All of them had gathered in the warded room, waiting for Nephrite-san to show them who the last person in possession of the last Rainbow Crystal, and Trevor couldn't help wondering just what was going to happen once they found it. Yes, Luna-sensei had said that the glow of the Silver Crystal would lead them to the Moon Princess, but she hadn't mentioned just what was going to happen once they had the last of the Rainbow Crystals, or even how the seven of them related to the Silver Crystal to begin with.
He also wondered where Luna-sensei was, since it wasn't like her to be so late to these meetings.
It looked like the last Rainbow Crystal was in a little girl; or it could have been inside the cat she was holding, since this was the first time she hadn't been present for one of their meetings.
After they'd made plans to contact the little girl's parents, he and Usagi left to go see if they could find Luna-sensei and make sure she was all right. As the pair of them searched for the cat that had been working beside them ever since Usagi had become Sailor Moon in the first place, Trevor also kept an eye out for anyone who looked like the little girl who might have the last Rainbow Crystal. He also wondered if it would end up being the girl or the cat who had the last of them.
They managed to find Luna-sensei soaking her tail in a fountain, but no one who looked like either the girl or the cat they had seen in the vision that Nephrite-san had shown them.
"Are you all right, Luna-sensei?" he asked, settling down on the edge of the fountain, next to Usagi with one of them on either side of the cat.
"I had a really bad morning, Trevor-kun," Luna-sensei said, sighing as she continued soaking her tail. "I never want to run into another turf war between stray cats ever again."
"I'm sorry that happened to you, Luna-sensei," he said, reaching out to gently stroke the cat between her large ears.
"Yeah, that wasn't good," Usagi said. "We were all wondering where you were, but I didn't think you'd gotten yourself into trouble."
The rest of the Sailor Senshi arrived just a bit after he and Usagi had finished talking to Luna-sensei, and Trevor stood up.
"At least Mamoru-baka was busy today," Usagi said, not seeming to care if anyone overheard her. "Come on! Let's go save that little girl!"
"It could also be her cat that has the last Rainbow Crystal," Ami-san pointed out, though she didn't mention how strange it would be if the holder of the last Rainbow Crystal wasn't human when the rest of them had been.
"Then we'll save that round, fluffy cat of hers!" Usagi said, determinedly raising her right fist. "Either way, let's go! Zoisite probably already knows about them!"
"Ami-san, do you or Rei-san know where we might be able to start looking?" he asked, turning to the pair of them.
"I've been scanning for the last Rainbow Crystal with my computer, and I think I've come up with the location of the girl," Ami-san said, as the five of them all gathered around her, shielding the computer from view as it worked.

Once they had a concrete location, she and the rest of the Sailor Senshi – as well as Trevor-kohai, who was the same kind of almost-Senshi as Mamoru-kun – made their way to a modest, cozy looking two-story house. Rei still found herself wondering if it would end up being the girl or her cat who held the last Rainbow Crystal inside their body, and just what kind of youma either of them would end up becoming, in the end.
Grandpa had given her some of the ofuda he had been working on, ever since Zoisite had attacked the shrine and he had ended up finding out about the Sailor Senshi and their battle against the Dark Kingdom, so she had at least some way to restrain the Rainbow Crystal carrier if Zoisite managed to turn them into a youma. Or even if he didn't, since there was no way to extract a Rainbow Crystal from its carrier without turning them into a youma. It was something she couldn't help thinking about, both since this was the last of the Rainbow Crystal carriers, and they were either going to be dealing with a little girl or a cat.
A very pudgy cat, but still just a cat.
Luna-sensei seemed a bit uncomfortable about going into the house – for some reason that she didn't seem particularly eager to talk about – so they let her stay outside, though Usagi-chan did tease her a bit. Trevor-kohai decided to stay with her, seeming a bit worried about what the cat clearly wasn't telling them, so the rest of them all went to the little girl's house without the pair of them.

Stroking Luna-sensei's head, Trevor found himself wondering just why the cat seemed so uncomfortable, even when the pair of them were together. He wondered that, at least, until so many stray cats started appearing on the top of the walls – and even in the trees – all around the place where he and Luna-sensei were both standing. Backing up, as the cats all seemed to focus on Luna-sensei to the exclusion of everything else, Trevor turned to run. He knew that it probably wasn't the best idea, but he also knew that he didn't want to try fighting a bunch of stray cats. Even though none of them seemed to have collars or actually belong to anyone, he still didn't want to hurt them.
As much as it seemed like they wanted to hurt him.
As he carried Luna-sensei, Trevor felt something land on his left shoulder, and turned to see the same, pudgy cat that he and the rest of the Sailor Senshi had been searching for. The cat sniffed his face, and then nuzzled the left side of his head. Shifting Luna-sensei to his right arm, Trevor scratched between the pudgy cat's ears, even as he kept running to stay ahead of the stray cats chasing the three of them.
Trevor hoped that they would be able to escape from all of the stray cats that seemed to have some kind of a problem with them.
"Is this the reason you didn't come to the meeting, Luna-sensei?" he asked, even as he made a running leap over a wedge of stray cats standing between him and more of the open road.
"Yes," Luna-sensei said. "These were the ones that kept chasing me; they kept me away from the shrine. I don't even know who we're looking for, this time."
"We saw two people in the image that Nephrite-san showed us, so-"
Before he could say another word, however, Zoisite himself appeared in front of the three of them.
"Well, I suppose I should have been expecting to see you here, schoolboy," Zoisite said, an amused grin on his face as he raised the same kind of strange talisman Trevor had seen him use on so many of the other Rainbow Crystal holders.
"It looks like it was the cat," Trevor said, making sure to be quiet enough that only Luna-sensei would be able to hear him.
Transforming, just as Zoisite leaped at him with that strange talisman of his stretched forward and aimed at the cat that was still perched on Trevor's left shoulder. Crouching, Trevor wrapped his left arm around the other cat, while he tucked Luna-sensei closer to his chest. Leaping out of Zoisite's way as the man charged at him, Trevor was forced to almost skip backwards when he found Zoisite's strange talisman pointed his way again. Trevor didn't know exactly what it would have done to him in particular, but he'd seen more than a few of the Rainbow Crystal carriers hit by it.
He knew that it would extract the Rainbow Crystal from the pudgy cat he was carrying, and Trevor wanted to save at least one of the Rainbow Crystal holders from being turned into a youma, particularly after having failed so many other times.

Knowing that the last Rainbow Crystal had ended up inside a poor little innocent kitty – instead of the cute little girl that she and the rest of the Sailor Senshi had first been talking to – Usagi had quickly transformed, leading the rest of the Sailor Senshi to find Trevor-nii. Zoisite was probably chasing him, so Usagi wasn't surprised when she didn't find him outside the house where they'd left him.
Looking down at the Moon Stick, knowing that it would begin reacting once she'd gotten close to the kitty holding the last Rainbow Crystal, Usagi chewed her lower lip as she saw that it hadn't started reacting yet. Running as fast as she could, Usagi managed to spot Trevor-nii, just as Zoisite blasted him away from the kitty that had once been standing on his shoulder.
Dragging Trevor-nii away before Zoisite could try to attack him again, Usagi winced when she heard the growling of the youma that the poor kitty that Zoisite had turned into a youma.
As the five of them all prepared to fight, Usagi huffed as she saw one of Mamoru-baka's red roses slicing into Zoisite's right arm and making him drop the Rainbow Crystal he had been carrying. Grumbling a bit, even as she forced her attention back to the poor kitty that Zoisite had just turned into a youma, Usagi gasped as she saw the kitty standing over Trevor-nii as he stood back up after another of Zoisite's attacks.
Before any of them could move even a little bit, the kitty… leaned his head against Trevor-nii, sniffed him, and then nuzzled his right cheek.
"It looks like that cat still remembers being just an innocent cat," Rei-chan said, sounding about as hopeful as Usagi found herself feeling, even after everything that had already happened.
Raising the Moon Stick, Usagi used it to heal the poor kitty, even as the rest of the Sailor Senshi, Trevor-nii, and Mamoru-baka all worked together to drive off Zoisite, Usagi tried as hard as she could not to giggle as she heard the kitty let out a "Nya!" that almost sounded like "Refresh!". She still thought it was kind of funny that everyone she had healed with the Moon Stick all shouted "Refresh!" when they were healed.
Once Zoisite had been driven off, Usagi allowed herself to relax; they had the last of the Rainbow Crystals, even thought it was Mamoru-baka who had collected it, and now all they had to do was find out how to use all seven of the Rainbow Crystals to help them find the Legendary Silver Crystal. But first, before any of that, they had to get the kitty back to his owner again. Back to the little girl who loved him so much.

Once they'd managed to get the pudgy cat – who for some reason had been named Rhett Butler by the little girl who had been their first suspect for holding the last Rainbow Crystal – back to the house where he lived with his owner, Trevor found himself growing steadily more curious about what would happen now. Now that all seven of the Rainbow Crystals had been released from the people who had been carrying them, and even more than that, the way he, Mamoru-sempai, and the Sailor Senshi had managed to collect them all.
Luna-sensei had told them all that the glow of the Silver Crystal would show them how to find the Moon Princess, but he couldn't help wondering just how any of that would happen.
