Season 1, Saga 2: Chaos Emerald, Chapter 13: Countdown to Chaos
(Shots of Lucky falling are shown.) "Last time on True X, Dr. Eggman and Rainbow King sent a strange new robot named to search for the last Chaos Emerald." (Last time on True X, Dr. Eggman and Rainbow King sent a strange new robot named Lucky to search for the last Chaos Emerald.) "Meanwhile, Grizelda and Knuckles decided that the only way to get back home was to convince the others to join up with Dr. Eggman, get all seven Emeralds together, and create Chaos Control." (Knuckles shakes hands with Eggman.) "Eggman pretended to agree in the plan and fooled Grizelda, Knuckles and Chris into handing over all of their Chaos Emeralds, and then escaped with Chris held hostage." (True and Sonic pursue the Egg Fort II.) "Can True and Sonic make it in time to get back the Chaos Emeralds and save their friend? Stay tuned." the Narrator said
(Scene: Station Square)
(, , and are playing outside. Helen has a puppet of .)
(Imitating Next's voice) "Good morning, children! Come on, it's time to play!" Helen imitated
(Imitating Cream's voice) "Look, everybody! It's my favorite TV star!" Frances imitated
(They laugh - until they see the Egg Fort II fly directly overhead.)
"It's him! Dr. Eggman! He's back again!" the people in the city said
(The Egg Fort II flies into the city and out of sight.)
"What's he up to?" Danny asked
"Whatever it is, it's not good!" Helen said
(Sonic runs past them with True on his back, causing their clothing to blow about. Danny opens his eyes and sees Helen's blowing skirt, which causes her to look at Danny in scorn.)
"That was Sonic and True!" Frances said
(True and Sonic run into the city.)
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
(On the radar, True and Sonic are running ever closer.)
"Dr. Eggman! Sonic is following us!" Decoe said
"And he has True with him." General Rainbow said
"Sonic, hurry!" Chris shouted
"They're gaining on us. We have to do something!" Bocoe said
"Who cares about them? Especially when the seventh Chaos Emerald is waiting for us!" Dr. Eggman said
"That is right, onward!" Rainbow King said
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(E-77 Lucky is waiting at the landfill with the seventh Chaos Emerald.)
(Scene Change: The White House)
(The President and his aides are meeting in the Oval Office. Jerome Wise has been replaced with Christina Cooper.)
"Eggman's ship is making its way toward Station Square, sir." the Director of Central Intelligence said
"What measures are being taken? A total evacuation?" the President asked
"Yes, Mr. President. While we're not sure where Eggman's headed, we have begun an evacuation of the entire southern region. Everything is under control." Christina Cooper said
"I've been dreading something like this, but now that the time has come, I just hope we're ready for him." the President said
(One of the aides has just gotten off the phone with Area 99.)
"Thank you... Mr. President, sir, we've just received word from the field. The Beetles are being put into place." the President's Aide said
"Well... It won't be long now. We'll all have to wait and see. There's nothing more any of us can do. Nothing but hope for the best and prepare for the worst." the President said
(Scene Change: X-Tornado)
(Tails, , Amy, Cream, and Cheese are packed into the X-Tornado while Zee is following them on Cumulo. Chuck is listening to a GUN scanner.)
"Just keep her steady. He can't be far. Just give her a bit more and let's go get him, Tails!" Chuck said
(Tails steers the X-Tornado in that direction.)
(Scene Change: A G.U.N. helicopter)
(A fleet of G.U.N. helicopters are also on the move. Rouge is examining a piece of jewelry.)
"Topaz, it's gorgeous." Rouge said
"That's quite the gem you got." Bartleby said
"It's... okay." Topaz said
"I... I just don't know what to say." Rouge said
"If you don't like it, I-I can take it back, Rouge. I don't really know anything about jewelry, so I asked a sales clerk, and she helped me pick it out." Topaz said
"It's dreamy." Rouge said
"It's nice." Topaz said
(There is a pause.)
(Quietly) "Thanks, Topaz." Rouge said
(Topaz glances at Rouge.)
"...You deserve it. I just wanted to thank you for your help." Topaz said
(Rouge smirks. Unbeknownst to them, Grizelda and Knuckles are hitchhiking on the wheel of their helicopter.)
"I really messed up. How could I have trusted Eggman?" Knuckles thought
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(Lucky signals to the incoming Egg Fort II.)
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
"Ahhh... There's my little good luck charm! I just knew he'd bring back the Chaos Emerald!" Dr. Eggman said
(Quietly) "I am surprised he did not drop it." Bocoe said
(Quietly) "He sure is a klutz, isn't he?" Decoe asked
"Hey... H-He's a bit clumsy…" Dr. Eggman started
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(A hand extends from the Egg Fort II to pick up Lucky.)
"I'd better grab that Emerald. Lucky... Come to Daddy…" Dr. Eggman said
(However, Sonic arrives with True on his back and smashes the hand, sending Lucky flying.)
"Sorry, Pops, ya gotta be faster than that!" Sonic said
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
"Gah! Why does that heinous hedgehog always have to ruin everything?!" Dr. Eggman asked in rage
"That is just our luck - bad!" General Rainbow said
(Lucky lands on a soft object.)
"But... But... my... my Emerald!" Dr. Eggman shouted
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(Sonic turns back to Eggman)
"Heheh, don't worry. We'll keep it safe and sound for ya!" Sonic said
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
"All right!" Chris said
"Rrrgh, don't even think about it, Sonic! [Shouting] That Chaos Emerald is mine, d'ya hear me?! Mine!" Dr. Eggman shouted
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(But Lucky is already extending the Chaos Emerald to True.)
"He would not dare!" Rainbow King shouted
"We must do something!" General Rainbow said
(Just as True is about to take the Emerald, several robots arrive on the scene. Sonic avoids one that nearly hits him, dragging True along while Lucky avoids it as well, taking the emerald with him.)
"Too bad. You just missed us. Nice try though, Doc!" Sonic said
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
(To Decoe) "Was it your idea to send those robots?" Dr. Eggman asked
"I do not get ideas, Doctor." Decoe said
(Eggman pats him on the head.)
"Good boy." Dr. Eggman said
"I don't think they're ours." General Rainbow said (makes Eggman push Decoe to the ground in panic from what he said.)
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(The G.U.N. Beetle Tanks close in.)
"Where are they coming from, Doctor?" Bocoe asked
(Scene Change: A G.U.N. Beetle Tank)
"Beetle 1 to Beetle 2, we're in position." a Beetle Pilot said
"Hang on. Sonic and True are in the line of fire." a Beetle Co-Pilot said
(To True and Sonic) "Sonic, True, this is an official government operation. Please stand aside. I repeat, stand aside. We are launching an attack." a Beetle Pilot said
"Attack?! But our friend Chris is trapped inside there!" True shouted
"We can't waste time. Open fire!" a Beetle Pilot said
(The Beetle Tanks begin firing at the Egg Fort II, doing minimal damage.)
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
(Chris is shocked.)
"Those fools! How dare they attack me!" Dr. Eggman shouted
"They don't even know what is to come!" Rainbow King shouted
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(True and Sonic try to stop the Beetle Tanks.)
"You gotta listen! Our friend Chris is–" Sonic didn't get to say
(But the Beetle Tank pilots don't listen and fire their most powerful weapons. The lasers arc toward the Egg Fort II and explode, blinding everyone. However, the Egg Fort II is still intact.)
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
"My, my. That was a close one." Dr. Eggman said
"It is a good thing we put the Egg Shield up in time." Bocoe said
"Next time, we may not be so lucky." Decoe said
"Quiet! Don't you mention that traitor again, you hear?!" Dr. Eggman asked in rage
"Will this cheer you up?" Rainbow King asked (raises his left hand in almost a grip position for a rainbow shield to form around the Egg Fort II.)
"That will certainly work. Now let me see... How can I get my Chaos Emerald back?" Dr. Eggman asked
"Doctor, look at this!" Bocoe shouted
"At what?" Dr. Eggman asked
(Bocoe is displaying the internal schematics of one of the Beetle Tanks.)
"This is the inside of their robot." Bocoe said
"It is just like yours, Doctor!" General Rainbow said
"How dare those underhanded hoodlums steal my ingenius robot designs to use in that revoltingly inferior hunk of junk monstrosity! I'll show that gang of sneak thieves what happens when they cross Dr. Eggman!" Dr. Eggman shouted
(Decoe holds two signs depicting Eggman's robots as the gun ports open.)
"Please, Doctor, do not be rash. Lucky is inside there." Bocoe said
"Don't worry about him. With his dumb luck, he'll come out without a scratch." Rainbow King said
"I would not count on it." Decoe said
"Fire!" Dr. Eggman shouted
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(A hail of missiles is launched at the ground. Sonic picks True up onto his back and dodges them by running.)
"Hey! Cool it, Eggman! Somebody might get hurt!" Sonic shouted
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
"That was the idea! Launch Egg Beam Cannonball!" Dr. Eggman shouted
(A large energy ball is launched at the ground, causing a massive explosion that blows Lucky away.)
"Haha! Looks like that one did the trick!" Dr. Eggman shouted
"One of these days, you are going to blow up the whole planet!" Bocoe said
"It's a distinct possibility, Bocoe, but I'd rather do that than have Sonic get those Emeralds from me." Dr. Eggman said
(Lucky beeps as it sails through the air.)
"That voice!" Decoe said
"It was Lucky!" Bocoe said
"Not that backward bumbling bad luck charm again!" Rainbow King shouted
(The screen changes to show that the Beetles have survived the attack.)
"Huh?" Dr. Eggman asked
"The enemy aircraft! And not a single scratch!" Decoe said
"The Doctor really knows how to build a good ship... unfortunately." Bocoe said
"I wonder if it's possible to be too much of a genius for your own good…" Dr. Eggman said
"It's like that sometimes." Rainbow King said
"I wonder what happened to…" General Rainbow started
(The screen changes to show that True and Sonic have also survived.)
"It's Sonic and True!" Chris said
"That answered my question." General Rainbow said
"How could those two survive the Egg Beam Cannonball?" Rainbow King asked
"It looks like you missed, Doctor." Bocoe said
"I'll have you know the Egg Beam Cannonball is engineered to hit the bulls-eye every time." Dr. Eggman said
"But Sonic is a hedgehog, not a bull." Decoe said
(grabs Decoe by the top of his head) "It's a figure of speech…" General Rainbow said
(They become aware of Lucky's beeping.)
"There's no time to waste. We have to retrieve our boy Lucky and get back that seventh Chaos Emerald before Sonic does!" Dr. Eggman shouted
(Salute) "Yes, Doctor!" Decoe, Bocoe and General Rainbow shouted
(Scene Change: Landfill)
(The Egg Fort II begins to leave.)
(To True) "Uh oh. Eggman's on a mission to get that Chaos Emerald. Not if we can help it!" Sonic said
(Scene Change: A G.U.N. Beetle Tank)
"It looks like Eggman's ship is on the move again." a Beetle Pilot said
"We got him covered." a Beetle Co-Pilot said
(They pursue the Egg Fort II.)
"All right, gentlemen, it is now takeoff time." a Beetle Pilot said
(The Beetle Tanks convert to hover mode and fly after the Egg Fort II.)
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
(Lucky is still flying through the air.)
"Oh dear. I didn't know Lucky could fly so high." Dr. Eggman said
"He's quite the flyer." Rainbow King said
"How will we ever catch him?" Bocoe asked
"What if he drops the Emerald?" General Rainbow asked
"That Emerald doesn't belong to you anyway!" Chris shouted
"Speak only when spoken to!" Decoe said
(Sonic is racing after the Egg Fort II with True on his back.)
(Scene Change: Outside)
(The Beetle Tanks appear next to True and Sonic.)
"Now's our chance!" Sonic shouted
(He begins leaping from Beetle Tank to Beetle Tank.)
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
(Chris is struggling against Decoe, who begins slapping him.)
"Hey! Let me go!" Chris shouted
"Wow, that was quite a leap!" Bocoe said
"You can say that again." General Rainbow said
(Scene Change: Outside)
(Sonic takes a huge leap into the air with True hanging on.)
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
"Ooh…" Dr. Eggman, Rainbow King, General Rainbow, Decoe and Bocoe said
"Sonic!" Chris said
"We are in trouble!" Decoe said
"Whaah! What if he gets that Chaos Emerald away from Lucky?!" Dr. Eggman asked in panic
"Oh! That would be very unlucky!" General Rainbow said
(Scene Change: Outside)
(Sonic catches Lucky.)
"Gotcha!" Sonic said
(places a hand on Lucky to calm him down.) "It's okay. We're your friend, little guy. We're not gonna hurt you. But that Chaos Emerald you found is really important to us and our friends." True said
(Instead of falling, Lucky is flying, and True and Sonic are holding on.)
"What's he doing? Why isn't he flying away?" Rainbow King asked
"Hey, this is kinda fun! All right!" Sonic said
(Scene Change: The Egg Fort II)
"There goes your lucky robot, Doctor." Rainbow King said
"He may be lucky, but he's not very loyal." General Rainbow said
"Be quiet! He dares to betray me, does he? I'll show that traitorous tin can not to mess with me!" Dr. Eggman shouted
"Doctor, are you thinking what I think you are thinking?" Bocoe asked
"I think that is what he is thinking." Decoe said
(Eggman's eye twinkles.)
"Good thinking. For the first time, I, the great Dr. Eggman, will transform the Egg Fort II into the greatest robot ever created. I was saving it for a special occasion, but why put it off any longer? After all, I'm feeling lucky! Get ready! Begin Egg Fort II transformation!" (The Egg Fort II proceeds to transform.) "Merge mode number one! Merge mode number two! Merge mode number three!" Dr. Eggman shouted (The Egg Fort II has reconfigured itself into the ultimate E-Series robot: .)
(Scene Change: Outside)
"Hahaha! Say hello to my ultimate robot creation, the Eggsterminator!" Dr. Eggman shouted
(True, Sonic and Lucky, who are at the shore, watch as the Eggsterminator lands in the ocean.)
"My, my. Bet you think you're pretty impressive, don'cha?" (Smirks) "You may be big and strong, but I bet you don't move as fast as I do!" (give the seventh Chaos Emerald to True.) "Take the emerald and get out of here, I'll handle this." (He runs all over the Eggsterminator.) "Come on, Egghead! What are you waitin' for?" Sonic asked
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"Oh dear... He certainly is impatient, isn't he? But I say why rush into things?" Dr. Eggman asked
"Agreed." Rainbow King
(A shield containing six Chaos Emeralds rises into view.)
"The six Chaos Emeralds!" Chris said
"Don't worry. I'm keping them safe and sound for future use. In the meantime, I'll transfer a bit of energy from each Emerald into the Eggsterminator so it can grow stronger!" Dr. Eggman said
(The first Emerald is embedded. The Eggsterminator's targeting computers scan for Sonic. The second Emerald is embedded. The Eggsterminator locks onto Sonic. Eggman laughs.)
"Guess the Eggsterminator's got him on the run, eh, kid?" General Rainbow asked
(Chris becomes scared.)
(To himself) "He's using the Chaos Emeralds to beat Sonic and it's all my fault!" (Soon all six Emeralds are implemented. Anguished) "I'm sorry!" Chris said
(Scene Change: Outside)
(Sonic leaps towards the Eggsterminator, but it fades away. It suddenly reappears behind Sonic and punches him through several buildings.)
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"Sonic!" Chris shouted
"That thing packs quite a punch." Dr. Eggman said
"Indeed it does." Rainbow King said (places his left hand on the controls, causing Chris to look in fright.)
(Scene Change: Outside)
(running on the side of the pier with the seventh Chaos Emerald in her hands.) "I have to hurry and get out of here." True said
(True kept running to get away until the Eggsterminator turned to where she is causing her to look back and panic as she tried to speed up only for the Eggsterminator to raise one of its feet and stomps True, smashing the part of the pier she's on and sending her into the depths of the ocean with the seventh Chaos Emerald.)
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"What do you think you're doing!?" Dr. Eggman asked in anger
"Getting rid of True so she can't use her rage against us." Rainbow King said
(Scene Change: Outside)
(Sonic is embedded in a building.)
"Wow... he's got a good right hook." Sonic said
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"Sonic had better surrender. With six Chaos Emeralds to power him, my boy is unbeatable!" Dr. Eggman said
"Please, Dr. Eggman, let Sonic go free!" Chris said
"I'm afraid I can't do that just yet, so sorry!" Dr. Eggman said
(gets pushed from the Eggsterminator starting to move wildly.) "Somethings happening!" General Rainbow shouted
(Scene Change: Outside)
(Using its Chaos Emerald-powered speed, the Eggsterminator slams Sonic into the ground again. The X-Tornado arrives.)
"We're coming, Sonic!" Tails shouted
"Quick, Tails! Do something!" Amy shouted
"The X-Tornado can't do much of anything now - not without a Chaos Emerald." Tails said
"All right! I guess I'll have to take care of that hunk of junk myself!" Amy shouted
"Hold on!" Tails shouted
(The X-Tornado suddenly banks to the right as the G.U.N. Beetle Tanks arrive.)
"Target in sight." a Beetle Pilot said
(The Beetle Tanks fire at the Eggsterminator, but the latter vanishes.)
"What the...?" a Beetle Pilot asked
(The Eggsterminator reappears and smashes the Beetles to bits.)
"The Beetle Tanks... They've been wiped out!" a GUN Soldier shouted
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"Wow. He really is powerful, isn't he?" Bocoe asked
"Good thing he is on our side." General Rainbow said
"Even I'm impressed." Dr. Eggman said
(Off-screen) "Eggman!" Sonic shouted
(Scene Change: Outside)
(Those aboard the Eggsterminator see a bruised and battered Sonic approaching them.)
"Listen up. I'm coming for Chris... and you better not try to stop me!" Sonic said (He collapses to his knees.)
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"How could Sonic survive a pounding like that?" Bocoe asked
"I don't get it. He ought to be eggsterminated by now." Decoe said
"So he should. That hedgehog is much more resilient than you told me, Doctor." General Rainbow said
(Off-screen) "I'm coming, Chris!" Sonic shouted
"He sure is a glutton for punishment." Rainbow King said (clenches his left hand on the controls.)
(Scene Change: Outside)
(The Eggsterminator begins glowing with a rainbow shield appearing around it.)
"What's going on! Eggsterminator, quit wasting power, will you? We must conserve between battles!" Dr. Eggman shouted
(Now that the Eggsterminator has changed into a golden color, it punches Sonic into the ground.)
"Nooo!" Chris shouted
(Scene Change: The G.U.N. helicopter)
"Can't you move in a bit closer?" Topaz asked
"No way. It's too dangerous." a Pilot said
"He must be using the Emeralds to power that thing." Rouge said
"This looks bad." Bartleby said
(Grizelda and Knuckles are still hitchhiking.)
(To himself) "Think, Knuckles... Think" Knuckles thought
(Scene Change: Outside)
(The Eggsterminator lifts a completely battered Sonic.)
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"Soniiic! Soniiiiic!" Chris shouted" (Powered by rage, he desperately tries to escape, which causes the others to look at him.)
"All right, Eggsterminator, enough fooling around. Drop him already." Dr. Eggman said
(Sweating) "Good idea." Decoe said
(The Eggsterminator appears to do as Eggman ordered, but then delivers a final drop kick to knock Sonic into the sea and a watery grave. Eggman, Decoe, Bocoe and General Rainbow cry out in terror at this and hug each other in fear as Rainbow King smiles evilly about it, while Chris can only look on in muted horror with a small whimper. Memories of Sonic begin flooding to Chris. Chris rescuing Sonic from the pool. Sonic arriving at Tingalin Villa to save his friends from Eggman. Sonic with two Chaos Emeralds. Sonic lands in the ocean. At the sight of what very well could be the death of his hero, he lets out an anguished cry…)
"Noooo!" Chris yelled (...and, with a combination of his sadness, anger, and adrenaline, manages to break free of the bracket.)
"Why you…" Dr. Eggman started
(Chris runs over and reaches for the Chaos Emeralds. He nearly burns himself on them, but he removes them from the shield.)
"My Emeralds!" Rainbow King shouted
(The battered Chris tumbles onto the dash, hitting the windshield. He holds the Chaos Emeralds close to him.)
"They're mine... Mine... I won't... urgh... ugh... I won't let you take them away from me... ever again... Ever…" Chris said
"That mealy-mouthed little crybaby shouldn't be so reckless. After all, those Emeralds are powering the Eggsterminator, and without them, this thing would be sent plummeting into the sea!" Dr. Eggman said
(Beaming) "It is interesting, Doctor." Decoe said
(Eggman looks at the broken part of the wall where Chris was secured.)
"As a matter of fact, we should be plummeting any moment now." Dr. Eggman said
"I am sorry, Doctor, but did you just say 'plummeting'?" Decoe asked
(Eggman grabs Decoe.)
"Don't just stand there!" Dr. Eggman shouted
"Yes, Doctor!" Decoe said
"Quit your worrying! With me at the controls, we won't plummet!" Rainbow King said
"Say what!?" Dr. Eggman asked in shock
(Suddenly Grizelda and Knuckles break through the windshield.)
"Where is Chris?! We're taking him with us." Knuckles said
"Well, if it isn't our good friends Knuckles and Grizelda. How good of you to drop in for a visit." Dr. Eggman said
(Grizelda pounds the ground with her fist, frightening Eggman and his lackeys[except Rainbow King] when they realize they're really mad.)
"Ohh…" Bocoe said
"I think they're upset!" Decoe said
"Indeed they are!" General Rainbow said
"He's coming with us, and that's that." Grizelda said
(Knuckles realizes Chris is gone.)
"I said, where is he?! What did you do with Chris?!" Knuckles asked in anger
(It is revealed that Rouge is holding Chris, who is still holding the Chaos Emeralds with Bartleby hanging onto her back.)
"Enough Emeralds for a whole necklace, maybe some matching earrings…" Rouge said
"I'm not sure if they'll fit." Bartleby said
(Weakly) "Sonic... Sonic... Let me... go…" Chris muttered
"No way. Not after all the trouble I went through." Rouge said
"Sonic!" Chris shouted
(Chris struggles to free himself from Rouge, and finally manages to succeed, plunging towards the ocean with the Chaos Emeralds.)
"Oh no!" Rouge said
(Rouge then realizes her mistake.)
"He made me drop my Chaos Emeralds!" Rouge said
"Forget the Emeralds, save the kid!" Bartleby shouted
(Rouge swoops down and reacquires Chris, but the Chaos Emeralds disappear into the water.)
"Oh well, there goes my new jewelry…" Rouge said
(They are suddenly grabbed by the Eggsterminator's hand.)
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"The Eggsterminator is malfunctioning. It's all because of that peeping brat!" Dr. Eggman said
"That's right!" Decoe said
"Where's Chris?!" Knuckles asked in rage
"Enough of this!" (grips his left hand harder on the controls as his power envelops the others, causing them to be weakened by him.) "You are all fools!" Rainbow King shouted
(becomes weakened by Rainbow King.) "S-sire, what are you doing? I thought you wanted to make the Rainbow Kingdom greater than it was before Chaos Control happened?" General Rainbow asked
"That's what I wanted all of you to think, the real reason I let Chaos Control happen is so I can destroy the universe and make a new kingdom in its place!" Rainbow King shouted
"You vile fiend! You're even worse than Eggman!" Grizelda said
"Agreed! A world is one thing, but the whole universe is insane!" Dr. Eggman said
"I didn't ask any of you, but now that True is out of the picture, I will finally rule!" Rainbow King shouted
(Scene Change: Outside)
"Urgh... You're awfully fresh." Rouge said
"This is too tight!" Bartleby said
(The hand squeezes them. Soon Cumulo and the X-Tornado flies overhead.)
"We're coming, Chris!" Tails shouted
(Suddenly a part of the water begins glowing blue and gold and converging onto that spot.)
"Look! Could it be...?" Chuck asked
"Amy, I think it's Sonic!" Cream said
"It could be True as well!" Zee said
"Chao!" Cheese said
"It might be, but where's that glow coming from?" Amy asked
(Sonic, powered by the seven Chaos Emeralds, rises from the ocean, having become . As a giant blue beam shoots out of the water and completely destroys the hand holding Bartleby, Rouge and Chris within a split-second of opening his eyes to show he's back in action.)
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"Doctor! Something is happening! The Eggsterminator is losing its grip!" Decoe said
"This is not good. If we weren't being held down by Rainbow King, what would we do, Doctor?" Bocoe asked
"We do nothing. Right at this very moment, those seven Chaos Emeralds are mingling way down in the bottom of the sea. The great moment has finally come." Dr. Eggman said
"Is he saying what I think he is saying?" General Rainbow asked
"Yes, I think that is what he is saying." Bocoe said
"What are you saying?" Rainbow King asked
"Let Chaos Control begin!" Dr. Eggman shouted
"What!?" Rainbow King asked in shock
(Scene Change: Outside)
(The Eggsterminator attempts to pound Super Sonic with its remaining hand, but no damage is done, as a giant blue glowing hand shoots out of the ocean and easily catches the fist and holds it at bay.)
"Well, Knuckles, your wish came true, but we got some unfinished business. Right, True?" Super Sonic asked
(Just then, True rose up from the ocean as a biped lizard the same size as the Eggsterminator as she let out a blue glow enveloping everyone around her.)
(Scene Change: The Eggsterminator)
"N-ninety percent rage!?" Rainbow King asked in fright (looks around to see blue glowing shields forming around everyone but him and the Eggsterminator as his powers have been diminished by True's rage.)
(Scene Change: Outside)
(Super Sonic then proceeds to fly all through the Eggsterminator, delivering several mortal wounds to the robot as True blasted an enormous beam at the head where Rainbow King is as he screamed from it. The Eggsterminator then begins to explode in a huge fireball from the catastrophic damage dealt by True and Super Sonic, and as it does, Chaos Control begins to take place. The ever-expanding sphere of light expands outwards.)
(Scene Change: The G.U.N. helicopter)
"Oh no. I think we're in Chaos Control." Topaz said
(Scene Change: The X-Tornado)
"Chaos Control, it's happening." Zee said
(To Chuck) "It's Chaos Control, Chuck. You'll be sent back with us." Tails said
"Don't worry, it'll be my pleasure!" Chuck said
(Scene Change: Station Square)
"Hey, look! Where's that light coming from?" Danny asked
"Does this mean... they're going home?" Helen asked
"Oh no…" Frances said
(Scene Change: An unknown location)
(In a completely white area, Super Sonic lays down the unconscious Chris as True flew over in her 10% rage state.)
"Can you hear me, pal?" Super Sonic asked
(Chris slowly opens his eyes.)
"We're finally going home, thanks to you, Chris." Super Sonic said
(Struggling) "Sonic, True, take me with you, please." (A tear begins to form in his eye.) "I don't wanna stay here... not without you." (Sonic uses Chaos energy to heal Chris' wounds. The latter sits up and hugs True and Sonic.) "Ah... Sonic! True!" Chris shouted
"It's gonna be okay. We promise." Super Sonic said
(Chris starts to cry.)
"Sonic, please don't leave. You're the best friend I ever had! I don't want you to go away." (Sobs) "I'll miss you so much. Please don't go! Please!" Chris said
(But True and Sonic fade from Chris' grasp. Chris weeps bitterly.)
(Anguished) "You can't goooo!" Chris shouted
(A montage of scenes are shown, starting with a large, fog-covered land mass. Soon, Grizelda and Knuckles watch as Angel Island appears over the ocean. Eggman, Decoe, Bocoe and General Rainbow are recovering from their loss. Chris looks up in delight as he sees True and Sonic walking towards him from the midst. Sonic gives a wink and thumbs-up as True smiles happily.)
"Hey. Long time no see." Sonic said
(Scene Change: Deep unknown space)
(Deep in the regions of space, Rainbow King was groaning from the damage True had dealt to him as he was unable to move until a bulky yellow figure appeared out of nowhere, picking Rainbow King up into one of his hands, chuckling darkly.)
"This is most interesting, Dark Oak will be pleased with what I found." the bulky yellow figure said
