Chapter 6: Jellyfish Fields
SpongeBob led his friends through town without being seen by Syndicate troops, thanks to Michelangelo's advice on stealth combined with SpongeBob's memory of the town's layout. They soon arrived at Jellyfish Fields.
Timmy: Did anyone else notice all the Syndicate troops were robots and not ghosts?
Michelangelo: Yeah. No offense, Danny, but I don't think ghost would be useful here.
Danny: None taken.
Jimmy: Let's be grateful we were able to avoid their patrols.
Everyone snuck through Jellyfish Fields. The area was eerily calm.
Danny: I hate how quiet it is. I feel like we're in a horror movie.
They soon came across a Harvester.
SpongeBob: Quietly, team. We can't let the enemy know we're here until we've met up with Agent Star.
Out from a rock, an anthromorphic starfish in Bermuda shorts jumped out. This was Patrick Star, SpongeBob's best friend.
Patrick: Hey, SpongeBob! Don't tell anyone, but Sandy made me a secret agent!
Patrick laughed as the Harvester detected him. Some of the townsfolk thought to hide in Jellyfish Fields, so Plankton programmed his Harvesters to round them up.
SpongeBob: Patrick, run for it! That Jellyfish Harvester is heading for you!
Patrick saw he was in trouble and tried to run but the Jellyfish Harvester sucked him up.
SpongeBob: PATRICK, NO!
Patrick was dropped into the same bag as the Jellyfish and they started zapping him as he screamed for help. SpongeBob kept crying as the Jellyfish Harvester left and a new on came.
Danny: SpongeBob, we'll save him. But we got to stick to Sandy's plan. We take out these Harvesters, find Agent Swirlhorn, and get inside Plankton's forest. We'll find Patrick there.
The Harvester moved to the heroes and started firing at them using the turret on top. Everyone scattered and attacked it. Michelangelo rushed up and used his nunchucks to hook onto the turret. Using all his effort, Michelangelo managed to rip it off.
Timmy: I wish Jimmy's shrink ray works underwater.
Cosmo and Wanda granted the wish as Jimmy brought the device out and fired it at the Harvester. It shrunk down and its armor was completely weakened. Danny fired an ecto-blast and it was completely destroyed.
Michelangelo: Sponge, you know this place better than us. Where would the Harvesters be more likely to be?
SpongeBob: There's a large Jellyfish Nest not far from here. I know a short cut through an old shipwreck.
SpongeBob led his friends to the shipwreck. It was an old sea galleon back when ships used sails. Moving through the wreckage, they were able to find a large Jellyfish Nest still occupied as a Harvester approached it.
SpongeBob: (Rushing at it with his bubble wand) Leave them alone.
The Harvester turned its attention towards SpongeBob and moved towards him. Jimmy shrunk it before it could suck him up. SpongeBob slammed his bubble wand onto it and crushed it.
SpongeBob: Wow, who knew a bubble blowing wand could be a weapon?
Timmy: Is there a ninja lesson on that, Mikey?
Michelangelo: Ninjas are masters of adaptation. We can use anything on hand as a weapon. (Not noticing a Syndicate robot coming towards the heroes from behind them) You just got figure out how to use it.
Everyone jumped at the sound of a gunshot. They turned around and saw the robot now full of bullet holes. I fell over and showed a hillbilly anthromorphic Narwhal holding a completely reloaded blunderbuss rifle.
?: Ya'll best be raising your hands in the air before I gun ya'll down!
Danny: (Doing as he was told) Easy with that weapon, ma'am.
SpongeBob recognized the voice and perked up a bit.
SpongeBob: Narlene?
Narlene: (As SpongeBob hugged her) Spin my horn and call me "Sally"! SpongeBob! (Hugging her old friend) I was wondering where you scampered off to. These shiny folk with you?
SpongeBob: (Getting in front of the others) Yeah, they're my friends.
Narlene: (Relaxing) Then, they're okay with me. Narlene Narwhal, these are my friends: Jimmy Neutron, Timmy Turner, Michelangelo, and Danny Phantom.
Michelangelo: Thanks for not shooting us. You Agent Swirlhorn?
Narlene: Yup. My brother, Nobby, is Agent Speed. He got himself captured to infiltrate Plankton's fortress. I got your entry way ready. You just got to destroy the last Harvester.
Jimmy: Thanks, Narlene.
Narlene gave the heroes a map she made and marked the entry with an X. It brought them to a large iron wall that led into Plankton's fortress. Jimmy shrunk it and Timmy shot it with his Star Blaster. Everyone found Narlene standing by a rock.
Danny: Mission accomplished, Narlene. You got us away in?
Narlene just brought a detonator plunger that led to a huge stockpile of dynamite.
Michelangelo: DUCK AND COVER!
Narlene slammed down on the detonator and the wall exploded from the dynamite.
Timmy: Subtle as a freight train but effective.
SpongeBob: (Running inside) Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Nobby, all the little Jellyfish and the townsfolk… Hang on! We're coming!
Everyone ran up to catch up with their friend.
