The Turtle King's army advanced towards the Shark Palace; on the way there, they found the Revengers already engaging in combat with the Shark King's army. They decided to charge anyway, turning the battle into a three-way conflict. The appearance of clones among the Shark King's army wasn't making things any better. There were even killer clones of the princes and princesses with black and red eyes, who had turned evil due to apparent neglect.
Inside the Shark Palace, the messenger informed the Shark King of another unfolding situation. "Your Highness, Parker Zhou is leading the Drylander resistance into Salacia! Also, our reinforcements from the Valparaíso division have arrived to join the battle!"
"Luckily I've prepared for all possibilities. Send out the reserve troops to attack the Drylanders and have our western counterparts assist in the battle!"
"Yes, Your Highness!"
"Now, there is something that I need to do." The Shark King got up and left the throne room.
Back on the battlefield, Polvina, Leia and Tata were fighting Isa, Nico and Nicole.
"Isa! Why are you still siding with the Shark King even after what happened?" asked Polvina.
Isa replied, "There's a score I have to settle with someone, and my pride will not allow it to go unsettled!"
Elsewhere, Ester, Marli and Tubarina were fighting Caton, Maurico and Agostinha.
"Outta my way, skank!" Tubarina yelled as she punched Agostinha in the head, sending her back.
Maurico yelled as he charged at Tubarina, but Marli caught up to him and slid on the ground to trip him up while Tubarina roundhouse kicked him in the face.
As Tubarina and Marli celebrated their victory, Ester was thrown back by Caton with his cudgel. The two girls managed to catch Ester as Caton charged at them. "Where are you looking? Your opponent is me!"
Marli took out her sword and tried to perform a Tsubame Gaeshi on Caton. Her sword collided with his cudgel which caused her to miss, but that was enough to distract Caton as Ester and Tubarina leaped forward to kick him in the chest.
"Not bad for a couple girls with attitude," commented Marli.
"We could say the same for you," replied Ester.
"Character development for the win!" added Tubarina.
Suddenly, the three girls were attacked by three princesses; Globefish Princess Globina, Southern Ray Bream Princess Reinetina and Southern Hake Princess Merluzina. They were good friends where they came from, but they were no Polvina, Ester and Tubarina; in fact, Reinetina was more Marli than Ester.
"Where the hell did these girls come from?" wondered Marli.
Ester observed, "They have crowns on their head, so they must be princesses. Their crowns look different, though."
Tubarina answered, "They're princesses from Western Salacia, on the other side of Dryland. If it wasn't for this war, they wouldn't be able to come here in the first place." To get to the main Salacia, Western Salacians would have needed to go through Dryland or through dangerous and unpredictable waters. Thanks to the war though, the former case was now viable as they could fly through the air, whether in planes or on flying fish.
Marcello and Hugo were fighting the Mussel Prince Leo and the (Chilean) Loco Abalone Prince Felipe.
"Just like old times, eh, Hugo?" said Marcello.
Hugo replied, "That's right, Marcello! The old duo working together again!"
Veto, Dinho and their friends fought other members of the Revengers, including Dustin, Toire, Garter and Katrina along with Red Snapper Prince Walter, Tropical Fish Princess Daisy, Manta Ray Prince Leon, the Squid Royal Family's decoy princess Squid Girl, the Cuttlefish Prince Humberto and Tiger Shark Prince Thiago. Even Marine Iguana Prince Ignacio and Sawshark Princess Sierra were among them as well. Veto and the others had never seen some of the princes and princesses they were fighting around Salacia; they thought they came from another part of the sea, but they would never know if they were right or wrong.
Meanwhile, Soraia and Sirilo were fighting their fathers, Rayzor and Clacani.
Soraia said, "I want to believe that love will win today. That's why I won't lose against you, Father!"
Sirilo said, "I will fight for what I believe in and I won't let anyone get in my way, even if it's you, Father!"
Elsewhere, the Shark King was swimming along when he was attacked by two familiar men. "It's been a while, King Shark. How's your future looking?"
The Shark King turned around and was shocked to find out who his attackers were. "Carlos Chain? Thorn? How in Salacia can you be here? Both of you should be rotting in prison!"
"Ever heard of day release, dumbass?" Mr Chain said cheekily.
"Not me," added Thorn. "Seretao helped me apply for parole. Community service is one of my conditions, and stopping you is one of my duties!"
After a short fight, the Shark King quickly defeated Mr Chain and Thorn before continuing on.
Seretao and Bia were fighting King Marcos, the two passing the Staff of Oblivion around and using its different modes to fight Marcos.
"Staff of Oblivion, Final Mode! May the light of the Goddess strike down our enemies!" Bia fired a blast at Marcos, but just as it was about to hit him…
GUARD VENT!
The Shark King appeared in front of Marcos with a shield before slapping him away. Bia and Seretao charged at the Shark King, but…
SWORD VENT!
…they were knocked back by the Shark King who had twin sabres in his hands. Bia and Seretao got back up and prepared to fire an attack together. "Staff of Oblivion, full power!"
STEAL VENT!
The Staff suddenly disappeared and reappeared in the Shark King's hands. The Shark King released the power charged within the staff as a blast at Bia and Seretao, knocking them to the ground again before disappearing.
Elsewhere, Miss Marla and Duante were fighting King Giddeon before they were assisted by Mr Chain and Thorn.
"The power has gone to your head, King Whale! What exactly do you want with your power?" asked Thorn.
Giddeon replied, "I will cleanse all wickedness and impurity on both our worlds! Only when this planet is pure will I be able to cleanse myself!"
"And how do you expect to do that? How can you be sure that everything goes the way you want?"
"I'm not just sure, I'm HIV-positive."
Before Giddeon could realise it, the Shark King was behind him, slapping him aside before teleporting around and slapping the others. Seretao, Bia and some other princes and princesses (including Troy, Luisa, Danny and Liziana) came to help, but they ended up getting slapped as well. Thanks to this, however, Thorn saw an opening and rushed to grab the Mermaid King's crown off Giddeon's head with the help of Mr Chain. Once he did, however, the Shark King slapped Thorn away and took the crown for himself before disappearing.
"Our mission has failed. The Shark King will be unstoppable now," Thorn told Seretao.
Seretao replied, "No matter. You did the best you could. Let's get you and Chain back to prison." Seretao commanded two guards from the prison to help him take the two back.
Miss Marla went over to the Whale King with Duante and helped him up. "We have a lot to talk about. You made your family very worried and scared of you."
"I'm sorry, Miss Marla. It's still a lot for me to take in right now."
"Come on," said Duante. "Let's go see your family. We'll help you explain everything to them."
Meanwhile, back with Polvina, Ester and Tubarina, they and their friends continued to fight the Revengers as they received a report from Seretao. They had successfully neutralised the Whale King, but in the process, they lost the Staff of Oblivion and the Mermaid King's crown. Just when everyone thought they had enough problems to deal with, something drastic happened that they didn't expect.
"DRYLANDERS!" everyone gasped as they saw the Kongming Army approaching Salacia from above.
"All units attack!" Parker commanded as he and his army began attacking each and every Salacian they could see. Parker spotted the three girls and charged at them, but their friends, including Marcello, Veto, Dinho and Hugo, came to their aid.
As Parker continued to fly at them, he knew the perfect move to use on them. In his second battle with the main group at King Marcos' base, he used a rushing version of the Octaslash that used less sword swings in exchange for making it a moving attack. This time, Parker unleashed the true power of the Octaslash on the group, hitting them seven times with his sword before leaping up to strike them from above. But that wasn't all; right after that final strike, Parker rushed through the group so fast, they didn't know what hit them as they suddenly found themselves hit by lingering attacks. This was a prime Octaslash, performed by one with great mastery of his Masamune Blade. Parker looked back at the group with a smile before he continued for the Shark Palace.
"We're not even a match for him! He's too strong!" complained Ester.
"More like he's too fast," added Tubarina. "How are we supposed to block attacks with a sword as long as that?"
"And how is he even holding it in one hand?" remarked Marli. "I can barely perform some of my father's secret moves with two hands!"
"Maybe we shouldn't try to confront him directly again," thought Polvina. After thinking for a while, Polvina asked, "Do we have any white flags?"
Everyone was shocked when they realised what Polvina was asking. "Are you planning to surrender to the Drylanders like this?" questioned Tata.
"White flags don't just mean surrender. They're a sign that we've come to talk with our enemy."
"That's too crazy, Polvina!" admonished Leia. "Parker Zhou's not the type of person who's willing to sit down and talk!"
"He might not be, but maybe there's someone who's in charge of him, or some other people who might be willing to listen to us."
"We won't let you go alone, sis!" Ester told her.
"I know. That's why you and Tubarina are definitely coming with me."
Marcello questioned, "Wait, why Tubarina? I thought she was coming with me and Veto to see my uncle."
Tubarina replied, "No, Marcello. Polvina has a point. We're the only ones who know the way to the Drylander base, but you need to be here so you can be with your parents when they see Marcela."
"In that case, let me come with you too," said Veto. "Marcello, I'm leaving Mother and Father in your hands."
"Veto, Father needs you more now that I can't be there for him!"
"The hell with that! I'm going to become the Shark King eventually, so I should be getting to know some Drylanders before I do!"
Polvina quickly interjected. "Enough! This isn't the time to be arguing. You can come with us too, Veto, but I also need more volunteers so we can show the Drylanders that we're just like them."
After the princes and princesses looked at each other, a number of them put their hands up for this dangerous mission to Dryland. They included Soraia, Dylan, Merlo, Wilmer, Delfi, Matilda, Goldina, Hugo, Tata, Leia, Caramelo, and Dinho. Others, including Elektra, Marli, Socita, Sirilo, Angelica, Camarina, Juli, Jessi, Lia, Luisa, Vivi, Fran, Paolo, Jaune and Flourison were happy to stay in Salacia with Marcello and the Turtle King.
"That's more than enough people we need for our mission," said Polvina. "Right, Tubarina, you and Marcello managed to find your way back here from the Drylander base. Can you remember which way you went?"
"I do. Leave it to me, sis!"
"Great! Get the white flags and let's go!"
