5.GCPD.
The 'GOTHAM CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT', often referred to as the GCPD-a tall building, was the police department of Gotham City. Aside from a handful of decent members, such as Harvey Bullock, Sarah Essen, Renee Montoya and James Gordon, the department had a well-deserved reputation for being extraodinarily brutal and corrupt.
Inside the building, Detective Harvey Bullock-dressed in a tied tan trench coat and a black 1940s hat, sat at his desk, going through case-files, when his gray 40s Bakelite telephone on the right side of his desk rang, followed by him answering it. His brown hair was a long neck-length, his eyes were brown and he had a brown/white mixed beard. "GCPD. Bullock speaking."
"Yes, hi, this is Dr. Hugo Strange from Arkham Asylum?" Said the male voice on the phone.
"Did you say Hugo Strange? Now, that's someone i haven't heard from in a long time." Bullock asked. He hadn't gotten a call from Dr. Strange here at headquarters since...1990.
"Officer, it's urgant i meet with your commissioner immediately." Dr. Strange said.
"That's gonna be hard to do there, buddy, considering the fact that Commissioner Gordon is tied up with tons of casework." Harvey said.
"There was an incident that occured here at Arkham last night. One of our patients has escaped the asylum and is headed for Gotham. If you don't believe me, call Arkham and ask them yourself." Dr. Strange said.
"You bet i will." Havey said.
"Fine! Check out my story, inform the comissioner and tell him i will meet with him there at HQ in 40s minutes." Dr. Strange said.
"Okay. But you better not be wasting our time." Harvey said before hanging up the phone. He paused for a moment before picking up the reciever and dialing the asylum's number. He waited a moment until someone answered. "Hello, Arkham Asylum? This is Harvey Bullock from Gothman City PD. Put me through to Dr. Jeremiah Arkham...Yes, i'll hold." He said. "I don'tbneed this garbage. Not today."
