With a parting wave, Lime disappeared from the village into the forest, while the other slime girls went on doing their things.

The Slime Village, a hidden slime spring in Ilias continent currently one of the most xenophobic continents towards monsters, not even the current Heavenly Knight of Water knows about its existence, the village is filled with simple-minded girls like these. Who, for generations were used by the horrible evil goddess as tutorial fooder to novice heroes, by putting a slime girl in their paths when said girls were innocently playing outside, and having them being hurt by those bastard heroes or worse. This evil tradition cemented Ilias as an evil one because how could someone good bring themselves to hurt these girls? Anyways back to Lime's journey.

"A cute little boy~ Hey..." The adorable girl did her best lewd expression before offering. "Let's puru puru~?"

Before answering her, the purple-haired shota just locked up and stared at nothing, confusing the slime girl who began worrying about him.

"Are you ok? Is he dead? oh no!" Lime was full of worry seeing the vacant gaze of the boy and began poking him trying for any reaction.

"Uwa!" The boy's vacant eyes finally refocused and her worries were repaid with a slash from his sword.

"I just wanted to help you, meanie!" Not taking any damage, her slime filled in the cut from the slash she just got.

"Okay then, you better be ready because we're gonna puru puru lots!" Lime was incensed and decided the boy needed to be punished for repaying her good intentions with violence.

The purple hero attacked again but Lime was having none of it and soon enough he was enveloped up to his waist in her good-feeling slime, with dexterity she sent some inside his pants and began massaging his erection.

"There's this shiny stone I found if you want it~" A tomboyish slime who kept crafting new trinkets offered her newest treasure to cheer Lime up.

Seeing that she wasn't alone and not wanting to spoil the mood, Lime soon opened up and the positive energy of her friends brought a smile back to her innocent face, she played around and happily talked about fish, enjoyed the tasty fruits offered and her eyes were shining at how cool the stone was.

(It's good how she bounces back right away instead of drowning in sadness, our sister is a strong girl).

"Please don't die puru..." As the girl said that, she gently passed out on top of the man, the stress of the day finally getting to her, it couldn't be helped since she never slept late. Luckily, his airways weren't blocked by the slime girl on top of him, so she didn't accidentally kill him by drowning him with her body.

"What's a Boohmerang?" a tomboyish-looking slime girl was curious about this craft she never heard of before.

Small talk like this repeated itself until they were out of the village, waving their goodbyes the pair disappeared inside the forest.

Lime and Roman went further into the forest, looking for a nice branch to carve quality boomerangs from, until they found some in the deepest parts.

"This is a nice one Lime, let's go back and I'll start carving my gift for you." Roman began turning back before Lime screamed at him.

"Watch out!"

With reflexes he didn't know he had, he avoided a purple and wet-looking tentacle, an expression of horror mounting on his face knowing the one monster in Ilias continent who fit the criteria.

"Roper..." Through clenched teeth, he said the name with a curse.

Pulling one of his tools out of his pocket he stabbed the retreating tentacle, the technological wonder destroying the offending appendage and a scream being heard from afar.

"How dare you! When I'm done with you I'll go to that village and devour all of your slime friends!"

"Now it was Lime who became afraid, everyone knew the dangers of a roper, and neither she nor her sisters would have any chances against one, their acids not coming close to cancel those of a more powerful monster."

"Your kind was a mistake and a blight upon this land, you'll rue the day you threatened the lives of my saviors!"

Roman screamed as he ran after the retreating tentacle back to the monster, with the Roper being a solitary ambush predator who was almost immobile it would be easy to find and deal with her, the problem would be dealing with all the digestive tentacles. His anger also prevented him from hearing Lime who cried for him to not go.

(Don't fail me now tools of mine, you survived being blasted to another universe, you can survive this as well!)

Finally encountering his hated enemy in a clearing he almost gagged seeing the collection of half-melted bones surrounding her.

(This bitch wants to play mind games, leaving enough of her past victims around so the next ones would be too stunned to fight back, a shame for her I come from a place where scenes like these are an almost normal occurrence.)

Avoiding another tentacle that tried to ambush him and filleting it to ribbons for the insult, Roman pulled another tool from his pocket and fired at the monster, a steel wire cable jamming itself on her exposed chest.

With the click of a button thousands of volts went through the cable into the monster's body, the highly conductive acidic juices coating her body became her death sentence.

The murderous Roper never expected the human to have an electrical attack and now paid for it, her screams echoing through the forest loud enough to startle the people in its surroundings on Iliasville and the hidden Slime Girl Village.

When Lime finally came to where Roman was, she could only gasp as she saw the Roper's body, now steaming and her tentacles weakly twitching, one step away from death.

"Nooo!" Lime jumped at Roman and his tool fell to the ground, with the button not being pressed anymore the electric discharge soon stopped.

"Please don't kill her..."

"But Lime, she threatened to kill you and your friends!"

"I-I don't want to have someone's death haunting me at night..." Lime was tearing up and he remembered how innocent the girl was, traumatizing her with this scene even if that Roper bitch deserved it wasn't worth the cost.

"I understand, sorry for showing you such horrible imagery..."

"Hmm, it's fine you just did it to protect us, you're a nice human..."

Roman began walking up to the Roper girl and her spazzing tentacles before stopping at a safe distance.

"I won, the slime girls won, in monster culture it means whatever the winner decides the loser must follow, either it being eating them, killing them, or keeping them as slaves." Roman took a deep breath, still trembling looking at the remains surrounding him and thinking how close it could've been him or Lime there if she didn't save him back then with her warning, but he promised Lime he would show mercy.

"You are to disappear from this forest as far away as possible, you will never threaten the slime girls ever again, or I will find you and end you, this is my order in exchange for your survival today, do you understand me?" the man pointed his cutting tool at her to make his point clear.

The Roper girl weakly nodded before making a huge effort to unroot herself from this hunting ground and crawl away.

"Sorry again if I scared you Lime..." Roman turned to his jiggly savior and she wiped her tears before offering him a smile like the sunshine.

"Teaching them a lesson is all good, but killing is too sad... I lost many friends in the past thanks to the yearly hunts... Seeing someone die in front of me doesn't feel right..."

Lime reassured the girls they shouldn't be bothered about it and that the danger had passed already and with Roman's confirmation everyone took a breath of relief.

"Well, we have everything needed so let's make some boomerangs and bring some smiles to my new friend's faces!"

Then she got angry and just jammed the boomerang inside the fish. (I could journey to become stronger but I won't be anywhere close to Luka in that regard, but if Lime comes along and gets even 10% of her power in paradox, even if this is the VN world, she would be a force to be reckoned with, and together we could prevent her fan theorized horrible fate, and that of this hidden slime village).

"Sure let's go and bring many gifts to our friends, puru~" Lime didn't even stop to think, she liked Roman from all his good actions until now, and letting him go away alone would make her regret it for life.
