Explaining and detailing out how the mark works and such, to the bets of my abolities. Of how I will have the marks play out and the likes an dhow they work in this universe. Especially, considering Episode Delta of Alpha and Omega Ruby and Sapphire, had Zinnia as a last member of a dying clan called Draconid. I figured to why not expand that and giving Groudon, Kyogre and possibly other legendary in the Hoenn region having clans that worship them and such.
Figuring to expand on the diea an ddeepen the world building too. All the while, making a hint and little faint detail of Zinnia sensing somethingf rom Robert too.
17 pages by the way, and also this Arc is almost comig to an end too- it will end when Robert and Leaf go and fight Misty to get the Cerulean badge.
Although I do have a quesiton and that is- do...other region Badges allow you to compete in other region Gym league? Cause I know thta Johto and Kanto share the league, and I know it is a stupid question to ask considering it is a different region. but considering the games are not like the anime, just figure to ask. Cause was thinking of having Roxanne appearing within the arc...but not sure if I should or not? And just have them head back to Kanto and challenge misty.

Chapter 12: The meaning behind the mark!
It was now the afternoon hours as our heroes had finally gone across the next route leading to Bill's house and lighthouse. Having battled more trainers along the way thanks to Misty wanting to help boost and allow Leaf and Rpbert's team to gain enough experience in hopes of being able to match or at least, stand up against the Legendary Pokemon Kyogre. IT has been very fruitful for them considering a lot of their Pokemon managed to gain a lot of experience, to even cross the threshold of evolving very soon. Especially for Snivy and Nickit, who are showing signs of evolution soon with their sudden behaviors acting differently or more aggressive in fights. This had worried Robert slightly about the two Pokemon behavior, but was assured by Daisy Oak- that they are perfectly fine and that when Pokemon usually reach close to evolution, they're behavior will take a sudden turn.
As well Leaf letting Robert know he has nothing to worry about, while explaining how usually when trainers travel this far into their journey. Especially with starter Pokemon or Pokemon near the routes of their hometown. Do usually evolve around this point from what her mother had explained to her, as well as what they learned in school. Easing the boy's mind and tension as he nodded and thanked the two girls, though sighed and deadpan when Leaf had a big grin on her face while asking and wondering how Pikachu and Eevee were when he took them to make love with them. Causing her to let out a grunt of pain and hunched over, from Robert elbowing her again in the gut and continued walking.
This had Misty laughing softly while sweat dropping- blushing as well, considering she got curious of how one would make love with a Pokemon and accidentally went and spied on him, Pikachu and Eevee. The orange-haired trainer cleared her throat and shook her head as they were coming across a hilltop and could see the Lighthouse up ahead as she pointed and exclaimed, "Hey there it is guys! The lighthouse is just up ahead!" She said and turned her head over her shoulders smiling and beaming brightly. "We aren't that far now- and from what Caroline said on the phone, she has Briney, a seafarer who sails the seas with his Wingull Peeko. Will be arriving at the docks near Bill's lighthouse right?"
Daisy nodded her head as she ignored Leaf headlocking Robert and bending him forward and then bending his upper body backwards, as he chokes out and pleads with Leaf to let him go. "Yup, she said that he will be arriving around tomorrow morning depending on the weather and such. So, we still have till morning before he arrives." The brown hair girl said while placing a finger on her chin. "Knowing Kyogre and what you've told us, it has an ability to cause rain storms and such?" She asked while shifting her gaze to Misty, who turned around and began walking backwards.
Watching in amusement as Robert moved one hand downwards and tried tickling Leaf sides to get her off from him, causing the brown long haired-girl to burst and snort and stifle her laughter- declaring she will not let go and get her revenge on him. "Yeah, Kyogre has an ability that allows it to call rainstorms wherever it goes- terrifying typhoons and such if not checked. Can really and seriously cause major floods everywhere." Misty said and folded her hand behind her back, being extra careful where she steps and walks on the rocky road. "I can understand we should be worried for Mr Briney and his Pokemon- considering those said storms will cause major problems with the sea waters and cause massive waves, that will be very dangerous for small boats."
Daisy nodded and then flinched as she heard Robert and Leaf yelping out and tripping over their own legs and collapsing forward and then forming into a ball, as they started rolling and fumbling about forward and started rolling downhill from their position. Causing Misty to quickly side-step to the side and wince as the two teens were basically becoming a human ball and started rolling and bouncing their way downwards and towards Bill's house. Making Misty and Daisy hurry right after them and doing their best to run and catch up with them. The two teens that were rolling about and yelling out in light pain and such, felt their bodies going upwards from a small ramp and dislodge one another and began flailing, kicking and swinging their limbs about before crashing back down to the dirt road with a loud thud!
Then sliding across the ground and bumping right into the white picket fence that surrounded Bill's house, with Leaf's face on top of Robert's crotch, while her crotch was on top of his face with her legs between his head and neck, with Robert's also being between Leaf's. Both of them groaned and muttered out in pain- to then Leaf rolling off from Robert and saying, "well ... .that was interesting and one way to go down a hill." The girl muttered and slowly and painfully got onto her feet and stretched out her back. Whale then reached a hand down to help Rober tup onto his feet, who thanked her and began dusting himself off and flicking away the dirt off his clothes.
Leaf did the same while making sure there were no cuts or bruises on her legs and arms, as the two of them then went ahead and adjusted their hat and bag. They then turned and saw Misty and Daisy running down the hill, with worried expressions on their faces as Robert called out. "We;re alright you two- for the most part." Robert hisses out the last part while feeling a bit of a rug burn on his right shoulder but glad it wasn't bad. He then turned and faced towards the house, "So-" he began saying and tilting his hat upwards and whistling at the lighthouse behind said house. "This is where Bill lives?"
Leaf hummed and nodded with a smile, "Yup, he is known to be a Poke maniac and has knowledge about ALL types of Pokemon and things that exist in this world of ours." She then shrugged while closing her eyes and sighing out. "Honestly, I think people exaggerateshis title and only think he is a Pokemaniac, because of his knowledge about the Pokemon that exist in Kanto." She shook her head and then crossed one arm over her chest and raised her free hand to her chin. "What, I DO know from what mom has told me? He went and tried experimenting in the past about some transporter or something? And somehow feud together with a Pokemon."
"Fusing with a Pokemon? Okay now I know you're pulling my leg." Robert said half heartedly, though not gonna question it. Considering what this world and the creature they live with? Anything could happen, he went and stepped forward- opening the fence gate and started walking inside the yard. "Well, we're here now we might as well get some answers and hope to Arceus that he has knowledge about Kyogre and whatever this mark it placed on May is about." He said having Leaf nodding her head and following right after him as Daisy and Misty finally reached them, with the Oak's daughter panting and breathing heavily lifting a hand up saying.
"Guys, guys- it's phew, it's rude to walk on someone's property without their permission!" Daisy exclaimed out while Misty laughed and shook her head as she had her hands resting on her hips. Replying and retorting back.
"It's not exactly rude walking on someone's property if they don't have a belly on the fence, to notify people of someone approaching them." The gym leader giggles out with a huff and then promptly follows the two teenagers to Bill's front door- having Daisy lift her head up and then lowering it and shaking it.
"Fair point…still rude either way." Muttered the researcher and proceeded to follow everyone into the yard and towards the front door. Seeing Robert being the first to reach the door and reaching his hand out and pushing the doorbell, hearing it ring out from the inside and then they all heard movements coming from the inside of the house. Though the four of them raised a confused brow, when they heard what sounded like two separate footsteps inside and then heard the doorknob jiggling and unlatching from the locks and then got open.
"Hello, who is it and what do you want? I am in a very busy discussion with Bill." A female voice came as she opened up the door and revealed themselves to everyone. Who all widened their eyes in slight surprise, not expecting Bill to have visitors? "Well, what do you want?" She snapped at them and then crossed her arms over her chest. Making Misty to glare lightly.
"Well aren't you hospital- were here to see Bill, is he home?" Misty asked and felt her right eye twitching as the girl in front of them huffed and rested a hand on her right hip and leaned forward.
"Uh, did you not hear me saying I am in a very busy topic with him? Go away or somewhere else, we're very busy right now." The girl stated and had Misty gritting her teeth not liking this disrespect the girl was giving her. Causing the other three to look at her, as Leaf and Daisy try easing and calming her down. Robert looks back at the girl and decides to speak up next.
"Look um, that's the gym leader of this town. I don't think you should really disrespect her." Robert said and then sweatdropped when the girl just shrugged her shoulders, closing her eyes and retorting back.
"So, she has no authority over me nor do I care who she is. Doesn't mean Mankey ass if she is the mayor of the town, if I have no business with her then I have no reason to respect her."Stated the girl, making Robert chuckle softly and somewhat surprise at the girls attitude and behavior. He quickly shook his head and stayed firm on his ground and said.
"Well, you should- considering Misty here is who arranges a meeting for me and Leaf to meet with Bill. So, I would apologize to her or you could get into serious trouble later down the road." Robert said and crossed his arms, though blink his green eyes when the girl eyes glinted back and smirked with a fang like smile, leaning forward and staring up at him as she says.
"...Make me." The girl smirked and saw Robert humming lightly as he wasn't sure how to respond to that, but then saw her giggling. "Eh messing with ya," then stood upright and smiled. "You got guts kid, not everyday I have someone actually talk back to me and want me to apologize to someone like that before. While standing their ground and having a firm tone in their voice." She said and had everyone staring confusingly, to then nearly collapse comically as she waved her right hand. "And I do know about your meeting with Bill- he had told me when I arrived here come on. He's in the living room. She said and walked back inside and headed to the living room of the house, making everyone else to stare and then turn to each other. Shrugging their shoulders and entering the house.
They then saw the girl walking on over to one of the couches and promptly hops herself down onto one one of them and leans back against it and sighs in content. "Name's Zinnia by the way, I already know half of your names too thanks to Bill." She grinned and pointed to Leaf, "The brown haired-girl is Leaf, the one with a brown but blondish hair is Professor Oak''s daughter Daisy, and you." She then points to Robert. "The boy with the blue hair, your name is Robert Arma right?" She asked and then leaned forward on the couch smirking. "The boy who lives in many different regions and moves a lot right?"
Robert sighed and shook his head not exactly like the idea of having to constantly move and living in new places over the years. Which couldn't be helped considering what his mom's job and such requires her to do and whatnot. He rather does not have the title of 'boy who does not have one home' above his head. "Just Robert will be fine," He groaned and sat down on a sofa, hearing Zinnia laughing softly and staring towards him as Leaf sat down next to him. "Anyway Zinnia was it?" Robert asked after lifting his head and saw her nod. "Since you knew we were coming, does that mean Bill?"
"Yup," The dark skinned girl said and crossed her arms. "I was told by Bill that you and Leaf, along with Misty and Daisy- are going to be heading towards the Hoenn region to go and help out a distressed mother, who is currently missing her daughter, correct?" She asked wanting to be sure and hear it from the source themselves. She saw the four nodding their heads as Daisy and Misty stood behind Leaf and Robert from behind the couch. "And you all believe it to be, because of Kyogre?" She asked while raising a hand to her chin, hoping that wasn't the case. Don't they know the kind of danger and trouble they are entering?
Leaf nodded her head and said, "Yeah, May is our best friend and somehow from what her mom said. Kyogre had left a mark on her at one point, and seemingly has begun controlling her or manipulating her into finding the Pokemon." She said and saw Zinnia eyes widened. "So we're hoping that once we get the information from Bill and if he knows about the mark or not- we could find a way to save May from whatever danger it brings her."
Speaking of Bill, the young man came out from his lab and seemingly carrying folders and papers lifted his head up from closing the door and spotted everyone there. "Ah, you're all here and you've met Zinnia too. Good, good she can definitely help out with what you all gonna be facing." He said rubbing is messy hair as he goes and starts approaching the group. Having Misty, Daisy, Robert and Leaf to stare at him and then back to Zinnia confusingly.
Misty leered and crossed her arms, "yeah, we met- she didn't give me a good first impression of her." But then she smiled. "But, she's got spunk so I won't hold her from her rude comments earlier." She said and saw Zinnia laughing and grinning widely. "But, in what way can you help us?" Misty henrested her hands onto the couch back and leaned forward. "How?"
Bill then approached them and went to the seat next to Zinnia and sat down, placing the folders and papers on the coffee table and sighing. "Well, Zinnia here actually knows a lot about the Legendary Titan Pokemon in Hoenn, as the clan she lives in is part of the Rayquaza clan." He then turned to the four. "She knows what the Mark's meanings mean and what they represent."
Zinnia nodded as she gently combed her black hair, "Yeah and from what you just told me. IT is not good," she suddenly crossed her arms and sighed while leaning on the couch. "If what you say is true and Kyogre Did in fact Mark May, then it might be too late to even save her." May said and saw everyone's faces pale slightly and no doubt felt their spirits being broken and deterred from her information. "A Pokemon mark is not something you should mess with, let alone a Legendary Pokemon at that." She closed her eyes and then breathed roughly. "May is already gone and lost by-"
"Bullshit!" Robert suddenly shouted and got up on his feet glaring towards Zinnia, whose eyes open halfway and stared up at him. Surprising Leaf and Daisy from the sudden outburst. "There's no way May is gone or lost right now," he shouted and swung his hand to the left. "I should know, I reunited with her earlier this year before coming back to Kanto and she is perfectly fine!" He then grit his teeth. "It's only now we just got word about May's disappearance and that was literally about a day ago- when we last called her and my other friends back in PEwter city. For when it happened!" He then stood upright and glared down at Zinnia, who raised an eyebrow and started smirking. "And there's now way I will let some Titan Pokemon take her away, there's still time to save her, I know it!"
This had Leaf grinning and nodding her head, as she too faced Zinnia. "Yeah, it just started when Kyogre mind controlled her, there's still time we can save her! We just need to know how to rid the mark and free her!" And then raised a fist. "There's always a way and we will take any chances we could get to save May."
"And yet, you two don't know anything about the mark, or what it entails or applies. Yet, you two still want to foolishly head into battle without knowing HOW to bring her back?" Zinnia chuckled out amused by these reckless trainer's behavior and how they are going to head into battle blindly, though blink her eyes as Robert falters a bit but then had his eyes shine.
"Well, if we can't get the mark off of May. Then we just need to beat Kyogre right? To release it's grip on her right? Then all we need to do is win."
Bill chuckled and laughed at Robert's positivity and shook his head, Wow, yeah that is usually how it works. But it-" He wanted to say that's not how they get the mark off. But was stopped when Zinnia moved and arm out to stop him and then proceeded to get up and smirking towards Robert and Leaf.
"How about you two learn about the mark first before jumping the gun alright? Cause like I said, the Mark has a deeper meaning than what you believe it to be." The dark skin girl saw the two sheepishly smiled and sat back down but stopped Robert from doing so. "Hold on Robert, stay up…"
"Huh? Err…Why?" Robert asked as he was halfway to sitting and stood back up and watched Zinnia walk around the coffee table being sure not to trip on anyone's feet and approach him.
I want to check something," Zinnia suddenly said and approached the boy, being a few inches smaller than him as she looked up at him and stared into his face. Watching the blue hair boy stare back confusingly and feel a little awkward of being checked or looked over by someone else. Seeing her eyes scanning over his body and frame.
Bill figured to take this time and explain to everyone what Zinnia is doing, "You see- Zinnia as you know coms from a clan who worships and looks highly to the Sky Titan Pokemon Rayquaza. Her clan is known as the Draconid- a somewhat but dying race that existed for many generations in Hoenn." He informed the group as Zinnia began assessing Robert. "They are also known to be able to assess and understand a person's intentions or abilities by looking at them."
Daisy then spoke up, "Really, Bill- how many clans existed in Hoenn. I am sure if Draconid is one of them who worships and looks up to Rayquaza, then there has to be one each for no doubt for Groudon and Kyogre right?" She asked and turned back to Zinnia, who then raised her hands up and grabbed Robert's face and gently pulled him closer to get a better look into his eyes. Making the boy sweat drop and feel slightly embarrassed about this.
"Yeah that's right, the Ocean clan and the Gaia clan." Bill continued and spoke more about them. "These clans existed thousands of years ago- always at wits end to one another and battling each other in a way to gain power and control over the land of Hoenn." He began saying and sighing lightly as he went opening up the folders and began handing each paper out to the girls. "They're barely recorded and records of them don't exactly exist- but thankfully, ther ehave been excavation groups and parties who have dug up remains and fossils or even preserved items from the generations of their existence." He then leaned back on the couch and wrapped his arms over his chest. "Because of Groudon being the creator of land and Kyogre being the creator of the seas, with Rayquaza being the commander of Sky. These three clans have existed and even perish over the generations that had passed in Hoenn- slowly dying out and becoming non-existent. Minus a few descendants who have survived."
Misty nodded and looked over the paper reports and studies about the clans, along with the markings that represent the clans and those who cherish and look up to the titan Pokemon. "So…these markings that they have in the reports. Are these the markings that represent the clan and the Pokemon?" She asked and turned her attention to Zinnia seeing a tattoo marking on her right bare shoulder as the girl was still looking Robert over- though did her best not to snort when Zinnia pushed his cheeks inward and made him do a fishy expression and release his cheeks.
Leaf hummed and just put the pacers down and sigh in annoyance, "Either way, it doesn't make sense for Kyogre MARKING May, I mean this information is good and all. But what does this have to do with May being marked and being controlled by Kyogre? What," She then scoffed and threw herself back and crossed her arms. "Does Kyogre want to fuck May and make her have children to bring back it's clan or something?"
"Yes," Zinnia suddenly said and watch dRobert's eyes go bug eye and gave her the oppotunityt to see what is being hidden within his green eyes and lower her eyelids halfway, spotting what she was looking for "Bingo", "Keep your eyes wide for a few more minutes."
Leaf then says without taking note of Zinnia's answer, "Oh well then, I guess that could-" bt stops and then nearly jumps out of the couch causing the coffee table to shake and even scaring Daisy from her sudden jolt. DRACONID CLAN SAY WHAT?!" She exclaimed and whip her attention to Bill for clarification. Who sighed and nodded his head slowly and folded his hands up to his chin and rested against them. "Whoa, whoa, whoa the fuck?! I thought Legendary Pokemon are genderless and cannot breed?!"
This had Daisy nodding her head and now complete worry for May, "Yeah! All researchers and scientists even-" But gets interrupted by Zinnia who lets go of Robert's face, and watches him hiss and gently tend to his cheeks and chin from how stiff they were and begin blinking his eyes.
"Oh please," Zinnia scoffed and waved her hands dismissively towards Daisy. "That's what they believe in- or what they KNOW about Legendary and Mythical Pokemon." She then crossed her arms and looked towards the girl and shook her head. "If Legendary Pokemon are genderless and cannot breed, then tell me? How can there be multiple of the same Legendary Pokemon minus a few, hm?" She said and had everyone and Bill to stare at her and collectively stare over to each other and then sweatdrop as she has a point. "My point exactly," Zinnia said and placed her knuckles onto her sides and grinned. "I mean Kanto has the legendary three birds, but Kalos also has the three legendary birds too? Including Galar? How will that even make sense if there is only one legendary Pokemon in existence."
This had Robert rubbing and moving his jaw about as he answered, "Does make sense when you put it that way, but." He then shook his head and raised one arm. "But what Leaf just said, could that mean?" though let out a breath of relief when Zinnia turned back to him and shook her head though still got worried when she said.
"Yes and No, Yes they can have a human possibly if not birth another LEgendary Pokemon slash choose them to bear their children. However at the cost of the one who is giving the birth to said Legendary Pokemon and laying the egg, or" She then crossed her arms and raised a hand. "They can make them have infant human children with their likeness and slight Pokemon features to them. I don't know all the details, but my granny usually avoids these types of topics." Zinnia sighed out while rubbing the back of her neck. "All I know is say Legendary, can if they wanted to- have another Pokemon or possibly a human being give birth to another Legendary species of their own." She then opened her eyes and took a step back from Robert and said, "which is why Clans who worship these Legendary Pokemon existed and died off over the generations of living on this planet. Kyogre being one of them."
This had everyone slightly paling and doing everything they could not imagine the kind of pain or death May will go through if they don't go and save her right away. Bill nodded, "agreed- but we're not sure of Kyogre intentions either. Considering, from what Zinnia had told me. Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza aren't at the end of their life span and still have more generations to live. So if anything…" He paused and rested a hand down against his lap, hearing Misty finishing for him.
"Kyogre wants May to rebuild his clan that perished over the years and bring them back to life." Misty shudders at the thought of being used as some breeding stock, just to revive a long or possibly century old clan and bloodline from being prosperous again. "Wait," she then opened her eyes and stared towards Zinnia, who was still assessing Robert and then stopped after getting what she needed and turned back to Misty. "You said the clans who worship them are part of Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza right?" She asked and saw Zinnia nodding her head. Then I saw Misty look at her tattoo and then back. "Then, does that mean that May could be a descendant?"
Zinnia hummed and thought it over as she crossed her arms and closed her eyes. To then look at Robert when he spoke next, "Yeah, what kind of characteristics or details would descendants have IF they were part of the clan?" He asked and saw Zinnia smirking and seeing where they were coming from and was surprised how fast they caught on to or why Kyogre wanted May.
"Well," Zinnia began saying and thought it over before lifting a finger and then placed it against her lips and stretched it out. "As you can see for me, I have very sharp fangs right?" She said and saw them nodded and then let go of her ip and then pointed to her eyes. "And my eyes even though they are Crimson red with the black parts of them being pronounced right?" And again a nod, though Daisy hummed.
"But Rayquaza has yellow eyes, doesn't it?" She asked and saw Zinnia nodding her head but chuckled.
"Yeah," Zinnia then placed her knuckles against her hips. "But it doesn't really mean much, but it also has black to them." She then says, "Even though I don't have the same eyes as Rayquza but having some of the black in my eyes be more pronounced than the crimson part of my eyes is enough and the sharp fangs I have too also demonstrates my connection to Rayquaza."But I do have Rayquaza blood running through my veins, they may not be exactly prominent or strong- but it is in my system and my clan tattoo is the mark of proof to show I am part of the Draconid clan."
Leaf then said, "so basically it is that small percentage that connects you to Rayquaza…huh," Leaf then hummed and took into consideration Zinnia's somewhat weird description and detail of knowing if someone is part of the clans. "So, theoretically if you were a descendant of the Sea Clan? What will be the traits…" She hoped she was wrong to assume this, considering if Eyes are one of the strong points of being part of the clan. Then May is definitely in serious trouble.
Zinnia sighed and thought and believed the reason May was picked and marked by Kyogre, is because she is a descendant. "The way one can tell with what I describe, definitely for the Sea clan in Hoenn. Are beautiful bright sapphire colored eyes." She said and opened her eyes to everyone. "If May's eyes are bright and even glow like Sapphires, then she is a descendant of the Sea clan- with one of her parents probably skipping their generations when having her as a child."
This had Robert and Leaf grimacing as that description fit perfectly for May. Robert groaned and shook his head, "ugh then that means May is part of the Sea clan, which is why Kyogre Marked her as a young child ten years ago." He groaned and then looked at Zinnia and then asked. "By the way- sorry going off topic, but Bill said you were assessing me. Like analyzing my skills and abilities, no doubt you're probably gonna say Leaf and I have no chance against Kyogre. But-"
"Hm," Zinnia smirked and snicker as Robert wanted to know what it is she saw in him, or why she wanted to assess him. "Well you're on point, you stand no chance against Kyogre let alone will be able to beat it in battle." She said, having Robert to sigh but paused when she then said. "However-" alerting everyone there and seeming confused when she suddenly states. "Something was telling me that I have nothing to worry about and that everything will go alright and as planned."
This had everyone including Bill confused and puzzled of what she meant, especially when she had him to open his eyes wide enough for her to stare at them and, now super curious of what she means by 'something' told her everything will be fine. "I don't know what it is, or…more of 'who' it is that was speaking to me. But they were telling me that you and whatever plans you all have will be fine."
"Um…wait, who?" Robert repeated and raised a finger. "As in, someone was actually speaking to you through…" then points to himself. "Me?" This had him a little concerned, including Daisy and Leaf who stood up and stared at Zinnia, wondering what was going on and 'who' was speaking to her through Robert?
Zinnia nodded her head and adjusted her brown rugged cloak behind her and snicker, "Yeah, I can't say or tell you what they're names are But when I stared into your eyes, I somehow made a small connection or link to whoever it is that seems to be have a bond with you. They have a very strong connection with you, and told me that I and everyone here- have nothing to worry about when you go and face Kyogre." She then paused and stared down at the floor, having everything go dark around her and focusing on her assessment to the teenager in front of her. "Eyes of a Blue eye dragon, white swirling fire energy surrounds his body. Being close to him I can sense a very strong presence that seems to be guiding him or…protecting him. Whoever it is." She then lifted her head up and stared at Robert, as blue flaming eyes bore behind him and staring down at her as she stared into those cobalt blue fire eyes back. "They seem to have been with him ever since he was born and their soul stayed with him ever since he left Unova…just what and why does this person want to protect you?"
The girl saw the blue flaming eyes shifted and hardened their stare into her, making her glare back and smirk "You'd really think he can win against Kyogre? He is weak, his Pokemon team isn't ready nor will they be able to win." SShe mentally said to the flaming eyes, in which they just lowered their gaze with confidence and tauntingly responded to Zinnia. "Oh? It's not about winning against Kyogre…he doesn't need to win? You're so confident in his abilities."
The cobalt blue eyes slightly shifted as if indicating they are indeed confident in Robert's skills and they aren't worried and even went and dared Zinnia to challenge him. "He will only lose the battle, no way he will be able to beat me at his current strength." Then had a cocky smile spread across her face when the eyes did not falter and even stated how he doesn't need to beat her to prove himself. "Oh? So, it's not rather he wins or loses, it matters of you showing me what kind of battler he is and how he will behave in battle that doesn't need victory? I see…you just want me to see how he acts and commands his Pokemon, not actually beating me."
The eyes nodded and then disappeared as if to leave one final sentence saying, "One does not need to defeat a wall to get through. But how they get around it is what matters. My white knight is stronger than you think."
This had Zinnia stepping away from Robert and closing her eyes repeating the parting words. She heard Bill speaking and talking to the other girls, about the mark in great length as much as he could detailed out. Zinnia opens her eyes halfway and then stares up towards Robert, who currently was paying attention to Bill's explanation and reasoning how the mark like Zinnia said- is to mark those who are chosen to revive the fallen clan's onto a human vessel to even possibly a Pokemon vessel. In order to showcase who will be the one to re-fertilize the lost clan and bring them back to life or resurfacing again. Zinnia's thoughts weren't to set on the conversation right now, but more on Robert. Her eyes scan him over again and repeating the fading words of the blue eyes one- that mentally spoke to her and saying how this young lad will be able to save May. While stating how one doesn't need to fight or battle to prove themselves rescuing the girl, nor do they need to beat Kyogre to rescue May. This had her confused and curious now considering the blue eyes words and even its energy seems to be flowing through in and out of the boy.
And yet the blue haired child doesn't seem to notice or sense it. Her red eyes widened a bit as a sudden flash appeared before her eyes in Robert's spot, replacing him briefly with someone else dawning on a 'white' looking armor. Before flashing back to Robert once more as he hummed and turned to Zinnia, noticing her eyes widening. "You alright?" Robert asked Zinnia, causing the girl to let out a low huh and then quickly shook her head and nodded.
"Yeah, I- I'm fine sorry," Zinnia then cleared her throat and took a couple steps back and away from Robert. Then crossing her arms and closing her eyes. "Ya know Kygre is not gonna be easy to beat." She suddenly said, hearing Leaf letting out a groan and ready to snap at her. But was stopped by Daisy who rested a hand on her chest and shook her head,while then looking back to the two. Seeing Zinnia opening one eye at Robert. "Even if you did find a way to rescue May, that mark of Kyogre will still be branded onto her and stay with her for many years and lives to come."
Robert hummed as he heard this information and looked down to the floor. Feeling his shoulders slumping slightly and then bit his lower lip. "Even beating Kyogre yourself, the mark won't disappear- it will stay with her and she will and always be hunted down by Kyogre until it gets what it wants." Zinnia continued and then faced the boy fully looking up at him. "Once your mark by these legendary Pokemon or Mythical ones- that's it, your life is"
"Even so…" Robert suddenly said and had the girl hum. Watching him clench his hands into fists. "Even if we save May, she can still live her life despite the mark or not. It is better than constantly living in fear and having to run away or always looking behind your back." He announced and lifted his head and stared down at Zinnia who widened her eyes, feeling the entire living room going white as a ghostly apparition of her friend began standing next to Robert and both smiling. "It's always best to keep moving forward and never looking back, no matter how dangerous the road will be." They said in unison before Zinnia's friend disappeared and had the girl's eyes widen even further. Robert then grinned and raised his right fist, "I know May and this will not make her stop living her life to the fullest. She's a very active girl and will make sure nothing bothers her, even if she's branded or not. She will still want to keep moving forward."
Then his eyes got hard and stern, "and I know right now- she needs our help to break her free from this control Kyogre has on her. Mark be damned or not, no one messes with my riends and gets away with it!" He announced and then crossed his arms. "Long we can break her free from his control, then that's good enough for me. We just-"
Zinnia then interrupts him with a smirk and closing her eyes, "Separate her form Kyogre." She suddenly said and had everyone blinking their eyes and staring at the girl. Zinnia then had a fang smile while crossing her arms. "To break Kyogre's control, like everything else Hypnosis and whatnot or mind control. You just gotta break her away from Kyogre and show an even greater power that will break her free."
"Love?" Daisy asks and then falter as Zinnia looks at her with a ridiculous look and even scolded her.
"What? No!" Zinnia shouted and thrust both arms down. "We don't live in a fairy tale girl, let alone a fantasy world where True's love kiss will break everything and anything with spells and whatnot." She scuffed and waved her hand dismissively. "Please, we live in the real world, not some children's book." She muttered and sighed. Then look at Robert, "Words won't break her out of it, and definitely not LOVE" She spat to Daisy who snicker softly. "A force trauma or blunt hit or even just a simple jolt to the body will break her free from Kyogre's control." She said and then crossed her arms feeling her ragged cloak move behind her. "Granted, knowing probably you- you don't want to hurt May or injured the girl. Even though it is the only way to get her free, it won't get rid of the mark."
Leaf then got up from her seat and asked, "Then how do you get rid of the mark? Or is it impossible to get rid of?"
Zinnia huffed and annoyingly shook her head, "I just said it earlier. The mark once placed onto you that is it, it never goes away nor will it ever leave your body unless the Legendary itself- gets rid of it or deems you not worthy anymore." She said and then saw Leaf nodding her head, but then smiled. "BUT!" She raised a finger. "It will disappear from May's skin however- the onyl time the mark shows itself is when the Legendary Pokemon is close by or calling out to her. So, essentially if you have her away from Kyogre or probably in another region."
"Ah, so the mark will disappear and not show itself in May if she is away from Kyogre's location." Robert said and hummed while rubbing his chin and thinking it through. "Alright then, well…" he laughed and turned to Leaf an dDaisy who smiled. "Since everyone Imet when revisiting the regions say they're gonna start their journey once I get my starter Pokemon." He then smiled as Leaf beamed happily.
"Then we can happily have and let May travel with us back to the Kanto region!" She then thumbs up. "Easy peasy, granted there still is water around. But what are the chances and odds of Kyogre following us to Kanto?" Laughed the brown hair girl and turned to Daisy who nodded and spoke up.
"Super slim, considering Kyogre will probably stay in a region it's known for let alone, knowing how Zinnia told us about the Sea clan? It wouldn't want to go out of its natural home to branch off or probably rebuild its clan in a different region and alienate itself in different waters." Said the professor Daughter, making Bull nod and standing up from his couch and smirk.
"Indeed, I've been doing research on Pokemon for all my life and even ones from other regions and such." He began saying and happily opened a hand and winked. "And I can definitely assure you- the researchers and professor Birch o Hoenn, who are quite known there, have informed me that will definitely be the case. Legendary and Mythical do have territories that they call home. So entering a new region is like bringing out a way with other legendary Pokemon."
Misty nods and agrees as she leans her hands onto the back of the couch and leans forward, having her short orange hair bounce slightly, "Yeah, and since Articuno one of the three legendary birds Pokemon of this region is on Seafoam island. It probably will not appreciate Kyogre entering its territory- let alone possibly flooding the caves with its rainstorm ability too." She then turned to Zinnia who was smiling and quite impressed with everyone's deduction and how LLegendary Pokemon behavior works. "Not only that but with the Sevii islands too- Moltress won't enjoy it either. Granted, being a fire type won't be good against Kyogre- it will still disturb any other Pokemon around the area."
Robert then raised a hand, "Not only that and if I heard about certain rumors during my revisit of those regions. Lugia tends to head over to the Sevii islands once in a while right? So, clashing heads with Kyogre will also make it not good for the islanders." He said and saw Bill nodding his head in confirmation, letting the blue hair teen know his assumptions are right. They then turned towards Zinnia who grinned and began chuckling.
"Heh, seems like you all have it all planned out and what to do once you save May." Zinnia then tilt her head slightly and then asks. "Now, again- I know I am beating an old record player here- but how are you all gonna fight against Kyogre? The two of you and your Pokemon don't exactly look strong enough, let alone powerful enough to even handle the Titan Pokemon." She then placed her hands onto her hips. "Even if Caroline found a guy who is super strong and such, you're still fighting a Legendary Pokemon who is ten times your size."
"Simple," Robert suddenly said and Zinnia blinked her eyes and saw him confidently smirking and gently flicking his hat upwards with Leaf sharing the same smirk. "If we can't beat Kyogre let alone dare battling it- Then we just focus our attention on May and get her away from Kyogre." He said as if that was the simplest solution to be given. "You said it yourself Zinnia, if we separate or hit May hard enough to break Kyogre's control. We can then try and escape or run away from the Pokemon."
"Uh…yeah I did, but it doesn't mean Kyogre is gonna chase her down and such." Zinnia declared and crossed her arms and raised a brow. "How exactly are you gonna trick Kyogre into thinking it lost May hm? It can sense the Mark…well," She paused and looked sideways for a brief moment. "Sort of, only when May's around any ocean locations, Kyogre will be able to pick her up."
Robert then blinks his eyes as his brian was going overdrive as Zinnia just gave them the best weapon they need, he then widens his eyes and quickly turns around and faces Misty. Who hummed and stared at him, as their two green eyes met one another and Robert then brightened up and smiled greatly. "Then we have our secret weapon!" This had Misty huh at him, while Leaf and Daisy look towards Misty- to then their eyes widening and both began grinning towards one another, realizing what and where Robert is going with this.
Misty however looks to them and then to Robert, while then back to the two girls before leaning away from the couch and then pointing to herself. "Wait…why am I a secret weapon? I have water type Pokemon and specialize in Water type Pokemon…I mean," she paused and crossed her arms. "Starmie can learn Electric type moves and Hyarados can Mega evolve and such- as well if I teach my Water type Pokemon different moves they could…" then pause when Robert shook his head.
"Not for battling Misty, I have something else in mind." Robert suddenly said and then turned Zinnia, lightly grabbing her right hand and having her blush slightly but then hummed. "Zinnia- is it possible to fake out Kyogre and believe that May might be…well dead?"
This caused Bill to freak out and panic a bit as he was ready to argue but stopped when he saw Zinnia going into a thoughtful expression, "Wait, you're not seriously encouraging him of harming and possibly killing May are you?!" Though yelped when Leaf slapped the back of his head.
"Easy there cowboy, did you not hear Zinnia saying earlier how she can sense that we're not wanting to hurt May and such?" She then crossed her arms and grinned as Bill rubbed his head and stared at her. "Besides- just keep listening, this is what makes Robert a good trainer and solving problems." She began whispering and had Bill hummed and saw her stare towards him. "When Robert gets into it, he can be very surprised at what he can accomplish. His methods are quite out of the box and make one wonder where he even thinks these things. And that is what makes him exceptionally good- despite what people see or understand or probably think he's not that skilled in Pokemon battle or not. He makes it up with creativity."
"But this isn't a battle, we're talking about a human's life here! I know he wouldn't harm or hurt May, but even suggesting or encouraging the idea of making her die is going too far!" Bill exclaimed and then heard Daisy giggling as she shook her head. "And you too?! Am I living in a crazy town or something?!"
"Just listen, Bill and you will see- Leaf's not wrong, Robert will surprise you." Daisy offered to look at the blue haired boy. "You may not understand his way of thinking nor be against his ideas. But…considering me and Leaf spent a long time with him? We know exactly what he is getting at."
Bill was ready to argue again only to then hear Leaf saying, "He's revisited the region before returning here. I have an idea of what and why he is asking this, but also saying Misty is our secret weapon."
This had Misty looking sideways to Leaf when she said that and then back to Robert and Zinnia, seeing the black hair girl purposely waiting before answering Robert's question as she seemed to have listened in on everyone else and then looked at Robert and fought back what seemed to be a smile. "Well…that depends? But yeah, you can do that as the mark is connected to May's or anyone's lifesigns and vitals…what do you have in mind?" She asked and saw Robert grin getting wider and then look over to Misty.
"Misty come here and I will tell you and Zinnia what I have planned, Leaf Daisy you probably."
"Yeah," They both said, leaving Bill in the dark as the green-haired boy looked at them and back to Robert. "If she's being taken in 'that' general area near her hometown? Then we have full faith in Misty."
Misty hummed as she got close to Robert and then felt him wrapping one arm over her shoulders and knelt her down and then wrapped the other towards Zinnia and began whispering to them and informing them exactly what he had in mind and planned for getting May away from Kyogre. Having Bill hummed lightly and now super curious of what this trainer has in mind? Let alone, what kind of plan does he have for having Misty involved?
Misty eyes widen and let out a few gasps of surprise and even silently snickering and giggling, nodding her head at what was being told into her ear. With Zinnia laughing and smiling brightly as well even adding her own advice for the plan to work. Impress was an understatement for the draconid clan girl, Astonish is the word right now she can describe for Robert. She now understood what the Blue eyes being message meant now, b one doesn't need to win in a battle or defeat their opponent to save someone. But a well thought out plan will still work and even be enough to rescue the girl who is in danger. "So, are we in agreement?" Robert suddenly said and pulled away from the girls, who nodded their head as Misty smirked.
"Bill!" She suddenly shouted having him jump and face her. "Can I use your PC! I need to withdraw a Pokemon!" She asked and saw him nod numbly and then began walking around the coffee table and guided her towards his spare PC, wondering what kind of Pokemon she will be getting or grabbing for whatever crazy plan Robert has?
Zinnia then looks at Robert and then punches his shoulder hard, making him wince and grab onto it. "Ya know, not bad, not bad at all Blue haired one. I misjudged your ability here." She giggled and saw him blushing lightly but smiled. "Yeah, that will definitely work and will indeed trick Kyogre into thinking May vitals have disappeared." She then turned to Leaf and saw her smirking at her. "You know your role in this then?"
"Yup,it probably will be a close call but I believe me and my Pokemon will be able to defend him. As well as Robert's own Pokemon too." Leaf then turned to Daisy who immediately got up and knew exactly what Leaf was about to ask. "Daisy, go and tell Caroline-"
"On it, we hopefully have her tell Carl as well." She said and began rushing over towards Bill's phone and picking it up as she began dialing it and calling Caroline. Robert nods and then faces Zinnia once more and sees her looking back at him.
"If you want Zinnia, could come and help us out. We could use the extra hand." Robert asked the girl, who shook her head no and proudly placed her hands onto her right hip, while the other one reached up and grabbed his shoulders.
"Much I want to and make sure everything comes out okay. This is not my place or destination to work with you." She said and had Robert raising a confused brow, to then feel her hand slowly reach up to his cheek and stare confusingly at her as she then tip toe and whispers into his ear. "This is the white knight's time to shine, let the blue eyes one, guide you through this."
She then pulls away and winks at him, lowering her hand and seeing the true puzzled and confused expression on his face of what she meant, but figures to ask some other time. "Besides, we will meet again. I have my own duties and things I need to do here anyway." She said and looked out the window and hardened her expression. Making it more vague and worrying to etch on Robert's face but figure to file it away and figure to look into it some other time.

The next day came and arrive early morning as everyone headed towards the docks of the Lighthouse, meeting up with Mr Briney who arrived right on time and called out to everyone and letting them know he got the message and he and Peeko his wingull partner, are ready to take them to Hoenn and route 104. Zinnia and Bill waved our heroes off as they set sailed and began making their way to the Hoenn region, as they rested their arms down. Feeling the ocean breeze winds blowing their hair and such. Bill turns to Zinnia and asks, "So…exactly how is Robert going to make May 'die' exactly in order to get or trick Kyogre?"
Zinnia grinned wickedly and crossed her arms laughing, "Oh- they're gonna make her drown." She said, causing Bill to nearly collapse and ready to shout at her but paused when Zinnia then looked at him with a glint in her eyes. "By using Misty's Gyarados." She continued vaguely, hoping Bill will catch on to what she is implying and saying. Seeing the frantic expression on his eyes, but then saw him suddenly pausing and then widening his eyes. "Yup, that's how they're gonna get May away from Kyogre."
Bill took a moment to register everything and what Robert had planned for how their going to rescue slash kill May…then his eyes widened and began laughing exasperatedly. "Damn…I see now, that is a clever way." He then turned and faced the distant boat that was disappearing from sight. "...you."
"He will succeed." Zinnia suddenly said and then turned around and began heading out, making Bill stare at her when she said and had her eyes shining. "The white knight is known to be quite the...Wild card." She said as the ocean waves splashed against the side of the lighthouse docks and roared loudly as her brown cloak blew within the winds as she grinned wickedly, as we see Robert- sadly and unfortunately not able to handle the rocking and motions of the boat began turning green in the face and swiftly running and rushing towards the side of Briney's boat and well…losing his lunch. Causing Leaf, Misty and Daisy to quickly assist the boy and that Leaf and Daisy momentarily forgot about Robert's seasickness as Zinnia's voice echoed out.
"I wonder what kind of things he will accomplish on this journey of his. Heh, can't wait till we reunite."
The stage is set, the plans have been decided and our Heroes are making their way back to the Hoenn region. Where there May awaits for them to come and rescue her form Kyogre's hold and control over her, as the young brown hair girl is now seeing leaving the Secret base and heading upwards to the mountain cliffside of where the Secret base is underneath and began heading her way over to the cliffside, as the red markings began trailing all over her body and appearing more onto her skin. Her sapphire eyes completely clouded and hazy, no visible pupils as she mindlessly walked upwards and across the mountainside, shedding off the bow on her head and having it be blown away from the wind.
"Robert…anyone…please save me…I don't want to disappear…" As the girl was beginning to strip down and leave her life behind as she can hear Kyogre calling to her. As our heroes journey…continues.
