A day later, Crosshair took his group to the beach where the girls were camped.
"I've had enough of those girls!" stated Hatchet, throwing one of his axes into the ground with so much force.
"Here's what we're doing: Hatchet. You go along the tree line and sneak around the other side. Sidearm, head in front of the ship, and scale up. I'll take the main walkway to distract them," stated Crosshair as he devised a plan to infiltrate the girls' hideout.
"On it!" said both hunters.
The duo began to carry out their mission as Crosshair bawled his fist.
"Time to end this!"
Little did they know, Pinkie already spotted them coming.
"Do you think they'll fall for the traps we set? " Sonata asked after her friend informed her of the impending danger.
"No doubt about it!"
Hatchet was approaching his entrance when he found a line of yarn. The hunter pulled out his radio while bringing out some pliers.
"Hey, Sidearm, I found some yarn. It's probably rigged up to some alarm."
"Yeah, I found some, too."
The pair didn't notice that the yarn was connected to batteries with enough voltage to cause a nonlethal but painful electrocution.
"You know what to do?" said Hatchet.
"Yeah."
Both cut their respective lines and got electrocuted painfully. The electricity caused all of Sidearm's shotgun shells to explode while Hatchet got thrown face-first into the wall.
"What are you idiots doing?!" shouted Crosshair over his own radio.
"Those girls have the place booby-trapped," responded Sidearm as he painfully twitched from the jolt of electricity coursing through his body.
Crosshair was slowly putting pressure on a spring-loaded spray paint can aimed at his eye. The trap went off as Crosshair saw the spray can. The hunter just barely got out of the way as the trap missed.
"Yeah, I see that! So be smart, why don't you!"
The hunter shouted into the radio as he began to march forward like a man on a mission. Crosshair stepped forward on a cord that made a sound in the closet. Crosshair slung his rifle over his back and drew his machete.
"Surprise, surprise, girls."
Crosshair opened it and got a spring-loaded boxing glove to the groin. He fell over in pain and landed on his rifle, which not only broke but also fired a bullet into his butt.
"Did you hear that?" asked Pinkie as she heard a faint sound in the distance.
"Yeah. I think it worked," smiled Sonata, who felt she knew what had just occurred.
"My sensors are detecting an incoming vessel. The estimated time of arrival is half an hour," said Sunstorm over the girls' transmission.
"Our traps should hold them off till then," stated the former siren.
"Then let's just enjoy the painful comedy," smiled Pinkie as she reached into her hair and pulled out some snacks and cupcakes for the show they were about to watch.
Meanwhile, Crosshair had recovered as the anger inside began to boil over. He looked at the trap and visualized the girls laughing as their mocking and laughter echoed in his mind. The hunter wanted nothing more than to strangle the girls with his bare hands and make them suffer for all they did to him. He knew that regardless of what was to happen, he would make those girls experience pain.
"I'm gonna break you two!" growled the hunter.
As he pressed forward, elsewhere... Sidearm was still twitching from the trap he sprung as he found a rope leading inside.
"I found a way inside."
Sidearm was unaware it led to a fueled lawnmower. He tugged hard, and the lawnmower started.
"Huh?"
The hunter saw the lawnmower falling towards him. It didn't kill him, but it perfectly shaved off his hair.
"I've had it!"
Hatchet was making his way around when he found a door, unaware that a blowtorch was burning it to make it hot.
"In I go!"
The moment he grabbed it, it immediately burned his hand.
"Ow! What the hell?!"
Suddenly, another blowtorch set Hatchet's head on fire. In a panic, he saw a large bucket filled with what he thought was water. Hatchet ran over, stood on his hands, and lowered his head.
BOOM!
It turns out he stuck his head in kerosene. Hatchet was alive but barbecued. Meanwhile, Crosshairs went deeper into the ship as he avoided the easy traps in his path. The fierce look he had told him that nothing was gonna stand in his way.
"Come out, girls," stated the hunter. Not noticing the rat crawling into his jeans, "I just wanna talk."
"I'm here, Bo..." said Sidearm as he appeared. He saw the rodent enter Crosshair's pants as he grabbed a baseball bat off to the side. "Hold still."
Sidearm held a firm grip on the object; he got into a good stance and swung. The rat fled, and Crosshair got the full brute of the swing. As a result, the hunter was now singing a higher octave.
"Another success," said Pinkie as she could hear the high-pitched voice that echoed to where they were.
"Not bad, but… they are getting closer to us," said Sonata, indicating that based on how loud the sound was, they were farther in than before.
"Hurry, we can hide in the ballroom!" stated the pink-haired girl.
"You're dead!"
Sidearm ran in, not seeing the floors greased. The hunter landed on his back with a thud.
"Ow!"
The hunter took a moment to collect himself before kipping up and walking ahead.
"Come on out, girls. So I can break your arms off!" shouted Sidearms as his temper reached his breaking point.
A rope was cut, and a log knocked Sidearm out the far-end door into a cage. Meanwhile, Hatchet was dusting himself off when he saw some approaching ships.
"I'm sick of this!"
When he suddenly saw ships approaching, he ran off. Meanwhile, Crosshair recovered and stumbled as he found the girls relaxing on lounge chairs, watching everything.
"Ready to give up?" asked Sonata.
" I'd rather die than submit to you two, dumb*!" stated Crosshair, gritting his teeth like a feral animal.
Pinkie and company were unfazed as Crosshair brought a revolver out.
"Any last words?" asked the hunter as he aimed.
"Us, no..." said Pinkie.
"Them, yes," responded Sonata with a smile.
"Crosshair, drop your weapon, and raise your hands. You're under arrest!" said the commander over the mic as his voice reached the island's shores.
The hunter looked out the window as several ships were approaching in the distance. The man gritted his teeth as he turned to look at the girls who stood up to confront their foe.
"You really think this is the end, huh?"
"Yes," said Pinkie as she and Sonsta put on a gas mask.
The hunter was confused as to why the pair wore them when Pinkie dropped a makeshift grenade, which released a knock-out gas that Crosshair breathed in large amounts.
"This… isn't… the end…"
Crosshair stumbled about as he fell against a wall and slumped down. He lay, looking at the two girls as they high-five and celebrated. The hunter was shown lifting his revolver just as everything went dark, followed by a sound. The Marine Commander arrived as the door was busted open, and the men began to secure Crosshairs while the girls approached the commander.
"You ladies were brave for fighting these psychos," said the commander as his men began to lead the hunters away.
"One got away, sir," said Pinkie.
"But he should be found easily," stated Sonata.
Phil, the monkey, rode an RC car to a small artificial cave on the beach where Hatchet was hiding and held a match. Hatchet saw small firecrackers lined it. He reached into one of his back pockets and brought out a banana. The monkey responded by holding up two fingers.
"I don't have two," stated the hunter.
Phil lit the fuse and drove off.
"I hate monkeys!"
Hatchet was caught in a painful explosion, and a few marines ran to arrest him. Meanwhile, Pinkie and Sonata were starting to pack up.
"I'm glad we're going home," said Pinkie as she was glad they were finally getting off this island.
"Same," responded Sonata as Phil drove in, "I hope Sunstorm will enjoy police work in Canterlot."
"I think he will," responded the pink-haired girl.
The three smiled, knowing they had won. At that moment, a sound was heard, and bursting through the door was Crosshair, who still had his handcuffs on. The hunter had managed to escape as he wasn't done with the girls. He immediately charged in and knocked Sonata to the ground, who landed with a thud. Pinkie instinctively tried to help her friend as he grabbed at Crosshair, who reacted. He managed to grab hold of Pinkie and twisted her arm very forcefully; she yelled in searing pain before she was tossed to the side and hit back first hard against the wall before slumping to the floor and losing consciousness.
Phil leaped onto Crosshair's shoulders and began to bite at the hunter's head while banging it. The hunter threw the monkey off his back as he crashed into a pile of junk that left him out of commission. Sonata recovered and punched Crosshair as it got him in the face. The man then avoided the next punch before he kneed the girl hard in her stomach; she felt it and fell to her knees. Crosshair didn't hesitate as he grabbed her neck with both hands and pinned the former siren to the floor as he was on top of her, full body weight and all. Sonata felt her eyes start to go wide as her oxygen was slowly running out while Crosshair applied more pressure to the girl's neck, leaving some red marks and bruises on it.
"Night, night, bitch!" said Crosshairs as his face was the last thing Sonata saw before everything went black.
