"Awww, somebody's not feeling herself. We should let her rest since like you, she has the flu." Darcy said.
"It's that kind of season Darcy. She did get her avian flu shot like me." Howard replied blowing into a tissue.
In the Duck house right now, Howard had the flu and now, Linda had it too which bothered Darcy and Howard but it made their lil birdie sleepy and not herself knowing she wouldn't be that much fun to be around Shocket so Darcy was cancelling the okaydate knowing Linda was disappiinted but these things happened, she could have another one when she felt better.
"Yeah honey, as I was planning to hang out with Rocket, until I got sick." Howard told Linda.
Right now, Darcy was staying away from her husband and daughter because she didn't want t9mgetvsick plus Nebula and Rocket wanted to take them to Temple as Darcy was surprised they were Jewish only Howard thought it was awesome knowing about Hannukah knowing they'd get to be part of it. "We're still going for Shabbat on Friday, right." Howard said coughing as he and Linda were in a blanket on the couch making Darcy sigh.
"We'll see honey. We don't want to infect our friends. Like I told our lil birdie cancelling the play date." she said.
"Rocket can handle it. His cybernetics make light work of germs." Howard replied to her.
"Well you don't know p,us you're loopy from the fever and meds." Darcy said making soup. She knew it might help Howard and Linda get better besides the meds and orange juice along with resting seeing Howard drink the soup instead of using a spoon while Darcy was feeding it to Linda with a spoon which she was enjoying relieving Darcy as Nebula had told her Shocket had the flu already so Linda wouldn't infect her if they did come over for Shabbat relieving her.
"Yeah, my daddy and I are feeling better, so my mommy said it was okay to come." Linda said.
After lunch, she was putting Linda down for her nap knowing resting would help her get better plus would teach her how handwashing prevented germs from making her sick so she wouldn't have to miss playing with Shocket relieving Darcy leaving Linda's room making herself some tea seeing Howard asleep which was good.
"Shabbat yet." Shocket asked making Rocket chuckle. It was Friday night meaning Shabbat knowing they were having friends over and he was teaching Emily and Shocket the Jewiish traditions their family did including Shabbat dinner every Friday evening including having Darcy and Howard there meaning Linda which Meade Shocket happy only Linda being sick made her nervous but Nebula reassured her, that Linda would get better. "Yep as the sun set and Shabbat just started kiddo." Rocket told her stroking her lil Mohawk.
"I'll get it guys." Nebula said hearing the doorbell answering the door seeing Darcy, Howard and Linda letting them in.
"Shabbat shalom guys. Glad you made it and Shocket was concerned Linda wasn't coming." Rocket said.
Linda hugged Shocket as Darcy put her in the playoen and made Emily smirk as her twin-sis had been quiet guessing Linda almost not coming had bothered her so having Linda come relieved her knowing things would be good
