New life as a Villain

Chapter Nine: Making Camp Crystal Lake look like a preschool playground by comparison

The students of U.A.'s Class 1-A and Class 1-B were all very hard at work training their quirks to their absolute limits. By training their quirks, the students will make them stronger, as quirks are like muscles. Using them enough will make them stronger. The teachers from U.A. who came on this trip, aided by the Wild, Wild Pussycats, will be seeing to all of the training that the students will all be doing here at the lodge.

...

"What are your younger siblings like?"

During a break, Tsuyu was approached by Kota and Eri, with Eri asking Tsuyu about her (Tsuyu's) younger siblings. "What kind of people are they like?" Eri asked, "Would they be friends with me and Kota here?"

Tsuyu chuckled a bit in amusement. "Well my little sister Satsuki is around the same age as you and Kota, if what Aizawa-sensei and Mandalay said about your ages is true," Tsuyu began, "Although she never did anything as bad as punch someone in the groin. As for my little brother Samidare, he's a bit older than the two of you. I've never known him to misbehave, and he's absolutely sweet."

"Oh, you're talking about your little brother, Tsu?" Habuko spoke up as she walked over.

"Yeah, Eri and Kota were asking about Satsuki and Samidare," Tsuyu said, "I bet that the lot of them would like getting to play together."

Habuko chuckled at that. "Yeah, it does sound cute," Habuko remarked. After the girls finished resting, they went right back to training, leaving Eri and Kota behind. The two young kids looked on as the teens trained their respective quirks to grow stronger. Kota still wasn't sure about pro heroes and those who aspire to be them, but Eri had more faith. She thinks that heroes can do anything.

Like the boy who had helped to save her from Chisaki. Eri still had no idea what became of that boy, but she hopes that he's doing alright. She didn't get much of a look at him given he wore a hoodie, sunglasses, and a gaiter mask, but she would like to think that he's doing alright. Eri hopes to see that boy again, if only so that she could thank him for helping to save her from Chisaki. Last that Eri had heard, Chisaki is actually dead.

Eri very much highly doubted that the boy who saved her from Chisaki had killed him, Chisaki was just too strong and scary. Eri firmly believed that another villain must have killed Chisaki. Eri hoped that the boy who saved her from Chisaki doesn't run into that villain. Not even that boy who saved her from Chisaki can stand up to a villain strong enough to kill Chisaki.

"So we attack tomorrow night?" Allister asked as he and Kenny, both in their usual disguises, spoke with Dabi and Kurogiri at the LoV bar. Melissa was also present, although it seemed to Allister that Melissa was more interested in studying Dabi's face.

"Indeed, Felgrand," Dabi replied, "And that's why I wanna talk to you, Elay, and Shield here. Our attack on the training camp will have the intent to capture Shoto Todoroki. I also want to take him alive, for obvious reasons. While we're running the attack on the training camp, we're to avoid killing any of the kids there. The pro heroes are bound to be set on us after the training camp attack regardless, but a dead kid on the six o' clock news will set them on us harder and faster."

"You want us to tell our followers we bring, or in Shield's case send, to not kill any of the kids we come across," Kenny surmised.

Dabi nodded in confirmation. "You all can rough them up as need be, but don't kill them," Dabi replied, "You all can, if it'll help, kill any of the pro heroes there if they get in your way."

Melissa nodded in understanding. "Got it! I'll let my guys know that the pro heroes are fair game if necessary, but to leave anyone under eighteen years of age alive."

"Respectfully Shield," Dabi began, "I have some... concerns about your subordinate Muscular. From what I got from him when I met the dude, he seems like a bloodthirsty loose cannon. Are you sure that he can be trusted?"

"Oh, he better stick to the script and not let his boner for bloodshed make him forget why he's even there in the first place," Melissa said. Allister was wondering how in blazes Melissa was getting a man like Muscular to respect her authority. He also wondered how she also got Moonfish, another crazed killer in a sense, to call her boss.

How is she even able to command them? That's especially relevant given how Allister very strongly suspects that Melissa, despite what she's claiming, doesn't actually have a Technopathy quirk, or any quirk for that matter. If she is, same as Allister and Kenny, a reincarnate, then Melissa drew the short straw in getting isekai'd as a known quirkless character.

Allister will just have to keep an eye on things in that field for the foreseeable future. Until he knows more about Melissa, Allister was going to maintain a healthy degree of wariness about her. He's not a fan of unknown variables, and he'll do what he can to make sure nothing gets in the way of seeing to Izuku claiming the destiny that he deserves. Hopefully Melissa won't do anything to mess things up for Izuku there.

If she did, then Allister will have to, despite his hesitation to harm a (potential) fellow reincarnate, take drastic actions against Melissa.

The next evening at the training camp, the students were getting ready for the Test of Courage. The four boys from Class 1-A who failed the practical portion of the finals, along with the four boys from Class 1-B who failed the practical portion of the finals, were taken by Aizawa to the lodge for some extra lessons, making them miss out on the Test of Courage.

"Aww, I feel bad for the boys who are gonna miss out," Mina said as she saw Kirishima, Sero, Sato, and Kaminari get taken away along with the four boys from Class 1-B who had also failed.

Folding her arms over her chest, Itsuka said, "Knowing Monoma, if our class had less students fail the practicals than your class, he'd use that as an excuse to talk down to your class. As much as I don't like how many of my classmates failed the practicals, since our respective classes have the same number of passing and failing students, Monoma can't talk smack about your class there."

"Well we'll just have to go all the harder during the Test of Courage to make up for how some of our peers can't participate," Yosetsu remarked.

Izuku nodded in agreement, and would have joined the other students but Mandalay got his attention. "Excuse me Midoriya, but can you help with finding Kota and Eri?" Mandalay asked, "It's a bit late for them to be up."

Looking curious, Izuku asked, "Why ask me? Mind you I have no problem helping with finding the kids, but I'm surprised that you'd ask me given how Kota reacted to me initially."

Mandalay's expression softened. "...It's because you said he had every right to be upset with what happened to his parents, something no-one else had ever told him."

Izuku nodded in understanding. "Alright, I think I know where to go anyway," Izuku said. Turning to his peers, Izuku said, "Hey, does anyone want to-"

"Let's get goin'!" Mina said excitedly to the other students, "The Test of Courage awaits!"

Seeing that he was gonna be on his own, Izuku said, "...I guess I'll go find Kota and Eri on my own." Izuku then went off alone to go find Kota and Eri, hoping that they would be alright.

Around the time that the Test of Courage began, Dabi and the forces he led had just arrived. "Hey, Shield's people," Dabi said, "Did your boss brief you on what to do and what not to do?"

Scowling more out of annoyance, Muscular said, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, we can't kill any of the brats." It was clear that Muscular was annoyed as he spoke, like a child being told off from wanting to do a cool thing.

"What's the objective of the mission?" La Brava asked as she raised a hand, "Shield wasn't exactly clear on it, she just said we're gonna kidnap one of the U.A. students here."

Nodding in agreement, Dabi replied, "Yeah. We're going after Shoto Todoroki. Let's try not to let it slip to the heroes which student were going after, though. Also, the big boss wants us to grab one of the members of the Wild, Wild Pussycats, that Ragdoll girl. Not sure WHY he wants her, though."

Allister and Kenny, both wearing their respective disguises, knew WHO the big boss was and why he wanted Ragdoll. But no-one else (aside from maybe Melissa) knew that they knew that info, so they had to play dumb lest they be found out. "Well me, Elay, and our followers are ready to go when you give the signal," Allister said to Dabi.

Dabi nodded once in understanding. "Good, we'll go in now. Everyone spread out, mix things up, keep the heroes and hero students on their toes. When you get the signal over the comm devices that we got Endeavor's baby boy and Ragdoll, go to the designated meet up spot so we can all bail." Everyone gave affirmative nods before they all rushed in, ready to raise hell at the training camp.

Allister had Beros, Rappa, and Tengai stop first though. "...You all remember the target that I want to grab?" Allister asked.

"Yessir," Beros replied, "We have the student's name and face committed to memory." As per the word of Allister, his subordinates were not going to say aloud anything that would even hint at who it is he wants to kidnap from the training camp.

Allister gave a single nod to his subordinates before he turned to look in the direction that Muscular went off in. "Good," Allister said, "I'm not entirely trusting of that Muscular fellow who works for Shield. I think Dabi's suspicions of Muscular are valid, so I'm going to keep an eye on him."

Looking to his subordinates, Kenny said, "Let's go find the students that we got are wandering around the training camp. The big goal of this mission is for Dabi to capture the Todoroki boy, so the lot of us keeping the other students occupied will help with that. Besides, I think we all could use a little bit of... exercise... if you know what I mean."

"We just have to keep them off of Dabi's back, right?" Slice asked, "Dabi did make a point on how a dead kid would set the pro heroes on us harder and faster." For reasons that had escaped Slice, she thought that she had heard a moaning cry of aroused, sensual pleasure sound out somewhere in the distance.

"No killing any of the students or any other kids we come across," Kenny said, "And the do not kill rule applies especially so to the girl with pink skin and hair." Smirking in amusement, Kenny went on, "That one is mine to have fun with."

"Oh yeah, the hero student girl you had designed as your rival," Hoyo remarked, "But boss, I'm just curious. Why a hero course student and not an actual pro hero?"

"I get the feeling that the pink girl will be one of the greats," Kenny said. As he saw Allister go off to secretly trail Muscular while Allister's followers went to find the student that Allister wants to take so as to divvy up the students who will most likely try to rescue Todoroki, Kenny said, "...Slice, you go help Felgrand's followers, Hoyo and Daigo, you two are with me."

"You want me to assist Felgrand's followers?" Slice asked, curious.

"As soon as you see them try to capture one of the hero students, tell me over the comm devices who it is," Kenny said, "I wanna know what exactly Felgrand is up to, and he didn't say anything aside from how he's gonna work the kidnapping he plans to do into a test for the hero student that he had designated as his rival."

Slice gave an understanding nod before going to follow Allister's subordinates, although Kenny did tell Slice to be discrete about it. Meanwhile, Kenny had Hoyo and Daigo follow him to go play around a bit with the hero students running around the training camp.

Unaware of the attack on the training camp that had just started, Izuku went to Kota's 'secret base', and found Kota and Eri there. "There you two are," Izuku said, "Come on, Mandalay says it's time for bed you two. Also, I'm certain that Aizawa-sensei will agree with her on that."

"Will Aizawa read me a bedtime story?" Eri asked.

"I'm pretty sure that Aizawa-sensei is going to be busy with all of the students who had failed the practical portion of the finals, but I can read you a bedtime story if you want," Izuku replied, his tone and expression gentle and kind, like a good big brother.

Kota looked to Izuku, a look of consideration on his face. "Umm... can... can I apologize to you first?"

Looking curious, Izuku asked, "What do you need to apologize to me for, Kota?"

"I punched you in your groin, remember?" Kota pointed out.

Izuku chuckled a bit. "That's water under the bridge, Kota. No need for you to worry."

Looking concerned, Eri said, "Umm, I need to apologize to the pink girl because I had punched her in the groin. Is she with Aizawa?"

"No, Mina isn't one of the students who failed the practical portion of the finals," Izuku replied, "She's taking part in that Test of Courage game. But I'll let her know you wanna apologize to-"

"Hey hey hey! I found me some kiddies to kill and wear as slippers! Ah ha ha ha ha ha!"

Izuku, acting on sheer instinct, grabbed Kota and Eri and jumped back just in time to avoid a large and strong opponent landing right down in front of him. When the duat settled, Izuku saw that it was Muscular, although he had no idea who he was.

But Kota knew who Muscular was. "You're... you're the villain who killed my parents!" Kota screamed as he pointed an accusing finger at Muscular.

"Oh?" Muscular said, "Then I have to kill you as well! Have the whole damn set! I'm going to have fun tearing all of you asunder and-"

*burst*

Muscular never got to finish his declaration as he was rushed from behind by Allister who, using Overhaul, exploded everything of Muscular above the waist, leaving only the legs, feet, and fanny be. What had remained of Muscular unceremoniously fell over onto the ground with a thud, scaring the two little kids who were with Izuku.

In fact, Kota and Eri were so scared from seeing Muscular literally explode that neither of them had actually noticed Alloster right away. Both little kids tucked their faces into Izuku's form as he looked up at Allister. "You're... you're Felgrand," Izuku said, catching the attention of Kota and Eri, "What are you doing here?"

"Taking care of Muscular as Dabi and I both rightfully assumed he was a bloodthirsty loose cannon that forgot the rules of conduct for our mission here, Izuku Midoriya," Allister replied, "For what it is worth, I apologize for causing any fright to the little ones with you."

Izuku looked grimly at Allister. "You mentioned someone by the name of Dabi."

"Yes," Allister replied, "The current head of the League of Villains. He's leading a mission here on your training camp to kidnap one of your peers, although I shall not say which one it is. Many others are here with us, some working directly under Dabi, some my own followers, Elay is here as well with some of her followers." Allister gave the legs of Muscular a nudge with his right hand. "This one here, and a few others, are the followers of another leading villain called Shield, although Shield themselves aren't taking part in the raid on this camp."

Izuku looked up at Allister with a serious look. "You villains aim to cause trouble, don't you?"

"Perhaps," Allister replied, "But we are not unreasonable. Or at an absolute minimum, I like to think that I am not unreasonable. As a show of that, I will permit you, as well as urge you, to take the little ones there someplace safe and out of harm's way. I don't want them to come to harm, and I'm very certain you'll agree with me on that, Izuku Midoriya."

Izuku looked down at Kota and Eri, both of them looking up at the dragon villain before them. "Once you have the little ones safely put away, you're free to try to stop my fellows and I if you want," said Allister as he addressed Izuku, "Emphasis, of course, on the word 'try'." Allister then took up into the air and flew in place a bit.

"I'm looking forward to seeing how far you've come since Minoru Mineta had saved you from the wicked choice that I had pushed onto you!" Allister called down as he flew in place, "Here's to our future duel, Izuku Midoriya!" Allister then flew off in the direction of lodge, letting loose a loud and long dragonic roar, strengthening the volume a bit with Voice.

"What are we going to do?" Eri asked, clearly panicked.

"That was Felgrand?!" Kota exclaimed, "And did he just say that he wants to fight you?!"

"Kids, calm down," Izuku said. Panicking a bit, Izuku said, "There's an unknown number of villains at the training camp now. I need to find a safe place to keep the both of you, the lodge and busses parked outside of it won't do, they're probably being targeted as we speak."

Izuku looked around and eventually spotted a small cave located along the ground. He told Kota and Eri they had to hide in the cave, it was big enough to hold the both of them, and he can put a boulder in front of it so no-one can get to it. He explained that it's the best he can think of, and both kids agreed, although they asked how they would be found after the attack.

"This is your secret base area, right Kota?" Izuku said, "I know where to go. Also, the remains of the villain who Felgrand killed are still here, I'm pretty sure that when things are settled, the remains will have to be collected." After both little kids agreed, they hid in the cave, and Izuku put a large boulder in front of it so that no-one can get to the kids. Luckily there were cracks along the edge that would let air in so Kota and Eri won't suffocate.

With the little ones secured, Izuku rushed off into the woods, heading for the lodge of the training camp. He had to warn and help the others, let them know that villains were attacking the training camp. Izuku prayed that no-one would die at the training camp (aside from the villain who had been slain already by Felgrand), the last thing that the pro hero teachers of U.A. needed right now was another USJ incident.

Izuku hoped that everyone would be okay.

Itsuka, Tetsutetsu, and Shinso all laid on the ground unconscious at the feet of Mustard and Kenny, the latter with a gas mask on as well. Daigo and Hoyo, both also wearing gas masks and standing back, were keeping an eye on things. "Yeah, the students were proving resistant to your gas," Kenny said, "So I came in with my sleep smoke to help you bring them down."

"The help is much appreciated," Mustard said, "So we just leave them here, right?"

"Exactamundo," Kenny replied, "Leave them here and let them live. We just need to collect Dabi's prizes and then get the hell out of here."

Behind his mask, Mustard arched a wry eyebrow. "Where's your follower with the long hair?" asked Mustard, "I'm not seeing her."

"Boss Elay here sent Slice to follow Felgrand's follwers," Hoyo explained.

Nodding in agreement, Kenny said, "Yeah. My main man Felgrand thinks that, in addition to the pro heroes trying to rescue Todoroki, some of Todoroki's peers at school may try their own mission to rescue Todoroki. Felgrand aims to take another student and detain them far away from where Dabi will be keeping Todoroki."

"The hero students will then be forced to either choose who between Todoroki and the student that Felgrand is going to take to rescue," Mustard said, "Or divvy up their forces in a bid to go after both. That's actually some rather brilliant think-"

*roar*

Mustard stopped short when he and the others heard a dragonic roar call out. They all then looked up into the skies and saw Allister fly on by. "Ah, that would be Felgrand right now," Kenny said, "I'd say he's looking for the student he aims to take."

"That's Felgrand?!" Mustard exclaimed, "Holy geez! He's like a male Ryukyu!"

"Hey boss," Daigo said to Kenny, "Which student did Felgrand say he was gonna take?"

"He didn't tell me who it was," Kenny replied, "Only that it's not Dabi's prize, or the green haired boy, or the pink girl that I got my eye on. Not knowing who it is Felgrand aims to take is why I sent Slice to follow Felgrand's crew, so she can tell me over the comm devices who it is." Kenny then had Hoyo tie up the knocked out Itsuka, Tetsutetsu, and Shinso so that they would be bound, then Kenny had everyone awake follow him in the direction that Allister flew off in.

Using his Magic quirk, Kenny made energy disks for himself and the others to ride. Although all of them were flying now, Allister still had a lead although they still had him in their sights. Within short order, Kenny and company ought to catch up to Allister, as well as hopefully see who it is that the dragon aims to kidnap to help distract students who'd aim to rescue Todoroki.

Surprisingly, Allister stopped short in midair, clearly sensing he was being followed. He turned around and saw Kenny, Mustard, Hoyo, and Daigo. "Elay? Huh, didn't expect to meet up with you this early into the raid on the training camp," Allister said.

"We just knocked out some of the hero students, but left them alive but bound up," Kenny said, "What about you?"

"I'm thinking about how I'll explain to Shield that I had to kill her subordinate Muscular because I had caught him attempting to murder Izuku Midoriya and two little kids," Allister replied, "Muscular was risking Dabi's plans by killing minors thus setting the pro heroes on our asses harder and faster." The same voice out in the distance from before was heard yet again, again crying out in that same tone of aroused, sensual pleasure.

Kenny nodded once in understanding. "We'll cross that bridge when we get to it." Together, Allister, Kenny, Mustard, Hoyo, and Daigo flew off in the direction of the lodge at the training camp, keeping an eye out for Allister's followers he brought along.

END, CHAPTER NINE

Author's notes;

This chapter sees the training camp shenanigans continue onward, with Kota and Eri asking Tsuyu about her little siblings. However, unbeknownst to the persons at the training camp, the villains plan to strike soon. The villains do so the following evening, so as to carry out Dabi's plan to swoop right on in and kidnap Todoroki.

Things catch the good guys by surprise, although Allister saves Izuku, Kota, and Eri from Muscular by killing the bloodlusting brute. Allister then permits Izuku time to assure the safety of Kota and Eri as he takes off, although Izuku is still worried about the dragon villain running loose at the training camp, especially as he has no idea if anyone else knows.

Here, Mustard is able to actually defeat Itsuka and Tetsutetsu, even though they were aided by Shinso, but then again Kenny helped Mustard out. Kenny, with Hoyo and Daigo, see Allister fly in the air above, so Kenny brings his male elites and Mustard along to catch up with Allister, who tells his ally that he had to kill Muscular.

The villains go off into the air, looking for other students to fight. The training camp shenanigans will continue into the next chapter. Until then, take care.
