19. Chapter Seventeen: GRIMMLIN War Part 2

Part 1.

The people in the restaurant ran for the hills the moment the wall had suddenly exploded and most of the room was destroyed, With a few civilians being only injured thanks to Lessar's quick movements, getting them out of harm's way before they could be killed, Due to this the civilians caught up in the crossfire were only had minor injuries instead of being killed.

At this very moment, Lessar and Leivinia Birdway were face to face with the woman known as Vento of The Front, a former member of The Right Seat of God, Now a member of The Dark Side group Grimmlin a group that has been secretly terrorizing the city and most of Remnant.

Vento was a high-ranking member in the group and she had a very special semblance, the reason this semblance was so special was because it basically copied her magic she could utilize back on Earth, But it did require dust to work properly and that was the only drawback to this power.

Right now in the current fight, Leivinia Birdway and Lessar had not figured out how to counter any of Vento's attacks as of the current moment and they couldn't properly land a hit on the girl either, She could utilize her aura well and had certainly gotten much stronger since Haven Academy.

Leivinia Birdway was struck in the back by a sudden bolt of fire that appeared out of nowhere, This didn't do much damage as she still had quite a bit of her aura but it was still a problem.

(I don't understand, how does her weapon work? Is she able to teleport dust to a certain location? Or is there something else going on? Am I just not seeing it?)

Leivinia was taken out of her thoughts when Lessar was sent into the ceiling by gravity dust and then she had to leap out of the way of a massive stone, unfortunately, she was not prepared for the lightning that struck out of the ground right below where she had moved to, her body felt a deep pain like a thousand scorpions stinging her simultaneously, Letting out a yell as she was thrown to the ground.

Vento walked forward with her mace at her side as she made her way closer she twirled her tongue and a gust of wind shot back Lessar who was charging at Vento with her Claw ready, She was sent into the wall and before she could react Vento's tongue moved to the left and she hit her crucifix with her mace in a diagonal direction, This act caused a burst of lava to jet from the floor but Lessar was just fast enough to avoid it.

"Man, You two are actually pretty pathetic you know?" Vento mocked with an over-exaggerated yawn.

Leivinia was a little pissed at this display of disrespect and so was Lesser. "Your first mistake is underestimating us, You may have the upper hand at the moment but once we figure out what your little trick is, it's over for you," Leivinia declared with true determination in her words.

Leivinia raised her wand and several ice cycles shot out at Vento, This was however, ineffective as all Vento did was flick her tongue then with a quick hit to her crucifix a wall of stone suddenly formed before her shooting from the ground in front of her.

The ice cycles only hit the stone harmlessly, Then Vento wiggled her tongue and hit her crucifix in an upward direction then she quickly hit it down.

Above them, a storm cloud was made on the ceiling of the building, but rather than it raining water it began to rain down fire, Lessar quickly shielded herself with one of the tables nearby and Leivinia created a hard light dust dome around herself the fireballs bounced off harmlessly and couldn't break through the shield.

"Aw, boooo! No fair, why don't you come out of there."

With another hit of her crucifix in a random direction, The floor beneath Leivinia exploded within her hard light dust dome, A barrage of multiple different types of harmful dust filled the dome with Leivinia still inside before she could save herself.

"Thanks for trapping yourself," Vento said with a laugh.

However, when she looked back and all the dust types cleared she saw that Leivinia Birdway was not in the still-standing dome.

(Where did she...)

Vento's thoughts were interrupted when she was struck in the back by a lightning bolt, Her aura had taken its first hit and she was sent bouncing along the floor only to be stopped by a table, And as she stood back up she was not able to block or dodge the quick kick from Lessar which slammed into her gut and sent her into the wall.

Vento looked at the girls with a confused expression. (Wait, How did she get out? Also when and how did she get behind me?)

Leivinia quickly shot several fireballs at Vento but with a quick action she was able to save herself with a hard light dust shield, Vento stuck her tongue out as far as it could go and dragged her mace down the chain of her crucifix.

A sudden explosion of both gravity and ice sent Leivinia to the right side of the room.

"You know I just realized Leivinia Birdway, We have a similar semblance, there is one little difference though, mine is significantly stronger than yours," Vento taunted with a smile as she licked her lips.

Leivinia and Lessar regrouped next to each other as they faced Vento.

(I just have to figure out her semblance, if I can do that... This fight will be ours.)

Part 2.

Across the city two girls were walking down the road, well one was an android but even so she had a soul so she was still considered a girl, Penny Pollendina and Misaki Shokuhou had been tasked with keeping an eye on Kaibi Gokusai, So they brought her with them when they had gone shopping, Currently Penny was carrying all the bags as she was physically the strongest of the three.

"I don't get why I couldn't have just stayed at the school, Wouldn't it be better for me to be under the watch of the guards there?" Kaibi asked as she continued to keep up with the two girls before her.

"Sorry, but we can't trust you, and we don't trust Neo either, You were just working with Cinder a few weeks ago," Misaki answered with a sigh, like it was obvious.

"That was then, now is now," Kaibi replied with an attitude that both Misaki and Penny were getting sick of.

"For now this is how we are doing things, so get used to it, Until we are 100% certain you aren't trying to play some trick this is how things will be, you are not allowed to be alone."

Penny was also getting a little tired of hearing the two arguing the entire time as well. "How can you not get along? You both have similar semblances?"

This statement got a look of disbelief and anger from both girls. "Our semblances are nothing alike!" Kaibi and Misaki yelled simultaneously.

"Wow! You two even talk at the same time, You are meant to be best friends, see?"

The two girls only grumbled at the android's silly accusations.

Before anything else could be said a large explosion was heard from in the city somewhere, Penny took action and she quickly looked through her hud seeing that a restaurant was on fire, she also saw that Leivinia Birdway and Lessar were in trouble.

"Sorry, I have to go... keep an eye on her!" Penny ordered as she loaded off the shopping bags to Misaki and flew off in the direction of the restaurant.

Much to the disappointment of Misaki Shokuhou, But unfortunately for her Penny Pollendina was her leader and captain of the special operative team she was a part of.

"Wait! You can't just leave, hey!" Misaki complained then she looked down in irritation. She didn't even turn around as Kaibi was attempting to sneak away. "Don't even think about it."

This made Kaibi stop in her tracks and let out a deep sigh. "Damn it."

As much as Misaki Shokuhou hated having to spend time with Kaibi Gokusai she took this assignment to get out of something she just didn't want to face.

Winter Schnee had asked her to use her Mental Out ability to change the mind of her little brother Whitley Schnee and make him forget about Enshu Kihara, and remember his family, She wanted to help, but there was a problem.

Enshu Kihara made herself a core memory in his long-term memory and she was able to remove the memories of his family entirely, The boy actually believes his name is Whitley Kihara, Misaki can remove memories but she can't replace memories that she didn't even know existed in the first place and that she couldn't see, As such she was incapable of fixing his brain.

The thing was that Whitley did seem to have some memory still, This was discovered when Accelerator searched his brain a few hours ago, it still irritated Misaki Shokuhou a little that Accelerator could use his vector control to affect a person's mind and rewrite their brain entirely, she was the strongest telepath in Academy City and yet Accelerator could do something she couldn't with the human mind.

However, even with that Accelerator couldn't bring back Whitley's memories of his family and his old life, it was more than a simple case of amnesia it was something else entirely, whatever it was his memory couldn't simply be restored, His memories were lost.

It was completely strange to her it was as if he was a new person or something, she couldn't just bring his memories back, and it seemed that they were gone or more specifically invisible, And of course that sounds strange because memories are not visible to begin with, But she could look into the minds of people and see their memories, But it was different with Whitley Schnee.

It was like his memories were invisible even to her, and that would make sense, memories couldn't actually be removed from a person's head just buried, or changed and manipulated as such erasing memories wasn't actually just deleting them or something, it was manipulating the mind to reject those memories when the person attempted to remember them, So Misaki knew those memories were still in his mind, but they were in a state she had never seen before even as a telepath, it was as if those memories were hiding themselves.

At this rate, it seemed as if the only way they could save Whitley Schnee would be if she could somehow physically enter his mind, but that was impossible, A person couldn't actually enter a person's mind physically, And actually walk around or something like that, If she was able to do something like that, she would be able to win her fights much easier if she could enter a mind.

If she could she would also be able to enter dreams and even physically affect memories and all other things that the subconscious mind controls, it was an interesting thought but it was truly just fantasy, it wasn't something that was possible, At this point, she would have to to just tell Winter Schnee that her brother would never be the same, and he was a Kihara now, Enshu Kihara messed with his head so much that he was completely her's and he doesn't remember his family.

Misaki Shokuhou was not ready to tell Winter Schnee that she would never have her brother back, So she took this assignment of guard duty with Penny, even if Penny just took off, She couldn't face Winter Schnee and tell her the truth.

Misaki Shokuhou sighed and looked back at Kaibi. "You want to go see a movie, I need to get my mind off something."

Kaibi looked back at Misaki like her head was missing. "Obviously I don't really have a choice, do I? I have to go wherever you go."

"Right."

Part 3.

Raven Branwen had been watching the albino boy known as Accelerator for a while now, She wasn't supposed to engage in any more fights at the moment but she didn't care, after what Accelerator had done to her camp and most of her family (her bandits) she was going to get her revenge on the boy.

Raven knew that Accelerator was strong, but she was certain he had weaknesses and she was sure he couldn't last against a Maiden, Raven did admit she hadn't really seen him fight much. Back at Haven, she was too busy with that Lessar girl to really see how his fight with Teitoku Kakine had gone, She did however, remember those black wings he had which had torn the building apart.

She knew he was able to take on her camp and Vernal but Vernal had not actually been the spring maiden, Raven herself had that right, She decided now was the best chance to show the white-haired boy what happened when you messed with bandits, there was a reason The Branwen Tribe was the most feared bandit gang in Remnant.

As she waited for the boy to exit the store he was in, She had seen him come back to this store about 6 times, He would always buy the same thing every time, A four case of black coffee, She didn't understand why the boy drank so much black coffee, or how he drank it so fast.

(How is this kid always so damn calm if he drinks that much caffeine every day?)

Raven put her thoughts aside as she watched Accelerator exit the small convenience store and she decided now was the chance to make her move, She moved quickly her sword already pulled as she closed the distance between herself and The #1.

Raven's hilt jabbed into the back of Accelerator's head with quick precision or it would have if his reflection hadn't sent her back across the ground the moment she made physical contact with Accelerator's body.

Raven was confused, She expected to have the element of surprise but this was not the case. (How!?... Did he see me coming? Or does he not even need to be aware of an attack to reflect it? Can he subconsciously reflect attacks with his semblance? If that is the case this will be more difficult than I originally imagined, But it's just a semblance it doesn't compare to maiden powers, and I doubt he is like that strange Gunha boy back at Haven.) Raven thought as she planned out her next move.

Accelerator sighed to himself and spoke as he turned his body. "Raven Branwen huh? So you just refuse to listen. Whatever, choose your own path. That being said I will give you one last piece of good advice... Walk away."

Raven laughed at this request or threat she wasn't too sure but it was silly. "You really think you're that powerful, don't you... with your fancy semblance? Sorry, but you not only humiliated me you humiliated and hurt my camp as well as Vernal someone I care deeply about, so I'm sorry Accelerator but this is for revenge! And I know your semblance isn't infinite, no semblance is infinite."

As Raven announced this her eyes glowed red and a red flame-like energy surrounded her eyes, This was the power of a maiden, a power most would cower away from, but The #1 was not phased by this at all as a bored and annoyed expression adorned his features.

(He isn't even taking me seriously? His biggest mistake.)

Raven swung her sword and a massive slash of arcane magical energy soared through the air ripping through the road with its force and power, but the moment it came in contact with Accelerator's reflection it simply vanished doing absolutely no damage to the albino boy.

Raven charged up another attack, this time the weather switched around as storm clouds quickly formed and a huge bolt of lightning capable of destroying a mountain struck Accelerator from the sky, it hit him and Raven couldn't believe it didn't leave even a single scratch on Accelerator.

(There is no way. He isn't invincible, nobody is invincible, There must be some way to overpower his semblance's defense.)

"I have to say I'm disappointed seeing you working with an organization like Grimmlin, Don't you care about your daughter at all?"

This comment made Raven's eye twitch a moment and a deep anger filled her being. "You don't understand shit little boy!"

Raven sent massive stones at Accelerator and just like before they were reflected and were sent flying back at her which she had to quickly dodge.

Then suddenly a tornado of the four main elements spun around Accelerator's body at Mach 4, Raven was certain this attack would do the trick, but just like before when it cleared up, Accelerator was unharmed.

Raven couldn't believe what she was seeing. (I knew he was strong but this is completely ridiculous, How is he not even harmed in any way? Or even moving for that matter.)

Raven only had one last trick up her sleeve. MAGYK, A MAGYK spell would do the trick surely, this was Raven's thought process as she sliced into her own hand using her blood as an offering.

Magic circles formed around Accelerator's body and soon an explosion that shook the buildings around and several city blocks, took place, The buildings were able to withstand this safe for their windows which shattered all over the place.

Raven set a spell that would have several explosions continue for an entire minute, and each explosion would be stronger than the previous one, The explosions continued to ring out and the road as well as everything around it was being torn up, After some time it finally calmed down.

Raven Branwen was at a loss for words, not only had Accelerator been unharmed he didn't even take a single step from his location.

"Impossible."

It came out as a whisper to herself as she witnessed the impossible, Accelerator had not even needed to dodge her attack, He just took it and it did nothing to him, the road was in shambles and many vehicles had been flipped or destroyed, glass was everywhere from the buildings around, and yet the albino boy known as Accelerator had his hands in his pockets, Not a single scratch on his body, and his aura wasn't touched, It was impossible to Raven Branwen.

"No, Raven you don't understand... What you don't understand is that you have something to protect... So open your foolish eyes."

Accelerator made his move for the first time since the start of this fight if one could call It that, And one moment Raven saw him the next she was against a building.

All the boy had done was touch her and she was thrown into a building at Mach 7, The building had been destroyed when her body made impact and her aura shattered from Accelerator's first move, his movement had been impossible and she couldn't even hope to react to his sudden burst of speed.

Raven's vision grew blurry and soon she passed out.

The last thing she saw was the albino boy walking away without a care, then she heard.

"You should have taken my advice."

Before it all went black.

Part 4.

Salem was impressed with the diversity and power of Cinder's dark matter, while she still didn't understand how Cinder came to gain such a power, it shouldn't have been possible even with the fall maiden's power for her to have taken Teitoku Kakine's semblance.

On top of that Salem had become a bit weaker without her control over the Grimm, But she luckily had Summer Rose with her, The Grimm woman's silver wings would be a great help, In a fight against a dark matter Cinder Fall, But that didn't mean Salem was at all weak or couldn't handle Cinder Fall, She was more than capable of taking on the fall maiden before her.

Salem may not have control of the Grimm anymore but she still was Remnant's strongest Witch, and she wasn't about to let herself be defeated by a spoiled little girl like Cinder Fall. This fight so far had been a 50/50 situation, Salem couldn't regenerate as fast as Cinder could and Cinder was not at Salem's speed and power overall, But thanks to her mysterious dark matter she still had a chance at beating Salem, if Salem wasn't careful she could lose here.

"Aw come on Salem, You really don't understand do you!? This upgrade is something you could never comprehend."

Cinder made this announcement as black glass dark matter as black as the night sky began swirling around her like a tornado and the wind around increased its speed to unfathomable levels, After her loss against Umidori a few weeks back Cinder had been doing nothing but training her powers, both her magic and dark matter, She had learned a few more tricks and gave herself an upgrade.

(Things will be different from here on, I won't lose like that again, I won't be that weak little girl who is afraid of her stepmother anymore, I won't hide away in the corner anymore, I won't be that ever again, I will cast away all of those memories and move up to something greater!) Cinder thought as she controlled the planet's weather patterns.

Black fire formed around the tornado and the ground around her melted into a molten form, Cinder sent the entire tornado at Salem, the air seemed to collapse in its travel and the buildings around began to burn to ash and many civilians around immediately ran away in a panic, unfortunately, many were caught in the action and killed.

Salem stood strong in a single spot as the tornado made it to her she raised her hand and the tornado was destroyed much to the shock of Cinder Fall and if that was all that happened Cinder would have been perfectly fine, but what happened next truly flabbergasted the arrogant girl.

With nothing more than a simple wave of her hand the entire road and the buildings around began fixing themselves until the entire damage and rubble was back to proper shape, It looked as if nothing happened to begin with.

(No, how? I never knew Salem was this powerful.)

Salem looked around at all the dead bodies of the people she couldn't save from Cinder's previous attack, luckily most had gotten away, but she knew she couldn't hold back against a full-powered dark matter Cinder Fall.

"You really are quite reckless you know that Cinder?" Salem sighed out then she snapped her fingers and an invisible dome surrounded a massive area of the city including the area they were in and within moments the whole place felt like a ghost town and Cinder could only look in awe at Salem's magical ability.

"That takes away the risk, While I may not be able to do What Septimus and Gilden could do I can still create a good enough barrier."

"A barrier?" Cinder Inquired confused as she had never heard of this type of magic before.

Summer Rose was the one who decided to answer for Salem. "What Salem did was create a magical barrier around this entire area, no matter what happens, the world around and the city will not be affected, Salem actually cares about the lives of people and doesn't want to be directly responsible for deaths. The Grimm even while they were under her control they still acted on instinct and their own biology, She didn't command them to destroy villages and harm people, Even with Salem they still did what Zoulexivar created them for."

"Unfortunately Salem could not override the command given to them by their true master, that is why they are out of control without any master, They are now running rampant because they have no direction, you should stop acting like a spoiled little brat and help us deal with the real problem at hand."

As Summer finished, the word brat had triggered a memory of Madam in Cinder's mind. (No, I cast those away! Why!?)

The word brat repeated itself over and over in Madam's voice over and over, soon A flashback of being shocked by a certain dust collar surfaced.

"That is what happens brat."

It switched to Cinder dropping a plate on the floor. "You stupid brat!" Memory Madam yelled and smacked 10-year-old Cinder in the back of the head.

Another flash showed Cinder rubbing her feet before bed. "Harder you damn brat!"

There were multiple moments of physical abuse, a slap in the face. "Brat!" Being shoved to the ground into mud. "Brat!" Kicked in the back. "Brat!" Shocked by the collar. "Brat!" Punched in the face. "Brat!" Having her face held down in ice water.

"I'm not having anyone see that black eye Brat! Stop struggling you stupid Brat! I don't care if you drown you fucking worthless Brat!"

"Shut up!!!" Cinder screamed at the top of her lungs and shot out a massive black fireball which Summer quickly dodged out of the way of, as it flew it caused no damage and when it hit the building behind Summer it did nothing to it.

Cinder was perplexed at this, she couldn't believe Salem had created such a strong barrier around them. It was like they were transported to another world where things couldn't be affected.

"Enough Cinder!" Salem yelled out, But before she could continue another black fireball flew this time at her directly, but she blocked it with a magical shield.

"It's never enough, I will never be told what to do again!"

Salem sighed to herself a hint of sadness in her voice as she spoke. "Cinder..."

It came out in a whisper as she raised her hand and a purple energy took the shape of a massive bird, it flew at Cinder and she was quick to fly into the air about 3'000 feet up, The bird curved and went for Cinder bit she destroyed it with a dark matter wing and then she had to fly back from Salem who had used a simple levitation spell to reach Cinder, And a green crystal-like force began to surround Cinder.

"Foolish... Dark Matter doesn't follow the normal rules."

After this announcement the crystal surrounding Cinder shattered to bits and she formed two Dark Matter blades, with that she charged at Salem but was blocked by Summer, Who sent her silver wings at Cinder but Cinder retaliated with her dark matter wings.

The two wings clashed in the air and the area around was twisting but the buildings and all other structures were still perfectly fine.

Cinder's dark matter wings were able to win the clash and Summer was stabbed with the wings, Cinder then kicked her back down to the ground below.

"Summer!" Salem called out in a panic as she watched Summer plummet back to the surface of the world, Then she had to move when Cinder's dark matter wings went for her, Cinder continued trying to hit her and she continued to dodge and block as best as she could, things were starting to change in Cinder's favor and she couldn't have that.

Salem pulled her hand up and a powerful rumble was heard a moment before a dark energy broke out from a separate dimension, And Cinder could not block it with her wings, The magic affecting her wings was too powerful for her to understand and she had no choice but to take a hit, she slammed into a building which took no damage from the impact of her body or the magic hitting it.

Cinder with quick thinking turned herself into dark matter and slipped around the magic before reforming her body on another building. (Damn, this is becoming a bigger problem than I was planning for, I need to destroy her completely so she can't come back for a while.)

Salem looked at where Cinder was and she called a meteor shower to rain down on her.

Cinder saw this coming at her and she shielded herself with her dark matter wings as the meteors rained down on her from above, this allowed her to come out from the attack unscathed.

"Not good enough!" Cinder taunted as her wings glowed bright and the heat from the sun became hot enough to melt a building in seconds, of course, this didn't affect the buildings or any other structures.

Salem was able to easily counter this, however, by creating a massive snowstorm all around the area and herself, The fact that this worked told Salem a lot about dark matter. "I see, it's just as I suspected, dark matter may not exist but when it affects the physical world it can be disrupted by manipulating physical laws, So it is bound by the physical laws of the world when it interacts with it."

Summer Rose stood back up and Salem smiled, happy she was okay.

Cinder was angry that Summer had recovered so quickly and she didn't know how she would get out of this stalemate situation right now.

"Like I told you from the beginning..." Salem began. She moved herself next to summer. "You need to be punished Cinder."

Part 5.

In a different part of the city, two girls sat on a park bench completely unaware of the craziness taking place all around, These two girls were two opposites in terms of a friendship.

One was a sweet and innocent hacker who was considered the goalie of Academy City.

The other was a sadistic former Dark Side member with the thought patterns of The #1 who was also now the Winter Maiden.

A title she still was getting used to, Umidori Kuroyoru didn't know how she felt about being The Winter Maiden, Or controlling magic, But she wasn't so sure if she wanted it, it was just such a big change, Though she had to admit she did enjoy the power, she had never felt so powerful before, She felt like a Level 5 esper, It felt amazing just strange.

It had also increased her ability, she wouldn't be surprised if she was at Level 5 power or was actually a Level 5, that was the problem with being in Remnant, there was no way to accurately measure esper ability growth like back in Academy City, So she couldn't know for certain what her esper level was, but from the display of power she had been able to use during practice, It felt like she was a Level 5.

The only thing she could use to claim this was because when she became a maiden her aura had gotten much stronger, and for reasons she didn't know, when an esper's aura got stronger so did their esper power, It was like aura could influence and esper ability. Umidori still didn't know how this was the case.

She had no theories or even a hypothesis as to why aura could make an esper ability stronger and even increase level, But at the same time she also didn't know exactly how esper levels worked, Especially Level 5, Apparently only the Kiharas' and Aleister Crowley knew how Level 5 and Level 6 could be accomplished.

She didn't know anything about it.

"So, um thanks for the donuts."

Umidori Kuroyoru was pulled from her thoughts by Kazari Uiharu who was eating a box of donuts to herself since Umidori said she didn't want any of them and left them to her, She couldn't believe that Kazari could eat so many sweets in one setting and not get fat.

"How do you eat that many donuts so quickly there were 18 in the box and you only have like 9 left, You already ate half of them."

"More than half actually by one, There are 8 left, Are you sure you don't want one?"

"I'm fine I don't need any, I have to watch my weight unlike you who can eat like a fat otaku and not be affected at all."

Kazari let out a laugh at that and continued eating her donuts, as Umidori watched her a moment she saw some pink icing stick to the side of Kazari's cheek and she grabbed a napkin from the bag the box came in and wiped her cheek.

"You should remember to wipe your face more," Umidori scolded and then quickly stopped suddenly as she blushed.

(Wait, that was like a date thing, wasn't it!? What am I doing!?)

"Thanks," Kazari replied to the blushing girl with a happy cute smile.

(No, she is so cute, wait stop Umidori this isn't a date it's not a date!)

Umidori sighed and looked down occasionally glancing at the girl. (Damn it.)

Part 6.

In the burning restaurant the leader of the greatest magic cabal in the occult, Was currently inside a rock shield as fire rained down from the ceiling on top of her, while this was happening Lessar her rival was currently engaged in combat with Vento of The Front, and it didn't change much from before.

Lessar had a replica of her claw as her weapon and with it she could use dust and channel her aura through it into her strikes, She was pushing her semblance to its maximum limit at the moment, unfortunately, she couldn't get a hit on Vento as the girl was skillfully dodging her.

(Fuck me! If I could just get a single hit at full power I should be able to break her aura and knock her unconscious, but this bitch keeps dodging every fucking thing!)

Leivinia Birdway watched from the sidelines at the moment and she was glad she was, as she was able to analyze the fight between Lessar and Vento, because of this she was starting to get a grasp of what her semblance was and how it worked.

(Okay, so I know that thing is connected to her crucifix, If I could figure out the directions of where her attacks will come from based on her movement, and can create a proper counter to her strange ability.)

Vento had stepped back from a strike by Lessar and then she ran her tongue up her mace, this caused the crucifix that was connected to her tongue to drag along the bottom of the mace, A sudden powerful wind blasted out from under Lessar, and she was launched into the ceiling, Vento then hit the crucifix up and a ball of molten lava fell down on top of Lesser and she was sent back down accompanied by a massive explosion of fire and brimstone.

Leivinia took this chance deciding it was now or never, Her wand rose up high, water from the ceiling came down like a waterfall fall, and before Vento could react she was in a ball of water which Leivinia was maintaining around her.

(Shit, I can't breathe, is she trying to beat me by drowning me!? Fat chance.)

Vento grabbed her crucifix with her hand and twisting her hand in a circle it spun around, The water around her began to change direction and soon it formed into a completely different shape, Like a tornado of water or a whirlpool it swirled around Vento, Ripping up the floor beneath her feet.

Leivinia Birdway looked on and she knew that if she was hit by that it wouldn't be pretty, a hard light dust shield formed around her and Lessar who was currently just now getting up from the damage she had taken from Vento's earlier attack.

Growing to an impressive size the water filled the room and tore the walls apart while at the same time putting out the fire, It was surrounding the hard light dust and creating cracks from the pressure, Leivinia knew that it wouldn't last against such a powerful force, It had pissed her off even more seeing Vento had taken control of her dust-spell.

Gravity dust and force dust, they were two forms of dust that were considered some of the strongest dust types, due to their vast amount of uses, this was the dust that Leivinia Birdway used to change the tide of battle at this moment channeling her aura into her wand, she pushed her semblance throughout the room transmuting every single restaurant item she could into these two forms of dust.

The ground rumbled from so much force and energy, cracks spread throughout as all the force was released, the building turned to nothing but rubble, all the water was blasted away and Vento also found herself sent at incredible speeds into the road her body only halting in its travel when she crashed through the window of the building across the street which was the post office, Vento's aura was unable to handle such a powerful force with the amount which was left and it broke.

She stood up shocked not expecting Leivinia Birdway to be able to do something along such lines. (That was about the same power as a Saint.)

Leivinia stepped out of the building, with a smile on her face. "Guess that works too."

"You think you have won? Ha ha ha ha! Sorry, but I'm still standing."

Vento twirled her tongue and hit her crucifix with her mace but to her surprise, nothing happened. "What!? how!?"

This made Leivinia and Lessar both laugh out loud, this perplexed Vento who didn't understand why her semblance wasn't working right now.

Lessar was the one to explain to the unaware girl before them about how semblances worked. "Idiot, You don't know how a semblance works do you? It requires you to have your aura, When your out of aura, you can't use your semblance dumbass," Lessar explained rudely.

"I'm assuming you have never had your aura broken since you unlocked it?" Leivinia asked but didn't care for an actual answer.

Vento truly hadn't lost her aura before, she wasn't in that many fights since she got to Remnant, and in the ones she was in, she had never gotten her aura broken, She actually didn't know that it was her aura that she was using to use her semblance, she would just use it and it happened, it didn't feel like she was channeling much aura or anything like that, she barely noticed it.

Vento looked back to see Lessar charging her, She knew a single strike from Lessar meant death if she was hit so she took quick evasive action, Then she used her mace as a regular weapon, but she knew she wouldn't be able to hold them off.

Vento swung her mace wildly at Lessar but Lessar was effortlessly avoiding her attacks, Her mace missing every strike, then at one point she hit a pillar and dropped her mace, giving Lesser the chance.

Lessar moved behind Vento then kicked her to the ground, Not using much in her attack, Lessar was about to knock her unconscious when she was hit by a laser, a blue laser color had struck her, and her body was sent back as her aura broke from the impact.

"What!?" Leivinia asked before she soon saw a boy who looked no older than 9 or 10, He had on a metallic glove with several different weapons attached to it, he had ocean blue hair that didn't look natural and was probably dyed that color, he had yellow eyes, And he was wearing a black jacket with a white fur hood, a half black and half white dress shirt, black pants and brown shoes, He also for some reason had a pair of headphones around his neck and another pair on his ears, both were the type gamers used as headsets.

"Well, Looks like I came just in time."

The boy raised his glove and several bullets began to fire but Leivinia created a wall of rock in front of herself and Lessar who was unconscious.

"Nice but unfortunately for you, I know all about all of you."

His weapon switched and it shot out a rocket which exploded the rock wall and Leivinia was sent flying her aura taking a big hit as it flared up from the damage, She found herself lying in the middle of the road looking at the soon-to-be afternoon sky.

The boy then pulled out his scroll and with a few presses of a few buttons, Every car and other vehicles suddenly started and began driving right for Leivinia at full speed, the vehicles came at her fast and she wouldn't be able to get up in time before being crushed.

Then several green beans that could often be mistaken for Shizuri Mugino's meltdowner burned through the vehicles destroying them, these beams were not The Meltdowner rather they were something else, they were Penny Pollendina's lasers she could create from her swords, Leivinia Birdway's life was saved in only seconds then Penny landed in front of her.

"Are you okay?" Penny Inquired as she switched her swords around in a defensive stance.

"I'm okay."

It was all Leivinia Birdway could get out as she was breathing heavily and was completely exhausted from her earlier encounter.

"Penny Pollendina, It's a pleasure to meet you."

The boy smiled upon Penny's arrival and he raised the weapon she could see, outshot multiple missiles, They all hit around her as he wasn't aiming for her, she saw the road break out around her like something had swallowed it up.

"Antimatter missiles, Pretty cool huh?"

Something under the boy's clothes glowed purple and he suddenly teleported to Penny with a kick to her front, she wasn't fast enough to defend herself, and as she was sent back he grabbed one of her swords then ripped it out.

When Penny stood back up she saw what happened, and looked back seeing one of her swords missing, then she looked back at the boy who smiled.

"The name is Enzo Nath, it really is a pleasure, You my lovely little android are going to help me kill Frenda Seivelun."

"Frenda Seivelun?"

"Yes, I have some revenge to obtain."

(He wants to kill Frenda!? Why!? Does Frenda know this Enzo Nath boy?)

"Well, I will be seeing you soon. When you have Frenda's head."

After Enzo announced this he looked at Vento and his expression changed from excitement to disappointment, and he grabbed her then teleported away with his device.

(What the hell is going on?) Penny thought before she went to help Leivinia and Lessar.

Part 7.

Cinder Fall found this fight to be a little bit more than she was expecting, this was even more proof that she was not Absolute like she originally had believed before fighting her stepsister Anna Castle, Cinder had believed that having Dark Matter meant she was invincible, but then she fought her sister and then Umidori Kuroyoru who stole what was rightfully hers, She was the person destined to get the power of the maidens it was her birthright, she knew it was her destiny, but things continued to get in the way of that destiny.

Cinder was tired of all of these obstacles that continued to ruin her plans, First Frenda Seivelun and Ruby Rose, then Raven Branwen and Lorya Asher, It seemed that no matter what, the universe was determined to continue to test her worthiness, she already knew that she was the only person truly worthy of the maidens powers, It was her birthright and she was getting sick of these consistent tests and trials for her power.

As Cinder engaged in combat with Salem she was irritated at the situation as a whole, She couldn't harm Salem as the woman had a counter for everything and she was much more powerful than Cinder Fall could have ever been prepared for, On top of that Ruby Rose's mother Summer Rose was another problem.

Not on the level of Salem, But she was still causing some issues, Cinder Fall remembered those wings, The same silver wings that Ruby Rose had used against her once, though Summer was considerably weaker than what Ruby's wings had been.

As Cinder looked at the silver wings her mind drifted. (This is just like that time.)

Cinder was standing on top of Beacon Tower, she had just killed Frenda and Ruby Rose snapped, The very presence of that power made Cinder feel a weight on her like gravity was collapsing on her, It was more powerful than she had ever felt, even the maiden power didn't feel like it compared to whatever Ruby Rose was doing.

Cinder had already had her arm taken off by Frenda's strange dust beam, and now she had to deal with what was before, an angry Ruby Rose with silver wings that didn't seem to be following any normal principles in this world, Cinder could only watch in awe at the power before her.

Ruby Rose stood before her and walked closer, Cinder Fall had felt a fear she had never felt before in her life, The wings glowed bright, and with every step closer another memory flashed through Cinder's head and she was watching her life flashing before her eyes.

Then Cinder saw what she believed was a savior, The massive Grimm Dragon she had called from the mountain had landed on the edge of the tower it was definitely going to kill Ruby Rose, That was what Cinder believed but what she saw next left her loss for words.

Ruby Rose calmly turned her head to the massive monster before her and without a single move she turned it to stone, she then turned back to Cinder Fall and she spoke, but Cinder couldn't understand what Ruby Rose said as it seemed like a completely different language one that could not be understood by normal laws, It had sounded like a static sound, that she couldn't understand.

Then the bright glowing silver wings shot at her.

Cinder Fall touched her left eye, even if dark matter brought it back, Cinder still remembered it clearly as day, she remembered how she had lost it in the first place, Cinder had never spoken about the wings to Salem, But it seemed she didn't have to anyway as it seemed that Salem was hiding Summer Rose from everyone.

Cinder looked at Summer next to Salem. (She is nothing like her daughter, Her wings are not displaying the levels of power that Ruby's did that night. They are not even close.)

A bow of dark matter formed in Cinder Fall's hand and a single arrow flew, it traveled to a single destination and when that destination was soon reached, The woman known as Summer Rose was holding the dark matter arrow having caught it in her fist, in a burst of speed of which Cinder was unprepared. A boot dug into Cinder's chest and she was launched back, after this the silver wings shot out at her, Cinder saw this coming at her and a flashback of how she lost her eye made an appearance in her vision as Summer Rose transformed into Ruby Rose before Cinder's vision for a moment before changing back.

Dark Matter wings clashed against the silver wings of Summer Rose and they were able to overpower the silver wings, With a fast wave of her hand lightning that was silver in color shot at Cinder but it only struck ground as Cinder Fall was suddenly 2,500 feet above the ground in less than a second.

Her speed had truly impressed Summer Rose, She was certain that Cinder was almost as fast as she herself was, another arrow was shot, But this one was different, It split into one million arrows, of which rained down and targeted Summer but instead of hitting her, all the arrows suddenly stopped and when Summer looked back she saw her mistress, Salem with her hand up.

This feat had also shocked Cinder as well as she watched the display from her position in the sky. (She stopped all of my arrows with telekinesis? There were one million arrows exactly, The amount of power that Salem would have to be using to stop it is... She is so far above me in terms of magical ability.

Salem however, wasn't finished and soon Cinder watched in awe as the dark matter arrows suddenly transformed into crystal arrows which had a dark purple energy suddenly surrounding them like miniature twisters, these crystals became covered in the energy of Darkness.

(This is what he meant...) Salem thought as she looked at Cinder. "You may have control of dark matter, But I am the avatar of darkness."

This was all Salem said as the arrows flew back at Cinder at speeds several times faster than light, Cinder wasn't fast enough to evade and her aura was shattered and as the arrows continued to rip into her, her body was destroyed, The arrows continued to rip her to pieces until nothing was left behind.

After a moment, Cinder's body had rebuilt itself quickly on the road, just milliseconds before the last bit of dark matter was destroyed, Cinder had sent a single atom of dark matter to a separate location just in time before the arrows destroyed her completely.

(I almost died, she was able to destroy not just my body but the dark matter as a whole, I'm not invincible quite yet, I need more power, the power of the maidens, no more... I need power beyond the gods, Power that will make me the true overlord of the world, a goddess of reality, space and time, laws, logic... I want it... all.)

Summer Rose moved to Cinder, Now with an axe in her grasp, this axe was using the same silver energy to construct it into the world, With a swing she attacked Cinder who created two Dark Matter swords to block and fight back against her.

The exchange between them had been basically equal when it came to melee combat, But despite Summer trying her best against Cinder, Cinder's dark matter was superior to The silver power that Summer Rose possessed and before much time on the fight, dark matter surrounded Cinder's body and then it expanded, Summer moved back but the dark matter was simply to strong as it exploded through the entire area knocking Summer Rose unconscious from its sheer force and power.

Salem saw this and at first, she panicked, but she could still feel her connection to Summer Rose and knew she was okay, Salem then turned and faced Cinder Fall.

"That's enough."

Salem had spoken this in deep anger, As she faced Cinder Fall, The rage evident in her features.

Cinder Fall let a smile adorn her face and spoke a single sentence.

"Let's see what you got then."

Cinder only had a smug face as she did something completely new, The air around became an increasingly hot, As a dark black ball of dark matter formed into a black sun, it was an actual sun, The area heating up at a rapid pace as it shot out solar flares at the buildings and rotated, The ball of dark matter covered in a black plasma was something that didn't exist in the laws of the world, This was something the universe didn't have, Something that obeyed a different set of laws, laws that didn't follow the physics or logic of the world, universe, or multiverse.

It was its own existence with its own rules outside of the fabric of reality. At the same moment, Salem created her own mass of energy, an energy of multiple different magical effects surrounded her and she flew up into the air after Cinder as the ball flew and when the two touched each other, it sent out so much power from the combined forces that it destroyed the magical barrier of which Salem had created before.

The buildings all around were turned to ash and so were the two powerful beings after Salem had used her power to protect Summer, and all the civilians who had suddenly appeared due to the barrier being destroyed.

The area was soon empty as everyone ran and the two beings of such incredible power were nowhere to be seen.

Part 8.

"This is probably the 20th or so coffee that you have drinkin' today, You need to drink more water to maintain your health, Scolds Misaka Misaka as she shows how concerned she is for your health despite how much you put such things in your second thoughts."

Last Order scolded Accelerator as he bought yet another case of coffee he had been drinking like water.

"Don't worry about it brat, I'll be just fine."

"If you continue to be unhealthy your body will eventually fail, Misaka Misaka states as she sighs in defeat at the realization that you will never change your bad habits, Then she decides to drop the situation but will still remind you at a later date because she is deeply concerned for your health."

Accelerator sighed as he took a sip of his coffee can. "Says the girl who is always trying to give me cakes and other fattening sweets on an almost daily basis."

"Misaka does that because she loves you and wants to show her affection, a sweet treat is supposed to be a nice gift."

"Yet I don't have much of a sweet tooth."

"Well, Despite how long we have been together you still haven't told Misaka about the type of things you like, so she doesn't know what to cook for you, and the other Misakas have said that a sweet treat is a great gift to give somebody you care for. Misaka Misaka replies with a bit of sadness in her voice."

Accelerator sighed and looked over at the little girl. "Look, it's not like I hate the gifts."

This was all The #1 could get out as an apology as he was never good at such things or showing his true feelings about something or someone, except strangely when it came to Weiss.

Suddenly in his mind Accelerator imagined Last Order and Weiss Schnee both in a kitchen cooking something together like a mother and daughter.

Accelerator shook his head and he pushed the thoughts down. (What was that? That was almost like a marriage fantasy, Why would I think of something like that? I don't even know for sure if I will ever see her again.)

Accelerator stopped when he noticed Last Order was trying to talk to him and he came back to reality.

"Are you listening!? Misaka Misaka scolds once again upset you keep ignoring her, and she decides to pout in anger for you being an asshole."

"What?" Accelerator Inquired with a sigh, but he was happy he stopped imagining a life where he was married to Weiss Schnee, he didn't know how to handle such a thing.

"Misaka was saying that "The Savior" is apparently dealing with a lot in Academy City, Apparently there is a big stir in the darkness and Genesi Kihara is apparently the cause of it, it's what Misaka 10032 told Misaka. Misaka Misaka explains as she wanted to inform you of what was happening in Academy City.

Accelerator realized that Last Order was also a good connection to Academy City this was because she could still speak to the sisters, Even in Remnant because of The Enlightenment. Last Order didn't know of The Enlightenment's existence in the network, so she didn't know why she could still communicate with her sisters, But Accelerator was more than aware of why this was possible, Accelerator had also learned that Aiwass and The Will, could also come out in certain situations.

"So, That fucker Kihara is ruining my home? What about Yomikawa or Yoshikawa? Are they okay?"

"Misaka asked about that, Misaka serial number 10098 checked on them for me and she said they are just fine."

This news gave The #1 some relief, He was happy that nothing bad happened to Yomikawa and Yoshikawa, But then he had a different question, one that he hadn't even considered before. "What about Worst, is she okay too?"

When Accelerator asked this question, the sudden change in attitude and the worried look on Last Order's face told him that something bad must have happened to Worst.

Last Order composed herself before she opened her mouth once more. "Nobody has seen "The Bad Sister" since she went to England with "The Savior" She never came back from England, And neither Misaka nor the other Misakas can feel her in the network anymore, Originally Misaka didn't want to tell you because she didn't want to worry you any further, Misaka Misaka explains with sadness and regret, She is sorry for hiding the truth about "The Bad Sister" from you."

Accelerator's expression didn't physically change at this information, but it was still information that affected him, Accelerator saw Misaka Worst as part of his family and he could only wonder where she could be.

(She... is she...? No, I doubt she is dead, but why can't the other Misakas feel her in the network anymore? That doesn't make sense if she isn't in the network, then maybe she actually is... But there is a possibility she could maybe hide her presence in the network as Aiwass had done, and The Enlightenment is currently doing right?) Accelerator thought this as he looked down at Last Order and could see her expression still saddened.

Once again The #1 sighed before speaking again. "Not much we can do, I'm not mad you hid it from me."

(I would be a hypocrite if I were to be angry when I'm hiding the existence of The Enlightenment from her and everyone else... at least for now.)

"Misaka misses "The Bad Sister" Misaka Misaka states as she feels tears threatening to fall from her eyes."

Accelerator looked down at the young girl next to him and he understood what she was going through as he himself was feeling a similar way about Weiss and now he didn't know for certain if Misaka Worst was alive or not.

(Damnit All.) Accelerator thought as he continued walking with Last Order.

Part 9.

In a nice penthouse-style room at a fancy hotel in Atlas, a boy with dark blonde hair and brown eyes sat on a couch flipping threw channels on a float screen as he sat back bored out of his mind, The boy known as Teitoku Kakine was sitting in this hotel room awaiting the return of his girlfriend Cinder Fall.

Sitting in front of him was a plate with pepperoni pizza and a bottle of orange soda, the boy had been watching TV and eating his favorite food, but he had also a few other thoughts on his mind, a few weeks ago he fought with the scythe wielder Ruby Rose.

A girl he didn't expect to be able to stand up to him in a fight as he believed himself to be stronger than her and everyone else pretty much, he felt invincible most of the time with his dark matter body and his dark matter control, he was a boy who could control a substance that didn't exist in the world not even theoretically, a power that didn't follow the rules, Yet he found himself matched against whatever that special power of Ruby's was.

It wasn't a semblance and he knew that, it was something completely different from a semblance, different from aura, something new and he found that even Cinder didn't know what the power was, he had asked her if she had any information on such a power and she had told him about silver eyes, something Salem once told her about, but her description of silver eyes was not exactly what he saw, it was completely different, those silver wings could actually change law and time.

They didn't just destroy Grimm as Cinder had told him, Kakine could only wonder what a power like that was fully capable of.

What was a little strange to him about Cinder Fall's vague description of silver eyes, It seemed like she knew a bit more about Ruby's power, or had seen it before, by the fact that she didn't seem to be surprised when he mentioned silver wings, in fact he saw a flash of fear in her features as if it brought on some PTSD for her so he had dropped the topic not wanting to make his girlfriend uncomfortable at the time, But he knew that Cinder was more than aware of what he was talking about.

The main reason Kakine was so interested in the power was due to what had transpired after he killed Ruby Rose and returned to Atlas from the tundra.

After he killed Ruby Rose, at least he was sure she was dead, he returned to Atlas, and on the way when he turned off his wings, for a split second they had actually changed from his normal white color to silver, After this happened he looked into it, he had wondered if it was a personal reality upgrade and he was half right about that, After some time Teitoku Kakine learned something completely new about his power, something he gained access to when he brought his lover Cinder Fall back to life back at Haven.

When Kakine did this he touched SYSTEM, the fabled Level 6, Something he had a goal to reach permanently, But it had also unlocked a new ability in his dark matter, Something completely different, at first he didn't understand his Golden Dark Matter or Gold Matter as he called it, or where it came from, but Kakine had his eyes opened after his wings turned silver.

Kakine had a plausible theory at least though he was certain it was fact and couldn't wait to prove it, Kakine now believed that the reason his wings turned to silver, was because he could absorb energy into his Dark Matter, to change it and make it stronger, he didn't know to the extent of this yet, and when he attempted to make his dark matter silver again it didn't work, he then deduced that it was because he no longer had the silver energy any longer.

Kakine understood what happened with his personal reality, he gained the ability to absorb energy but it was limited if he didn't have a consistent power source of it, After this was done, with enough practice and understanding he was able to measure his dark matter, and he accessed what he now learned was the reserves of his golden dark matter, which by his estimate he only had about 53% of it left.

Teitoku Kakine had discovered that his golden dark matter was a limited power source in this world and it didn't come from Remnant, he absorbed it somewhere else, Kakine remembered seeing a strange space that looked familiar to Academy City before he had accessed it and used it to bring Cinder Fall back to life, By transferring his own dark matter, It was actually obvious to him where the golden dark matter had come from.

The Imaginary Number School District. It was a hidden dimension in Academy City many believed didn't exist at all but he knew better, Teitoku Kakine knew that The Imaginary Number School District was real, His Golden Dark Matter was something he absorbed from The Imaginary Number School District, that much he was certain, and this had also meant that his supply of its power was limited on Remnant and he would have to either somehow access The Imaginary Number School District again or maybe he needed to be in Academy City to regenerate it.

Kakine knew that if he gained control of The Imaginary Number School District, He would have an infinite supply of golden dark matter, however, it also had gotten him to wonder, what he could absorb, could he absorb magic? Theoretically, he could because whatever the gold matter was it followed his rules once he took control of it, so he should be able to control magic under the laws of his dark matter, This would also explain why he could use Ruby's silver power, be it the very low supply he obtained.

With enough understanding and tweaking of this new discovery, he may be able to make his dark matter truly infinite, to be able to manipulate anything and everything with it, conceptual energy like magic, all the energy of the universe or even multiverse, And if he reached The Imaginary Number School District from Remnant, could he do it again? Could he actually reach to dimensions and universes and take any power source he wanted? At any moment?

Teitoku Kakine had the potential of being infinite and absolute, he felt that this power was a personal reality upgrade to reaching level 6, That he was on the path to SYSTEM. He could only wonder what was the true extent of his dark matter, and how much could he control.

As Kakine reached down to pick up his pizza the lights had suddenly flickered and the wall exploded, This had not even made the boy flinch. He stood up and looked at a boy with white hair and blood-red eyes.

The boy had been wearing a black shirt with V patterns through it and blue jeans with black ankle-length boots that had buckles on them, Teitoku Kakine took in the sight and he knew that while this boy looked just like Accelerator, he was not The #1, rather he was a clone of The #1.

The boy known only as Vector-X, somebody Teitoku Kakine had only met once before back at Evernight Castle.

"Couldn't have come through the door? You had to bust down my wall? You sure like to make an entrance don't you? Not unlike a certain top dog" Kakine mocked as he stood up from his seat and faced the boy known as Vector-X.

"Teitoku Kakine, Dark Matter. You will be a perfect test, Yes you will do nicely but first I need to get a feel of your abilities, So let's see what you can do!"

Much like Accelerator would have done, Vector-X charged in with a maniacal laugh and attempted to hit Kakine who had simply jumped back to avoid it, and then from his back, six dark matter wings manifested.

Kakine launched himself out into the city and flew in the sky as Vector-X leaped out onto a building, hanging off the side of it as the two faced each other, Kakine had a single thought run through his mind.

(Hmm, Deja vu.)

Kakine wasn't sure if Vector-X was exactly like Accelerator or not so he decided he would need to be careful when dealing with the boy, He would first test if Vector-X's reflection was the same as Accelerator's was when they first encountered each other back in Academy City, that was if he even had a reflection in the first place, he truthfully didn't know the clone of Accelerator was anywhere close to the same level of power as Accelerator.

He assumed that this was the case though due to how the boy challenged him to a fight, He would assume he was level 5, But it wasn't uncommon for foolish lower-level espers to attempt to fight levels beyond them so that was also ability, All would become clear with this first test.

The air slammed into Vector-X, It was filled with 25,000 vectors but as Teitoku Kakine had expected It was soon shown to be reflected. (So, he does have Accelerator's reflection, I have to assume he is a Level 5 then, well then it's time for test number 2.)

Kakine's wings glowed as bright as the sun in the sky, this burned a few things around a moment before it was focused solely on Vector-X, When it touched him it was only partially reflected, but something still got through by %20.

Vector-X jumped back underneath a shaded area to keep himself out of harm's way.

(He thinks on the same level as Accelerator, so he also must have Accelerator's personal reality entirely.)

"Alright, I'm ready."

The clouds in the sky shifted and became heavy like stone, Then they began raining down on the albino boy, Who once again found his reflection being bypassed, but despite this he only had a smile as his aura surrounded him like a tornado, and deflected the clouds away from him, A dark matter spear had then struck him in his chest though more than half of it was reflected.

Vector-X felt pain from the impact and he found himself being thrown through the city, his body took off the top of a building and he knew this fight would be worth it, with a leap the boy soared back at Kakine reaching incredible speeds exceeding sound, his hand touched a dark matter wing which was sent at him and his hand was cut from the wing.

Vector-X landed on the side of another building and looked down at his bleeding hand. "Interesting, Well that part was exciting, let's see what you do with this."

With that said Vector-X raised a single hand above his head and with a fast manipulation of the proper vectors, the sky shifted and the clouds turned and spun in a circle.

From the ground all the civilians in the area looked up in shock as a massive ball of plasma began to shift the atmosphere itself, it was visible from across the city and many people could see it.

Teitoku Kakine looked up at the plasma as he debated what he should do against it, Kakine didn't care about the civilians, he didn't care for the lives of innocents but there was a small chance that if he was hit with that plasma at that density it could possibly destroy his body and so Kakine made a split second decision.

Suddenly millions of dark matter spears began to form all around the plasma and they flew into it. The objective was to try and destroy it with laws beyond its existence but this was ineffective as the plasma only ate the dark matter and then it exploded, no civilians or anything else survived besides Teitoku Kakine and Vector-X himself.

Kakine had been able to block the force and energy with his dark matter wings, and Vector-X simply reflected it, but the northern side of Atlas, where the Schnee mansion once stood was nothing but rubble, bodies of ash as thousands were dead from such an event.

Then the energy twisted into a black hole, the black hole was high above the city and it began tearing the ground apart, As it sent out so much force and the gravity of the world shifted, the planet's rotation was affected by such a force existing within it.

Teitoku Kakine was suddenly slammed into by Vector-X who had moved at Immeasurable speeds, His hand launched Kakine into the black hole to be immediately swallowed by the massive force of gravity in the sky above the city of Atlas.

(Now, then what will you do #2?) Vector-X thought as he was quite sure a black hole would not kill Teitoku Kakine and the albino boy was excited to see what his response would be in such a situation.

As if to answer his thoughts, The black hole had soon became covered in a white sparkly substance and soon it covered the black hole and sky, then it began to shrink into nothing, But what had actually happened was something else entirely.

"I have to thank you, Vector-X, this is much more effective than training on my own."

This praise confused Vector-X for a moment before the black hole which had now taken the form of Kakine's dark matter suddenly appeared again only this time it surrounded Vector-X's body and he couldn't reflect it due to not understanding its laws.

Kakine watched as the black hole sucked him up into it. (Well, that was...) Kakine's thoughts were cut short when black wings destroyed the black hole, the black wings twisted around and they moved the air around them and shifted the world's physics, the wings began destroying any form of matter they touched and that included Kakine's dark matter.

(He can control those too!?) Kakine had not calculated this possibility, he was aware that those wings required the Misaka Network for Accelerator to use, and he didn't know why he didn't think there was some sort of network Vector-X was connected to, probably using the same methods as the Misaka Network did.

"That's right, this is the same as The #1's wings, I can manifest them from the Accelerator Network, And I know you can't combat this power right Teitoku Kakine?"

"That is where you're wrong Vector-X, I have had a personal reality upgrade that will be more than capable of dealing with your little wings."

"We'll see about that!"

Vector-X's black wings shot at Kakine but he was able to block them by forcing the air against them keeping them at bay. "Let's see how this works then."

With that Kakine focused his personal reality and he began to absorb the AIM energy from the wings and he was able to manipulate the energy from the wings, soon he raised his hand.

Vector-X soon felt an impact, he was surprised because what was shot at him was one of his own wings only they had been dark matter instead of how they normally were, because of this a certain portion of the attack bypassed his reflection and he was sent down the area that used to be part of the city, His body landed as he hit his back into the ground.

Then Kakine's dark matter formed into a large sphere and shot down at Vector-X, The impact caused a massive explosion to envelope the area and strangely it was covered in crystals, Not the normal effect one would expect from such a thing happening.

Vector-X spit out blood as he stood up again.

"You're still not dead?" Kakine asked in annoyance.

"Sorry but it will take way more to kill me than something like that, but now this fight is over, I have had my fun."

After that was said, Kakine watched as Vector-X's black wings shifted around and soon they changed into a feathery-like variation of what they were and his head had smoky-like horns that seemed to grow as he looked like some type of fallen angel or demon now.

"Now it's time to test this new power, I hope you entertain me!"

With that Vector-X and Teitoku Kakine charged at each other.

Part 10.

Lorya Asher was actually beginning to get annoyed at the boy before her, She couldn't get him to confess the truth about the lamp no matter what she attempted, torture was not working, which surprised her as torture had never failed her before in the past.

"Come on you annoying boy, I even gave you an orgasm, Why won't you talk I'm trying everything here," Lorya pleaded with fake emotion in her voice.

Currently Oscar Pine had a tear streaked face with a naked chest covered in blood and multiple cut and stab wounds, but it was also soaked in saliva, As well as other places on his body including all over his nearher region. He had barely been fed and is only given water once a day so his current state looked horrible.

Lorya Asher didn't understand, She gave him pain she gave him pleasure, yet nothing could make him talk, at this point she was debating just killing him already as he was already becoming pretty useless, She had already been wondering if maybe, Salem had the password somewhere, or if she could get it some other way.

(Maybe if I bring one of his little girlfriends back here and threaten to kill her in front of him if he doesn't tell me, That could work? Or maybe somebody else knows the password, who would be the easiest target? Maybe Jaune Arc? Nora Valkyrie? Ruby Rose? Or perhaps, Last Order? Fremea Seivelun? Either one of them can't defend themselves, it would be easier to kidnap one of them, And a little girl like that will not be capable of handling torture like this for as long as him.)

Oscar Pine was confused when he suddenly saw the psycho girl began to laugh like a maniac out of the blue.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!"

(Something is definitely wrong.) Ozpin spoke into Oscar's mind as he felt something very bad was about to happen.

(Oscar I think she is...)

Lorya Asher turned back towards Oscar. "Oh, you know what little Oscar, Change of plans, I don't know why I didn't think to go after somebody innocent first, Last Order or Fremea Seivelun would be a much better choice honestly, So I think I have..."

"Stop! No! You can't! They are just children!" Oscar shouted as he understood what Lorya was saying.

"That makes it more fun, I will have Raven kidnap one of them for me and..."

(Oscar don't!) Ozpin shouted in Oscar's head as he realized what was about to happen, but it was too late as Oscar spoke the words.

"Jinn!" Oscar screamed out in a panic as he saw Lorya beginning to get on her scroll. "It's Jinn, you say her name and she will appear."

(Oscar...I.)

"I didn't have a choice!"

(No, I understand why you did it, but I don't think Lorya is going to let us go.)

As if to answer Ozpin's fears Lorya Asher walked over with her knife. "Thank you, now was that so hard? You have been very useful."

Lorya let out a smile before she spoke once more. "Hey at least thank me for giving you an awesome blowjob before I kill you, I know you enjoyed it, I could tell."

Oscar looked Lorya in the eyes and he knew at this very moment he was going to die, this was the end for him and he decided what what would be his last words, He debated between "Eat shit and die, or Fuck you" and after a small bit of thought he settled on what he would say as the girl licked her knife in preparation.

Oscar spoke very clearly to make sure she heard him clear as day. "Fuck you."

Lorya Asher was not offended by this quite the opposite actually. "Oh a fighter till the end, I like it, I like It a lot. Almost makes me want to keep you as a sex pet, But I think this will be more satisfying from how much you put me through with your strong reserve while I tortured you, Besides one of those little girls will probably be a more fun little sex puppy than you anyway."

With that Lorya Asher stabbed downward going right for Oscar's forehead and his life flashed before his eyes, as the knife finally made contact, He felt pain but to his surprise it had not entered his head, rather, Lorya had stopped last second, he was too busy seeing his life and death that he didn't know why she stopped, but he soon understood when he saw the girl turn around and speak.

"What was that noise?"

Oscar had not heard anything probably because he was too busy getting ready to die.

On Lorya's side she heard a loud noise and the castle had shaken a moment from something, She knew that Enzo would have teleported in, Any of the other members would have used the door, it sounded like forced entry.

"Stay right here my little sex body, I will be back to kill you and fuck your corpse in just a moment, be patient."

After she spoke these words Lorya Asher exited the room and Oscar began trying to pull himself out of his chains with all the strength he could muster, he didn't know what was happening, but he knew when Lorya got back he would be killed, he was ready to accept that death a moment ago, but now that he was somehow given another chance he wasn't going to waste it.

Unfortunately no matter how much he pulled he couldn't get the chains loose or slip his hands out of the shackles attached to them, But he continued to try and pull, this soon resulted in his wrists getting cut and bleeding down over his arms, this pain however, was nothing compared to the pain he has suffered every day for the past 2 almost 3 weeks, he could care less about the cuts.

He continued to try and somehow pull free but it was completely useless. (Come on, Come on, Please.) Oscar thought then he heard Ozpin's voice.

(Oscar, You won't be able to get free without aura, and we used up too much magic to do anything effective, To survive most of the torture.

Oscar ignored Ozpin and continued to pull but to no avail. (Oscar.)

"No, I have to get out somehow before she comes back, If I can't then..."

Oscar stopped speaking when he heard the door. (No... Is she back already?)

"No, please."

Oscar pulled and pulled, Making his wounds even worse but it was pointless and soon the door opened and it was already too late, As it opened Oscar could only cry as he kept trying.

Everything slowed down in Oscar's vision as Lorya Asher came back into the room with a smile on her face and without saying a thing she made her way over to him, her knife entered his head and brain, The knife dug in and blood leaked down his face and neck as the brutality took place.

The boy felt the pain as his brain was torn through, and his head was opened up, he cried and felt his life slipping away, the last thing he saw was Lorya's grinning face as she pressed her knife in deeper and that was the last thing he felt.

Oscar's body slumped forward and he took his very last breath.

This however, had only been in Oscar's mind generated by his own fear as when the door actually opened it revealed a girl with long braided red hair that seemed to be pencil-thin, she was wearing a nuns outfit like some religious people wore, Though it was cut short and showed off her thighs and legs, and on her soft looking feet were a pair of high sandals which Oscar wondered how she could walk in.

The girl looked to be around 14 or 15 and she was carrying what looked like a metal staff, he didn't know exactly what metal it was but It was super shiny and looked completely brand new, It could very well have been Nanis or Adamantium, Considering how shiny it was he was leaning towards adamantium, He also knew it wasn't Arellirac because from what he remembered that was pitch black.

Though at this moment Oscar was still terrified, he didn't know who this girl was, maybe when Lorya went to check whatever she heard she sent another member in to kill him.

This thought became more apparent to the boy when the girl in front of him pulled out a knife.

Oscar has been ready to die before but that changed, And he began to beg an plead not to be killed.

The girl had ignored Oscar and instead of using the sharp knife to stab him like he was expecting, she dragged it along her staff.

Something invisible to the human and faunus eye cut right through his shackles and he fell from the wall to the floor being to weak to stand at the moment. Oscar couldn't comprehend what was happening, was he being saved? He thought he was dead but now he was free.

"I'm not here to kill you obviously, But we better get out of here, this Castle Is about to be destroyed."

The girl spoke then she spoke into some type of wooden block. "Lucia, did you find the relic?"

The wooden block began to vibrate and a voice came through though it sounded like a person was standing in the room, as if the person was speaking normally not on some type of speaker. "Yes it was pretty easy with Motoharu Tsuchimikado's spell, Sister Angelene and I have secured it safely."

"Good and where is Motoharu?"

"He is with Kaori, Did you get the boy?"

"Yeah he is with me, but he is definitely going to need some food and water."

"No problem, We can deal with that later, Also we found some type of water tank in here, it has a girl inside but she doesn't look human or faunus, or at least not fully human, She looks like an android of sorts."

"Leave it, We have a job to do."

"Got it... Sister Angelene don't touch that!"

What followed was a small scolding as the girl hung up the block in her hand and then shrunk it back into her pocket.

This power was recognized by both Oscar and Ozpin. (Magic.) The two both spoke in the mind of Oscar Pine simultaneously.

"Um, thank you so much for saving me, but who are you?" Oscar Inquired, As he just wanted to know who is savoir was.

The girl turned to him and a nanotechnology shrunk her staff before she spoke to him. "My name is Agnese Sanctis, I was given the task of rescuing you by a woman named Kaori Kanzaki, Since our leader is only interested in the relic and not really concerned weather you lived or died, because Ozma can reincarnate."

This explanation shocked Oscar Pine and Ozpin, Somehow, This Agnese Sanctis knew that Ozpin was Ozma and that he could reincarnate.

(Well a lot of people know you right? Well I mean not a lot but you told quite a few people right?, Ozpin began speaking immediately after Oscar asked the question. Yes many I trusted knew of Salem and the relics, But not even a handful of people knew of my identity as Ozma. So how does she know then? Oscar asked curiously. My thoughts exactly.)

"Look we don't have time to waste, So unless you want to stay in this room, follow me."

Oscar decided that it would just be better to follow Agnese for now and he could probably learn more later.

Lorya Asher found a massive hole in her castle wall and she wasn't happy, she knew she had intruders and she could only wonder how it was possible, this was a pocket dimension only she could access, unless she allowed others to cross it, so it should have been impossible for her to have intruders, she was sure even Accelerator's vector control could not allow him entry.

"How the fuck did this even happen!?" Lorya yelled out to herself, she was getting tired of this, things were not going her way, She decided that enough was enough, she was going to wake up S3NN3R.

As she was about to walk back to Oscar Pine's room she stopped when two people blocked her path, one was a boy with spikey blonde hair and he was wearing sunglasses so she couldn't see his eye color, He was in a normal school uniform, It was surprisingly a school uniform from Beacon, Even though that school had been destroyed by Cinder Fall.

The other person was woman who had black hair in a ponytail and a violet colored eyes, Lorya had actually thought her look was tacky, She first took note of her pants which had one of its legs cut off at apoint that showed off her entire leg and then she had on a short shirt that was tied at her breasts showing her entire belly and navel, with a jacket on over that which was left open and finally she had on brown boots.

Lorya took note of her weapon and saw it was a sword very similar to Raven Branwen's weapon only she could tell her katana was made of adamantium, as for the boy he was only carrying a pistol, but Lorya had been in enough fights that she knew not to assume somebody's battle class based off of the only weapon you see, She especially learned this with Frenda Seivelun who had several hidden weapons.

"So, you are the ones who broke into my castle, how rude. You could have knocked."

"I assume you know why we are here," The boy Inquired and then Lorya recognized him.

"Wait, aren't you, Motoharu Tsuchimikado? From the former Dark Side Organization Vacant? Is this a dark side attack? But even so, you shouldn't have been able to get into this pocket dimension so how did you even accomplish this?"

The girl was the one who answered this question. "Let's just say that there is somebody on our side that was easily able to get into this dimension, He was easily able to negate it and allow us entry."

"Oh really? And just who is that?"

"Wouldn't you like to know? That doesn't matter right now," Motoharu replied dismissively.

"Very well, you can tell me after I kill one of you and capture the other one."

A dark shadow-like power was suddenly sent throughout the castle. "There we go, that should deal with any other people you may have brought with you, Now we can have some fun."

Pulling out her mace, she made a quick move, lifting it in the air, several bullets began firing and Motoharu Tsuchimikado and Kaori Kanzaki took evasive action as the bullets flew through the room.

Two shots were sent out at Lorya from the pistol of which belonged to Motoharu, A shield of pure darkness had manifested in front of Lorya Asher, protecting her body from the bullets as they bounced harmlessly off of the darkness.

(Shadow manipulation? No not quite.) Motoharu thought as he was suddenly struck from out of the ground by a shadow that had taken the form of a drill, his aura had flared up and he took a small amount of damage.

(Time to use my semblance already?)

Motoharu pointed his gun at Lorya who only raised her shield a second time, However, the bullets that left the gun's chamber had slammed into her aura from behind as they followed a path that was impossible from the direction the boy has been pointing.

(How the fuck!? Is that his semblance!? He can hit people from an opposite direction of which he is pointing!?)

Lorya Asher saw such a semblance as completely unfair, It was basically unblockable if one couldn't predict the path the bullets would take, And she didn't know exactly where those bullets would hit.

After this Lorya had to dodge fire being shot at her from the left hand of the boy, Then she created a darkness ball of energy black as night, it was sent into the floor to create blinding effect, But she then moved as fast as she could out of the way of an attack from Kaori who swung her sword at her side, Then something Lorya didn't see hit her left arm and her aura took more damage.

It was at this moment she noticed the room was surrounded by thin wire. (When the hell did she set all of this up?)

Kaori's blade became covered in lightning and fire as she moved towards Lorya at supersonic speeds, Her precision strike was dead on and at the surprising speed, Lorya was unable to defend as her chest was struck and she was sent into the wall, Her aura was running low and she knew she wasn't going to last long at this rate.

Lorya was extremely shocked at the attack of which had just taken place. (That was magic.) Lorya thought as she regained herself.

Seeing no choice she pulled out a strange small crystal and she swallowed it, Lorya soon felt a surge of power flowing through her as she jumped temporarily from Level 4 to Level 5.

Oscar Pine was following Agnese Sanctis when suddenly a strange dark power went through the castle and now Agnese was currently protecting him from Shadows that took the form of different Grimm, each of these Grimm had been from fabricated types that didn't even exist, he didn't know what to call them, the strange spider Grimm and mantis Grimm along with some Grimm that looked like people or shadow covered people.

Then there were Grimm that looked like minotaurs and unicorns, as well as some that resembled prehistoric dinosaurs and and a half woman half snake Grimm.

(Did Lorya do this!? Since when could she do something like this!?)

Agnese on the other hand was not having any trouble with these strange Grimm, all she had to do was hit her staff against anything really and the damage was sent to her target, It was incredible and Oscar didn't know if it was a semblance or magic, but it was impressive.

It also looked as if her attacks were instantly transported, so they seemed unblockable and undodgeable, The Grimm were still quite strong and could take quite a bit of punishment, But Agnese was doing well holding them off, the only one she was having any trouble with was that snake woman, and the spider Grimm were fast, but they seemed to be pretty weak, the dinosaur Grimm were extremely tough but still quite easy for her dodge as all of these were physically equal to their animal counter parts.

Oscar Pine knew this was obviously from Lorya Asher's esper ability which she used on him at one point during her torture, Unlike with the albino boy known as Accelerator, Lorya Asher had not displayed anything to him with her esper power that didn't follow the physical laws of the world.

Agnese's staff smacked against the wall to her right and an invisible attack hit one of the spiders, then she dragged her knife over the staff and several more Grimm were torn to shreds, But the Grimm kept coming, It was getting overwhelming, the Grimm attacked Oscar but just before it could hit him a barrier appeared out of thin air and blocked the attack from the Grimm and electrocuted the Grimm to nothing but ash.

Oscar hadn't seen this before and wondered if it was also magic as Agnese seemed to be capable of using magic. "How did you?"

"It's my semblance, I can create force fields and imbue them with elements if I want. To give it both defensive and offensive capabilities at the same time," Agnese explained as she killed several more Grimm.

(Quite the semblance I say) Ozpin spoke in the boys mind.

(Yeah, that will come in handy.) Oscar replied as he watched the girl as she was dispatching Grimm, he wished he could help but he didn't have his weapon, he was butt naked and he was starving and thirsty while also recovering his aura, he was in no condition to fight.

The next thing he knew the door blasted open and two other nun girls ran into the room as one shouted out. "Sister Agnese!"

Agnese turned to her friends and smiled. "Just in time."

The snake woman Grimm began to make a move at the three girls as it's claws grew out, a strike to Agnese's aura was made and she hit the wall to her left.

"Sister Agnese!" The blonde girl shouted out in a panic but her worries were soon put to rest.

"I'm fine, Angelene keep the boy safe, Lucia I may need your help with this thing."

"On it," The girl Oscar now knew as Angelene responded as she ran to guard Oscar from the Grimm around.

Oscar noticed that it looked like the nun robes she was wearing were a little too big for her, she looked no older than 10 or 11, but he couldn't fully judge. Umidori Kuroyoru looked like she was no older than 11 or 12 and yet she was 15, as he learned recently, He guessed you couldn't really tell somebody's age by looking at them.

'Somewhere in Academy City a certain 40-year-old teacher who looked 7 or 8 sneezed.' "aw man I think I'm getting a cold, but I have to be with Touma for his extra lessons this weekend, I hate the winter, except Christmas of course, oh I should get Touma a present."

The teacher's faced flushed as she imagined giving her favorite student a present, for some reason her mind showed her in lingerie, modeling for Touma Kamijou. She quickly shook her head with a blush on her face.

"No, bad Komoe don't think like that, He is your student you shouldn't be thinking about your student like that! He is your student! Your student!"

The blushing Komoe Tsukuyomi scolded herself as she continued blushing and shaking around with a smile on her face.

Angelene had long honey-colored hair in twin braids and dark yellow eyes almost Identical to Cinder Fall's golden colored eyes. She was wearing the same robes as the others but they were a little big on her as they completely covered her legs and feet as well as the sleeves slipped over her hands often.

Then Oscar looked at the other nun, she looked a lot older than the other two possibly even 18 or 19 maybe even 20, Just like the others she had on nun's robes but hers were a bit different as they had white cuffs and a white collar, and just like Agnese she didn't have the bottom part but she was wearing black stockings which Oscar thought looked really sexy, her hair was about only ear length and blonde, her eyes were the same color as Weiss's a vibrant crystal blue and she has very soft looking creamy white skin, Oscar had to admit in his eyes she looked very beautiful, they all did to him but he noticed the blonde girl a bit more than Angelene or Agnese.

The first thing he noticed was she had a sizable chest that could rival Ruby's, it was not as big as Yang's or Misaki Shokuhou's, or Shizuri Mugino's, But her chest was definitely around Ruby Rose's or Nora Valkyrie's size, they also weren't quite the size of Lessar's or Carissa's, but still nice in his opinion.

(Oscar get your mind out of the gutter.) Ozpin scolded in Oscar's mind as the young boy blushed and shook his head.

(I was just admiring her.)

(Yes one particular part of her. I don't need you drumming up another of those weird fantasies of yours.)

(Stay out of my mind you don't have to look and you know it! Also I blame Lessar for those I wasn't like that before she started doing her perverted things to me!)

At the thought of Lessar and Leivinia as well as Carissa, Oscar felt a pain in his chest. Ozpin spoke in his mind again much more calmly and softly this time around. (Don't worry, I'm sure you will see them again, It just may not be as soon as you like.)

(I remember when I first found them in the forest near my aunt's farm, and she allowed them to stay I thought how it was just a temporary thing, And we were just strangers, But soon I came to really like and respect them, And now, with me not being with them, it feels like a part of me is missing, I love them, I really do, I hope they are okay, I can't wait to see them again.)

(You will eventually, But I don't think it will be so soon, I have a good Idea of who these girls are following and who they will take us to.)

(What do you mean?) Oscar Inquired in his mind to the old wizard, But he received no response and then he could no longer feel Ozpin at the moment, it was bizarre to the boy why Ozpin was hiding this.

After she took that strange dark blue crystal, Lorya Asher had become almost stronger than a saint, Kaori was shocked at how quickly she grew in power from a little crystal, She had heard of Level 5 espers and had a fight once with The #1 during World War III, it had been a misunderstanding and it had not gone well for her, she was able to bypass his barrier for a bit but it had soon switched on her and she was defeated by the boy known as Accelerator.

While Kaori wouldn't say that Lorya was near as powerful as The #1, she could tell the girl had somehow increased her power, She still didn't know that much about science even in this world, which was basically a world of futuristic science, she still decided to stay away from technology if she could, But at this rate she wished she would have looked into espers after fighting Accelerator, She was lucky she even survived that fight, It was only because of Misaka Worst showing up that she was even still alive.

It was strange how the flow of events worked, She and Worst were helping with the fight against Coronzon when they both ended up in Menagerie about two years ago now, as such the two worked closely together for a while in this world, and only about 6 or 7 months later they ran into Agnese Sanctis and her two friends, and for a while after meeting with a man named Quin Gold, who somehow knew they were not from Remnant.

They worked for a group called The Golden Cold, And did some less than repemendable jobs, she didn't like most of them but they did what they had too, Quin Gold had promised them a way back to their world and information they needed, and He did make good on his promise.

He told them they could get back with the wand of Septimus Magnus, So they searched for it, For a long time, They went through many different things, some more difficult to deal with than others, Especially when they helped The #4 Shizuri Mugino fight the demon Asmodeus, who also had gotten the wand they were after to get home, she was certain that Shizuri Mugino never actually believed that Asmodeus was a demon. While at the same time they were helping with the fight against the Grimm Queen, Salem.

And now they are helping with this continuous fight Against the demon Coronzon, Which led them to this place, Apparently they needed the relic of knowledge to beat Coronzon who is also working for a different group that wasn't told to them just yet, Kaori didn't like how much was being hidden from them.

Plus the fact that the boy with Ozma in his soul, Was going to be left behind, Because he could reincarnate, It didn't sit right with her so she sent Agnese and her friends to get the relic and Ozma, she didn't care what they were told, she wasn't going to let a little boy be killed.

The darkness surrounded Lorya Asher as she transformed her mace into a great sword, The shadows twisted the room and from a multitude of locations 100 shadow blades came out each, the first thing they did was destroy her wire, Then many of them slammed into Motoharu Tsuchimikado breaking his aura as well as piercing his body all over, But she wasn't too worried about that since the boy was practically immortal.

Motoharu bled out everywhere, And Lorya smiled sadistically, but this was short lived when the boys wounds healed almost instantly, all that was left behind were holes in his jacket.

(What the fuck!? Can he not die!)

As of to answer her thoughts Motoharu spoke. "Sorry, but it will take way more than something like that to kill me, I can't be killed by physical means."

"Well that's annoying," Lorya dismissed without much of a care after hearing the explanation. "And considering your semblance is that Opposite Point you mentioned before, Then that means your regeneration is an esper ability correct?"

"You would be right in assuming that," Motoharu answered with a smile.

"So, what is the extent of your regeneration? Does it stop you from being knocked unconscious?"

At this Motoharu Tsuchimikado immediately understood what her plan was but he didn't have the time or speed to react to the massive shadow which slammed into the back of his head, And he was out before he could even understand what happened.

"Well, that put the baby to sleep, Now you and I can have more fun honey," Lorya teased with sadism in her voice as she licked her lips and faced Kaori Kanzaki.

Agnese, Angelene, and Lucia as Oscar had learned from hearing her name called out during the fight were all now facing only a single remaining Grimm, The Snake Woman, She had half a humanoid body and half a snake body with snakes making out hair, Oscar had never seen a Grimm like The Medusa Grimm before, As that was what the nun girls had called it, He didn't know that Lorya could create something like this.

He figured these girls were from the other world that Leivinia Birdway, Lessar, and Carissa were from, due to them knowing of this thing never before seen in Remnant and saying something along the lines of "Good thing she can't turn people to stone like the actual Medusa" as well as their magical knowledge, it was beyond just Remnant, it was similar to how Leivinia Birdway explained magic from Earth.

So he deduced that the nun girls were magicians from Earth, and they had somehow been able to access Remnants magic, but could still use their magical knowledge and practice from Earth with the magic from Remnant.

Medusa sent out her claws but they were blocked by a forcefield which has set her on fire and she let out a scream, A large metal wheel slammed on the ground, This sent out a shockwave of arcane magic throughout the room which ripped a couple of the snakes off of the Medusa's head. This attack has been accomplished by Lucia who seemed to have an adamantium wheel, Which could send out blasts of magical effects.

That was another really interesting thing about these three girls, They all had their weapons made of the most rare and most expensive metal on the planet, Adamantium, It was such a rare metal as there was very limited supply in the world due to it coming from an asteroid long ago, not to mention extremely expensive, it was at least 20 million lien per block, He didn't even know how an indestructible metal could be shaped into weapons and equipment, But he wasn't going to question it, it existed and he guessed that was all that mattered.

He was honestly surprised that Weiss didn't have her weapon made of it, considering how much money the Schnee family had, she could definitely afford it.

He honestly hoped that every was okay, He hadn't seen the outside world for weeks and he knew that Lorya Asher had been sending Grimmlin members after his friends, He really hoped they were all okay.

"Sister Angelene now!" Lucia called out as she jumped away from an attack by The Medusa.

Angelene, Threw several small devices which surrounded, The Medusa and then they created lasers of lightning and arcane magic combined, The magic created a box around The Medusa, And it burned her body as she let out a scream, but then she sent her tail into the side of the barrier destroying it.

The very same tail slammed into both Lucia and Angelene's body, The two girls rolled along the ground as Agnese's staff became imbued with wind, gravity, and fire, as fire seemed very effective against The Medusa. With nothing more than a smack amongst the floor the collection of elements were transported directly to The Medusa, It screamed and smacked the wall behind it causing a small crack in the wall and ceiling.

After this Lucia and Angelene recovered, They Both began attacking The Medusa again, several spells slammed into the creatures body and it was taking a lot of damage but it continued to be a problem, They were having trouble doing permanent damage or fatal damage to it.

The Grimm was getting smarter during the fight as well, and it made it very difficult to harm it much, At the same time The Medusa had been getting more hits on the girls, As the battle continued.

"Damnit, This thing refuses to die," Agnese complained out of breath as she tried to hit it with an invisible attack but this time The Medusa actually dodged it, Showing there was a short delay before the attack took effect.

The Medusa did something completely new and it's snakes on it's head had opened their mouths and several beams of energy shot into the floor, this attack had sent all the girls away and each of them slammed into the ground, The room shook from the attack as well and the girls didn't immediately recover due to extreme exhaustion, and the injuries they sustained.

Oscar was also hit and he was on the floor, The room had been cracked all throughout and soon The Medusa made its way to the girls and Oscar, He saw another charge of what The Medusa had just done get ready again.

The first time the attack was just made it did so much damage that Agnese Sanctis, Angelene, Lucia didn't get back up at the moment, Oscar knew that they would be killed by the attack if it hit them twice.

(Where is Ruby when you need her.) Oscar thought as it seemed to be the end. He didn't even know for sure if Ruby's silver eyes could work on a Grimm created from an Esper Power, but he had hope.

Suddenly as the attack took place a surge of magical power traveled through him and he let out a blast of energy, It was a powerful green energy and it was sent through the whole castle, it destroyed The Medusa and the girls soon got up and they looked at Oscar who was exhausted from what he had just done accidentally, honestly he didn't know if he had done it or if it had been Ozpin.

A sudden green energy went throughout the room and Lorya Asher had been effected by the power as she fell to the floor, This gave Kaori Kanzaki the opportunity to strike her.

Kaori's blade slashed her aura up her middle and Lorya was sent into the ceiling as her aura had finally broke and when she came back down Kaori went for another strike, But to her shock she only struck air as Lorya Asher was enveloped in shadow and vanished.

Kaori's body was then struck by a shadow from nowhere and then Lorya appeared out of thin air before her, her boot slammed into her gut causing her to cough up blood and saliva as she was sent onto the floor, This was followed by her sword coming down on her while she was down.

However, to her shock and surprise, Kaori's body vanished, it wasn't teleportation it was just pure speed, A strike from her back cut her back open, Then a massive blast of shadows shot out in all directions, Kanzaki was fast but she was unable to dodge the attack and she was sent into the castle wall.

(Should I boost myself to 5.2 or 5.3? She is getting annoying.) Lorya thought as she had been getting tired of this fight and it wasn't fun for her anymore, After a certain amount of time she could keep taking her Level Crystal and she could theoretically as she hasn't tried to yet, boost her level to 5.9, She had however been saving that for when she fought against Cinder Fall, All she had to do was keep herself out of too much harm for long enough and when her crystal was ready she could boost herself to just under Level 6.

It still couldn't reach Level 6, And she didn't know why the crystal couldn't push her to that level, according to Amata Kihara before his death, Level 6 was specially achieved and it was not something an Esper could reach by normal means, She didn't know at all what that meant, But apparently he discovered the secrets of Level 6 just prior to his death.

He didn't tell Lorya much but he did mention something that had completely confused her, he said that one of the conditions of reaching Level 6 was for an esper to experience death 10,031 times, She had been completely lost at what that meant, and it was only one condition what were the others? She could only wonder.

Lorya saw Kaori on the otherside of the room, the woman had already recovered and she was certain that she wasn't down quite yet, But she decided with her next attack she would be, Down if not dead, She pulled out another crystal, this time she took two of them and when she swallowed, Her body immediately took on a change, As AIM Energy leaked from her, she was going to use this as a single attack, As she had boosted her power to Level 5.3 she could only take up to two crystals at any given time and there was a bit of a wait before she could take more as she had to wait for the previous batch to travel her blood stream.

The side effects of taking the crystals were the same symptoms one would feel if they were bitten by a Black Widow, and she could handle them no issue, So she could take as many crystals as she wanted as long as she didn't overdose on them, The side effects only took effect after the crystals left the system, They didn't work like Ability Crystals they were very different and more dangerous to take, But if it meant she could gain the power she needed to complete her goals, even temporarily she would gladly take them as much as she needed.

Kaori Kanzaki could tell something was completely different about Lorya Asher after she saw her take another crystal, actually she took two this time and she could only wonder what those crystals were doing to her, she stayed on her guard as she soon heard Lorya Asher began to laugh like an absolute psycho.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!"

The girl sounded broken or something to Kaori, she sounded like The Joker from the Batman DC movies Touma Kamijou would watch with Index or some kind of yandere who was killing her rivals at her high school, She truly sounded like a broken person, she then soon calmed down and looked back at Kaori.

"This little fight has been fun little girl, But I have gotten bored, so this is where it ends I hope you had fun."

Darkness surrounded the space and grew into a physical form, The shadows had then surrounded Lorya's sword and she made a single slash, The energy and force exerted from the slash was city shaking, It was an attack that could destroy a thousand mountains in mere seconds, And it was far too much for Kaori to currently handle, she couldn't use her semblance against it either and as such she did the only thing she could think of, She readied all her magical power to block it as best as she could.

She was certain that it would be far too powerful and she might possibly die, All of the attack was focused on her and she did her best to hold it back as her magic slammed into the shadows but it was quickly being destroyed, And she began receiving cuts all over her body, deep gashes began appearing all over her arms, legs, face, chest, stomach, neck, every single spot on her body was not saved from the force of the mass and shadow before her.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!"

Lorya Asher laughed watching as Kaori tried to save herself knowing it was pointless and she could do nothing but die, the girl laughed and celebrated.

Soon though her joy was brought to shock and she became perplexed when with absolutely no effort her mass of energy and power was negated into nothing, completely destroyed, no trace of her shadows remained and this was done by only a single person.

She saw two people, one had effortlessly destroyed her power and the other one looked familiar, she had looked like Mikoto Misaka but older and with more wild hair she had been wearing one of the adamantium suits of which was created by Amata Kihara and Lorya had no clue how she got it.

However, seeing as the first one destroyed her power like it was nothing even at how much power she had sent out was in one word, frightening, And Lorya Asher didn't want to even attempt to fight them, She also knew that the adamantium suit had replicas of the level 5's abilities safe for Attack Crash, Dark Matter, and Accelerator as well as multiple weapons and other devices.

It was at this point she decided she would take her leave, Her shadows and been sent out and they enveloped herself and S3NN3R in a different room, and she was gone.

Right at this moment Agnese Sanctis, Lucia, and Angelene came into the main room with Oscar Pine, They looked around and Oscar saw people he didn't recognize as well as an unconscious blonde boy.

Though one of the people he soon did recognize, well it would be more accurate to say that Ozma recognized him, Oscar had a quick memory flash through his mind and he was immediately shocked as he remembered something. But before he could say or do anything, Ozpin took over.

"I knew it was you..." Ozpin started them he looked down then back up as he continued with only a simple phrase. "Good to see you again... Old friend."

Part 11.

It's been 4 days since he was attacked by Raven Branwen and after all the different things that happened, Grimmlin went dark again, There was a massive Crater in the center Atlas, Accelerator didn't know what caused it, but the city was blaming something from space like a UFO or an Astroid, Accelerator however knew it was something to do with Grimmlin.

In the last few days the albino boy has seen a change in what was around him, one of which being, Umidori Kuroyoru and Kazari Uiharu were getting extremely close, Ruby and her mother were beginning to get along, Ironwood was making plans with Robyn on what to do next, Salem lost against Cinder, and then there was Yang Xiao Long, Unfortunately he had to tell them about Raven, and Yang was taking everything to the extreme it is not like he cared really, but currently she had run off just before dinner and he wasn't going to go searching for her, the albino boy didn't care enough.

For Accelerator he was frustrated that using his vectors to search for Enshu Kihara had been showing no results, one of his biggest goals was to find Enshu Kihara and force her to bring Weiss back, as much as he was certain this wouldn't work he thought he would try anyway, he has been intimidating enough in the past to make people tell him things he has wanted to know.

Accelerator sat back against the wall of an alleyway, looking at the stars of the night sky as he thought of everything as he drank a can of Black Coffee.

In another part of the city a certain #2 was also in deep thought at the same moment of what had transpired a few days ago, His fight against the clone of The #1 had not gone in his favor, he had no clue that Vector-X could use wings and had access to his own Conceptual Vectors like Accelerator had used against him during their final fight, Although when he thought about it, it made sense that Vector-X could accomplish this being he had Accelerator's personal reality.

Teitoku Kakine had been pretty much immediately destroyed the moment Vector-X pulled out those wings, Vector-X was almost equal to Accelerator himself even with his golden dark matter he couldn't really harm the boy after those wings came into play, It truly pissed him off that even a clone of Accelerator was stronger than he was.

Teitoku Kakine decided he would just sit back and wait for his girlfriend Cinder Fall to return with the toys for tonight, apparently she had a plan and she wanted to have some fun with him, he was more than happy to experience whatever she had planned, He was actually surprised how much money Cinder Fall had as she was able to just buy another penthouse after the first one was destroyed by Vector-X in only a day.

Cinder Fall was in a BDSM shop looking over different things, like whips, clamps, rope, candles, a pinwheel, and other toys and tools for tonight, especially after her fight with Salem she wanted to get away from the stress and just have a nice night with her submissive boyfriend, after learning that Neopolitan Vanille and Kaibi Gokusai had switched sides it had given her more chances to have fun with Kakine.

Cinder was going to go a little more hardcore tonight and she couldn't wait, the girl was giddy with excitement as she walked over to the counter and payed for her items and exited the store.

Cinder was about to use her wings and fly back to Kakine when she suddenly heard a voice, a familiar voice. "Cinder!?"

The voice had belonged to a girl, a girl she didn't want to see right now, it was just the perfect timing.

Cinder Fall turned around to see. Emerald Sustrai, Mercury Black, and Hazel. (Are you fucking kidding me!? What are the damn odds!?)

Cinder sighed as Emerald Sustrai ran over at full speed and hugged her, a hug which she didn't return, she shoved her away from her body. "Get off me," Cinder scolded as she shoved Emerald back.

"What are you doing here?"

Emerald was confused at the question she thought she would never see Cinder Fall again. "I thought you died, I..."

A few tears leaked from Emerald's eyes as she was only just happy to see Cinder again.

"I'm fine, Now answer me, what are you doing in Atlas?"

Hazel walked over and spoke up. "We are here for the relic of course, we have news as well... Evernight Castle is gone, infact the entire island was destroyed, It was..."

"I don't care about that, I'm not working for Salem anymore, I have my own goals, I don't need her anymore."

This statement shocked all of them, Although Emerald Sustrai didn't care she didn't care to work for Salem she just wanted to be with Cinder, so whatever Cinder Fall's goal was she would help her.

"So, your turning your back on us?" Hazel asked with a bit of anger in his voice.

Cinder answered this with something that shocked all three of them, from her back six wings manifested, They were black as the night sky and they had black glass surrounding them, What shocked them the most was the fact that the wings were made of the same dark matter as the semblance which belonged to Teitoku Kakine.

"Teitoku Kakine's semblance!?" Emerald exclaimed in awe.

"How did you get that?" Mercury Black Inquired in shock.

Hazel was also very perplexed but he didn't say anything.

"I have surpassed Salem, I don't need her, I'm no longer going to be her puppet, I have the power to get what I want without her help."

Emerald stepped forward. "Cinder, whatever you're doing I want to help you, I don't care about Salem, I care about you, Wherever you go, I'll go."

The words had shocked Cinder for a moment, Then she regained her composure. "Do whatever you want."

Emerald Sustrai smiled as she knew in Cinder's way that was a yes.

"Alright well, I guess I'm in too," Mercury said and walked next to Emerald.

Cinder sighed. (God damnit, I'm not having them ruin my plans with Kakine tonight.)

"You have your own place to stay right?" Cinder asked because she didn't want them in her penthouse, getting in the way of her scenes she has planned for Kakine.

"Yeah, we have a small apartment in Mantle, we had to stay here somehow," Mercury responded to Cinder's question.

(Yes! Now fuck off.) Cinder thought as she smiled to herself and blushed, her mind shifting through images of what she would do to The #2 tonight.

"Are you okay Cinder?" Emerald asked worried that she may be getting sick. "Do you have a cold your face is red?"

"No, I'm not getting a cold, I can't even get sick anymore thanks to this, Cinder flashed her dark matter for a moment to show what she was talking about, My body isn't fully human anymore, look it's confusing don't ask about it."

"Do you know what happened to Salem?" Hazel asked, he was still promised something by Salem and he wanted his payment.

Cinder Fall smiled when this was asked it was almost delicious to her to tell Hazel this, after she destroyed Salem's body a few days ago, She had used her dark matter to spy on Salem.

"Salem is in Atlas, She is working with James Ironwood, So she is currently staying at Atlas Academy, Not to mention she lost control of the Grimm, so in other words she has grown weaker while I have grown stronger."

Cinder almost laughed when she saw Hazel's face change into complete shock.

"What will you do Hazel, you can go back to Salem if you wish, But she can't give you what you want, keep in mind I'm not going to make you any promises, I don't care about your goals or dreams, whatever, and neither did Salem, so you can help me if you wish, or... You can walk away, Because unless you're willing to devote yourself to me, I don't need you."

Hazel regained himself and his answer was obvious, he wasn't going to work for a selfish and arrogant bratty girl like Cinder and He needed to have a conversation with Salem.

"No, I'm not going to devote myself to you."

He turned to Emerald Sustrai and Mercury Black. "You two can keep the apartment, I have a much needed conversation with Salem."

With that said Hazel turned and walked away.

Emerald Sustrai and Mercury Black watched him walk away and they just sighed. "Man, he was dramatic, right Cinder?" Emerald chuckled as she turned around.

When Emerald Sustrai and Mercury Black turned back around they found that Cinder Fall had rudely left. "Where did she go?" Emerald asked as Cinder Fall had just vanished.

(She doesn't care about you Em, But I do, and I will go where you go, hopefully you see Cinder for who she is soon.) Mercury Black thought then he broke Emerald from her search for Cinder. "Hey, Em, you hungry?"

At this mention the girl's stomach rumbled and she blushed in embarrassment.

It was only one hour after he walked away from Cinder Fall, Hazel was headed to Atlas Academy in a city bus, he felt betrayed by Salem, she made him a promise when he joined her, And now she was going back on it working with Ironwood and by extension Ozpin, Somebody he wanted to turn into bloody paste.

Why would she work with them? What on Remnant would make her want to go back to Ozpin? She was a powerful Grimm Queen, Why? That was his question, but would that question be answered? There was already a lot that she didn't tell him or the others, She hid so much from them when it came to the history of this world and what really happened, she most likely wouldn't tell him why she made such a choice.

As the bus made it's way down the road it was suddenly torn in half and multiple civilians were killed in the blink of an eye, this shocked Hazel and when he stepped out of the bus he saw an albino boy in a black shirt, one he recognized from a time he met him, when Lorya Asher brought him to Evernight Castle.

The boy looked very much like Accelerator, The boy he remembered back at Haven, but this was not Accelerator, it was the twin brother of Accelerator, or at least that is what he was told. This boy's name was Vector-X.

"Hazel, Hazel, Hazel. Nice to see you again."

"What do you want?"

"To extend an invitation, to join a group that is going to change the world every world."

Vector-X's expression was monotone he didn't look like he even had emotions at all.

"I'm not interested in joining, Grimmlin."

"No, not Grimmlin. Tartarus, Something much greater than Grimmlin."

Suddenly another boy appeared next to Vector-X one he didn't recognize. The boy has been dressed nicely and his expression didn't look trust worthy at all to Hazel.

"And just who the hell are you!?"

The boy smiled. "You may call me Aihana Etsu, I am extending this to you due to the information you have gained, Salem plans to fight our group, While we aren't to worried about it, we can't have more people joining the Accelerator faction if we can help it."

"The Accelerator Faction? What the fuck are you talking about?"

"If you go to Salem you will be giving more support to the Accelerator faction and you will also learn secrets we don't need getting out to, too many."

"So, you want me to join this Tartarus?"

"How would you like to save your sister? We can make that happen, We can give you power you have never imagined."

The thought was tempting to Hazel, but on the way over, he had a lot of time to think about why Salem would make the choice she made, But after meeting this boy and learning of this Tartarus, he decided he knew what he wanted as one thought passed through his mind. (What would have Gretchen done?)

He knew his little sister Gretchen would have never joined this group so he gave his answer.

"Fuck off."

"Is that your final answer?"

"I said what I said boy."

Vector-X began manipulating the vectors of the air around him, and Hazel prepared for a fight, But Aihana Etsu placed his hand on Vector-X's shoulder. "No need to kill him, I will handle this."

With that Vector-X calmed down, he didn't know what Aihana Etsu was up to and neither did Hazel, As he kept up his guard but what happened next, shocked him to his core, the world of Remnant had never witnessed such a thing of such as what Hazel was seeing.

A massive dragon had come out of the boy's right arm and it felt like the world had shifted inside out when The dragon made its appearance, Vector-X was also shocked at the creature which came from Aihana Etsu's arm, He didn't know what the hell it was or how Aihana Etsu got it, But it was one of the most if not the most terrifying thing he had ever seen.

(Is this what Aihana would have used on me if I had refused him a few days ago?)

The dragon was terrifying and Hazel was filled with a dreading fear among sight of the beast before him, then the creature let out a roar of which shook the fabric of reality itself, this dragon was unlike any Grimm or any creature he had ever seen, it was something so beyond the understanding of this universe or any universe, It was something that should and would be feared by all who laid eyes upon it.

The creature shook everything around as buildings rattled, Then it made its move and Hazel was paralyzed with fear as it made its way towards him, A bite was made, this bite was not meant to physically harm the man as all the dragon's goal at this moment was to simply eat the man's brain, his memories and his function, the dragon broke the rules and laws of concepts as it ate everything, every morsal of all that was, Hazel's brain.

The man had forgotten, Salem, his family, how to fight, how to speak, he didn't even have the function of walking or moving a single limb, Aihana Etsu made sure to leave him a litteral vegetable to stay as nothing more than a motionless body until the day he took his last breath.

Somewhere in Atlas, in a certain hotel room was currently housing several girls , one of which wasn't staying in the room with the others, Vento of The Front, Vibration, and Raven Branwen all sat quietly in this room as Lorya Asher made her list of what she believed the next move should be for Grimmlin, when she finally finished she moved the bed next a certain blonde and spoke.

She turned to Vento. "So, where is Enzo?"

Vento sat back before she spoke. "He is doing something on his own, He is apparently after Frenda Seivelun."

At this mention a girl sitting next to Lorya flinched in anger. This girl was named, Olivia Crystal Vesper, She was a member of the group known as The Epsilon Assassins, They were a secret organization on The Dark Side that kidnapped children when they were very young and trained them into nothing but killers, They used a program they called UPRISING, to shape the kids through torture and a system that takes away their emotional response, To make them the most cold blooded and sadistic killers on Remnant.

They teach the kids hidden forbidden techniques and increase their semblances making them even stronger through scientific experimentation, it was a secret most of Remnant wanted, but only one man knew how to accomplish this, A hidden face, a man who never shows himself.

The only thing that had ever been known about him were the letters, W.S. other than that the man was hidden to the world of Remnant, not even the other members of The Epsilon Assassins knew the true identity of the leader, W.S. the only thing Olivia had learned when she looked into her partner Mark Fringe's Research she found, was that the only man who knew the true identity of W.S. Was a man named, Daniel Black, Apparently doing more research she learned that Daniel Black was actually the Brother of one of the world's greatest assassins, Marcus Black.

Olivia had actually First learned of Daniel Black from Roman Torchwick when she once kidnapped him, During the time when the Dark Side was running wild through the city of Vale. She looked into it more after what had happened to her partner back in that time, Lorya Asher had saved her life once, when Frenda Seivelun had nearly killed her and she would have died if Lorya didn't have Vibration save her.

Somebody she also felt she owed her life to as well, However she has to admit that something was wrong with Lorya Asher, She seemed lost, and that was coming from a girl with two personalities.

But she could tell something was wrong with Lorya.

"So, what exactly is the plan Lorya?"

The voice of Vibration spoke out as she flipped a coin in her hand while standing in the corner.

"We lost a few members and gained a few, sort of, Olivia is not exactly a member of Grimmlin but she is generously lending us her services. Raven already has her target, Vibration, I will need you when I face Cinder Fall, And I have looked over the most simple ones we can take out tonight, and we have to assume that Ironwood and Salem have The Relic now, plus there is the staff, We still need to get that."

Raven Branwen looked down at her scroll and saw the time. Speaking of my target."

That was all the mysterious woman said before she left the room.

"I think my first target will be The teleporting girls, If we take them out that will be big hit to the enemy, and like I said Vibration get some rest, You will need it, I know you didn't kill Cinder last time."

Vibration looked annoyed and cut off Lorya mid sentence. "Yeah she can't be killed."

Lorya Asher only smiled when she said that. "Thanks to Amata Kihara, I have something to kill Cinder with, it was something he designed to be able to kill Teitoku Kakine if he ever was to have become a problem while they worked together with Salem."

This information should have been something to bring a smile to Vibration's face, But due to a certain set of words from a certain albino #1, she was having conflicting thoughts.

Lorya finally turned to Vento and she gave her, her next order. "Vento, You're target is Fiona Thyme, She should be a quick and easy kill, So don't screw it up."

Vento of The Front, sat back and twirled her tongue and the crucifix attached to it swung around. "No problem."

Vento was told that the power of all four Relics could give one untold power, enough power for her to get back to Earth, If she could do that she would do whatever needed to be done, her true plan was to use this power to do two things, the first was to get back to Earth and the second was to bring her little brother back to life, if The relics could give one that power that is what she would use it for.

Vento planned to overthrow Lorya when they got the fourth relic, she had before been a bit worried about Vibration, but If she could get the power of relics for herself, then she would have no trouble beating, The One Who Shatters The World Apart.

Part 12.

In an abandoned factory in Mantle, Yang Xiao Long walked through a large room which was empty and had no furniture and it had metal walls. She leaned against the wall on the far right corner, She couldn't believe she had received that call, She didn't expect her to call her, she didn't know exactly what she wanted or why she came, but she did, And that was how things were.

Yang Xiao Long didn't have to wait long before a raven flew into the building and landed in the center as it transformed right before her eyes.

It had been Yang Xiao Long's mother, Raven Branwen, She didn't say why she wanted her to come, but Yang had a good idea of what this was, Yang knew her mother was working with The Dark Side Organization Grimmlin.

"Yang, It's good to see you again," Raven greeted as she took off her mask to look her daughter in the eyes with her own.

Yang only scoffed in response. "What is this about?"

Raven looked down for a moment and then back up. "Lorya has given me the task of killing you."

Yang was shocked at this news, she was here to kill her? Then Raven continued.

"I don't want to kill you, we can convince, Lorya that you're valuable, Grimmlin is down on members right now, so she will let you join."

"What makes you think I want to join an evil organization!?"

"The world is not black and white Yang, there is no true line between good and bad, Lorya's goal is going to save this world, You can be part of that change."

Yang looked at her mother in disbelief. "World domination? Ruling with an iron fist!? That's not peace!"

"It's what is going to work! Do you honestly believe that the world will change if we baby it!? This is what has to be done!"

"There is another way to..."

"No there isn't Yang! People are not going to listen! They need order! There needs to be world orders in place or people will just do whatever they want! If they don't fear consequence then they think they can do whatever regardless of laws!"

"Not everyone is like that!"

"But enough is! Enough people are and that's all it takes to destabilize the natural order!"

(She's absolutely fucking delusional.) Yang thought before she gave her final answer.

"Well I don't believe that, I believe that what Grimmlin is doing is evil, And if you're working with them... Your evil too."

The words had actually stung a bit as Raven looked down, Some part of her knew this was unavoidable, But she wanted to try. "Is that your final opinion?"

The question had nearly been a whisper as it left her lips.

Yang however looked her mother dead in the eyes. "Yes... It is."

With that Raven Branwen pulled her sword out and Yang readied her gauntlets as the two looked at each other, mother and daughter, only one thought went through each of their minds. Who's blood would be spilt?

"You better be prepared to kill me," Raven declared with her face now stone cold.

Yang Xiao Long returned her mother's cold gaze. "I am."

After those words were spoken the two charged each other.

Part 13.

"In the end, Ruby you ran a red light!"

"I'm sorry!"

The apology had not been to the girl sitting next to Ruby Rose who was currently in the driver seat of a rental car, it was to a car that had been just about to turn when Ruby Rose had sped past a red light going well over the speed limit.

Her stepsister and girlfriend, Frenda Seivelun was sitting in the passenger seat teaching Ruby how to drive, This was once attempted by Taiyang Xiao Long, Ruby's father and Frenda's stepfather, but it had been a bad idea and resulted in the car getting totaled.

Frenda had tried a certain approach that Tai had done when he taught Frenda to drive and bought her a car, But in this situation, it didn't seem to be working.

(Okay, come on Frenda your a damn Level 4 esper, You have a personal reality, You can figure this out, In the end, she is too stressed out, So you need to relieve the stress.)

"Ruby, Stop the car."

At this command Ruby slammed on the break a little to fast causing them both to lurch forward.

"Sorry Frenda I..."

Ruby was cut off by Frenda's lips pressing to her own and her tongue entering her mouth for a short moment in a soft gentle kiss.

When they separated Ruby spoke. "What was that for?"

"To get you to stop babbling."

"I need to babble more often."

Ruby and Frenda had Both chuckled at that and then when she calmed down she spoke again.

"Ruby you remember how I taught you martial arts?"

"Yeah, I'm a black belt now."

"Yes, In the end, you learned very quickly, but remember when I told you the most important thing was to calm down and All told, let go of stress?"

"Yeah."

"Good well, In the end, the same thing applies to driving a car, I want you to calm down and think clearly, and let go of stress, just you and the road, okay? Just relax and drive, remember everything I taught you and just calm down."

"Okay but I..."

"No buts. Take a deep breath."

Ruby followed the instruction, she breathed in and then she exhaled slowly. "Okay, okay," Ruby said to herself. "You got this Ruby, Now just keep your eyes on the road and drive."

Ruby started the car again and she began driving again, this time her nerves were gone, she had felt much better, and having Frenda next to her felt amazing, Ruby was driving, she wasn't crashing, or running stuff over, she was driving normally.

Ruby was driving and she couldn't be more happy but things were never that simple, not in this world, there was never a dull moment.

In a hidden location in Atlas a young boy, had re-engineered a small computer chip, The boy had just finished snorting cocaine and he was ready to cause havoc.

"Time to wake up you bucket of bolts, your mine now."

Enzo Nath sent his hack and things were going to get chaotic as his system successfully booted up giving him complete control over a certain protector of Atlas and Mantle. "Let's go!" Enzo screamed out like a gamer who just beat a tough boss.

Ruby Rose had been able to drive, turn, park, she was using her blinkers, and she had even been able to parallel park.

"In the end, your doing great!" Frenda praised in celebration as Ruby was becoming a great driver and it wouldn't be long before she was able to get her driver's license, and Frenda planned to buy her a car when she got her license.

"Thanks, I am happy you're here," Ruby said with a smile.

They stopped at a red light and they stole this chance to makeout, As the two fought each other with tongues and rubbed each others bodies a sudden sound shook the area and then multiple civilians began running.

Frenda and Ruby disconnected with a bit of saliva connecting their lips before it broke.

When they looked out of the windows they saw people running in fear and panic, and they could only wonder what was causing this.

They would soon be answered when a girl landed in front of the car and this wasn't just a girl, She was an android named Penny Pollendina, She looked completely different however, her eyes were glowing and red, and she was doing something, Ruby and Frenda couldn't believe.

"Is that Penny!?" Ruby asked in shock.

"In the end, why is she attacking the city and killing civilians!?"

They then jumped out of the rental car and faced Penny.

Ruby decided to call out to her. "Penny!"

The Android girl turned towards the two girls and her eyes focused on Frenda as soon as she saw her she shot a beam at her, which Frenda dodged though it blew up the rental car which threw them back from the shockwave of the explosion.

"Penny stop! Why are you doing this!?"

Penny then looked at Frenda again. "I must kill Frenda Seivelun."

Ruby Rose was shocked to hear that and she knew that wasn't the real Penny Pollendina, Something was wrong and as of to answer her worries a voice came through Penny's.

It sounded young like a little boy. "Hello Frenda Seivelun, You don't remember me, But you probably remember, The girl who was Aihana Etsu back in Vale? Well my name is Enzo Nath, I was her little brother, you know the girl you killed in cold blood!? Well now, I'm going to get my revenge. You took my sister from me and now I will take yours from you, And then I will kill you. But I won't stop there, I will kill your father as well and... Yang Xiao Long, it's ironic how she is going to die tonight."

"This is the end Frenda Seivelun, I hope you suffer."

Frenda stood up and Ruby Rose stood by her side as they faced Penny Pollendina.

End of Chapter 17

And that's the Chapter, Man this was a bit of big one, yet I actually started writing this about a week ago give or take, I have been doing a few things, but Summer has calmed a lot down, I have been playing that new game X-Defiant man it's a breath of fresh air to not have SBMM/EOMM in my game, It finally feels rewarding to play, anyway that's enough of that on to the chapter notes.

First I just want to say I hope your having a great day, now As you can see a lot went down in this chapter and I have a bit to talk about.

So, we will start with Accelerator, I know he didn't do much in this Chapter, don't worry I have a lot planned for him in Grimmlin War Part 4, as such we will only being seeing small things from him for the time being, He is still pretty worried about Weiss and wants to find her, so he isn't actively searching for Grimmlin except for Enshu Kihara of course.

Salem vs Cinder ended up being a bigger fight than I originally intended, I was going to cut the fight down but in the moment I decided to switch out, The Lessar and Leivinia vs Vento, for the Salem and Summer vs Cinder, So I actually shortened their fight a bit, but I think it worked out well, Salem and Cinder share a deep connection in this story a little more than the cannon so, those two fighting in my opinion is overall better.

Salem has been weakened, But she isn't weak, She wasn't actually trying to kill Cinder, though, while Cinder will say she won the fight, the truth is it was actually a draw and Cinder regenerates faster so that is why she feels she won, well technically she did.

When it comes to Kakine and Vector-X, Vector-X is around a similar Level as Accelerator and even has his own form of conceptual vectors (imaginary vectors) so he was always going to win the fight, also I know I had Kakine lose off page so to speak, but this is due to Vector-X's wings, I couldn't see a proper way to use them without revealing their true capabilities too early so I left it as Kakine losing off page, At a later point very soon we will see them and what they do. And it will all make sense. Look out for White Wings vs Black Wings in a very near Chapter or more what I'm calling Fallen Wings.

The fight with Vento and Leivinia, and Lessar was actually a pretty clever one, The first thing to note was Vento keeping her distance from Lessar and dodging her, if Lessar had been able to hit her with her semblance active at any point in the fight, she would have been down. And being a dust magician in Remnant, Leivinia Birdway is actually quite strong and I think that was displayed.

So, yes surprise, Agnese Sanctis, Lucia, and Angelene, as well Motoharu Tsuchimikado, Kaori Kanzaki, and Misaka Worst showed up, who is their leader? Ozpin knows them? For those who read both stories or those who are true To Aru Light Novel readers, you probably already know, But hopefully it will be surprise for most when it is revealed.

So, Now as you have seen, Summer when she fought Cinder couldn't do that much with her silver wings, This is because unlike Ruby her silver power is corrupted by the Grimm magic inside her, the silver wings themselves are actually a very interesting mixture of two things, But magic is very heavy in what they are, I can't say too much just yet. There will be a Chapter pretty much dedicated to them in the future, but it is a ways away, it will actually be the first Chapter of Volume 10.

So, I mentioned in the chapter about Whitley Schnee, He is basically in a state that Misaki Shokuhou can't really fix, at least not in her normal state of power, she would have to be able to conceptually enter his mind to fix him like be able to walk around and stuff, and actually find the problem, we will have to wait and see what happens with Whitley.

So, damn, Mother vs Daughter, I honestly think a Yang vs Raven fight will be in the RWBY cannon at some point, or should, My version will be a bit more... Brutal, but yeah that's gonna be a cool one, and as you can see everything happened extremely fast, the first two parts of the Grimmlin War Arc, Took place from early morning to late afternoon in the span of one day, The next two parts are going to take place over a night 4 days after the first two. So all of this is going to be taking place at night, where the story left off it was 9:18 PM.

And finally. yes I did the Penny Pollendina Hack, but this will be much different from cannon and it will have some pretty crazy stuff happening next Chapter because of it, no spoilers, Also when it comes to Olivia Crystal Vesper, I will touch on her a bit, but I will not explain her full semblance or most of the stuff about her, because it was already explained in A Certain Dark Side Weapons Expert In A New World Full of Monsters, For those who wish to know more about her go read that story, she makes her first appearance in chapter 12 Dark Side's Bane, And from there on up you can learn about her more.
