"What where am I..." Martha asked coming through the portal and then noticed Blitzo who facepalmed as she got angry at his direction. "You again? Why are you bothering me this fucking time?" Martha growled at his direction with IMP groaning at once.
"Uh... Hi Martha again... I am kind of on trial and the prosecution just called you as a witness..." Blitzo then said as Marth then smirked at his statement.
"Oh really? I hope that they fucking bury you... ALIVE!" she shouted out as Blitzo shook his head and amongst the Ars Goetia' Andrealphus then put on another smirk.
"Looks like I didn't need to put on an elaborate play to get him convicted after all..." he then whispered to himself as Stolas glared at his direction upon getting an inkling of what he was saying.
"Yes now... Martha..." Vaggie then said facing Martha who then noticed her.
"Hold on... I know you! You were with that Princess whose army my husband went and signed up for when he learned that there were free food! He got permanently ended by angel spears thanks to you!" Martha snapped out as Vaggie's eye widened and she looked apologetic. Charlie then dropped her professional demeanour that she was able to keep for most of the trial as she looked down in sympathy.
"Uh... Sorry about that..." Vaggie then said awkwardly dropping her demeanour as Charlie nodded.
"You have our most sincere apologies as I feel for the loved ones of every single casualty on our side during that fateful battle. Sorry we couldn't do more to stop your husband's final death..." Charlie said softly and sincerely as Martha then waved it off as she then noticed Charlie.
"The princess is judging this case? Uh... Don't sweat it... We had a lot of good years but left me more free... Still have our kids down here..." Martha said dismissively as Vaggie then coughed.
"Okay so Martha... Did Blitz and his company IMP kill you and your family? Including your children?" Vaggie asked Charlie frowned at this.
"Off course they got us all killed! The bastard even came to my door on Halloween and had the gall to think that a half hearted apology and a gift basket was enough to make up for it... Then I heard that he was on some sort of apology tour to show up some fancy schmancy prince that broke up with it... Honestly..." Martha then retorted as there was an awkward cough from Stolas as all the other Ars Goetia then faced him with Andrealphus snickering behind his hand.
"Oh fuck me..." Blitzo muttered facepalming as Alastor looked at him after paying closing attention to Martha and her wording.
"Never going to happen. I'm an 'ace' as my friend Rosie described me." Alastor then answered him as Vaggie then looked to Martha.
"Why do you think that they were sent after you?" Vaggie then asked as Martha shook her head.
"My husband and I were open but I was fucking this married guy whose wife didn't know it... She was a teacher and she called him on his brithday with her class and then went and shot both of us and herself with them watching it all on her screen... Got called a hero for surviving while everyone else thought of her as some psycho bitch..." Martha then said with a shrug as Vaggie nodded.
"So as far as Blitz and his client knew you were just some innocent woman who might not have even knew that the man was cheating on his spouse with you.' Vaggie then said shaking her head as MArtha nodded.
"Well she definitely knew now but we buried the hatchet and let me tell you... She had her husband beat in the fucking sack..." Martha then said as Vaggie nodded with some wide eyes and Vaggie then gave a double take.
"...What?" Moxxie, Millie and Loona asked at once as Blitzo was close to laughing with everyone else staring at Martha.
"I must agree with the defendant's cohorts... What?" Vaggie asked as Martha then sighed.
"Yeah... That's fucking right... Look we met up again and she was on some Sinner dating service... We fought it out... had some angry hate sex and it felt so good... We talked it out and... We're more than cool now... She always wanted to be a mother so I let her help take care of the kids after she moved in..." Martha explained as everyone continued staring at her. "You got something to fucking say?" Martha demanded out of the court.
"...I've got nothing..." whispered Asmodeus shaking his head.
"I found the teacher coming out of her shower in a towel..." snickered Blitzo to his employees who found it amusing.
"Okay... Well... I'm ending this and leaving it to Alastor... I mean the defence for cross-examination..." Vaggie then said as Alastor then came forward.
"Ms Martha. So if your husband was a cannibal; where you and your children as well? Nothing against them as I am good friends with the town of them in Pentagram City but still." Alastor asked as Martha then nodded as most of the Ars Goetia looked disgusted and IMP were close to being sick at the memory.
"Ah yeah... We love to feast upon our shrine of our dark master Satan!" Martha then said as Satan stared at her from her side as the Sins then stared at her.
"Don't look at me... I never know what to do the souls that the Satanists on Earth send my way in sacrifices... Plus its always cramped when I end up summoned on Hallow's Eve..." Satan then told them and Martha then excitedly looked towards Satan.
"Satan... Oh great master... If you so desire; I would be honoured to suck on your big one if you wanted to whip it out right now..." Martha then said as Satan stared at her silently.
"As if the last witness wasn't bad enough..." Satan muttered as Beelzebub stared at his direction.
"You made imps to be loyal servants and yet you don't like the humans that choose to worship you?" Beelzebub asked incredulously as Satan waved it off.
"Plus I couldn't help but notice that you said that my client and his company got you and your family killed...So did they directly do the deed?" Alastor asked as Blitzo was confused.
"What is he up to? We did do the deed or rather my Moxxie did..." Millie whispered patting Moxxie on the back with a smile as he laughed awkwardly.
"Well... Not directly... That guy on the stand chose not to kill us and just called the police on us and told us to take responsibility or some shit... The pigs were the ones that went overkill on us... You would have thought that we performed all the war crimes on the same fucking day from that response..." Martha admitted as IMP then looked to Moxxie shrinking.
"You fucking chickened out Mox... I thought that you had grown a pear... I bought you a fucking cake..." Blitzo shouted out incredulously as Satan stood up.
"If the witness would be quiet and does the defence want to continue with his cross-examination?" Satan asked as Alastor then shook his head.
"I will finish it off by saying that not only were they not going after innocent humans in this case but one of my client's employees didn't even do the deed. Tried to let the justice system sort them out but it was just that the response did them in." Alastor then said as Satan sat down and motioned for the guards to take Martha away.
"Now I would like to please enter into evidence these files of other targets..." Alastor then said bringing out some more files that Charlie nodded with them being placed on a table. "Lyle Lipton a shrew immortal businessman if ever knew one... From what I heard he and his business partner made a near trillion dollar empire experimenting on the poor. Hardly an innocent victim by any stretch and he was killed by his business partner to be reunited down here as friends. The last case was tracking down what was killing people in a hotel and it turned out to be a disguised demon from the Envy Ring..." Alastor then said as Leviathan looked uncomfortable.
"Now I would humbly request please a short recess to talk with my client and then I would like to call in my first guest: Prince Stolas to talk about how exactly my client got the grimoire in the first place." Alastor then said as Stolas gulped with eyes on him.
The Sins and Charlie looked to Vaggie; "I have no objection to the defence's proposal." Vaggie then said.
"I now call for a 15 minute recess." Charlie then declared as the Ars Goetia left and IMP went to embrace Blitzo from his spot.
Octavia had been watching the trial on the TV of the living room of her mother's mansion which was shared by her uncle Andrealphus. She was watching the previous trial intently; feeling sorry for her dad's former lover but stil scared to death that he would interrupt and take the fall. He would take the punishment and she would not see him again because of that just like he promised that he wouldn't.
She was surprised and relieved when Princess Charlie interfered instead but now her father will be called in and possibly be given the blame anyway.
"Is Dad going to be okay Mum... That smiling Sinner isn't going to put the blame for him using the book on Dad? Does he know that that he lent out the book... Is he going to be executed?" Octavia asked Stella terrified as she then pulled in her daughter for an embrace as Stella gave a glare at the screen. After Octavia calmed down Stella got up.
"Sorry Octavia dear but I have to go and call your uncle..." Stella said as she got up to move to where she had some privacy.
