Some moments in school before the whole comeback concert, and some slight annoyances, and the plan from Rita to try and ruin the life of Luna, and take back what is hers, but it will backfire and fail. Chapter 04.
At the Royal Woods Elementary School, class had just ended and the kids are now walking out of the classrooms, and we see Lincoln walking out of the classroom alongside his friends, Clyde, Stella, Rusty, Liam and Zach.
"Yeehaw! We are going to ace them assignment when Friday comes around!" replied Liam.
"You got that right, dude" replied Zach. "All of you will be blown away when you hear my birth story."
"Does it have something to do with aliens?" asked Stella.
"No…" Zach crosses his arms. "Well, maybe."
"Whatever man" replied Rusty. "I think my birth story is gonna make me the coolest kid in school and all the ladies will come rushing in for the Rust-man and his looks and awesome story telling." He has too much confidence, and arrogance.
This annoys Stella. "Dude, Rusty be real here. We have told you a lot of times, that you are not a ladies' man. Need I remind you that you are dating someone, and her name is Polly Pain! I don't think she would appreciate what you just said."
Rusty remembers and he chuckles nervously. "Oh, right." He looks around, and is cautious if Polly is in the area, if she is then he is going to get run over.
"Besides, I think Lincoln's birth story is going to blow everyone away" replied Clyde. But then he sees Lincoln glaring at him and then he remembers. "Oh shoot, dang it. I wasn't supposed to say that, sorry."
"Do you have a good birth story, Lincoln?" asked Zach.
"Yeah, from what we remember, ya'll went to Lincoln's house to find his baby book or something" replied Liam. "How's about a small spoiler of the birth story, Lincoln?"
Lincoln feels nervous about this, and he remembers that the others are not ready for this and the real truth will be revealed at the concert comeback of the Killer Goats, and he doesn't want to tell anyone yet that Luna and Sam are his real parents, and the reason why they are teenagers now and everything that he has been told.
"Sorry guys, but it's a secret and no spoilers too" replied Lincoln. "Even though you guys are my friends, you all have to wait for when Friday comes around, and then you will all be told of my birth story." This disappoints Liam and Zach, but they totally understand.
But then Rusty speaks. "Come on, man. Not even a little spoiler—"
Stella elbows Rusty a bit, and she looks stern. "We aren't going to push you into telling us Lincoln, and we totally understand dude. Right guys?" She looks to the others, and they all nod.
"Thanks Stella" replied Lincoln. "I can always count on you to help keep an eye on the others, kind of like a second in command in the friend's group." Clyde is fine with that title, because he can't quite keep a keen eye on the others when they do something dumb and obnoxious.
"Of course, Linc and I'll keep a close eye on Rusty" replied Stella.
But then someone else shows up, and they don't like him. "Well, well, well. If it isn't Larry the Loser and his stupid rag tag group of losers."
"Oh god, not this guy again." Lincoln grits his teeth, and is annoyed by who it is, and even his friends are annoyed at who it is. Chandler McCann. "Chandler, my name is Lincoln and for some weird reason you keep calling me Larry, which is not my name."
"Whatever, you're still a loser, Larry" replied Chandler. "And I have this birth story assignment all wrapped up in the bag, and is way better than everyone else's. There is no way that you can top it."
Lincoln scoffs. "You know what, I don't have time to deal with whatever stuff you have for today, Chandler. I have a lot to do, so go back to the sewers from where you came from, with all the sewer rats." Everyone is shocked, and they all laugh at the comeback Lincoln laid down onto Chandler.
Dennis and Patrick, who are the friends/goons of Chandler, try not to laugh but all of this angers Chandler. "Your gonna regret ever sating that to me, Larry!" He charges towards Lincoln and he grabs him by the shirt, and is about to punch him, but then someone yells.
"Let him go Chandler! Now!" They all see an angry Jordan Rosato behind him.
Chandler smiles seeing Jordan. "Oh, hey there, Girl Jordan." He then winks at her. "I didn't see your cute face there." This makes Jordan disgusted by this boy.
Jordan crosses her arms. "First off, ew and gross, you are disgusting and a nasty kind of idiot. Second, my name is Jordan because Boy Jordan moved out, so sorry if one of your goons is not around to hold your hand. Third, I am going to say this again, let my boyfriend Lincoln Loud go right now, or else There will be a whole lot of trouble!"
Chandler scoffs. "And what are you going to do about it? There's no dodge ball game today!"
Jordan smirks. "I know that, but I ain't gonna do anything. He is."
This confuses Chandler, and he turns around and sees Principal Huggins and he looks cross seeing Chandler and what he's doing. "Oh hey, Principal Huggins…" He then let's go of Lincoln. "Umm, good to see ya, is that a new tie or something?"
"No, it is not, McCann, and I am letting you off with another warning!" replied principal Huggins. "Now, leave Mr. Loud and his friends alone, or I will see you in detention for the next three weeks. Do I make myself clear, young man?!"
Chandler nervously nods. "Y-Yes sir."
Principal Huggins takes his leave, and then the bell rings and that means the next class is going to start, Lincoln and his friends get out of the way, and a large mob of students run over Chandler and head off to class, and so Lincoln and others also head off to class, and laugh at what had happened to Chandler. Chandler on the other hand is confused why everyone else ran him over, and didn't see him.
"Serves him right, that little dork" replied Liam.
"He deserves a whole lot more than that" replied Zach.
"Reminds me of the many foes that Polly ran over" replied Rusty.
"Well, that moron McCann brought that to himself" replied Stella.
"I honestly don't know why Chandler is who he is, I mean who raised him?" asked Clyde.
Lincoln then looks to Jordan. "Thanks for coming in and helping me out, and also having Principal Huggins show up to defuse the situation. Though, we could've handled that ourselves, okay I could've handled the whole thing." Since his friends are not that strong, but Stella is kinda strong.
"I know, but I just hate Chandler so much!" replied Jordan with anger. "I mean, he always annoys me and I hate him to the core, which is why I always mark him to be taken down with pain at dodge ball. I seriously don't understand what his problem is with you, when clearly you haven't done anything to him for a long time."
"I know, and I don't know if there is anything we can do" replied Lincoln. "but one of these days, Chandler is going to get what's coming with him, and if we're all lucky, we'll be rid of him for good. The school would be a whole lot better if he was transferred, or expelled." That they can all agree on.
(Later, after school.)
School is done for the day, and all the students head off home, Lincoln's friends split up and head their own way, but then Lincoln, Clyde and Jordan are baffled to see this purple Mercedes roll over to the school, and the door opens and they see Luna and Sam at the front seat.
"Hey kids, you all doing alright after a long day in school?" asked Luna.
Lincoln is surprised. "Holy cow! Mo—I mean, sis! When did you get a car?!"
Sam explains. "We'll tell you guys on our way to the destination. So, what do you say to a little family time?"
Lincoln smiles hearing this. "Now that sounds like an awesome plan!" He then looks to his best friend and girlfriend. "You two are welcome to come along and join us."
Clyde smiles and he doesn't want to. "No thanks, buddy. I'm gonna wait for my dads to come and pick me up. They said they have something important to do today, and they will pick me up today, I don't even know what this important thing is."
"I need to go and help my mom with her cooking classes, and she promised to show me how to properly make a Beef Wellington" replied Jordan. "You go and have fun with Luna and Sam. We'll see you tomorrow and also see you dudes at the Royal Woods Performance Center."
"Same here, little dudette Rosato" replied Luna, Lincoln goes into the car, and he closes the door, then Luna starts the car and they drive off.
Jordan is picked up by her mother in her car, while Clyde is picked up by his dad's, and for some reason they follow Luna's car. They all don't know, Rita sees them and she is hiding in Vanzilla and she grins.
"Thank Lynnard that he allowed me to borrow Vanzilla for the day. Now, time to see how my plan will unfold." She then drives off and follows both vehicles, but tries to remain unnoticed. But she didn't know, Jordan looks back and she sees Vanzilla and this makes her confused.
(At the Royal Woods Mall.)
The Purple Mercedes arrives, and then drives around to look for a parking space, and it soon finds one. The trio inside come out, and walk towards the entrance of the mall, and then Lincoln asks. "So, mom. When did you have a car that looks so cool? Also, when did you get your license for this thing?"
Luna chuckles. "Had this car for a long time, and also I got my license when I was 18, and Sam has a car too."
Lincoln is shocked. "Wait, she does?!"
Sam nods. "Of course, I do, and she might not be as fancy as what Luna has, she's still a good vehicle, and I kinda missed driving it. So, my mom and I will be bringing her out of storage later in the afternoon."
"Storage?!" asked Lincoln. "All this time, you're rides have been in storage?"
"Since we were turned to kids, we couldn't be allowed to drive, and we couldn't keep them around anywhere, and so we decided to send them into storage until the day comes" replied Luna. "We would get them back once we were the rightful age, but since you now know the truth, we chose to use them again, but awkward part is getting our drivers license again and taking the test. Which we both passed with ease."
"Yeah, the instructor even asked how we were so good with driving" replied Sam. "But enough of that, let's enjoy our very first fun family time together, at the Royal Woods Mall!"
They walk into the mall, and get ready to spend some good times together, and they don't notice that the McBride's have parked their car not too far, and they also head inside, but Clyde is confused. Rita sees this and she parks Vanzilla close by, she then gets out of the car, and she is now wearing a trench coat and a hat so that they don't notice or even recognize her.
"Time to see how this all plays out!"
(Family Time Montage.)
They first head for the Comic Book store, and see if there is anything that Lincoln might like, but there doesn't seem to be anything new released yet.
They head to the music store, and check on some new songs, and even jam to some songs being played on the speaker, and they see some songs from the Killer Goats are still selling well.
They head to the electronics store to look for some stuff they might need for their musical instruments, and then they head off to see if there are any good movies being released.
They then head for the Arcade, and play some games and win some prizes, and Lincoln didn't know that Sam is such an amazing video gamer, and an ace at this too.
They eventually do find a move to watch, and it is Black Panther Wakanda Forever, and it is truly something to watch since the death of the great Chadwick Boseman.
(End of Montage.)
Now, all three of them are at the Food Court, and are enjoying the lunch together. "So, tomorrow is when we go and check out the performance center and everything that will be ready" replied Lincoln.
"We're all gonna see how it's all going and if they need some guidance on the whole setup" replied Sam. "But, we know that Michelle Lewis has everything covered."
Lincoln then points out. "You know, I don't think I can recall much about this Michelle Lewis lady. How do you two know her again?"
Luna tells him that. "We've known Michelle Lewis since our High School Days, and Sam and I see her as family too. You don't know her much because you were still a baby when she met you."
"Huh, okay now that makes sense" replied Lincoln, and he drinks his soda. "You know, this is actually kind of fun, and I am really glad that the three of us could spend some time together, and this time as mother's and son."
"I agree, and I like this" replied Sam. "I honestly don't think anything can ruin this day."
"Lincoln? Luna? Sam?"
The trio turn around, and they see Clyde and his dad's Howard and Harold McBride, though Clyde is confused why they are here, but he did manage to buy a new comic of Muscle Fish. Luna is confused seeing them. "Ummm hello there, dudes. What brings you guys here?"
"Luna, we heard that you are the actual mother of Lincoln, and same with Sam" replied Harold.
Lincoln, Luna and Sam are surprised to hear this, and they wanna know how they know this, and then they're expressions turn to stern. "Is that so?" They then turn to Clyde, and glare at him.
Clyde then speaks. "Guys, I swear. I didn't say anything to them, I never told anyone! Nobody else knows, and I kept my promise. I don't even know why we're here, I thought we were running errands."
"We got a phone call about the whole thing" replied Howard. But then he looks to his son. "Clyde, you knew about this and didn't tell us?"
"Yeah I did and I promised to keep it all a secret until they reveal the truth at their comeback concert" replied Clyde.
Harold then looks to the others. "How in the world is Lincoln Loud even your son? I mean, you two are 16-year-old teenagers. and he's an 11-year-old boy!"
"What if… What if something horrible happened to them when they were 4 years old?!" said Howard.
This alarms Clyde. "Dad's stop!"
"But Howie, who in the world would do such a thing to a 4-year-old girl?!" asked Harold. "this is so wrong, and messed up!"
"And that is what we need to find out, Hare-Bear" replied Howard.
This is too much, and Clyde has had enough. "DADS STOP!" They remain silent, and glad nobody else is around in the food court. "Listen to me, this is all just a big misunderstanding. Both of you need to calm down, and they will explain everything, they already explained to me and it all made sense. Nothing happened to Luna when she was a little girl."
"Dude, stop" replied Luna, and she looks annoyed. "Hearing you guys talk about that, sounded so wrong in so many ways. This is not an episode of CSI, or Law and Order, or NCIS, or even Chicago PD." Sam covers Lincoln's ears, and she shakes her head with a stern glare.
"Take a seat dudes, and let us tell you, the whole story…" Howard and Harold take their seats, and they are told everything that happened. The whole story, which surprises Harold and Howard, and they didn't think something like this could even be possible or ever happen.
"So, all this time you two are actually adults, and all because Lisa Loud did this to save your lives from a dangerous virus disease?" asked Howard.
Sam nods. "Yes, and we're 36 years old now, well we should be if we can get our ages back to the way it is supposed to be. Because of Lisa, she saved us, and we're lucky to be alive, and ready to become a family once again, as we should've been."
"And I am so glad to have been told the whole dang truth" replied Lincoln. "And I can't wait to see where this leads to the next best moments between Sam and Luna, as my mom's."
This makes Luna and Sam smile, and so they go over and embrace they're son. This touches the hearts of Harold and Howard McBride, and now they can see the real truth. They now understand the situation and Clyde can see it too.
"We understand, Luna, Sam" replied Howard. "And we apologize for what happened to you girls, as well as for bothering you all earlier, and those words too."
"Thanks, and apology accepted, and also don't ever say those words again about a little girl getting into trouble, because that sounds so wrong" replied Luna, and the others also agree, and this makes Harold and Howard blush nervously with embarrassment.
Sam then speaks. "We're glad you two now know, and we don't want you guys telling anyone else. We will inform everyone the truth, at our comeback concert this Sunday."
Harold and Howard nod and like the plan. "We won't meddle with your lives, and we know you two got this" replied Harold. "but, if you girls need some advice or some help, then we'll be there to back you guys up. We're all in this, together."
"Thanks dudes" replied Luna, Sam and Lincoln. The three of them laugh a little, the McBride's can see, that these three do have something in common, and really are a family together. A Family of Three.
With that done, the McBride's head out of the mall, and back home. Luna, Sam and Lincoln continue to eat their food, but they don't know that three tables away, is Rita Loud in her disguise, and she is shocked by what had happened, her plan has failed. 'No, no! No, what the heck?! They were supposed to try and take Lincoln away from them?! What the heck was all that about?!'
Rita then gets up and she takes her leave. "Damn it, now what the heck do I do? I need to think of something or…" Then she smirks. "Or, someone." She then uses her cell phone, and she goes through her contacts and she sees a very familiar name, of someone whom she befriended from High School.
She then duals the number, and she calls the person. "Hi, this is Rita. Good to hear from you again Selena Williams. Listen, I have a favor to ask of you if you have the time…"
A/N: Looks like Rita's plan has backfired, but she now has another plan and it involves a very familiar name, one which have heard from one of my stories, and this new plan from Rita is going to be super annoying.
