Few things before we start:
Before anyone asks this is an amalgamation of multiple DC continuities which I mixed and matched to select characters that work well for the story or that will be fun to include it won't be obvious now but eventually there will be some things that'll turn some heads so just a word of warning before anyone asks anyway leave a review of what you like hate or want to change it means alot.
Age 749 (Themyscira coastline.)
"Goku!" Bulma shouted walking through the area in search of any signs of the young Saiyan.
'Dammit, why the hell did he run off like that guess he wasn't kidding about being raised in the woods, Bulma thought annoyedly.
She then stumbled upon the scene of a battle with trees flattened and large cracks in the ground.
"Not a normal fight that's for sure," Bulma mused as she continued walking through the scene after all when there's a fight Goku is usually involved somehow.
She then saw it some torn-off orange fabric lying on the ground near one of the craters.
Bulma inspected it and her eyes widened "That's Goku's! Crap I got to find to find him before he gets any more hurt!" She then looked at the ground again and spotted some footprints embedded in the ground due to the Earth being moved around revealing softer dirt.
'At least I have a lead, Bulma thought as she quickly followed the trail in hopes of finding her small friend.
Age 749 (Themyscira.)
Goku sat up groggily confused about where he was his last memories being fighting that girl clad in armor and then something hit him really hard on the head.
'She was pretty strong too. Goku thought then he shook himself 'Enough of that! I'll rematch her later right now I need to find out where I am, He then tried to get up but it seemed he was restrained.
He then heard some voices outside of the room whispering with one another they were higher pitched than Grandpa Gohan's so he assumed they were women like Bulma however they seemed a bit different and a bit harder to understand little did he know that difference was their accent however having only met two human beings he was clueless of such things.
(A room away.)
"Diana you have to be more careful!" Hippolyta scolded after hearing of the events that had just transpired.
"How was I supposed to know a man would just appear on the island?" Diana replied.
Hippolyta sighed "And from what I heard Artemis had to intervene during the fight as well it seems you've been growing as complacent as I feared.
Diana pouted thinking about how some stupid monkey-tailed boy with zero Amazonian training could fight evenly with her the mere thought was embarrassing and as much as she hated to admit it put up a better fight than some of her sisters her age ever could.
"I'm sorry mum."
"Just be careful in the future and perhaps you'll be willing to take up a slightly harsher training regimen?"
Diana's eyes lit up at this showing the queen all she needed to know.
Hippolyta then addressed the other Amazonians present, "Well we have ought to interrogate the man such as in how he found his way here among... Other things." The others nodded in affirmation and left leaving Diana to her own devices.
"Come to think of it he may not be stupid just... Naive mother will probably have an annoying time with him." Diana mused she then frowned to herself 'He wasn't so bad at least as bad as the men that were described in the old stories, she somewhat hoped that he would be spared it would be like murdering a puppy... If a puppy could smash boulders to bits and contend with her.
Age 749 (Themyscira.)
The mighty Amazon queen and her warriors in company looked at the small boy in front of them with a mixture of contempt yet hesitance as the boy looked even younger than Diana.
Hippolyta then threw the lasso of truth around the small Saiyan and squeezed around him as Goku touched it curiously.
"What's this?" Goku asked.
"Only speak when told boy!" an Amazonian yelled.
"Temper," Hippolyta said before continuing "This is the lasso of truth it compels the one trapped, to tell the truth- speaking of which let's start with some simple questions what is your name and where do you come from?"
"My name is Son Goku and I come from Mount Paozu." Goku replied surprised that he was forced to speak.
"It's like the words were forced out my mouth."
"Correct that is how its powers work. Alright, now something more on topic tell me how and why you came here."
"Well I came here hunting for a dragon ball my friend located" Goku replied surprising some Amazonians in the room as they assumed they would know where such a powerful artifact was located.
"As for how I got here well NIMBUS!" a yellow flying cloud raced to the location past stunned Amazonians and it nuzzled up to the young Saiyan who giggled a little bit Hippolyta was in disbelief no one let alone a man could ride the Kintoun unless they were pure-hearted.
"Well the boy must bear no ill will especially if he can ride the flying nimbus well I guess a harsh punishment won't be necessary" The Amazonians were all slightly relieved as murdering a child wasn't exactly easy even if it was a male.
They all then turned in shock and annoyance as they heard another voice yell "Leave him alone!"
"Bulma!" Goku shouted in excitement as the Amazonians exchanged wary glances.
"Who in the Olympians are you?" An Amazonian asked.
"That's Bulma! She's my friend." Goku answered.
(A few hours later.)
After Clearing it up and finding the dragon ball the duo was allowed to stay the night at Themyscira whilst they had dinner the Amazonians and Bulma to an extent were disgusted yet fascinated at the Saiyan's appetite though he was oblivious to the stares he then realized his habits were abnormal and flashed the soon to be infamous son family grin.
Diana watching him thought through all the denseness and strangely innocent boy she found him kind of cute she then blushed, no way am I already thinking of him like that I barely know the fool! But hearing the stories of what men were like the Saiyan was an enigma, to say the least
She also respected him as he was a skillful fighter something she then heard about the quest he and Bulma were going on, and was tempted to join them on such an adventure she would ask her mother tonight although she had a feeling what she would say.
"Are you insane!?" Diana cringed at the rage her mother was in at the mere implication of leaving
"Seriously man's world is a dangerous place one nice boy doesn't make the rest of them saints!"
"If you want me to become a better warrior then let me accompany them on their quest!" Diana retorted
Hippolyta's expression softened "You don't understand Diana what would we do if something were to happen to you? The world of man is also plagued with powerful monsters and demons."
Diana flashed a small smile "I can handle them and if things get tricky Goku's Nimbus can get us out of trouble!"
Hippolyta sighed there was no way to persuade her when she was in one of these moods after all, "Fine but you better be careful and avoid anyone you don't know! Got it?"
Diana smiled "Yes Mother I'll stay with them after all my adventures with them will make me a more accomplished warrior"
"Yes they will," Hippolyta replied she then withdrew a golden rope looking item from her belt among her knifes and other weapons.
She held it out to Diana "Do you know what this is?"
"That's the lasso of truth right?" Diana replied.
Hippolyta nodded "Let this lasso shine through the fog of man's lies and guide you to the truth" Diana nodded graciously "Also remember your equipment ok and remember be careful and don't let hubris cloud your judgment" Diana nodded "I will and that's a promise."
(Next day)
Diana waved goodbye to Her family and fellow Amazonians as she and her new companions soon-to-be good friends Bulma and Goku prepared to leave Themyscira another dragon ball in hand as they got ready to fly away on Nimbus.
Diana smiled and bowed to her mother, Hippolyta whispered "Hera keep her safe" As the trio flew away on the Kintoun Diana looked back and smiled watching her home fade in the distance "I'll be back someday I promise."
(To increase the chapter length I'm going to do the oolong saga here it'll be shortened a bit since let's be honest does anyone care about a perverted pig kidnapping girls?)
(Age 749 Aru Village.)
"Where is everyone?" Goku asked concerned.
"Perhaps something happened here." Diana replied while glancing around waiting for an attack.
"Oh relax its probably just a ghost town."
"Wait there's ghosts here?" Goku said surprised.
"She means its abandoned." Diana replied exasperated at his ignorance.
"Oh well let's leave and search somewhere else clearly the radar is just bugging up." Bulma stated as she shook the scouter in annoyance.
"No I'm sure there's people here!" Goku replied as he ran around forwards searching for signs of life.
"Goku Damnit!" Bulma shouted.
Diana sighed "Lets reach him before he gets himself hurt."
The duo then followed the daring young Saiyan as he investigated through the houses until they stumbled upon one that read ' The Sherman priest's house.'
"That sounds important." Bulma mused as Diana nodded in agreement.
Goku then knocked on the door "Hello anyone home?" as he tried opening the door.
"Its not working!" Goku yelled frustrated.
"Goku its locked." Diana replied dryly.
Goku then slammed his fist through the door smashing it off its hinges.
"Goku the hell?" Bulma yelled.
Goku turned back "See its all fin-ow!" as an axe slammed on his head.
"Leave monster!" A voice shouts however to the mans surprise the axe left a mere lump on his head.
The source of the voice then walked outside revealing himself to be a man with a bald spot in the centre of his head surrounded by two black clumps.
The man look distraught as he looked towards Diana and Bulma "Oh god he's captured more!"
"Captured? No these are my friends!" Goku replied.
"Just please don't take my daughter!"
Diana had a few thoughts going through her head she commended the man's bravery despite his weakness was willing to sacrifice himself for his daughter but that begged the question what was he protecting her from?
"We're his friends! He bares no ill will." Diana said.
Bulma nodded in agreement.
"So your not Oolong the terrible?"
"Oolong the terrible? He sounds strong!" Goku said excitedly.
"We have a lot to talk about then." The Sherman priest said grimly.
(A bit later.)
"So Oolong is some sought of shape shifting demon?" Diana asked.
"Basically yeah and he kidnaps all the girls in the village so everyone else has decided to live in here but things are getting a bit cramped." He then gestured to the other room where they heard some voices that sounded anxious.
"Their friendly its alright!"
They voices then went a much higher pitch as they all felt safe now.
"That sounds horrible!" Bulma said.
"I haven't gotten a wink of sleep having to guard my daughter from that beast."
A small girl with dark hair then walked into the room.
"Pochawompa what are you doing out?" The Sherman Priest asked.
"I was wondering who you were talking to daddy also who are these people?"
"My name is Goku!" Goku smiled with a wide grin hand behind his head.
"I'm Diana." Diana said as she nodded in recognition of the small girls presence.
"And I'm Bulma." Bulma finished regarding Pochawompa with a smile.
"Anyway what brings you all around here?" The Sherman priest asked.
"Well we're hunting for the dragon balls." Bulma replied then an old woman interrupted the conversation.
"You mean this?" The old lady said holding up the 6 star dragon ball.
"That's it! Can we have it?" Bulma asked.
"Its an heirloom passed through my family for generations why should I give it to you?"
"Well if we defeat Oolong for you will that change your mind?"
Diana smirked "By we you mean us?" as she gestured to Goku and herself.
"Yep." Bulma grinned in response.
"And how do you plan on that?" The old woman replied.
"I have an idea!" Goku said.
(A bit later.)
"Why am I doing this again?" Diana grumbled as she wore Pochawompa's clothing.
"Because your a girl with the same hair colour and similar size!" Goku replied.
Diana the looked at herself and the Pochawompa who wore her armour albeit with it sagging down all over her body it was clearly to big and by a decent bit to.
"Yes so very similar." Diana said sarcastically.
Bulma cut in "Well your our best bet Goku's a boy a small one but one nonetheless and I'm way to tall."
"Fine let's get this over with." Diana responded as she walked outside the village to lure Oolong in.
(A bit later.)
"You'd think they way the talked about him he would be here by now!" Diana said scowling in annoyance.
She then heard loud footsteps and saw a devil looking creature adorned in a tuxedo and carrying flowers Rush into the village as it looked Diana.
"Wow your beautiful!" Oolong said "If a but taller than I remember."
Diana shuddered as the Oolong got closer inspecting her.
"So how about it? Pochawompa of Aru Village will you marry me?" Oolong asked some hope in his eyes.
'How old is this thing? I'm a child isn't this a crime?' Diana thought as Oolong waited for a response.
"So?" Oolong prompted.
"I uh..." Diana said struggling to find a response.
"Will this sweeten the deal?" Oolong asked flirtatiously as he shapeshifted into a rather handsome man.
Diana felt a slight attraction before she remembered that this wasn't his true form.
Bulma watching from a distance however didn't care about that and came running in.
"Oh well hi there handsome." Bulma said looking Oolong up and down.
"Oh wow another beauty todays my lucky day!" Oolong yelled triumphantly.
Then Goku jumped of the roof he was hiding on and kicked him in the head.
"Ow what the hell!" Oolong snarled as he transformed into a Spanish bull and began to run away as he was no fighter however Diana jumped in the way to impede his path.
"You too? Fine guess I'll have to try hard for this one!"
He then shifted into a giant metal ninja wielding large chopsticks.
"Know here's the challenge I've been looking for!" Diana said before knocking the robot Oolong to the ground with a leg sweep with Goku then slamming a fist on top of him.
"Never mind." Diana said glumly just as Oolong transformed into a bat.
"You guys are crazy I'm out of here!" Oolong yelled as he flew high in the sky.
"Nimbus!" Goku yelled before mounting it.
"Hop on!" Goku yelled to Diana.
"But what if I'm not-" Diana started before getting dragged up by Goku with one hand before they started flying.
"Guess that answers that question." Diana remarked as they flew after Oolong who was now a rocket as to adjust to their new speed in the air.
"Faster Nimbus!" Goku yelled as the Kintoun sped up in response.
Oolong looked back surprised at their sudden burst of speed, "Oh crap baskets!" Before Goku jumped on top of him and sent them both plummeting to the ground.
"You crazy idiot!" Oolong yelled out as they were about to crash land with Goku bracing himself for a world of pain until Diana swooped in on Nimbus and flew them safely to the ground with Oolong now in his true pig form dazed in the floor.
"So this is your true form in that case!" Diana then swung the lasso of truth around Oolong's waist.
"The lasso compels you to speak the truth and only the truth!" Diana said as the lasso glows gold at the command.
"Well what do you want?" Oolong said glumly.
"Where are those you kidnapped located?" Diana asked.
Then Oolong to his surprise actually started talking against his will, "Their located in a place called the shack which is actually a giant mansion but that's besides the point their safe and well taken care of believe it or not."
Diana nodded "Lead us there."
"Oh alright!" Oolong groaned as he led the duo to his mansion.
(After freeing the trapped girls.)
"Wow you actually did it!" The Sherman Priest yelled happily as he rallied the other villagers and cheer.
"Before we leave so done wants to say something." Diana said as she prompted Oolong to speak as she had their attention.
"I'm uh... Very sorry for kidnapping your daughters and making threats and I'll never do it again." Oolong said fearful at their wrath.
"Not so scary now huh?" One villager jeered.
"Yeah just a bully!"
"He should be Punished harshly!"
"I can accept it as long as you don't do it again."
Other villagers continued to speak as the trio of heroes talked to grandma Paozu.
"I can't believe you went to all that trouble alas here's the reward I promised you've proven yourselves worthy." She then handed them the six star dragon ball.
"Thanks!" Goku said.
Diana nodded her thanks as Bulma cheered loudly at that point the heroes then set off I. search for the next dragon ball.
Welp hope that sufficed I decided to cover the Oolong saga just for something to do and increase the chapters length anyway see you all next time on DC-Z Reborn!
