Chapter 76: Pink Pokémon Island
Hello everyone, this chapter will mainly focus on the gang reaching an island filled with pink Pokémon and encounter a new enemy I hope you all enjoy it.
The chapter begins 3 days after the last chapter ended. During the past 3 days it's been uneventful for the group which is something that they needed after their encounters with Hunter J and Team Snagem. During the past 3 days they did stop on a couple islands so that they could resupply and train their Pokémon. For Misty after Drizzile, Quaxwell, and Carracosta evolved they've become a lot stronger. Drizzile after evolving gained a lazy personality where it doesn't want to do a whole lot but still trains when asked, Quaxwell after evolving always dances gracefully and is great for the water shows back in the Cerulean Gym. Quaxwell and Ash's Croconaw also have dance battles too. Carracosta has become stronger after evolving and tends to train a lot with Golisopod and Arctovish. Misty's Milotic after getting captured is great to have, she gets along well with not just Misty's Pokémon but the groups other Pokémon as well. But the one Pokémon she loves being with the most is Ash's Gyarados as whenever they're together they constantly play and tell each other stories about their respective journeys. Milotic also told Gyarados that his parents/friends back in Galar are doing great making the sea serpent happy.
Meanwhile, with Ash's Pokémon, now that Crocalor's a Skeledrige he became the lead singer of the band it's in with Wartortle, Krookodile, Thwackey, and Croconaw. They put on shows every day for the Pokémon at Oak's lab to enjoy. Ash's Galarian Darmanitan after evolving has grown in strength and trains a lot with Alolan Ninetales and Glalie. Dartrix after evolving has become strong/fast and is constantly training with Ash's grass and flying types. But Dartrix still tends to sleep a lot and can still somehow fit inside Ash's backpack. Farfetch'd during this time has been doing its best to master Focus Energy. Farfetch'd trains with Hawlucha, Scyhter, Bisharp, Corviknight, and Charcadet as they try to help Farfetch'd too. During one of the training sessions Farfetch'd learned Fury Cutter from Scyhter which is a move that does more damage every time it connects making the duck happy. Gabite during this time has been trying to learn Draco Meteor with Ash's Flygon, Noivern, and Dratini interested in learning it too. Tyrantrum along with Dracovish thought about learning Draco Meteor as well but they felt as though the move didn't fit their battle style. Also 50 more Meltan suddenly appeared at Oak's lab, wanting to find out where the extra Meltan were coming from Oak and Daisy searched around the lab and found a mysterious box where the Meltan come out from. Learning this Oak and Daisy got excited they started to examine the box and are still saving their examinations on the GS Ball for a later date. We now come to present day we see the group continue to happily ride on Lapras's back as Leaf speaks.
"Looks like today's going to be another relaxing day" Leaf says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"Yeah" Ash says meanwhile Tracey's happily playing peekaboo with Togepi and makes the mon laugh. As Tracey continues to play with the mon Tracey suddenly stops and begins to think as Misty speaks.
"Is something wrong Tracey?" Misty asks as Tracey speaks.
"Well, I've been thinking and has Togepi ever used a move before?" Tracey asks as Ash speaks.
"I've never seen Togepi use one before" "Me neither" Ash and Leaf say as Misty speaks.
"Well, I have been trying to teach Togepi but every time I do it seems like it doesn't register. You don't think there's something wrong with Togepi do you?" Misty asks as Tracey speaks.
"No not at all I just found it strange and I'm sure that Togepi will learn a move sooner or later" Tracey says with Misty nodding as she speaks.
"Yeah, you're right Togepi's just a late bloomer" Misty says with Leaf and Tracey nodding as Ash speaks.
"Or maybe you're just too doting of a parent" Ash says as Misty then pulls Ash's cheek and speaks.
"What was that?" Misty asks as Ash says nothing. Pikachu then looks at them and shakes his head. Suddenly the water begins to shake and Lapras is having trouble swimming as Ash speaks.
"Lapras what's going on?!" Ash asks but soon gets his answer as everyone sees a Whirlpool up ahead Tracey then speaks.
"It's a Whirlpool!" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"Lapras quick get us out of here!" Ash says Lapras tries her best but is unable to as the Whirlpool sucks it and the group in. They all begin to spin around as Leaf yells.
"This was supposed to be another relaxing day!" Leaf yells as they're all then sucked into the Whirlpool. 10 minutes later we see Ash lying on the beach with his eyes closed as he hears voices.
"Ash, Ash!" "Pika Pi!" The voices say as Ash slowly opens his eyes. When he does, he sees Misty, Leaf, and Pikachu looking at him as Misty speaks.
"Ash are you okay?" Misty asks with the boy nodding as he then stands up, he sees Lapras in the water then speaks.
"Yeah, I'm fine and where's Tracey?" Ash asks as Leaf speaks.
"He's over there" Leaf says as she points to where Tracey is as he's happily examining the area and speaks.
"These steep cliffs and that Whirlpool earlier. No doubt about it we've crashed landed on Pinkan Island" Tracey says as Ash, Misty, and Leaf speak.
"Pinkan Island?" The 3 trainers say as Tracey speaks.
"Yes, Pinkan Island is a place surrounded by many Whirlpools and has steep cliffs. Nobody knows about the Pokémon here and it's making my Pokémon Watcher blood boil in excitement to finally observe them." Tracey says with the group nodding as Tracey speaks.
"I'm going up ahead!" Tracey says excitedly as Ash speaks.
"Hey Tracey wait for us!" Ash says he returns Lapras to her Pokeball then he along with Misty and Leaf follow Tracey as they all begin to climb up a cliff. Once Tracey reaches the top he gets a big smile on his face, a couple seconds later Ash, Misty, and Leaf reach him as Ash speaks.
"Hey Trac-" Before Ash could finish Tracey accidentally steps on Ash's face as Ash speaks.
"Hey what was that for?!" Ash asks as Tracey speaks.
"Sorry about that Ash but can you not yell you'll scare them" Tracey says making Ash along with Misty and Leaf confused as they climb up a bit higher. Once they get high enough, they see what Tracey's looking at and see 2 pink Rhyhorn's eating some berries from a tree. The 3 kids have surprised looks on their faces as Misty speaks.
"Pink Rhyhorn's?" Misty says as Leaf speaks.
"I've never seen one that's pink before" Leaf says as Tracey speaks.
"I know right! It's an amazing discovery" Tracey says happily as Ash pulls out his Pokedex to scan the mon. Once he does the Pokedex doesn't say anything about Rhyhorn becoming pink as Ash speaks.
"Nothing in my Pokedex says that Rhyhorn can turn pink" Ash says as Tracey speaks.
"Interesting in that case it's time that I put my Pokémon Watcher skills to use" Tracey says as he begins to get closer. Tracey then stops and feels the downwind going right so he begins to crawl to the right. When Tracey gets close enough, he looks at the 2 pink Rhyhorn's and speaks.
"Okay Rhyhorn's it's now time for me to observe you" Tracey says as he pulls out his sketchbook and begins to sketch them. As Tracey's sketching them he takes into account their height, weight, body length, and the size of their horns. As Tracey continues to observe Ash speaks.
"Will he be okay getting that close?" Ash questions as Leaf speaks.
"Well Tracey is a Pokémon Watcher, so he knows what he's doing" Leaf says with Misty, Pikachu and Togepi nodding as Ash speaks.
"Hmm… Well, if he can do it then so can I" Ash says as he begins to run forward Misty and Leaf try to stop him but were too late. Meanwhile, as Tracey continues to observe the 2 Rhyhorn's he sees Ash walk over to them and gets a surprised look on his face as Ash looks at the Rhyhorn's then speaks.
"Hey Rhyhorn, I mean no harm I just want to be friends" Ash says as he begins to pet them, he looks at his friends then speaks.
"See guys I told you that I can do it too" Ash says but unbeknownst to him the 2 Rhyhorn's are getting angry as Tracey speaks.
"Ash get out of there they're about to charge!" Tracey yells as Ash looks at the 2 mons they roar and begin to chase not just Ash but also Tracey. As they're running, they run back to Misty, Leaf, and Pikachu causing them to run too. As they continue to run, they're now at the edge of the cliff with nowhere else to go as Misty speaks.
"Great now what?!" Misty exclaims the 2 Rhyhorn's charge forward again going to hit the group, Pikachu gets in a battle stance and is ready to combat the 2 mons. As the 2 Rhyhorn's are getting closer the 4 trainers close their eyes as Togepi begins to swing his arms back and forth until they glow blue and teleports the group. Once the group disappears the Rhyhorn's are unable to stop as they then fall off the cliff and land on a tree that's sticking out. Meanwhile with the group they reappear and land back on the grass as Ash speaks.
"What just happened?" Ash asks as Tracey speaks.
"I think someone used Teleport" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"Really? Because my Clefable knows the move and she's still in her Pokeball. Though she only used it once back on the SS. Anne" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"Do you think maybe Togepi did it?" Misty asks as Tracey speaks.
"Hmmm that is possible" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"Hey Tracey, how were you able to get close to those Rhyhorn's?" Ash asks as Tracey speaks.
"That's because I know the fundamentals of being a Pokémon Watcher. You approach from downwind and match your breathing with the Pokémon. Then when your feelings are one you move like the wind" Tracey responds with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"You know now that I think about it those Pink Rhyhorn's remind me of the Pink Butterfree that's currently married to mine" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"Maybe she was born on this island" Misty says with Ash nodding as Leaf speaks.
"Speaking of the Rhyhorn's where'd they go?" Leaf asks as the group walk over towards the edge of the cliff and see the 2-mons laying on a tree. The group have surprised looks on their faces as they then hear a police siren, when the sound gets closer an Officer Jenny appears she looks at the group and speaks.
"What're you kids doing here?! Pinkan Island's off limits to the general public" Jenny asks as Tracey speaks.
"We got washed up here after we got caught in an ocean current" Tracey says as Misty speaks.
"Then we got chased by 2 Pink Rhyhorn's" Misty says with Jenny nodding as the group show her where the 2 mons are the woman gets a surprised look on her face then speaks.
"We need to save them now!" Jenny says as Ash speaks.
"Don't worry I've the perfect Pokémon Clefable I choose you!" Ash says sending the pixie out who has a smile on her face, she looks at Ash as the boy speaks.
"Clefable use Psychic to pull the Pink Rhyhorn up!" Ash says with the pixie nodding. Clefable sends out a wave of psychic energy and grabs the 2 mons. Clefable then easily puts them safely back on the grass as Ash looks at her and speaks.
"Great job Clefable" Ash says with the mon nodding as Ash returns her back to her Pokeball. After that Jenny looks at the 2 Rhyhorn's and speaks.
"Good looks like neither of them are hurt" Jenny says making the group happy. The 2 Rhyhorn's tell the group thank you then walk away as Ash speaks.
"They suddenly became calm, when I got close to them, they got mad" Ash says as Jenny speaks.
"The Pokémon on this island don't see humans other than me and the other workers. Also, those Rhyhorn's are shy around strangers." Jenny says with the group nodding Tracey then sees Pikachu eating a berry and gets a surprised look on his face as he speaks.
"What's this?!" Tracey says as the group look at Pikachu, they get surprised when they see that Pikachu's cheeks along with his tail are pink as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu what happened?" Ash asks but Pikachu doesn't know as Jenny speaks.
"It's fine your Pikachu just ate a Pinkan Berry" Jenny says as Ash speaks.
"A Pinkan Berry?" Ash says as Jenny speaks.
"It's a berry where when a Pokémon eats it a part of their body will become dyed in pink. When you look around, you'll see Pinkan berries everywhere and they only grow on this island. For many generations the Pokémon that live here have been eating them since birth." Jenny says as Leaf speaks.
"Interesting so that's why their bodies are pink" Leaf says as she takes out her notebook and begins to write in it. Ash looks at Jenny and speaks.
"Does this mean that Pikachu will stay pink forever?" Ash asks as Jenny speaks.
"Not to worry Pikachu will turn back to normal soon" Jenny says making Ash along with Pikachu happy. Meanwhile, on another part of the island we see 3 men in red, blue, and green uniforms they're walking around until they stop as the one in green speaks.
"So, what the boss said is true the Pokémon on this island really are pink" The one in green says as the blue one speaks.
"Too bad Purpsix's on another mission he would've loved this" The one in blue says as the red one speaks.
"Anyway, let's get to work" The one in red says as he along with the other 2 pull out their Pokeball's and throw them forward. The red one sends out a Unovian Darmanitan, the blue one sends out a Golduck, and the green one sends out a Vileplume. The Pink Pokémon look at the 3 men and their Pokémon curiously as the green one speaks.
"Vileplume use Sleep Powder!" The green one says as the plant sends out a sleeping powder which puts a lot of the Pokémon to sleep as the blue one speaks next.
"Now Golduck use Psychic!" The blue one calls his Golduck fires a psychic that immobilizes some of the Pokémon and hurts them. After that a strong looking Pink Nidoking and Primeape appear they both charge forward as the man in red speaks.
"Darmanitan Hammer Arm" The one in red calls as his Darmanitan shoots forward and punches both mons hard in the stomach making them cough in pain as they then fall to the ground knocked out. After that the 3 men capture the Pokémon in nets and put them into a truck as the red one speaks.
"Come on let's continue" The red one says with the other 2 nodding as they continue to attack the Pokémon. Meanwhile back to the group they're currently in the police station and are looking at Jenny as she speaks.
"As you can see on this poster Pinkan Island is a designated World Heritage Site and is off limits" Jenny says with the group nodding as Jenny continues to speak.
"But since you all helped save the Rhyhorn I'll overlook it this time" Jenny says making the group happy as they tell her thank you. Misty then looks at Ash and speaks.
"Hey Ash, we should call Prof. Oak and Ms. Daisy I'm sure that they'd love to hear about this island" Misty says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Great idea Misty let's go to the video phone" Ash says as they all head to the nearest video phone. When they make it, Ash dials the number the phone rings 3 times until Prof. Oak appears on screen and speaks.
"Ah Ash, Leaf, Misty, and Tracey I wasn't expecting a call from you all today" Oak says happily in the background we see Ash's Dartrix and shiny Noctowl currently perched on a monitor sleeping with Dunsparce and Skeledrige sleeping on the floor next to them. We also see Ash's Lycanroc, Ninetales, Raichu, Meltan, Tinkaton, Dracovish, Riolu, Luxio, Torracat, Floragato, Gengar and Thwackey running around the lab playing tag with Daisy chasing after them as she's it. Ash's Hitmonlee, Hawlucha, Farfetch'd, Heracross, Froakie, Bisharp, Charcadet, Darmanitan, and Grovyle are there too but are currently meditating. Ash looks at his Pokémon in the background and speaks.
"Looks like my Pokémon are doing well" Ash says as Oak speaks.
"Why yes, they are. Now why are you calling me?" Oak asks as Leaf speaks.
"Hey Prof. Oak, have you ever heard of an Island called Pinkan Island? Because that's where we are right now" Leaf asks as Oak speaks.
"Oh, you're on Pinkan Island? That's the Island where all the Pokémon are pink it's impressive that you all made it there" Oak says as Tracey speaks.
"So, you've heard of this island?" Tracey asks with Oak nodding as he speaks.
"Of course, Pinkan Island has Topography and ocean currents around it that prevent you from entering. It's an island where Pokémon have evolved uniquely and research on its ecology has not been pursued yet. But I believe that's a good thing because if word got out about the rare species of Pokémon that live there many Pokémon poachers will appear and take the Pokémon from their home. We can't let that happen so, it is best to let the Pink Pokémon live peacefully along with Officer Jenny and the other custodians that work their hardest to make the Pink Pokémon live comfortably wouldn't you all agree?" Oak says with the group nodding in understanding making the old man smile. Oak then feels something touching him. He looks to his right and sees Ash's Muk as it hugs him and ends the video call. Ash, Misty, and Leaf let out a small chuckle as Tracey speaks.
"Um will Prof. Oak be, okay?" Tracey asks as Leaf speaks.
"It's fine Ash's Muk does that to him all of the time" Leaf responds with Tracey nodding. Once that's done the group see Officer Jenny running towards the door, she has a worried look on her face as the group run over to her. When they make it, Ash speaks.
"Is something wrong Officer Jenny?" Ash asks as Jenny looks at them and speaks.
"Yes, I just received word that Pokémon poachers are attacking the Pink Pokémon" Jenny says surprising the group as Ash speaks.
"Officer Jenny let us go too we can help!" Ash says with Misty, Leaf, and Tracey saying the same thing. Jenny looks in their eyes and sees that they're serious then speaks.
"Very well but be careful as we don't know who we're dealing with" Jenny says with the 4 kids nodding as they then get in Jenny's car and head to the forest. Meanwhile in the forest we see the 3 men again and they're easily defeating and capturing multiple Pink Pokémon. As they continue to grab them the man in green speaks.
"Well, this is easy and here I thought that these Pokémon would put up more of a fight" The green one says with the blue one nodding as the red one speaks.
"Don't drop your guard" The red one says with the other 2 nodding. As they continue to attack the pink Pokémon Jenny's car arrives. The group get out of her car and look at the 3 men as Jenny speaks.
"Stop in the name of the law!" Jenny says as the 3 men look at them the blue one speaks.
"Looks like the cops finally showed up" The blue one says as Ash speaks.
"Who're you guys?!" Ash exclaims as the green one speaks.
"I'm Greesix and we're the Sextuplets!" Greesix says as the blue one speaks.
"We are! We are! And I'm Blusix" Blusix says as the red one speaks.
"And I'm Resix we 6 brothers strike fear and terror throughout the land!" Resix says as they then all speak.
"For We Are the HEXAGON BROTHERS! Sound off!" The 3 brothers say as they do a pose with their Pokémon doing a pose too. The group have unamused looks on their faces as Leaf speaks.
"Hey Tracey, have you or Officer Jenny heard of these guys before?" Leaf asks but Tracey and Jenny shake their heads no as Misty speaks.
"You know their motto reminds me of 3 people who used to work for Team Rocket" Misty says with Ash and Leaf agreeing. We now cut over to Team Snagem headquarters we see the disguised Jessie, James, Meowth, and Looker currently doing some janitorial work. As they continue to clean Jessie, James, and Meowth get a feeling as James speaks.
"Did you guys feel that?" James asks as Jessie speaks.
"Yes, it felt like someone was talking about us" Jessie says as Meowth speaks.
"But who'd be talking about us?" Meowth asks but neither James nor Jessie know. Wakin then walks into the room and speaks.
"Kojiro, Musashi and Nyarth why are you talking?! Keep cleaning!" Wakin yells as the 3 of them salute and go back to cleaning while the disguised Looker shakes his head. Meanwhile back on Pinkan Island the 3 brothers are currently congratulating themselves on their motto as they're doing that Jenny looks at the captured Pink Pokémon in their truck and speaks.
"Hey! Let those Pink Pokémon go they don't belong to you!" Jenny says the 3 brothers then stop talking they look at the group as Greesix speaks.
"Sorry but no we captured them so they're ours now" Greesix says as Leaf speaks.
"No, they're not the Pokémon here aren't allowed to be captured!" Leaf says as Blusix speaks.
"Our boss gave us an order to steal these Pokémon and that's what we're doing" Blusix says as Ash speaks.
"Who's your boss?!" Ash asks as Resix speaks.
"You don't need to know now get out of our way!" Resix says as he along with his brothers pull out 3 Pokeball's and throw them in the air sending out the rest of their Pokémon. The 3 Pokémon Greesix brings out are a Cacturne, Breloom, and Forretress. Blusix brings out a Kingdra, Seaking and a Metagross. And Resix brings out a Magcargo, Camerupt and Magmar. The Pokémon have serious looks on their faces and glare at the group as Ash speaks.
"Looks like we'll have to battle" Ash says as he along with Misty and Leaf get their Pokeball's ready Tracey speaks.
"While you guys are dealing with them me along with Officer Jenny will try to sneak around to save the Pokémon" Tracey says with the 3 kids nodding. As Tracey and Jenny make their escape Resix speaks.
"Darmanitan use Flamethrower!" "Pikachu quick use Thunderbolt!" Resix and Ash call when Darmanitan fires the stream of fire Pikachu fires a Thunderbolt that connects with the move and creates an explosion when the explosion clears Resix along with his brothers look at the 3 kids as Ash speaks.
"You're facing us! Now everyone come out!" Ash says as he along with Leaf and Misty throw their Pokeball's in the air sending out their Pokémon. Ash's Pokémon consists of Venusaur, Wartortle, Clefable, Primeape, and Pidgeot. Leaf's Pokémon are Venusaur, Fearow, Nidoqueen, Jigglypuff, Victreebel, and Poliwrath. Misty's Pokémon are Vaporeon, Milotic, Starmie, Dewgong, Psyduck, and Horsea. The groups Pokémon glare at the Hexagon Brothers Pokémon as Resix speaks.
"Brother's attack Camerupt, Magcargo, and Darmanitan use Flamethrower!" Resix calls the 3-mons fire their moves and combine creating one big Flamethrower as Ash speaks.
"Wartortle use Hydro Pump, Clefable Moonblast, and Pidgeot use Air Slash!" Ash calls the 3-mons fire their moves that also combine creating one big beam which connects with the big Flamethrower and creates an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Ash's Primeape it runs towards Resix's Darmanitan as Ash speaks.
"Primeape use Power Up Punch!" "Darmanitan counter with Hammer Arm!" Both trainers call Primeape's left fist glows orange while Darmanitan's right fist glows white as the 2 mons collide. They begin to push each other back and forth trying to knock their opponent away. As they continue to do that Primeape notices Darmanitan heating up its mouth as Resix speaks.
"Use Flamethrower!" "Block Primeape!" Both trainers call Darmanitan fires the stream of fire, it goes to hit Primeape but the pig monkey manages to bring up its arms in time and blocks the attack. Primeape's sent sliding back a few feet away and is now standing next to its teammates as Ash speaks.
"Venusaur use Sludge Bomb!" Ash calls Venusaur fires multiple bombs of sludge towards Resix's Pokémon as the man speaks.
"Magmar burn them away with Fire Blast!" Resix calls his Magmar fires a big blast of fire that easily burns through the Sludge Bombs and heads for Ash's Pokémon as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Thunder!" Ash calls Pikachu fires the electric bolt it collides with the Fire Blast and explodes. When the smoke clears Ash along with his Pokémon look at Resix and his Pokémon as Ash begins to think.
"He's tough" Ash says to himself as he looks at his Pokémon and speaks.
"Let's take him down guys!" Ash says with his Pokémon nodding as Resix speaks.
"You won't take us down" Resix says as his Pokémon along with Ash's charge forward and continue their battle. We now cut over to Leaf's battle with Greesix, we see Poilwrath and Breloom collide then slide away from each other as Greesix speaks.
"Now Cacturne use Dark Pulse and Vileplume use Leaf Storm!" Greesix calls the 2-mons fire their attacks that go to hit Poliwrath as Leaf speaks.
"Fearow use Air Slash and Victreebel use Leaf Storm!" Leaf calls the 2-mons fire their attacks and collide with the Dark Pulse and Leaf Storm creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Leaf's Nidoqueen who's heading for Greesix's Cacturne and Vileplume as Leaf speaks.
"Nidoqueen use High Horsepower!" Leaf calls Nidoqueen gains an orange outline on her body and goes to hit the 2 mons as Greesix speaks.
"Forretress use Protect then Flash Cannon!" Greesix calls Forretress gets in front of Cacturne and Vileplume and summons a protective barrier blocking Nidoqueen's attack. Forretress then fires a point-blank Flash Cannon that consumes Nidoqueen and sends her sliding back as Leaf speaks.
"Venusaur charge up a Solar Beam and Poliwrath, Jigglypuff run forward!" Leaf calls Venusaur begins to charge up the beam while Poliwrath and Jigglypuff run forward heading for Greesix's Pokemon as the man speaks.
"Vileplume use Sludge Bomb on Jigglypuff and Breloom use Thunder Punch on Poliwrath!" Greesix calls Vileplume fires multiple bombs of poison towards Jigglypuff and Breloom covers its fists in electricity then shoots forward reaching Poliwrath. As their attacks are about to connect Leaf speaks.
"Poliwrath, Jigglypuff dodge! Fearow use Air Slash on Breloom and Victreebel use Sludge Bomb!" Leaf calls Jigglypuff and Poliwrath manage to easily dodge Breloom's and Vileplume's attacks. When they do Fearow's wings glow and fires multiple slashes of wind at Breloom which hits the mon and causes super effective damage. Victreebel fires multiple bombs of sludge too which connect with Vileplume's creating multiple explosions as Leaf speaks.
"Now Nidoqueen use High Horsepower on Vileplume and Poliwrath use Ice Punch on Breloom!" Leaf calls the 2 mons appear in front of their targets and go to hit them as Greesix speaks.
"I don't think so! Forretress knock Nidoqueen away with Rapid Spin and Cacturne use Needle Arm on Poilwrath!" Greesix calls the 2 mons shoot forward as Leaf speaks.
"Jigglypuff use Sing!" Leaf calls surprising Greesix as Jigglypuff begins to sing.
"Jig, ga, ly, puf, jigaly, puf, jig, ga, ly, puf, jigaly" Jigglypuff sings out a beautiful song that puts Cacturne and Forretress to sleep as Greesix speaks.
"Hey wake up!" Greesix yells but the 2 mons are fast asleep as Leaf speaks.
"Now Poilwrath, Nidoqueen hit Breloom and Vileplume!" Leaf calls the 2 mons manage to hit their targets causing super effective damage and send them flying as they crash below Greesix's feet knocked out. Greesix looks at Leaf and speaks.
"Why you Forretress, Cacturne wake up right now!" Greesix yells as the 2 mons manage to wake up. Once they do Leaf's Venusaur is done charging up its Solar Beam as Leaf speaks.
"Now Venusaur fire!" Leaf calls Venusaur launches a big grassy beam that hits the 2-mons creating an explosion. When the explosion clears Forretress and Cacturne are laying on the ground knocked out as Leaf speaks.
"We did it!" Leaf cheers along with her Pokemon while Greesix is surprised by the results. We now switch over to Misty's battle with Blusix, Blusix's Kingdra shoots forward using Waterfall it goes to hit Misty's Pokemon as Misty speaks.
"Starmie stop it with Psychic and Dewgong use Ice Beam!" Misty calls Starmie fires the waves of psychic energy and grabs Kingdra stopping it in place. Dewgong then fires the icy beam it goes to hit Kingdra as Blusix speaks.
"Metagross use Flash Cannon on the Ice Beam and Golduck, Seaking use Hydro Pump!" Blusix calls Metagross fires the steel beam which connects with the Ice beam creating an explosion. Starmie's hold on Kingdra then becomes undone, Blusix's Golduck and Seaking fire launch the big stream of water forward as Misty speaks.
"Vaporeon, Milotic counter with Hydro Pump!" Misty calls the 2-mons fire their Hydro Pumps which combine and connect with Golduck's and Seaking's. Milotic's and Vaporeon's Hydro Pump easily destroys the opposing one and goes to hit Golduck and Seaking as Blusix speaks.
"Metagross use Thunder Punch!" Blusix calls Metagross appears in front of the stream of water covers its right leg in electricity and punches the move easily destroying it. Blusix's Kingdra begins covering its mouth in purple draconic energy as he speaks.
"Kingdra use Dragon Pulse on Psyduck and Horsea!" Blusix calls Kingdra fires the move at the 2 mons as Misty speaks.
"Psyduck use Confusion to send that Dragon Pulse back and Horsea use Dragon Pulse!" Misty calls Psyduck concentrates and fires the Confusion which catches the Dragon Pulse. Psyduck then fires the Dragon Pulse back at Kingdra and hits it causing super effective damage. Horsea then fires its own Dragon Pulse and hits Kingdra creating an explosion. When the explosion clears everyone can see that Kingdra's down as Misty speaks.
"Great job Psyduck and Horsea!" Misty says happily the 2 mons look at her and smile as Blusix speaks.
"I'm not done yet! Golduck, Seaking use Waterfall!" Blusix calls Golduck and Seaking cover their bodies in water and shoot forward as Misty speaks.
"Dewgong use Blizzard and Vaporeon use Hydro Pump!" Misty calls Dewgong summons a massive Blizzard that connects with the incoming Golduck and Seaking and freezes them. Vaporeon then fires a big Hydro Pump that consumes the 2 frozen mons and sends them crashing into a nearby tree that breaks them out of the ice. The 2 mons then lay down on the ground knocked out, Misty and her Pokemon smile as Blusix speaks.
"Why you! Metagross use Psychic!" Milotic use Mirror Coat!" Both trainers call Metagross fires the Psychic waves that go to hit Misty's Pokémon, but Milotic gets in front of it and takes the hit. Milotic groans a little in pain but then shakes it off as she summons a mirror and fires a blast that hits Metagross creating an explosion as Blusix speaks.
"Metagross!" Blusix calls in worry as when the smoke clears Metagross is laying on its stomach knocked out as Misty speaks.
"We Did it!" Misty cheers along with her Pokémon while Blusix is surprised. Meanwhile back to the battle with Ash and Resix. Resix sees that his brothers have lost as Ash speaks.
"You're the only one left!" Ash says as Resix looks at him and speaks.
"True but out of all of my brothers I'm the strongest. Darmanitan, Camerupt, Magcargo, Magmar use Fire Blast!" Resix calls the 4-mons fire their own Fire Blast which combine into one creating a big blast of fire as Ash speaks.
"Wartortle use Hydro Pump, Pikachu Thunder, Clefable Moonblast and Venusaur use Sludge Bomb!" Ash calls the 4-mons fire their respective moves that also combine and connect with the big blast of fire creating an explosion. Out of the smoke Resix's Darmanitan and Magmar are running forward as Resix speaks.
"Use Fire Punch!" Resix calls the 2 mons cover their fists in fire as Ash speaks.
"Primeape, Pidgeot counter with Power up Punch and Aerial Ace!" Ash calls Primeape covers its fists in orange energy and collides with Darmanitan. Pidgeot flies forward and collides with Magmar. The 4 mons begin pushing each other back and forth trying to see who's stronger as they're doing that Resix calls for his next command.
"Magcargo use Stone Edge and Darmanitan, Magmar dodge!" Resix calls Magcargo roars as it fires multiple sharp stones. Darmanitan and Magmar notice then quickly jump out of the way, as the sharp stones are about to hit Primeape and Pidgeot Ash speaks.
"Wartortle use Gyro Ball and Venusaur use Power Whip!" Ash calls Wartortle goes into its shell covers it in steel energy and shoots forward while Venusaur summons multiple green vines. Wartortle and Venusaur manage to easily get rid of the sharp stones as Resix speaks.
"Darmanitan, Magmar use Overheat!" Resix calls the 2 mons heat up their bodies and fire 2 waves of fire at Venusaur, Wartortle, Primeape, and Pidgeot. When the 2 Overheats are about to connect Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Thunder and Clefable use Moonblast!" Ash calls Pikachu and Clefable fire their moves and collide with the 2 Overheats creating and explosion. Darmanitan along with Magmar safely land once they do Ash speaks.
"Wartortle use Aqua Tail on Magmar and Pidgeot use Brave Bird on Darmanitan!" Ash calls out of the smoke appears Wartortle and Pidgeot they manage to hit their respective target causing damage to both mons as Resix speaks.
"Why you! Magcargo use Stone Edge and Camerupt Flamethrower!" Resix calls when the 2 mons are about to fire their attacks Ash speaks.
"Clefable hold them in place with Psychic!" Ash calls Clefable fires the psychic waves and grabs Camerupt and Magcargo stopping them from launching their attacks and immobilizing them. Resix grits his teeth and calls for his next command.
"Darmanitan, Magmar use Fire Punch to knock Wartortle and Pidgeot away!" "Wartortle, Pidgeot dodge!" Both trainers call Darmanitan along with Magmar heat up their fists and go to punch the 2 mons. Wartortle and Pidgeot manage to dodge in time, when they do Magmar and Darmanitan see Venusaur charging up a Solar beam as Resix speaks.
"Darmanitan, Magmar use Fire Blast on Venusaur!" "I don't think so Primeape use Power Up Punch on Darmanitan and Wartortle use Hydro Pump on Magmar!" Both trainers call when Darmanitan and Magmar are about to fire the blast of fire, Primeape appears in front of Darmanitan and punches it across the face with Power Up Punch making it groan in pain. Wartortle fires a big stream of water that hits Magmar causing super effective damage to it as Ash speaks.
"Now Venusaur fire!" Ash calls Venusaur roars and fires a big Solar Beam that mixes with Wartortle's Hydro Pump and hits Magmar creating an explosion. Out of the smoke appears Magmar it's laying on its back knocked out as Ash speaks.
"Alright! Great job Venusaur, Wartortle!" Ash says happily as Wartortle lands next to Venusaur. The 2 mons look at each other smile and do a fist bump (Venusaur uses its vine). Resix returns Magmar then looks over at Darmanitan and speaks.
"Darmanitan knock Primeape away with Overheat!" "Dodge Primeape and Pidgeot use Air Slash!" Both trainers call Darmanitan heats up its body and fires the large wave of fire. Primeape quickly moves to the right and evades the attack. After that Pidgeot's wings glow then begins flapping them fast firing multiple slashes of wind at Darmanitan and hitting the mon creating multiple explosions. When the Air Slash stops Darmanitan's groaning in pain the mon then sees Primeape appear in front of it and has its fists ready as Ash speaks.
"Now Primeape use Close Combat!" "Darmanitan dodge!" Ash and Resix call. Unfortunately for Darmanitan it can't dodge as it's flinching from the Air Slash, Primeape then begins punching Darmanitan repeatedly with each punch hurting more than the last. Primeape then punches Darmanitan one more time and sends it flying as it crashes next to Resix and is knocked out. Resix has a surprised look on his face he then looks over at Camerupt and Magcargo still being held by Clefable's Psychic and speaks.
"How long are you two just going to stand there?! Camerupt use Lash Out!" Resix calls Camerupt's body becomes covered in dark energy and roars as it manages to break it along with Magcargo out of Clefable's Psychic hold. The 2 mons then look forward as Resix speaks.
"Good now use Heat Wave!" "Pikachu Iron Tail!" Both trainers call when Camerupt and Magcargo are about to fire the wave of heat suddenly Pikachu falls from the sky and slams its tail hard on Magcargo's head making the mon crash face first on the ground creating a dust cloud. When the dust clears Magcargo's laying on the ground knocked out while Pikachu has a satisfied look on his face as Ash speaks.
"Yeah! Great job Pikachu!" Ash along with his other Pokémon cheer as Pikachu looks at them and smiles. Resix's now getting angrier he looks at Camerupt and speaks.
"THAT'S IT I'VE HAD ENOUGH! CAMERUPT USE ERUPTION!" Resix yells from the top of his lungs as Camerupt roars and the 2 volcanos on its back shoot multiple balls of lava in the air. The lava not only heads for Ash's Pokémon but Misty, Leaf, Tracey, Jenny, and the other Pink Pokémon that live there as Ash speaks.
"Look Out!" Ash yells as he along with his Pokémon and everyone else begin to dodge the lava balls. As they're dodging some of the lava hits the forest and begins to burn it as Leaf speaks.
"The lava's burning the forest!" Leaf says as Misty speaks.
"We need to put out the fire use Hydro Pump!" Misty calls her Pokémon quickly fire big streams of water getting rid of the fire as Ash speaks.
"Wartortle help Misty's Pokémon to put out the fire and everyone help save the Pokémon!" Ash says with his Pokémon nodding as Leaf speaks.
"My Pokémon will help too!" Leaf says with her Pokémon agreeing. After that the groups Pokémon begin doing their best to put out the fire and help save the Pokémon that live there. As they're doing that Resix smiles and speaks.
"Good job Camerupt now while they're dealing with that let's get out of here!" Resix says with his brothers nodding when they're heading for the truck, they see Tracey and Jenny about to release the captured Pokémon Blusix speaks.
"They're going to release the Pokémon we captured!" Blusix says as Resix speaks.
"No, they won't, Camerupt use Flamethrower!" Resix calls Camerupt fires the stream of fire at them, Tracey and Jenny notice then quickly jump out of the way reaching a safe distance. The 3 brothers smile they continue running towards their truck as Ash speaks.
"You're not going anywhere! Pikachu Extreme Speed and Pidgeot Aerial Ace!" Ash calls the 2 mons shoot forward at blinding speed as they're getting closer to the Hexagon Brothers Resix speaks.
"Camerupt blow them away with Fire Blast!" Resix calls Camerupt fires the big blast of fire as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu, Pidgeot dodge!" Ash calls Pikachu and Pidgeot manage to narrowly dodge the attack. When they do the Fire Blast is now heading for Misty as Ash speaks.
"Misty look out!" Ash yells Misty looks and sees the Fire Blast heading for her and Togepi (who's in Misty's arms and begins to wave its fingers). Her Pokémon along with Ash's Wartortle are about to go save her but are too far away. As the blast of fire's getting closer Misty holds on to Togepi tightly and turns her back towards the Fire Blast so that Togepi doesn't get hit. When the blast of fire's about to hit Misty Togepi finishes waving its fingers and speaks.
"Togi!" Togepi says as its fingers glow bright then suddenly a barrier appears protecting it and Misty as the Fire Blast connects with it creating an explosion as the group yell.
"MISTY!" Ash, Leaf, Tracey, Jenny along with their Pokémon yell in concern. When the dust clears everyone can see Misty and Togepi inside of a barrier. When the barrier disappears, Misty looks around and sees that they're not injured. The group let out a sigh of relief as Misty looks at Togepi and speaks.
"Togepi did you just use Metronome to summon a protect barrier to protect us?" Misty asks with the egg Pokémon nodding making Misty happy as she hugs the egg Resix speaks.
"Darn it failed" Resix says as Ash looks at him and speaks.
"You just made a big mistake in trying to hurt one of my friends!" Ash says with Clefable standing next to him as Resix speaks.
"I don't care now Camerupt use Eruption again!" Resix calls when Camerupt goes to use the move Ash speaks.
"Clefable hold Camerupt in place with Psychic!" Ash calls Clefable quickly fires the waves of psychic energy and holds Camerupt in place making it stop as Resix speaks.
"You already tried this before now Camerupt break out of there with Lash Out!" "And I knew you'd do that Clefable quick use Sing!" Both trainers call when Camerupt's about to break out of the psychic hold Clefable begins to sing. The song reaches Camerupt making it drowsy as it then goes asleep Resix speaks.
"Camerupt wake up this is no time to take a nap!" Resix yells but Camerupt continues to sleep as Ash speaks.
"Now let's finish this Pidgeot use Brave Bird!" Ash calls Pidgeot roars as it covers its body in fire then descends from the sky and heads for the ground. Pidgeot's about to hit the ground but manages to lift itself up as it covers its body in a shiny blue flies towards Camerupt and hits it creating an explosion as Resix speaks.
"Camerupt!" Resix calls in worry. Pidgeot flies out of the cloud of smoke and takes recoil damage but is overall fine as it looks forward. When the smoke clears everyone can see that Camerupt is laying on the ground knocked out as Ash speaks.
"Alright!" Ash along with his Pokémon and friends' cheer. Resix has a surprised look on his face and returns Camerupt back to its Pokeball. Blusix along with Greesix are surprised too as Greesix speaks.
"Even Resix lost" Greesix says with Blusix nodding Resix then looks at them and speaks.
"What're you doing?! We need to get out of here!" Resix says with his two brothers nodding as they go to the truck, they notice that all of the pink Pokémon they captured are gone as Blusix speaks.
"Where'd the Pink Pokémon go? They were just here!" Blusix questions as Jenny speaks.
"You mean these Pokémon?" Jenny says as the 3 brothers turn around and see that all of the Pink Pokémon, they stole are standing next to Tracey and Jenny. The 3 brothers have surprised looks on their faces as Resix speaks.
"But how?" Resix asks as Tracey speaks.
"While you were focused on battling Ash, we managed to save the Pink Pokémon" Tracey says as Jenny speaks.
"Now it's time to put you 3 under arrest" Jenny says as she pulls out 3 handcuffs and looks at the 3 men. The 3 brothers look around and see that it's completely hopeless for them now as Greesix looks at Resix and speaks.
"What now?" Greesix asks as Resix speaks.
"We escape" Resix says with his brothers nodding as they all pull out what look like smoke bombs. Once they do Resix looks at the group and speaks.
"You may've won today but you won't win next time" Resix says as the group's about to call out for an attack the 3 brothers throw the smoke bombs on the ground covering the whole area in smoke causing everyone there to cough. Once the smoke clears everyone can see that the Hexagon Brothers are gone as Jenny speaks.
"Darn they got away" Jenny says in frustration with the others feeling frustrated too. Jenny then recomposes herself, looks at the group and speaks.
"But we managed to save the Pink Pokémon so while we didn't capture them, we still won" Jenny says with the group nodding. After that, with the help of their Pokémon along with the Pink Pokémon they manage to put out the rest of the fire. Once that's done there's a small party that Jenny along with the other workers on the island hold a party for the group and their Pokémon as a thank you for helping protect the island. During the party Ash's Wartortle and Primeape accidentally ate a few Pinka berries turning their bodies pink which surprised the 2 mons and made everyone laugh. Once the party is over Jenny offers to give the gang a ride to the nearest island, making the group happy as they all get on the boat and begin to sail. As they're sailing Ash speaks.
"Man, that was a fun party" Ash says with his friends nodding as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, it's been a while since I ate that much food I'm stuffed" Leaf says as she lets out a small burp causing the group to laugh. Tracey then looks at Misty and speaks.
"Hey Misty during the battle with the Hexagon Brothers when the Fire Blast was about to hit you did Togepi really use Metronome to summon a Protect?" Tracey asks as Misty speaks.
"Yes, I saw it with my own eyes though it looks like Togepi is unable to use it right now" Misty says as she tries to have Togepi use the move again, but the egg looks at her confused Ash then walks over and speaks.
"Well, this just means that you'll have to begin training Togepi so that it can use that move again" Ash says as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, and we can help too" Leaf says with Ash and Tracey nodding Misty looks at them smiles and speaks.
"Thanks guys! Did you hear that Togepi since you're starting to use moves, we can begin your training" Misty says as the egg looks at Misty and smiles as Leaf speaks.
"You know while they were weird those Hexagon guys were pretty tough" Leaf says with the group nodding as Tracey speaks.
"And there's 3 more of them too we'll have to be careful whenever we face them again" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"No problem because next time they won't stand a chance right Pikachu?!" Ash asks with the yellow mouse nodding, making the group smile. After that Ash then sees a poster on one of the walls and begins to read it as Misty speaks.
"What's that poster say Ash?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
"It says that on Golden Island they're hosting a competition for Dog and Cat Pokémon" Ash responds making the group curious as Misty speaks.
"A competition for Dog and Cat Pokémon?" Misty says as Tracey speaks.
"Does it say anything else?" Tracey asks as Ash speaks.
"It says that the winner will receive not only a Golden Nugget but also a 1-year supply of Dog and Cat Pokémon food" Ash says with the group nodding as Leaf speaks.
"That sounds fun I'm going to enter" Leaf says as Ash speaks.
"I'm interested too so I'll also enter" Ash says making Leaf happy as they then look over at Misty and Tracey who say that they're not interested in entering. Leaf then looks at Ash and speaks.
"Looks like it's just you and me entering Little Bro" Leaf says as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, and I'm going to win!" Ash says as Leaf speaks.
"No way it'll be me!" Leaf says as Ash speaks.
"No Me!" Ash responds back the 2 then get into a little argument making both Misty and Tracey sigh as Misty speaks.
"You know we should probably ask Officer Jenny if she can drop us off at Golden Island" Misty says causing Ash and Leaf to stop as they look at her and nod. Ash then looks over at Jenny and speaks.
"Hey Officer Jenny, can you drop us off at Golden Island?" Ash asks as Jenny speaks.
"Why yes I will as that's the Island I'm heading to already since it's the closest one to Pinkan Island and we'll arrive there tomorrow morning" Jenny says making the group happy as Tracey speaks.
"Well, that worked out" Tracey says as Ash speaks.
"Alright next stop Golden Island!" "Pika!" Ash and Pikachu cheer with Misty, Togepi, Leaf, and Tracey cheering too. As their boat continues to sail, we cut away from them and go over to where the Hexagon Brothers are. They're currently in a tall building and go to the highest floor. When they reach the top, they walk over to a room and enter it. They see a small bald man in a chair looking at them as he speaks.
"Resix, Blusix, and Greesix you're already back? This must mean that you've completed your mission, right?" The man asks as Resix speaks.
"I'm sorry to inform you sir Greevil but no we did not succeed as we failed" Resix says as Greevil speaks.
"I see… And how did you fail?" Greevil asks as Greesix speaks.
"It was these kids and an Officer Jenny that got in our way" Greesix says as Blusix speaks.
"If they didn't show up then we could've easily stolen those Pink Pokémon" Blusix says with his brothers agreeing with him as Greevil speaks.
"You lost to kids and an Officer Jenny?" Greevil asks with the 3 brothers nodding as Resix speaks.
"If you want sir, we can go back to that Island to try and steal the Pink Pokémon again. And this time we won't fail" Resix says with his brothers sharing the same feelings as Greevil speaks.
"No that won't be necessary now that they know who you are they'll most likely double the security and it already cost a lot of money to get you 3 on that island in the first place. So, I'm going to have to decline your request of going back there" Greevil says with the 3 men nodding as Resix speaks.
"So, what do you want us to do now?" Resix asks as Greevil speaks.
"For now, you can relax your other brothers just came back from their mission and have already captured a lot of Pokémon from a neighboring Island. So, you 3 can relax for now and I'll contact you when it's time for your next mission" Greevil says with the 3 brothers nodding as Resix speaks.
"Understood sir we'll be taking our leave" Resix says as he along with his brothers leave the room. Once they're gone Greevil thinks for a little bit and speaks.
"Defeated by kids huh? I wonder if they're the same ones who defeated Gonzap's men" Greevil wonders as he then shrugs his shoulders and continues to do some paperwork as the chapter comes to an end.

Seeing as I already have introduced Team Snagem and mentioned Cipher, I felt that it was right for me to include the Hexagon Brothers. As you guys read in this chapter, they're a little goofy like the TR Trio but are also serious when they've to be and we also learn who their boss is. Togepi also learned Metronome and will finally begin to train as well.
Next chapter will come out next week it'll mainly focus on Ash and Leaf taking part in the Dog and Cat Pokémon competition. They'll also reunite with Nemona and Cameron who're also participating I hope you all look forward to it.
