Hello everyone, hope you're ready to end season 4.
Now for some questions and things to say.
First MorphIIIdragonx. I'm sorry to say this, but I have other stuff to finish before I go crazy with Dragon Prince. You see, I plan on finishing my Kipo story in February, along with its Zootopia crossover, plus start a new story that I've been planning to post, taking Kipo's place in my order, and I'll announce what it is in the next chapter of Kipo.
Next Py1pod, and it's all good. I would like to make a few images for this story as well, I just haven't found someone that I can trust or have the budget to go down that rabbit hole.
Next for He-dragonfi3 questions. 1, nope, that triple crossover, the Zootopia, and the Case Close stories is just a side adventure that the characters for my main stories to learn from, and their stories end with no way to see them again, they're not going to be connected like Xadia and Kumandra, so we won't see any next generation form Dungeons and Dragons, Zootopia, and Case Close. 2, let's see how my Zootopia goes first, you see I'm messing with the Zootopia world a little so it can be proper Pokemon x Kipo x Zootopia story, so let's see if you all like it enough before we think about doing Zootopia 2, but I will say that if I do it, it'll be after it's digital release date. 3 no, Talia is just a regular Tidebound Elf, but she will be excited when they go to find Akiyu. 4 I've heard of it, just never got around to watching it. 5 Honestly no, you'll see why later, but if I change anything with Katolis I might change where it is on the map, but I won't tell you why because that would spoil some future plans. 6, they will stop him from going over the edge, but I hope it won't come to that. And 7, I can see after the story ends, the Black Dragonflight starts an industrial revolution, so probably.

Chapter 37
Escape From Umber Tor With Everyone In One Piece
Umber Tor
We left off with our gang, passed out by Claudia's spell, and Terry, Viren, and Sparklespuff walking up to Claudia, dragging along Soren and Rhyperior, both of them wrapped up in vines, with Grav appearing next to Claudia. "Wow. Powerful sleep spell, sweetie. I can't believe it even worked on the big old dragon!" Terry said to Claudia.
"Aw… compliments later though. I don't know how long the spell is going to last, so let's find this map quickly." Claudia said to Terry.
"She's right. I would like to kill our enemies before us, but we don't have time. Rex isn't the kind of dragon we want angry, and I'm sure he'll be angry when he wakes up. The sooner we're out of here the better." Grav said to everyone, as and Claudia passed their staffs to Terry, making Terry hold all three staffs
That's when Sparklespuff started snarling. Claudia then shushed Sparklespuff. "Be quiet. No waking the dragon!" Claudia said to Sparklespuff.
This gave Soren and Rhyperior an idea. "Hey! Mr. Dragon, wake up! Time to rise and shine and eat the bad humans who are trying to-." Soren said to Rex Igneous, talking as loud as he could, all the while Rhyperior stomped his feet and tail into the floor, but both of them stopped making noise when Terry made the vines around them grow and tangled them up even more in the vines, and making them fall to the floor, their mouths covered by vines to they couldn't yell anymore.
"Sorry 'bout that little adjustment, hope it's not too uncomfy." Terry said to Soren and Rhyperior. "Don't worry about stuffing his mouth with leaves, Soren loves salad. I don't know about the other one though." Claudia said to Terry.
"It's good for you! But Rhyperior doesn't like salads, I don't know why." Soren said to everyone, his voice muffled by the vine over his mouth.
Then they heard Callum snoring, and turned to him. "He's a friend of yours?" Terry asked Claudia. "Not anymore." Claudia said to Terry.
"Can we focus, people! I want to be long gone by the time Rex Igneous walks up!" Grav said to everyone, as they all started to look around for the map.
That's when Sparklespuff started to screech at some gold. And while no one noticed, Sparklespuff did, and what he noticed was Zym, who was still awake, and hiding in some gold with his sleeping Wattrel.
"What are you doing?" Viren asked Sparklespuff, as he grabbed its arm and shushed it. "Quiet now, as if your strange little life depends on it." Viren said to Sparklespuff, dragging Sparklespuff away from the pile of gold where Zym and Wattrel were hiding.
Once they were gone Soren started to claw towards everyone the best he could. "Rayla, Drake, Allen, wake up! It's me Soren!" Soren said to them, still muffled.
And as expected the three of them didn't wake up, and this made Soren sigh.
Meanwhile, Claudia and Terry walked up to Rex Igneous. "Sort of a funny irony to losing a map, wouldn't you say? I mean, we could really use a map… to the map!" Terry said to Claudia.
This caused Claudia to have an idea, and chuckled, as she moved her left index finger from her nose to his nose. "Well, I don't have one of those. But I have finding spell!" Claudia said to Terry, as she took her staff with a cheery tune in her voice.
"Lux revelare!" Claudia said, as she slammed her staff into the floor, letting out a large gold pulse that traveled all over the place. Claudia heard a hiss, and turned to see Terry with a worried look on his face.
"I think I found the map." Terry said to Claudia, pointing to Rex Igneous. "It's in the dragon's mouth." Terry said to Claudia, as they noticed one of Rex Igneous' teeth glowing yellow.
The Sunfire Camp
Meanwhile, at the Sunfire Camp, Janai and Amaya where in Janai's tent, having tea with Thalia and Elwin, and having a good time watching baby Sisu play with Janai's crown, with Falinks, Volcarona, Delphox, and Torkoal watching them.
But that's when Mizo, Hadia, Dumngual, Oricorio, Solrock, and Lunatone came running in, looking worried. "Dad, guys, what's wrong?" Thalia asked everyone.
"We have a problem." Mizo said to everyone. "I'm sorry to say this, Queen Janai, but your brother has started something foolish." Hadia said to Janai, holding up the challenge Karim made the other day.
As Hadia gave Janai the challenge, Amaya asked what it was in sign. "It's something that was forbidden a long time ago. It's a challenge to a Royal Blood Duel." Janai said to Amaya, looking at the message.
"A Royal Blood Duel?! He can't be serious?!" Thalia asked Janai. "I'm afraid he is." Janai said to Thalia, with a very serious look on her face.
Meanwhile Miyana was wearing her uniform and looking at her mask outside the trial space, when Karim walked up to her, looking proud. "Karim, challenging Queen Janai to a blood duel is foolhardy, she's a great warrior." Miyana said to Karim, before Karim took her hand.
"Don't forget I'm a powerful mage." Karim said to Miyana. "What if you're not powerful enough?" Miyana asked Karim, looking away from Karim as she took her hand back.
This surprised Karim. "Like I said, it doesn't matter. I know my sister. Janai will refuse to fight. Then I will invoke my royal rights, and the Six Horns will arrest her." Karim said to Miyana, turning away from Miyana.
"And what if the other Horns won't take your side?" Miyana asked Karim, making Karim turn to her. "They feel the fractures in our empire, they know my sister is breaking us apart. As soon as they see I am giving them a path to restore our strength, they will take it." Karim said to Miyana, before walking away. Leaving Miyana to have a bad feeling about this.
Umber Tor
Back in Umber Tor, Soren was rubbing his head against Rayla's head, trying to wake her up.
But that's when Zym came out of hiding, with Wattrel on his head, and moved to Soren, to bite Soren's foot, making Soren let out a muffled grunt and turned to Zym.
"Why are you biting me?" Soren muffled asked Zym, as Zym pulled off his boot. But after pulling off Soren's boot, a horrible smell entered his nose, and before throwing up, Zym spat the boot out of his mouth.
The boot landed next to Soren, and he got a whiff of his boot as well. "Yuck!" Soren said, muffled, before having an idea. "Perfect!" Soren said, as he moved himself, so Rayla could get a whiff of his foot. And in the process of moving to Rayla, Soren moved his boot, so it was near Kali's face.
The small form both Soren's feet and his boot, caused them to suddenly gasp and wake up and shoot up. "What… awful?" Rayla asked, with her and Kali's eyes closed. "What died!?" Kali asked, as she and Rayla opened their eyes, and noticed Soren and Rhyperior.
"Soren? I'm-I'm so happy you're alive!" Rayla said to Soren. "Is he? Cause I'm sure that smell isn't from something alive." Kali said to Rayla, as Rayla moved to Soren, and removed the vine around his mouth, with Soren talking at the same time.
"...And then my stinky toes did the trick!" Soren said to Rayla, acting like they heard everything he was saying. That's when Zym moved closer to everyone, and used his teeth to rip off the vine, with Rayla helping Zym, all the While Kali helping Rhyperior out the vine, and wake up Gliscor, Lurantis, and Wattrel by slapping them multiple times in the face.
"Yes. They did." Rayla said to Soren. "Uh, guys, we might have a problem." Kali said to everyone, as they turned to see Claudia, Terry, and Gravv standing in front of Rex Igneous' mouth, with Grav holding his staff, and the other staffs on the ground, and found that odd. So, to get a better look, they all moved to a pile of gold, and used it as cover.
"Do you see the map?" Terry asked Claudia. "Uh… I do." Claudia said to Terry. "Just grab it and we can get going!" Terry said to Claudia, as Claudia sighed. "I would, but there's a problem. That map is carved on the dragon's tooth!" Claudia said to Terry, moving to the side, and revealed one his teeth had a map carved into it.
"What? How are we supposed to get this map out now?" Terry asked everyone. "We can't, that's the point, idiot!" Grav said to Terry, hitting Terry with his staff.
The Sunfire Camp
Meanwhile, at the Sunfire Camp, Janai lead Amaya, Mizo, Thalia, Elwin, baby Sisu, Hadia, Dumngual, and all of their Pokemon to the trial area, all of them in their gear, ready for something, with Gaenor and Flygon joining them after they left Janai's tent.
When they all entered the area, they were met by the Six Horns, and Karim back facing them. "Karim. You're my brother. This is crazy!" Janai said to Karim, making Karim turn to Janai.
"I love you, sister. I always will. But I cannot stand here and allow you to destroy our kingdom from the inside out." Karim said to Janai. "So you've invoked the Blood Duel?" Janai asked Karim, holding up his challenge.
"You do not have to accept, as you know, you could choose to step aside. You can live out your life in peace… with your bride." Karim said to Janai, making Janai turn to Amaya.
"Don't listen to him, Janai. If you choose to turn down his challenge, then he'll lock you up somewhere far away from Amaya." Hadia said to Janai. "How can you say that? I love my sister, and would never do that to her." Karim said to Hadia.
"You're not the only one that read historic text, and I know that everytime someone would turn down this duel, they would be locked up as a precaution in case they decided to challenge the other elf later. After all this duel never did anything but bring pain and blood." Hadia said to Karim.
Janai then gave Hadia and Amaya a happy look, before turning to Karim with a serious look.
"Hadia's right. Blood Duels have been forbidden since the time of Aditi, you know our grandmother made the ritual illegal because it was nonsense! Fools constantly challenge kings and queens to fight, when their focus should be on the kingdom. On ruling!" Janai said to Karim, tossing the challenge away, and walked away.
"The ritual of blood and ash is ancient and sacred, and no king or queen can simply abolish it. Step aside, Janai. Or Fight!" Karim said to Janai, tossing his cap off, and making flames come out of his staff, making Janai stop, and pull out her sword a little.
"You don't have to do this Janai, the only reason he wants to fight is because he has no other way to take power, for he knows the people back you, and doing anything to you, will only result in his downfall or resistance." Dumngual said to Janai, making Janai sigh and put her blade back, before turning to Karim.
"I will not step aside." Janai said to Karim, with a very serious look on her face. Karim said nothing, and stood in a fighting stance, ready for action, as the wind blew through the area.
Umber Tor
Back in Umber Tor, Claudia, Terry, and Grav were looking at the map, with Terry holding Rex Igneous' upper lip up. Then Terry gasped as he had an idea. "Oh, I've got it! We can get the map out!" Terry said to everyone.
"What? How?" Claudia asked Terry. "Hold this." Terry said to Claudia, as he let go of the lip, caused Claudia to grab it, while Terry dug threw his bag.
But while Terry dug through his bag, Claudia got a face full of Rex Igneous' bad breath, making her groan. "Come on." Claudia said to Terry. "What are you even doing?" Grav asked Terry.
"Goofy goo to the rescue!" Terry said to everyone, as he pulled out the goo he made. Terry covered the map in the goo.
Still hiding behind the gold, Rayla, Kali, Soren, Zym, and their Pokemon were not liking what they were, not that they knew exactly what was up.
"So what's the plan?" Kali asked everyone, as they lowered themselves behind the pile of gold. "There's only one way to fight back before it's too late, we have to wake the dragon." Rayla said to everyone.
"Is that really the only way to fight back? To wake up a probably very angry dragon?!" Kali asked Rayla. "We don't have time to wake everyone else up, wake up the dragon will wake them as well, and stop them." Rayla said to Kali.
"Okay, I have an idea. So, you two will hoist me up so I can wiggle my stinky nubbins under the dragon's nostrils." Soren said to everyone, scaring Rayla, Kali, and Zym. "We want to wake him, not kill him." Kali said to Soren.
"I've got an idea to wake him that will be equally effective, but slightly less cruel." Rayla said to everyone. "And that is?" Kali asked Rayla.
"I'm just going to stab him." Rayla said to everyone, before running to get her blades. "We're all going to die down here." Kali said, as she got ready for what Rayla was about to do.
Rayla jumped onto Rex Igneous' hand, and that got Claudia and Grav's attention. "Sorry, big fella. Time to wake up." Rayla said to Rex Igneous. "NO!" Grav yelled at Rayla, as he tried to cast a spell, while Claudia gasped.
But Grav was too slow, Rayla slammed her blade into his hand, and that woke Rex Igneous up in a heartbeat.
Rex Igneous raised his head, pulling Terry and Claudia into the air, with Terry holding onto the tooth, and Claudia the lower lip, while he shook Rayla off his head and sent her flying off into Soren, Zym, Kali, and their Pokemon.
Claudia screamed as she and Terry fell down, with Terry holding the goo. As they crash on the floor, Claudia lands on Terry, but then Rex Igneous tries to crush them with his right claw. So they rolled on the ground, grabbing Claudia's staff as they rolled and dodged Rex Igneous claw.
That's when Rex Igneous roared, shaking the place, and waking everyone up. "What?" Callum asked, as everyone shrugged off the sleep and stood up.
That's when Rex Igneous swung his tail at everyone, causing them to drop to the floor, as Rex Igneous slammed his tail into the wall, causing rocks to fall from the ceiling. "What happened? What's going on?!" Talia asked everyone, as they stood up.
"Who cares! Rex is going crazy, we have to get out of here!" Callum said to everyone, as he grabbed Ezran, and started to head towards the exit. "One second!" Drake said to Callum, as he and Allen grabbed all their stuff they offered to Rex Igneous.
Then Rex Igneous got even more aggressive and made even large rocks fall from the ceiling, causing everyone to freeze and try not to get crushed. "Maybe I can talk to him, calm him down? He's not such a bag guy once you get to-" Ezran said to everyone, but was interrupted by Rex Igneous roaring.
"I don't think he's in the mode for talking." Talia said to Ezran. "Ez, it's too dangerous." Callum said to Ezran. "I have to try." Ezran said to everyone, as he ran to Rex Igneous. "EZRAN!" Talia yelled to Ezran, as she tired to go after Ezran, but was stopped by rocks
With Viren and Sparklespuff, they ran to the walls near the pools, with Grav joining them followed by Terry and Claudia. "We got the map!" Claudia said to everyone, as she and Terry ran hand in hand.
"Behold, the glorious goofy goo!" Terry said to everyone, showing off the map he made with the goo. "Goofy and glorious, just like you!" Claudia said to Terry, as they ran past everyone. "You're all idiots!" Grav said to everyone, as he followed Terry and Claudia.
"Come on! There's no time to spare." Terry said to everyone, as they ran. But as everyone ran away, Viren noticed they forgot his staff. "But, but… Wait, Claudia! You forgot your staff…" Viren said to Claudia, before turning back to see the staff. "My staff." Viren said, realizing he had to get it.
Rex Igneous kept roaring and shaking the palace that it felt like the place could come down on their heads.
"We have to get out of here! Are we all together?" Soren asked, making everyone notice Rayla, Kali, N'than, Soren, Zym, and their Pokemon running up to the rest of the group.
"Almost? Where's Ezran?!" Drake asked everyone, as he and Allen ran up to everyone. "Being an idiot!" Talia said to everyone, pointing behind her, making everyone see Ezran trying to calm Rex Igneous.
"Rex Igneous. Please listen to me. We're on the same side!" Ezran said to Rex Igneous. "Liars! Interlopers!" Rex Igneous said to Ezran, looking mad and roaring even more, causing even more rocks to fall from the ceiling.
"In the name of the dragon queen, stop!" Ezran said to Rex Igneous, only earning snarls from Rex Igneous. "Please, just take a deep breath." Ezran said to Rex Igneous, making Rex Igneous take a deep breath.
"Okay, good! Don't you feel a little better?" Ezran asked Rex Igneous, not noticing Rex Igneous charging up an attack. But Drake noticed Rex Igneous charging up his attack. "EZRAN!" Drake yelled, as he threw the stuff his hands at Allen, and then flew into the air.
"FUSION BOLT!" Drake yelled, as his staff was encased in electricity.
Drake then slammed his staff into the side of Rex Igneous' mouth, forcing his head to the side, and also knocking out a tooth. But as luck would have it, the tooth Drake knocked out was the tooth with the map on it.
"Wait?! Is that the map?!" Drake asked, as Rex Igneous fired a burt of magma at the tooth, blowing it up. "Correction, that was the map. Oh this isn't good." Drake said, as small chunks of fire and tooth started to fall towards Ezran, worrying everyone.
"Aspiro!" Callum said, as he cast his wind spell, forming a wind shield around Ezran, blocking the chunks of fire and tooth from hitting Ezran.
When the dust cleared Ezran was leaning against a rock, passed out. "EZRAN! NO!" Soren and Talia yelled, with Talia sounding more worried than Soren, and taking Ezran's crown from Allen.
"No! King Ezran!" Soren said to Ezran, as he grabbed Ezran. "Please Ezran, wake up! We need you!" Talia said to Ezran, shaking her hands on his chest, making Ezran goran as he woke up. "I'm fine. I just got a case of the toasty-toessies." Ezran said to everyone.
"My brave king." Soren said to Ezran. "And the fool that gave me a heart attack!" Talia said to Ezran, lightly punching him, as everyone looked at Ezran, feeling calm.
But that calm ending when Rex Igneous roared again. "We should run!" Talia said to everyone, as she stood up, and Drake landed next to everyone. "Right." Soren said to Talia. "Up you go!" Soren said to Ezran, as he put Ezran on his back, and stood up.
"Finks and friends! All of you will be dust and ash." Rex Igneous said to everyone, as he kept roaring, making everyone run. "The whole mountain is coming down, we've gotta get out fast!" Callum said to everyone, as they ran, but Rayla stopped running when she noticed something.
"Rayla, what are you doing? We have to go!?" Allen asked Rayla, as everyone stopped and turned to see Rayla squinting her eyes. Following her eyes everyone saw Viren moving to pick up his staff.
That's when Viren looked at everyone, making them gasp. "That's impossible!" Allen said to everyone. "Viren is alive!" Rayla said, as she pulled out her other blade, and the twins got ready to attack.
"You three…" Viren scoffed at Rayla, Allen, and Drake, before grabbing his staff and ran away, with large boulders making everyone lose sight of him.
"Follow me! I know the fastest way out." N'than said to everyone, as everyone started to run, leaving Callum, Rayla, Allen, Drake and their Pokemon behind.
Allen and Drake looked in the directions Viren left, and let out a huff, before going after everyone else with their Pokemon following them.
"I have to go after him." Rayla said to Callum. Callum thought about it for a bit, and while he had a bad feeling, he understood why Rayla had to go. "I know." Callum said to Rayla, making Rayla smile, before she went after Viren with Stella on her shoulder and Gliscor following her.
That's when Yanmega looked up and saw a rock falling towards them. "YANMEGA!" Yanmega said, as he pushed Callum towards the others, making Callum scream as they avoided the rock.
The Sunfire Camp
Back at the Sunfire Camp, Janai and Karim are walking in a circle, with Karim's staff glowing brightly while other lights dim a little.
"You are a golden knight of Lux Aurea. Where is your honor in siding with fools and beasts? Your sense of duty? Fight me! Defeat me! Prove the throne should be yours. Missilem Ignem." Karim said to Janai, before he cast fireballs at Janai.
But Janai pulled out her sword, and swatted the fireballs away. Janai then stopped, swatted and started to run around, until she stood in front of the entrance, and blocked another fireball.
"Lux tormento!" Karim said, as he cast a spell, that let out a steam of fire at Janai.
Janai didn't try and dodged, she took the spell head on, straining a little form the force of the spell.
This caused Amaya to panic and she tried to rush to help Janai, but she was stopped by Mizo. "Don't worry Amaya. A little fire like that won't stop her." Mizo said to Amaya, signing a little, as they watched Karim put more force into the spell, which caused Janai to get on her right knee.
But that's when Janai got serious, and activated her heat-being mode. Janai then stood up, and started to push through the fire, all the while letting out a roar, surprising Karim. Karim tried to push her back, but it had no effect on Janai.
Then when Janai Reached Karim, Janai slashed Karim's staff, breaking the staff, and the slash forced Karim into his back. Karim groaned, as he lauded on the ground, Janai standing tall as the victor, and Amaya, Mizo, Thalia, Elwin, and all of their Pokemon looking at Janai with a proud look on their faces. "See." Mizo said to Amayam, signing a little.
Umber Tor
Back in Umber Tor, Viren, Claudia, Terry, Grav, and Sparklespuff were taking an alternate route out of Umber Tor, and were crossing a river of lava, with a hole in the wall on the other side of the river.
After crossing the river of lava, Terry helped everyone by giving them a boost to reach the hole. Grav went into the hole first, followed by Sparklespuff then Viren. And while the three of them went deeper into the hole, leaving Terry and Claudia behind.
"I'll give you a boost first, and then you can turn and give me a hand so I can climb out." Terry said to Claudia. Terry and Claudia smiled at each other, before Claudia gave Terry her foot, and Terry helped her up.
But after Claudia got up, she turned to see Terry, and gasped. The reason being that Rayla caught up to them, and had a blade to Terry's neck, with Gliscor holding onto his left horn with her pincers, all with Rayla, Stella, and Gliscor giving Claudia a mean look.
The Sunfire Camp
Back at the Sunfire Camp, Janai was looking at Karim, with Karim on his knees before his broken staff. But despite the loss, Karim still had a look of defiance on his face.
"It's not over." Karim said to Janai. "Looks pretty over from here." Hadia said to Karim. "It's not over. She has to finish me." Karim said to Hadia, giving Janai a mean look.
But looking at Karim, Janai turned off her heat-being mode and sheathed her sword, surprising Karim, and making him fall back onto his butt. Seeing this made Amaya smile, while Karim was confused.
"Then… then you forfeit!" Karim said to Janai, before he stood up. "I call upon the Six Horns, it's your duty to arrest her!" Karim said to the Six Horns, but instead of doing what he asked, they just stood there.
"General Miyana!" Karim said to her, hoping she would take the lead. But before she could, the other Horns moved to grab him. "This is history! We cannot deny it. History demands that you-." Karim said to everyone, but was interrupted by Janai.
"History demands nothing! I make history, it does not make me. Our past is behind us, and I will build a brighter future for our people than you can possibly imagine. And it will be beautiful." Janai said to Karim, before looking at Amaya, making Amaya feel very happy.
"She's right Karim. History is not a power like Truth and Ideal, it's a story. Lessons of those who came before us. And despite being a student of it, you never learned from it. You only see the shiny and glory of the past, ignoring the struggles everyone had to go through to reach that glory. But of course you would look towards the past for glory. For you have done nothing to earn any form of glory." Dumngual said to Karim.
"And when Sisu and her generations, and the generations of those yet to come, look back at this moment, you'll just be known as the foolish elf that tried to take power for himself, and will be nothing but a footnote in the great story that I believe Janai will make." Mizo said to Karim.
"And while I can't speak for master Allen, I know he would agree with us, when I say that the White Dragonflight will never accept you as a true ruler no matter what you do. For you only care about going backwards and refusing the present. There's no way someone like you can truly lead the people to a bright future." Hadia said to Karim.
Karim gave all them a mean look, as the Horns took Karim away.
Umber Tor
Back in Umber Tor, Rayla and Claudia were still at a standoff with Terry being Rayla's hostage. "I don't know who this guy is, but from the way you're looking at him… he's important to you." Rayla said to Claudia.
"He is." Claudia said to Rayla, looking serious. "Aw, thanks, sweetie!" Terry said to Claudia.
"You know what?" Claudia asked Rayla, as she pulled out a bag. "I have someone who's important to you too." Claudia said to Rayla, shaking the bag and chuckling a little. "Actually, maybe three someones." Claudia said to Rayla, showing Rayla the back of the coins.
"What are you talking about?" Rayla asked Claudia, confused by her words. "It's your leader, uh, Runaan was it?" Claudia asked Rayla, as he showed Runaan's coin to Rayla. "And these other two… Well, at first I thought they looked familiar, but then Grav told me this juicy info. They're your parents." Claudia said to Rayla, showing off her parents' coins.
"What have you done to them?" Rayla asked Caludia, a mix of anger and shock in her voice.
"The good news is, they're not dead, their spirits are trapped in cursed coins. One thing I don't know though, if I threw the coins into the lava, would it release their spirits? Or would they be trapped in some eternal burning agony?" Claudia asked Rayla, as she put the coins in a bag and held the bag over the lava, before smirking and holding the back close.
"Let's trade. You let him go… and I'll give you the coins." Claudia said to Rayla.
Rayla thought hard about it, and after processing the news about her parents and Runaan, she knew she couldn't trust Claudia. "I'm not making a deal with you." Rayla said to Claudia, as she forced Terry down, and got ready to slash his head off.
"Whoa- That's a little rough!" Terry said to everyone, as Rayla looked at Claudia with a mean look, with Gliscor and Stella also gave Claudia a mean look.
But Claudia wasn't phased by this. "Suit yourself!" Claudia said to Rayla, before tossing the coins away, making Rayla gasp. "NO!" Rayla yelled, as she and Gliscor let go of Terry, and went after the coins.
But when Rayla missed them, and was falling towards the lava, Gliscor chose to save Rayla instead of the coins. So Gliscor grabbed Rayla and flipped them down to a safe stone in the river.
But before the coins went into the lava, Stella opened a portal, catching the coins. Then open another portal, tossing them out in front of Rayla, letting Rayla catch them. "Stella, how did you do that?" Rayla asked Stella.
"Gliscor." Gliscor said to Stella, giving her a pet, and sounding like a good job, as Rayla opened the bag, only to find that Claudia switched the bag, and Rayla had some pebble.
This made Rayla groan in despair, as she turned to Claudia, and saw her finish helping Terry up and the two of them leaving. But Claudia turned to Rayla with a smirk on her face. "Gotcha." Claudia said to Rayla, before walking away.
This made Rayla cry and scream in despair. Seeing this, Gliscor was so full of rage. "GLISCOR!" Gliscor roared at the hole Claudia and the other left in, fighting the urge to rush off and rip Claudia's head off.
Meanwhile, the rest of the gang were running as fast as they could, in a main hallway with large columns that had orange crystals for the middle of the columns.
"We're almost there. The doors that lead us out are straight ahead!" N'than said to everyone. "Have you been here before?" Soren asked N'than panning a little from having Ezran on his back and running as fast as he could.
"Never once!" N'than said to Soren. "But we have!" Allen said to everyone, as they noticed all the rock that stopped them from entering the first time they showed up here was directly ahead of them.
"Oh, no, the doors are blocked!" N'than said to everyone. "Oh, right, we knew that!" Callum said to N'than. "What do we do now?" Talia asked, as they reached the pile of rocks, and stopped.
That's when the place shocked, and a path in the rock opened up. "Yes, the Great Dragons are with us today." Kali said to everyone. "And the angry dragon is almost here!" Talia said to everyone, as they turned and saw a lot of dust and heard Rex Igneous roar.
Back with Claudia's group, they moved through the tunnel they found, with Sparklespuff leading the way with Viren and Grav behind it.
But while escaping, Terry suddenly stopped, and only Claudia either cared or noticed, and went back for him. "What's wrong?" Claudia asked Terry. Terry looked away from Claudia for a bit, before mustering up what he needed to say.
"I've seen you do a lot of awful things, dark magic things, but I always believed in you because you had a reason. But what you just did, the way you ticked that Moonshadow Elf? It was just… cruel." Terry said to Claudia, before walking away, making Claudia feel bad.
Back with Rayla, Rayla was still crying, with Gliscor doing her best to hug and help Rayla. As Rayla started to calm down, a bag was tossed next to them, and as Rayla picked the bag up, they looked up and saw Claudia. Claudia left out a hmph, and walked away, trying to act like she planned this instead of being bothered by Terry's words.
Once Claudia was gone, Rayla looked at the bag, and this time it did have the coins in it. Seeing this made Rayla gasp and sob in joy as she hugged the coins. Stella and Gliscor hugged Rayla, and they had a touching moment.
But the moment ended when the cave ceiling started to break apart. "Gliscor!" Gliscor said, as Rayla grabbed Stella, and they started to run away.
Back with the rest of the gang, after going through the tunnel the rocks made, everyone was at the gate, pushing it, with all of their Pokemon out, giving it everything they got, with Bait the only one not pushing. "Open the door! Open sesame!" Soren said, as they kept pushing on the gate.
"It's not that kinda door Soren. It's opened by Terbium and Chert, who clearly have no idea what's going on!" Allen said to Soren.
And Allen was right, outside, Terbium and Chert were outside making a stone tower out of small rocks for their size, not even aware of Rex Igneous' rampage.
"Did you hear something?" Chert asked Terbium, as the sounds of Rex Igneous' rampage got closer to the gate. "Hm, it's probably just your stomach rumbling." Terbium said to Chert, ignoring Rex Igneous' rampage. "Mm… I haven't had a snack in over a decade." Chert said to Terbium, placing a hand over his stomach.
Back inside everyone was giving it everything they got. "These are big doors, but we just have to push them open. We can do this!" Soren said to everyone. "It takes two giants to open these, there's no way we can-" Callum said to Soren, but was interrupted by Soren.
"Never give up! At times like this, the only strength that matters is the strength in your heart." Soren said to everyone. "He right everyone, channel your will to live into your muscles we all can do this, TOGETHER!" Drake said to everyone, as they pushed on the gates with everything they had.
But that's when Rex Igneous entered the room, and roared at everyone. "Come on, push! You too, Bait! Let's go! And…" Soren said to everyone, as they got ready for one more large push.
Bait croaked, and moved to help. Now with Bait's help, and everyone pushing hard at the same time, the gate started to open a little, surprising Callum and making him gasp.
"It worked!" Callum said to everyone. "LET'S GO EVERYONE! RETURN!" Allen said to everyone, as they returned their Pokemon to their Pokeballs, and ran through the crack they opened they made in the gates.
Once they got outside, everyone stopped, and Talia took a deep breath. "We're safe." Talia said to everyone, before they heard Rex Igneous' roar getting closer. "Not yet. Run!" Soren said to everyone, as they ran away from the gate.
"Terbium! Chert! You guys should move!" Allen said to Terbium and Chert, as they all ran past them, knocking down their rock tower in the process.
That's when a Rex Igneous burst threw the gate, forcing the gate of its higgs, with one gate going into the rock wall on the side and the other one laying off to the side of the entrance.
The shockwave from Rex Igneous entrance caused everyone to fall to the ground, and get covered by dust, all the while, Rex Igneous roared at everything.
And as everyone started to get up, they noticed Rex Igneous looking at them. "This is the end. We're doomed." Soren said to everyone. "What about the strength in our hearts? Like a minute ago you were saying the only strength that matters is the-" Callum said to Soren, but was interrupted by Soren.
"Doomed." Soren said to Callum. "Yeah, I don't think we're all going to survive this, even if we fight back." Kali said to Callum, as Rex Igneous got ready for an attack. This caused Drake and Ezran to hug, and Allen, Kali, and N'than to hug, getting ready for Rex Igneous's attack, while Callum, Zym, and Soren started at Rex Igneous.
But before Rex Igneous attacked, everyone heard thunder in the sky, and Rex Igneous looked up. That's when lightning struck between Rex Igneous and the gang, making the gang turn to see Zubeia flying towards them, and landing just in front of them, with her flight of Kilowattrel and Wattrel flying next to her.
"Zubeia! Perfect timing!" Drake said to Zubeia. "Everyone under Zubeia!" Drake said to everyone, as they ran and took cover behind Zubeia's front legs.
Seeing Zubeia didn't stop Rex Igneous, and Rex Igneous roared very loudly at Zubeia, causing pillars of fire to shoot up around them.
And while this starled the gang, and made the Kilowattrel and Wattrel fly away a little, Zubiea was unfazed.
When it was Zubeia's turn. She roared at Rex Igneous, causing lighting to fall from the sky, and unlike Zubeia, Rex Igneous flinched at the sight of this and took a couple steps back.
When Zubeia was done, she and Rex Igneous traded mean looks, but Rex Igneous knew who was the alpha here. So he pulled Rayla's blade out of his claw, and spat it on the ground, before going back inside, swinging his tail in a range, making a large dust cloud.
When the dust cloud cleared, Rex Igneous was gone, and everyone started to relax a little. "We're safe." Talia said to everyone, as Zubeia looked at Zym, while her Kilowattrels and Wattrels moved closer to her.
"Zym!" Zubeia said to Zym, making everyone tense up again. "I may have spoken too soon." Talia said to everyone.
"You defiled me and look what happened. You're in big trouble, little dragon!" Zubeia said to Zym, sounding upset, as Zym tried to hide behind Ezran and Talia, and covered his face, thinking that will help him out of trouble.
"But if he hadn't defired you, then you wouldn't have showed up and saved the day, so we'd all be supre dead." Soren said to Zubeia, putting his arms around Ezran and Talia. "So there's that!" Ezran said to Zubeia.
"Plus Zym played a big rule in helping us see Rex Igneous, so maybe don't be too hard on him." Talia said to Zubeia, as Zym came out of hiding, looking happy.
"Very well, I will be merciful this time. And I am glad you are all not super dead." Zubeia said to everyone, as Callum moved to Rayla's blade. "Callum? What is it?" Kali asked Callum, as everyone noticed Callum dropped to his knees and his staff.
Seeing this everyone got worried, and moved to Callum, while Callum picked up Rayla's blade. Holding it close, Callum started to cry a little.
"Little help over here?" Rayla's voice asked everyone, making everyone look around. That's when Rayla's arm came out of some rocks. "Rayla!" Callum said, as he dropped Rayla's blade, and everyone ran to dig Rayla out of the rocks.
While Callum pulled Rayla out, everyone else dug out Rayla, Stella, and Gliscor. And as Callum finished pulling Rayla out, Ezran pulled out Stella, while Soren, Allen, and Drake pulled out Gliscor.
As Rayla coughed a little, Callum put a hand on her shoulder, making Rayla look up to see Callum giving her a big smile, before he hugged her. "I'm so glad that you came back!" Callum said to Rayla, as Rayla hugged him. Soon everyone joined in for the group hug.
Zym looked up at Zubeia for permission, and Zubeia nodded yes, as she gave him a smile.
That's when Zym tackled everyone, and broke the hug, causing everyone to laugh.
"I hate to ruin the good times. But what do we do now? Wait for Rex Igneous to calm down and get the map from him?" Kali asked everyone. "Uh… no… I'm afraid that's not… really… an option… anymore." Drake said to everyone, looking nervous.
"And the reason for that?" Allen asked Drake, giving Drake a serious look. "I… may have… destroyed the map… when I attacked… Rex Igneous." Drake said to everyone, sounding nervous, and looking away from everyone with a nervous look on his face.
"YOU DID WHAT!?" Everyone asked Drake at the same time, with a very shocked look on their faces.
Meanwhile on another part of the mountain, the rock wall started to turn into molten rock, opening a side of the mountain. And out of the opening, Viren was leading everyone out of the mountain, his staff in hand, and eyes glowing with dark magic.
"Dad! We have the map! We can find Aaravos. We will free him, and he will save you." Claudia said to Viren, as Viren turned to Claudia, revealing his sick and twisted skin with black eyes, and all the cracks on his body looking purple.
