Jason was still seething as he stepped off the helicopter at the park.
Yami was talking with a Mime which meant he was talking with Marik.
Jason looked around and saw a Rare Hunter standing out in the park. He ran over and kicked him into a park bench. "Activate your Duel Disk! We're Dueling!" He shouted.
"Why should I?" The Rare Hunter asked. "I have no incentive to Duel you."
"Good. Then I'll just open the Shadow Realm and feed you too my Archfiends before taking your Rare Deck and Locator cards. If doesn't matter to me. That is just as easy to me as Dueling."
"What?" The Rare Hunter asked. "No! Don't send me to the Shadow Realm just because you feel like it!"
"Why not? Your group attacked Joey when he was about to win. Your group threw Montgomery over the side of a building for reasons only Marik knows. Your group made his sister walk out into the ocean until she was too far out and drowned. Your group keeps attacking my friends and I. Why shouldn't I send you to the Shadow Realm out of a sense of catharsis?"
"Because! You can't do that! It's not right!"
"RIGHT!? You want to sit there and discuss morals right now? Your group has no morals! Now either Duel or get sent to the Shadow Realm! I don't Care Which!"
"Duel! Duel!" The Rare Hunter Shouted, activating his Duel Disk.
Jason smiled and took off his helmet, throwing it at Kaiba who caught it.
Kaiba looked at Jason, he should stop him from using the Millennium Eye to cheat, but there were two things wrong with that. One, he didn't believe in stupid things like the Millennium items Because they couldn't be proven with science, so someone mutilated Jason for the fun of it, and two, Jason deserved to vent on someone who wasn't him. He watched as they shuffled their decks and drew their cards.
Jason took his helmet off and tossed it to Kaiba. "Hold onto that!" He snapped. "I'm going to want it back!"
Kaiba handed the helmet to Mokuba who put the helmet on and was shocked by what he saw. The helmet had a HUD that, when he looked at Jason and the Rare Hunter, he saw a bio on both of them showing that the man was indeed a Rare Hunter. That was how Jason had known the man was a Rare Hunter just by looking at him.
Mokuba's looked at Seto and saw a Bio on his big brother. Did Jason have Bios on Everyone? How did he get them?
"I draw!" Jason said, drawing his first card. "Next I'll discard Archfiend General to search my deck for the Pandemonium Field Spell before adding it to my hand and shuffling my deck. Next, I'll play Pandemonium in the Field Zone and I'll play Archfiend Soldier in attack Position. I end!"
The grass was changed to a level of Hell with Jason and the Rare Hunter standing on opposite sides of the descent into hell.
Mokuba looked at the Field and realized that there were nine levels with the Imprisoned Queen Archfiend stuck to a wall of one level. She was being tortured by hellish imps with chains and other implements of torture while Terrorking Archfiend watched with a sad look on his face, as if his torture was to watch her be tortured. What had she been imprisoned for?
The Imprisoned Queen Archfiend was sent to hell To atone for her part in trying to overthrow the Pharaoh.
The Terrorking Archfiend is forced to watch her torture in order to atone for his part in trying to overthrow the Pharaoh.
The Terrorqueen Archfiend is the result of what happens when the Terrorking Archfiend frees the Imprisoned Queen Archfiend. They lay waste to the world around them, becoming the ruler of Hell.
Kaiba stood in front of Mokuba with Kaeru and Saru standing behind Mokuba. He didn't want his brother seeing such acts committed, even if they were just Duel Monsters cards.
Jason used the Millennium Eye to see the Rare Hunters hand and saw Jinzo, Dust Tornado, Call of the Haunted, Change of Heart and Amazoness Swordswoman.
"I Play Amazoness Swordswoman in attack Position and set a Card in the Spell and Trap Zone. I'll end."
"I draw." Jason said sounding calmer than he actually felt. "I play the Pot of Greed." A holographic pot appeared on the battlefield and two holographic cards came out of the top as Jason drew two cards. "Next I'll set a card in the spell and trap zone and play a second Archfiend soldier."
An Archfiend Soldier walked out of hell and onto the battlefield before aiming his sword at the Rare Hunter before Pulling it behind his back and shrouding himself with his cape.
"I end." Jason said.
"You're not going to attack?" The Rare Hunter asked.
"No." Jason said. He knew that the Rare Hunter had set Change of Heart, and was debating on using it, but he was going to lull the Rare Hunter into a false sense of security before taking that security away. Maybe if he could get the Rare Hunter to use his Change of Heart then his Duel Disk Would explode and Jason would win by default. It was petty of him, but he didn't care. He wanted to cause the Rare Hunters and Marik As much despair As possible. "Now Play."
The Rare Hunter drew and set a Dust Tornado before setting a Blast Sphere in face down Defense Position. 'All I need is for him to attack and I'll be able to win.' He thought.
Jason smiled an evil smile.
"Why are you smiling like that?" The Rare Hunter asked, shakily.
"Because." Jason Said. "Nothing you do will save you. You lost the second you activated your Duel Disk."
"WHY!"
"Your Boss murdered my friend!" Jason seethed. "I am going to take every pleasure in destroying your organization one Rare Hunter at a time until I have eradicated all Rare Hunters from the face of the earth. You don't like it, I don't care. Play."
"I just ended!"
Jason drew a card and played a second Pot of Greed causing a second holographic jar to hover in midair while two holographic cards appeared out of the top when Jason drew two more cards.
Kaiba took out his phone and made a call to his rules committee. "Make a Note. After Battle City, Pot of Greed goes onto the limited list. You can only have one in your deck at any time."
"Of course, Mr. Kaiba."
Kaiba hung up. "Playing two Pot of Greed's in two turns." Kaiba snapped. "Who does Todd think he is?"
"A Duelist?" Mokuba asked.
Kaiba looked down at Mokuba. "I don't like That You're This much of a Smart mouth. You've been hanging around Jason too long."
"Actually, that was from Roi. He's a bit of a smart ass."
"Don't swear. Every time you swear, I'll deduct it from Todd's pay."
"That's kind of harsh, isn't it Seto?"
"No. Not it isn't. Todd wants to get paid. He shouldn't swear around you."
"Roi did it too. Also, Jason taught me snark, Roi taught me how to be a smart... mouth."
Kaiba grit his teeth. His brother had lousy role models.
"I play Barrier Statue of the Abyss." Jason Said. "From now on, only cards that share the dark attribute can be special summoned."
"WHAT!" The Rare Hunter shrieked.
"I end."
"Why isn't Jason attacking Seto?" Mokuba asked.
"His strategy seems to be too slowly drive his opponent insane by letting his reputation as a fierce Duelist eat away at them. A cruel strategy, but one that I can respect."
The Rare Hunter drew and set a Ring of Destruction before declaring an attack. "Amazoness Swordswoman! Attack Archfiend Soldier!"
The Amazoness Swordswoman ran over to Jason's side of the field and attacked the Archfiend Soldier only to have the Archfiend Soldier Move and Cut her down only for her blade to fly at Jason and hit him dealing him 400 damage.
Jason Todd: 3600
Rare Hunter: 4000
"Uh oh." Mokuba said.
"What is it?" Kaiba asked.
"The Rare Hunter drew first blood."
"If Todd's strategy is to lull his opponent into a false sense of security, then he's doing a good job."
"Do you want to give up?" The Rare Hunter asked.
"As if. Four hundred life points is nothing in a game of four thousand. That is a tenth of my life points. Nothing more."
"Okay. I end."
"I draw, then I sacrifice both of my Archfiend Soldiers to play Imprisoned Queen Archfiend."
Lightning flashed across the sky as the very ground shook and the Imprisoned Queen Archfiend roared.
The Archfiend Soldiers knelt down and held their swords over their heads as the Imprisoned Queen Archfiend ripped her chains out of the wall killing her torturers as ran out of hell before grabbing the Archfiend Soldiers and killing them, taking their place.
"WH-WH-WHAT IS THAT!" The Rare Hunter shouted, nearly sobbing.
"She is the Imprisoned Queen Archfiend." Jason Said. "Now. prostrate yourself and show her the proper respect before she decides to rip the flesh from your bones!"
The Rare Hunter bowed down with his face in the grass.
Kaiba couldn't help but laugh at the situation. "Jason has his opponent scared to the point that he can't even duel properly! He might as well forfeit!"
"I end." Jason said.
The Rare Hunter got to his knees and drew a card. He tried to stand but couldn't find his strength. He barely had the strength to draw a card. Drawing a card, he set it and ended.
Jason watched him set a second Dust Tornado before drawing his card. Smiling, he played Terrorking Archfiend.
The Terrorking Archfiend walked from his throne in the center of Hell onto the battlefield. He drew his sword, pointed it at the Rare Hunter before roaring.
The Rare Hunter looked at the Terrorking Archfiend and felt something warm run down his legs.
"I end." Jason said.
Kaiba and Mokuba watched Jason traumatize the Rare Hunter to the point of him peeing his pants.
"Pathetic." Kaiba Said.
"I wouldn't want to be that guy." Saru said.
"I don't think anyone would want to be that guy." Kaeru said. "Well, there are probably some people who would want to be that guy."
"Shut up!" Kaiba snapped at them.
"What do they mean by that Big Brother?" Mokuba asked Seto.
Kaiba grit his teeth. "Nothing." He said. "They mean nothing. Otherwise, they are fired."
Saru and Kaeru cleared their throats.
The Rare Hunter looked at his deck. He was humiliated and felt like his heart was going to have a heart attack, his heart was beating so fast.
"If you forfeit..." Jason said. "...I will beat the shit out of you. Scratch that, I will beat you to death."
The Rare Hunter sobbed and drew his next card.
Jason cringed mentally when he saw that the Rare Hunter drew and set a Cyber Jar.
The Rare Hunter set a Call of the Haunted. "I end." He said, wiping the tears from his eyes. The Cyber Jar gave him hope. Maybe he could win.
Jason drew a card and looked at his hand. He didn't really have anything that he could do. He didn't have anything that could stop the Cyber Jar, so he didn't have much he could do. "I end."
"Why didn't Jason play anything?" Mokuba asked.
"It's Todd." Kaiba Said. "Who knows why he does what he does?"
"I flip up my Cyber Jar!" The Rare Hunter shouted in relief.
"That's why." Kaiba Said.
The Rare Hunter and Jason put all monster cards on their respective sides of the field in their graveyards.
The Rare Hunter set four cards on the field.
Mokuba watched through Jason's helmet as the Rare Hunter played a forth card that wasn't in the right position to have been played from the cards that he'd drawn. "Seto." He said. "The Rare Hunter Just cheated. He played a card that was already in his hand before Cyber Jar."
Seto looked at the Rare Hunter. "Let Jason end him. I'll disqualify him after the duel."
"What if he wins."
"Unlikely."
"Okay." Mokuba went back to watching the duel.
Jason watched the Rare Hunter set four cards when he'd only drawn three monsters. The Rare Hunter Set the Dark-Eyes Illusionist, Aqua Madoor, Mystic Tomato, and Blast Sphere. He'd set the Blast Sphere Even though it was already in his hand when he'd played Cyber Jar. He had every right to make the Rare Hunter take a Penalty... he'd wait until after the Duel. He wanted to get as much torture out of the duel as possible. He was going to make the Rare Hunter regret his parents meeting before he killed him.
He set a Skillet Red Magician.
"I end." The Rare Hunter Said.
"I draw." Jason said. "Then I Play Contract with the Abyss As a spell circle appeared on the battlefield.
"I PLAY DUST TORNADO!" The Rate Hunter yelled, tears of mirth rolling down his cheeks. "KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE!"
Jason slid the ritual spell into his graveyard. If this was Duelist Kingdom then he would have made up some bullshit reason why the Rare Hunter couldn't destroy the Ritual spell Because it was powered by the very power of hell, but this was Battle City and Kaiba was standing Not Even fifty feet away. He set a card and ended.
"You're not even bothered by that?"
"Why?" Jason asked reasonably.
"Well, because, you know. I just ruined your strategy." The Rare Hunter looked like he was going to have an aneurysm.
"Bitch please." Jason Said. "Thats Not my strategy. My strategy involves beating you with the sheer power of hell. The entire deck IS the sheer power of hell. My strategy is to play the deck and beat my opponent with it."
The Rare Hunter started crying again. "Why won't you let me forfeit."
"I never said you couldn't. I just said That I was going to beat you to death if you forfeit. I set a Card in the spell and trap zone and end my turn."
"Jason isn't going to let him get away with that." Mokuba said. "The Contract with the Abyss is one of his strongest cards. It's not his strongest, just one of them, but this Duel would have been over sooner had he been able to use it. The Rare Hunter prolonged his pain."
"I draw." The Rare Hunter said before he began laughing maniacally.
Jason saw that he'd drawn Jinzo. It made things difficult, but not game ending.
"I sacrifice my Aqua Madoor to play Jinzo, and I'll attack your Skilled Red Magician! Jinzo! Psychic Overdrive!"
A cyborg appeared on the field. His tall sickly, lanky figure was hidden by green robes and his face was covered by a mask with red lenses for the eyes.
Most people were terrified of Jinzo since he could throw a wrench in nearly every Duelist's Plan Just by existing, and with its unsightly 2400 ATK it was a solid Monster.
This meant Jason showed no fear when faced with such a Monster. He had the literal power of hell at his fingertips. Not much, if anything, scared him.
Jinzo groaned and the air distorted as waves of energy shot out towards the Skilled Red Magician, destroying it and the extra damage hitting Jason who didn't even flinch.
Jason Todd: 2800
Rare Hunter: 4000
"That it?" Jason asked.
"Oh no!" A new voice Said. "How did Jason lose 1200 of his life points?"
The group looked over to see the Yami Yugi standing next to them.
"This is a Common thing for Jason." Mokuba said. "Letting his opponent get an early lead before coming back and destroying them with an absolutely devastating victory, usually with one attack."
"He'll have to make that two attacks now." Kaiba said. "Battle City has new rules."
"Well, yeah, but this is Jason we're talking about. He'll probably find a way."
Kaiba grit his teeth. He'd made the new Battle City Rules to nerf players like Todd. If Todd won easily, even with the new rules Todd would rise higher into the ranks. That would be bad. Jason couldn't rise higher. He needed to stay in his place.
"Do you end?" Jason asked.
"Yes." The Rare Hunter Breathed heavily. "Yes. I've stopped you." He began laughing. "I stopped you."
"No." Jason said, drawing his next card. "I play Monster Reborn."
"DUST TORNADO!" The Rare Hunter laughed maniacally before his laughter turned to wails when Jinzo destroyed his Dust Tornado. "NO! NO! HOW!"
"You didn't read your own Monster's effect." Jason said. "I get to special summon my Imprisoned Queen Archfiend, but she's not staying. I'll sacrifice her for the Beast of Talwar."
"Why would he do that?" Yugi asked. "His Imprisoned Queen Archfiend has a better attack and effect. Why sacrifice her for the Beast of Talwar?"
"I'm not sure." Yami said.
"He's trying to get the level he wants." Mokuba said. "He's going to Synchro Summon next turn."
"What?" The group Said.
"Watch." Mokuba said. "He's going to Synchro Summon."
"I end." Jason said.
"I draw." The Rare Hunter Said, looking pale. "I set a Monster in Face Down Defense Position, and end."
Jason watched the Rare Hunter play another Aqua Madoor before ending and he drew his own card. "I play Double Resonator and use it and the Beast of Talwar to Synchro Summon Chaos King Archfiend."
"Told you." Mokuba said.
Both Double Resonator and the Beast of Talwar pixilated, turning to stars and flew down into the pits of hell before walking out of the hell as the Chaos King Archfiend. From the ground up he had indigo colored boots with orange pants that went down into the boots. From the waist up there was an indigo sleeveless shirt with dead, mummified arms sticking out of the sleeves, the hands ending in razor sharp claws. It wore armor around its neck and shoulders that ended in a cape made of bone and hellfire that was connected to its wrists. Ok it's face it was a mask or gold that ended in spikes like some kind of crown. Out of the top of the crown was reddish black smoke giving off the appearance of curly hair that defied the laws of gravity.
The Chaos King Archfiend walked out onto the field and stood like a kind of the Underworld ought to. Standing with his arms out so everyone could witness his majesty.
Jason looked at his hand. "I end."
"He didn't do much this turn." Kaiba said. "Let's see if it was enough."
The Rare Hunter drew a card and played the Amplifier equip spell on Jinzo, allowing Jinzo to control who's trap cards got negated.
"I end."
"I draw." Jason said. "Then I Play the Ace of Despair giving my Chaos King Archfiend an additional 1000 ATK making him 3600 ATK, but I'm not finished, because I also equip him with the Archfiends Staff of Despair giving him a special ability to cause your monsters to lose ATK equal to half of his ATK when he attacks."
A battle axe appeared in the air before the Chaos King Archfiend picked it up out of the air and looked at it.
Next, a wicked looking staff that appeared to be made out of a sharpened stick with thorns wrapped around it with a winged skull sitting atop it appeared in the air.
The Chaos King Archfiend picked it up and held it before pointing it at the Rare Hunter.
"Chaos King Archfiend. Attack his Jinzo. Slash of Despair."
The Chaos King Archfiend looked at Jinzo and Switched his ATK and DEF before a beam shot out of the Archfiend Staff of Despair causing Jinzo's ATK to go from the 1500 it had been switched to 0000 since it couldn't drop to -0300.
The Rare Hunter sobbed as he knew what came next.
The Chaos King Archfiend cackled a diseased cackle that sent chills up the Pharaoh's spine.
"What was That?" Yugi asked. "I felt that in our mind."
"I do not know," the Pharaoh said, "but whatever it was, I never want to feel it again."
Kaiba watched Jason Duel and wondered if it was too late to get the man Therapy.
Mokuba watched and cheered Jason on as the Chaos King Archfiend swung the Ace of Despair down, cleaving through Jinzo and sending the scrap at the Rare Hunter sending him from 4000 to 0400.
Rare Hunter: 0400
Jason Todd: 2800
The Rare Hunter broke and began sobbing as he knew he was done for. He knew that if he failed then Master Marik would destroy his mind, but if he forfeits, this monster hiding in a human's clothes would beat him to death. He didn't know what was worse.
Sobbing, he drew his next card, and played a Ring of destruction. He looked at his field and remembered something that gave him hope, and so he responded appropriately... by turning into a sobbing, cackling mess at his salvation. He'd had the card to his salvation all along. He just needed to play it.
"I wouldn't if I were you." Jason warned.
The Rare Hunter said something unintelligible, but Jason knew what he was thinking. The Rare Hunter had told him to shut up because it wasn't going to save him.
The Rare Hunter played the Change of Heart spell card, and took over the Chaos King Archfiend, Though, Not without a Fight.
Royalty did not like being told what to do, and Demonic Royalty even less.
Even though the Chaos King Archfiend put up a fight, the Change of Heart card still took him over to the Rare Hunter's side of the field.
"NOW BURN IN HELL MOTHER FUCKER!" The Rare Hunter yelled before his Duel Disk blew up because it couldn't handle the sheer power of hell.
Jason looked at the Rare Hunter. "You cheated during the Duel, and for that you have to pay a penalty. PENALTY!" He shouted before throwing a blank Duel Monster's Card at the Rare Hunter causing him to become one with the card.
He was wearing the same outfit as the Imprisoned Queen Archfiend and was also chained to the wall in the same position.
Gerald: Imprisoned Queen Substitute
Monster/Effect: Gerald: Imprisoned Queen Substitute is considered Imprisoned Queen Archfiend while in the Deck, Field, or Graveyard. You may use Gerald: Imprisoned Queen Substitute for any cards requiring the use of an Imprisoned Queen Archfiend.
ATK: 1700/DEF:2600
There was a flash of light as all of the Archfiends were returned to their places in the Pandemonium Field Spell, but one new sound was coming from the hellish Field Spell. The sound of a human being's tortured wails.
Jason deactivated his Duel Disk and the Pandemonium Field disappeared.
Jason walked over to Gerald's body and took his deck, locator cards, two in total, and left him alone as he walked back to the others.
"Why." Yugi asked. "Why Did you do That?"
"I am an assassin." Jason Said. "I kill those who threaten what is mine. He threatened my friends, so I killed him."
Mokuba nodded to that causing Kaiba to freeze. He couldn't have Mokuba thinking the right thing to do was killing people who got in his way. That was the Big Fives way of thinking, and his step fathers.
"Mokuba." Jason Said. "You should Not follow my example. Do not kill because you can. If you are ever out in a situation where it's kill or be killed you may defend yourself, but do not kill just because you can. I do not kill Because I Can. I kill either because of the Undying One or because people I care about are threatened."
"But you're killing the Rare Hunters."
"Because they crossed the line. They killed Montgomery, they killed Sina, they hurt Mina. I'm killing them because if I don't, then they will kill again, and again, and again. Do you understand?"
"Yeah."
"Good, but as a rule of thumb, just try not to kill in general, not when a good ass kicking is all that is needed."
"Okay."
The group nodded and went their separate ways with the Pharaoh leaving to find his next opponent.
Joey walked out of the Aquarium, shaking water out of his hair when he heard a familiar voice.
"Enjoy your bath, Wheeler?" Rex Raptor asked.
"Almost as much As I enjoyed da Duel." Joey said, taking Rex's power away by agreeing with him. He realized how much trouble his mouth had gotten him into and was going to try and change.
"So! You Beat Mako! You might actually be a threat!"
"I'm not da same Duelist ya dueled in Duelist Kingdom." Joey Said. "I'm still pretty brash, but I learned a few lessons since then."
"Really? Like how to lose graciously?"
"Are ya challengin' me ta a Duel Rex? If not den let me go find another Duelist."
Rex looked taken aback. Wheeler had just talked down to him. He couldn't let that slide. "I challenge you to a Duel Wheeler!"
Joey smiled at Rex. He'd fallen for the bait.
Yugi walked out of the big top, Arkana had been a real threat. He'd almost lost his Dark Magician and his life. If he hadn't won, then he would have died. Arkana died, and for what? A manakin. He'd died for a manakin. Marik was pure evil. There was nothing he wouldn't do to get what he wanted, and what he wanted was his puzzle. Maybe Jason was right, and they needed to be more vigilant?
"AND NOW MY TERRORKING ARCHFIEND WILL ATTACK YOUR LIFE POINTS DIRECTLY!" A voice shouted, pulling Yugi and the Pharaoh out of their thoughts.
"I didn't realize that Jason was dueling again." Yugi said.
"He's not." The Pharaoh Said. "That is not Jason."
A man wearing a red zip up hoodie with the hood covering his face looked at the Pharaoh. "I am Jason, and if you Duel me, you WILL lose to my Archfiends!"
"You Are not Jason, and I will prove it!" The Pharaoh shouted, activating his Duel Disk.
"Then you will lose." Not Jason said.
"LET'S DUEL!" Both Duelists shouted in unison.
Miho was walking around, trying to find her next Duel when she saw a man with a hot sauce themed deck that looked familiar, and sat to watch. She might Duel him next.
After his Duel he looked around and saw Miho. "Are you a Duelist?" He asked.
"I am." She said.
"You looking for a Duel?"
"Yes."
"Then, Let's Duel." He said.
Miho ran to her side of the field and activated her Duel Disk.
"Let's Duel!" They shouted in unison.
Kaiba and Mokuba we were looking around when they were approached by two people in purple cloaks and masks. One was tall and the other was short.
"Who are you?" Kaiba asked.
"I am Lumos." One Said.
"And I am Umbra!" The other Said.
"And we are here to take your God card!" They shouted in unison.
"You can try." Kaiba Said. "But you'll have to Duel me for it!"
"Excellent!" They said. "This will be Easy."
"Who am I Dueling!" Kaiba demanded.
"Both of us! This is a tag team Duel."
"Then I'll Duel alongside you." Mokuba said, activating his Duel Disk.
"Fine. Stay out of this Todd!" Kaiba shouted, activating his Duel Disk. "Go Fight a Child or something."
Jason glared at Kaiba before walking away.
Lumos and Umbra activated their Duel Disks.
"Let's Duel!" They shouted in unison.
Saru and Kaeru watched as Mokuba and Seto defeated Lumos and Umbra with Seto's Obelisk the Tormentor.
Seto took their rarest cards and their Locator cards before handing the rarest cards and one of the locator cards to Mokuba before looking around and freezing.
Saru and Kaeru looked around and saw the Paradox twins.
"What do you Want?" Saru asked.
"Merely to Duel you two..." One of them said.
"To test ourselves verses the Brothers Kaeru..." the other said.
"And Saru!" They shouted in unison.
"Duel them." Kaiba Said. "You don't want to lose your edge."
"Very well." Saru said.
"We'll kick them out of the tournament." Kaeru said, causing the others to groan at the horrible pun.
"Let's Duel!" They shouted in unison.
Tina and Mina were with Ryder looking at all the Locator cards that Ryder had.
"How did you get all those Locator cards!" Tina demanded, looking at the nearly two dozen Locator cards in his deck box.
"Just Lucky." Ryder said. "I found Some, Some were given to me, some were given to me by accident, and some just appear out of nowhere." He said, sitting down and finding his twenty-fourth locator card. "See. Want me to give you the ones that you need?"
"Not unless we get down to the wire." Mina said, determined to Duel.
"What Happens If you fill every slot on your Duel Disk?" Tina asked.
Ryder put a Locator Card in each slot on his Duel Disk and a Hologram showed up showing Ryder several locations and a list.
The first Location was where the Semi-Finals would be held, the second location showed a room number, the third location showed a shop, and the list showed a List of Cards that could be received at the shop for gathering more than the required number of locator cards.
Ryder read through the cards and whistled. All the cards were ultra rare cards that cost hundreds of thousands of Yen. He'd have to read through them.
"Hey you!" A voice shouted. "You think you're hot shit because you're lucky! Let's see you Duel my brother and I with two decks! If we win, you hand over that Exodia set!"
"Bitch." Tina said. "Check yourself. If you want to duel my boyfriend then you have to get through us first."
"Fine. This'll be easy!"
"Let's Duel!" Tina and Mina shouted in unison.
Jason was walking around and was shocked when he heard a child's voice.
"Hey! I Challenge you to a duel!" A kid shouted.
Jason looked down to see a child. "What?" He asked, Complete confused.
"I Challenge you to a Duel! My dad says that I'm the best Duelist ever and I'm going to prove it by winning Battle City!"
"How did you get in? What's your Dueling Rank?"
"I'm an S Rank Duelist!" The kid shouted. "My dad said so!"
"Okay. I'll Duel you if you are an S Rank Duelist. This should be fun."
"Cower before my deck!" The kid shouted.
"Let's Duel!" The two shouted, activating their Duel Disks.
