have been Daring Do!" she screamed, "Everyone would've loved me!" she further, "See?" she beckoned while showing them the mirror but only saw their reflections, much to their confusion with Twilight stepping forward and adjusting her glasses.
"Have she gone mad?" Aine asked in concern.
"Looks like it." Mio replied.
"Can't you see what's right under your noses?" Juniper questioned in disbelief, "Ugh!" she groaned, "I wish you'd all just go away and leave me alone!" she screamed before pointing the mirror at them and then all of a sudden, the mirror radiates some sort energy before shooting out a powerful light which caught everyone and got sucked into the mirror.
The energy then soared through Juniper's body which turned her eyes green for a minute before letting out a grin, she then noticed Fluttershy's butterfly pin on the floor before picking it up and pinning it to her uniform, "Hmm..." she hummed out loud, "Looks like I may be finally getting the hang of this..." she mused while looking at the mirror with a different image of her looking back at her with a wink.

The scene opens with an elevator with closed doors when a small 'ding' was heard, the door opens to see Tatsumi, Mine, Chitose Karasuyama and Roka Shibasaki running out with grossed expressions.
Wario then peeks his head out and turned to the readers, "One of the biggest mysteries in life is why you can't help but fart inside the elevator." he shared with a blank look.
