New Year arrived, and with it, the holidays for everyone. The atmosphere was festive and colorful, everyone was working hard while I was putting the dishes on the table with the help of Yamato, Dexter and Raven.
"Wow, this year was crazy." Dexter said with a smile making me nod.
"You don't even have to say it. I can't wait for the holidays, although I don't know if I should say that out loud." I said annoyed looking at a part of the room. There, Chris and his cousin Don were watching the Total Drama Island show, something that bothered us.
"While I appreciate Cheff helping, why is he here?" Jo asked annoyed while the girl helped Dawn and Beth with the Christmas decorations.
"No one invited him, he invited himself." Cheff said with the turkey in his hands making us sigh annoyed which caused Chris to laugh.
"Come on guys, admit it, you miss me." The host said with a smile making me smile forcibly.
"I specified that Don and Cheff were invited. Personally, I would have sent you to eat in Gotham with Killer Crock." I said trying to remain calm while the man laughed at me.
"Hey, did anyone see Peacock?" We all turned to see BloodGood and Big Band.
"Wasn't he in his room playing?" Cleo asked as her jackals helped in the kitchen.
"We thought so, but. Umm, it's hard to explain." We all listened to the Monster High principal's words with curiosity and confusion.
"Why do you say that?" Jack asked looking at the couple. The two adults looked at each other awkwardly before looking into the rooms.
"It's better for you to see for yourselves." That confused us even more but also filled us with curiosity, without saying anything, we all followed the couple to see what was going on.
In our home there are rules, rules that had to be followed to the letter without exceptions. Mainly in the case of Peacock who is the wildest and most unruly girl of the group along with her gang, although she is serious and prepared in the missions, there were times where she was the definition of a loose cannon in every sense.
"She did it again."
"Yes, and worse."
What was now in front of us did not help at all to defend Peacock. The room was full of portals where many things came out. A phoenix, a tiny elephant, a Chinese dragon that flew around the room until returning to its portal, yes I thought that my Wonderland was crazy like Alice's, what we all saw now made those places look like quiet and common cities.
"Ben." Jack looked annoyed at Big Band, who sighed annoyed.
"I know. The main rule is no dimensional portals, but she always gets her way every time." The man said with exhaustion in his voice making us sigh.
"She must be inside one of those portals, Nigel, can you find her signal?" Numbuh 5 asked while the boy with glasses took out a homemade tracker that showed nothing.
"Negative, 5. Her trail is undetectable, she must be inside one of these portals." Numbuh 1 said before putting the device away. We all looked at the portals with uncertainty, no one, and seriously, no one had entered Peacock's portals before.
"So we have to go in to look for her?" Kuki asked fearfully looking at the portals in front of her while Numbuh 4 held her hand to reassure her.
"Not necessarily all of us. We just have to be careful." Jack said looking at everyone.
"I'll go." I said before taking a step forward.
"Me too." Kara was the second to advance and then it was Clark, Reyes, Marie and Reinhardt.
"Okay, Wydowna, you and Rachnera tie a string to Benja and the others. In case there's any danger, pull the rope and we'll get them out." Jack said seriously, making us nod.
"We're coming for you, Patricia. Hang on." Marie whispered fearfully. She already lost Peacock once, she wouldn't repeat that mistake.
Everyone was watching as my team and I tied the webs to our hips while preparing our weapons for a possibly dangerous journey.
"Tighten it up, love." Rachnera said before pulling on a rope making me scream, my face turning red and I looked at the spider girl in surprise.
"Rachnera, this is not the time or place for your bondage techniques!" I cried out embarrassed looking at the girl, who laughed at my embarrassment.
"I think otherwise." Kitty said with blood on her nose while Emma gave her a handkerchief with her eyes rolled.
"Alright team, everyone get ready. Big Band, how long do Peacock's portals last?" Jack asked looking at the man who was looking analytically at the portals.
"I don't know. But if I have to assume something, those portals aren't going to close until she does." Big Band said seriously making Soldier 76 nod.
"Well, remember, if there's anything in there that you can't handle, pull the rope twice and we'll get you out immediately." We all nodded at Jack's words before facing the portals in front of us.
"Good luck everyone." I said with some fear looking at my friends.
"We'll be fine, don't worry, Benja." Reinhardt said with a smile making me nod.
"Let's go." We all took a deep breath before entering the portals, disappearing from the place.
"Good luck guys." Jack said with concern looking at the portals.
The moment Reyes stepped out of the portal he unholstered his shotguns, pointing them at nothing as a defense against the darkness.
"Well, let's see what the hell world I've entered." The man began to walk through the darkness before turning on his communicator.
"Peacock, are you here? Answer me." Reyes said seriously but received no response, which annoyed him.
"No signal, just what we needed." Reaper cracked his neck before turning into a shadow and began to enter the darkness.
When Reinhardt went through the portal he quickly had to jump to avoid a burst of projectiles.
"My God what's going on!?" The man looked out only to cover himself when a laser beam almost hit him.
"Hey, where did you come from!?" Reinhardt turned to see a man who had a strange military suit but more armored looking.
"Are you a space marine?" The man asked before screaming when an explosion almost hit them.
"Please help us, they are massacring us!" Reinhardt heard that with surprise and when he turned he saw some grotesque looking aliens massacring other soldiers with their claws that replaced their legs. The German man saw this and became serious before squeezing his hammer tightly.
"Stay behind me, partner." Reinhardt said before coming out of his hiding place.
"Hey, ugly!" The aliens turned and saw the man smiling.
"It's time to hammer aliens!" With that war cry, Reinhardt launched himself into combat using the thrusters on his back.
As Marie stepped through the portal, she immediately covered her nose as her nostrils inhaled air. The girl immediately coughed as her throat burned at the air.
"Ugh, what the fuck?" Slowly the girl recovered using her magic and looked around the place, it was some sort of abandoned factory, there were pipes and the place looked old and abandoned.
"What is this place? Why would Patricia come here?" Marie asked herself before hearing metallic footsteps. Turning around, she could see some basic, round looking robots, which didn't look intimidating but their eyes glowed, scanning the girl.
"Intruder detected. Life form, unknown. Eliminate." The robots spoke at once as their eyes changed to a red color, suddenly more robots appeared, others using heavy looking riot shields and others using pipes as weapons.
"Mmm, it seems I have no choice." Marie brought out her scythe, ready for confrontation.
The first thing Clark felt when he went through the portal was cold, looking around he saw that he was in a city where he quickly realized where he landed.
"Russia, a beautiful place to visit with Lois. Maybe I'll put it in my plans." Clark said before flying around the area in search of Peacock. But then, his super hearing picked up screams of terror.
"My purse! Thief!" The man of steel turned to see a thief fleeing with a handbag. The thief laughed confidently when he suddenly crashed into something very hard, and looking up, he was scared to see Clark in front of him.
"Didn't anyone teach you that it's rude to touch a lady without her consent?" The man asked seriously before hitting the thief causing the man to be thrown against a wall, Clark grabbed the purse and approached where the woman was.
"Your purse, miss." The Kryptonian man said, but noticed that the woman was terrified.
"American!" That scream caused panic in all the Russians who looked at Clark with fear, something that worried him a lot.
"Wait, this is a misunderstanding. I'm not here to hurt you!" Clark shouted, looking at the terrified people.
"Another American looking to cause trouble in my city?" The Kryptonian man was shocked to hear a voice just like his own with a Russian accent. He slowly turned around to see another Superman like him, only on his chest he had the Soviet Union logo.
"I thought your superiors had made it clear that no matter how many supersoldiers they send, none will harm our nation." The other Clark said with seriousness in his voice, staring at the other Kryptonian.
"Wait, I'm not here to cause trouble, I just wanted to return the purse to this young lady here." Clark said, staring at his other self with concern.
"Even if it is true. The fight will prove whether or not you are a threat." Before the superman of my dimension could speak, he was quickly struck by the Soviet superman, being taken out of the city in one fell swoop.
What was now in front of me had no explanation. In front of me, it was as if the universe itself had opened its doors for me, so that I could see the multiple portals in front of me opening and closing at will.
"Wow." was all that could come out of my lips as I began to fly through the infinite abyss seeing the dimensions in front of me. Where I saw events and occurrences in other universes that greatly caught my attention. The wedding between Deku and Ippan, another where I saw a demon talking on a radio, one where I saw a couple of robots fighting each other and even saw some with futuristic wings and weapons, and then I saw one where I saw sea creatures of colossal size, I imagined these creatures swimming in the seas of my dimension and a chill ran down my spine, possibly 70 or 80% of marine life would have become extinct because of the creatures I saw.
"I must show this to Astronova." I said before taking out my icoffin to start recording everything in detail.
"Alright, Peacock. I expect a world of violence!"
When Kara went through the portal she expected a world full of battles but instead, she was disappointed to see that she was in a normal city.
"Ugh, how boring." The Kryptonian girl said before starting to walk through the streets with an annoyed look.
"Come on Peacock, is this the best you can give me? I hope you have a good excuse for such a boring universe." Kara said before noticing a cat in a window, to see a cat that she recognized instantly and almost exploded in anger. A black cat, but not just any black cat, this feline had a moon engraved on its forehead.
"Her." The Kryptonian girl clenched her fists remembering something that made her angrier.
Flashback.
Kara was bored, the girl walked through the hallways of the room with a smile.
"It's time to try those Bondage classes that Rachnera gave us." The Krypton girl said with a smile going to my room only to hear the noise of the television. When she peeked out she could see Monaca and I watching Sailor Moon.
"By the power of the lunar prism!" The green-haired girl dressed as Salior Mars shouted making me laugh.
"Daddy, do you think I'll ever be able to meet Sailor Moon?" Monaca asked looking at me with a smile making me laugh.
"Everything is possible with the power of the lunar prism, honey." I said with a small smile looking at the screen.
"Besides, I'd like to meet her too." Kara felt a pang in her heart, one that made her get upset and jealous.
"Daddy and Salior Moon together, I want to see that!" Monaca shouted before throwing punches in the air making me laugh.
Kara stared at said blonde-haired heroine before leaving with a furious look.
End of Flashback.
"So that bitch is here, huh? Well, I'll show Benja that I'm better than that moon bitch." Kara said venomously before ripping her shirt off, revealing her hero suit.
"Get ready everyone, Supergirl is here." The Kryptonian girl smiled proudly before flying off at high speed while the cat stared at everything.
"This is going to be interesting." The cat said, looking in the direction Kara left as someone yawned in the room.
"What's going to be interesting?"
Reinhardt couldn't stop laughing, feeling like he was back in his youth as he took out aliens without any problem, not only with the help of the other soldiers, but with the use of his fists, charges, fire attacks and his trusty hammer. Although it still confused him why they called him a "space marine", he decided to save the questions for later.
"For the Crusaders!" Reinhardt brutally slammed the ground, causing the ground to rise and knock down a large number of Aliens. An alien who seemed to be the leader who carried two swords, roared causing others to fire. The German man laughed before launching himself at them while the cerboarmor protected him from the shots before catching the leader where he would end up crushing him against a wall.
"Haha, nothing better than a good battle to fan the flame of a veteran!" Reinhardt shouted proudly before seeing an alien pointing a gun at him with shaking hands. The German was ready for combat but then he saw a bullet go through the alien.
Turning around, Reinhardt was surprised to see three men in giant blue heavy armor with gold details, the three men held heavy caliber weapons and one had a strange looking sword, the blade looked more like a chainsaw than a normal sword.
"Haha, come on comrades, together we will achieve victory!" The German man shouted while the three men were silent. Suddenly roars were heard and when Reinhardt turned to look, he could see another large alien with swords while others were preparing to shoot.
"Behind me, team!" Reinhardt quickly stood in front before generating a shield in front of the three soldiers, protecting them from the shots.
The soldiers who had arrived began to fire their heavy calibers that quickly finished off the aliens who were shooting, the enemies retreated in fear but their leader roared angrily causing the aliens to have no choice but to throw themselves into battle.
"They're mine!" Reinhardt smiled before launching into the fight where the man once again began attacking the aliens one by one.
A robot was advancing until it was suddenly cut in half by Marie's scythe who looked bored.
"Mm, that wasn't bad." The girl said before turning around and looking around only seeing the remains of her opponents.
"We better get out of here." The girl would notice a door that had remained closed before stretching out her hands. From the ground, two skeletal arms would emerge that would force the door open.
When Marie went outside, she coughed a little at the smell of smoke, looking up she saw that there was a fog in the place and the sky was grayish where indeed, she was in an abandoned factory.
"Patricia, why the hell would you come here?" Marie coughed a little before starting to walk, if it weren't for being a Skullgirl, she would possibly be suffering from poisoning by the gases of the place.
"I've explored the entire factory, but I can't find anything that looks like our target."
"Maybe... I don't know, did they move it?"
"Wait."
"What's going on?"
"My sensors are detecting something in the distance, it's strange."
"What do you mean?"
"My sensors say it's something organic but then it changes to inorganic and even changes state, from alive to dead."
"Is it a glitch?"
"I don't know. But I'll follow this being closely."
"Be careful, 2B."
In the mountains of Russia, a loud explosion resounded in the place as Clark was sent crashing into the cold mountains, the man from Krypton had serious problems with his other self, who clearly distrusted him.
"Listen please, I don't want to fight." Clark said looking at his Soviet self who stared at him with his arms crossed.
"You are different from the others who tried to steal my appearance to turn them into weapons, I already know their games." Soviet Superman said seriously looking at the Superman of my dimension.
"Listen, I don't want to fight you. My name is Clark, Clark Zor-el. I am like you, a Kryptonian." The Man of Steel said looking at his other self intently.
"My name is Kal-L. I don't know what a Kryptonian is, but you and I are not the same." The Soviet Superman said before launching himself against Clark again. But this time, Clark was the one who responded and attacked with a strong blow that sent Kal to the ground.
"Please stop, I don't want to continue with this." Clark said looking at his other self while he wiped the blood from his lip.
"You are very strong, more than the others. That makes you a threat to the motherland!" Kal launched himself at the Kryptonian man causing the two to go deeper into the roller coasters.
Everyone looked at the portals with concern while the threads were held by Mauga, Manny, Koneko and Sairaorg who were also worried.
"Shit, you're already late. I'm going in." Just when Jasmine was about to enter, Jack stopped her.
"No. If you go in, we don't know if we can get you out, we have to wait." The man said seriously looking at the girl.
"But they were already there for half an hour." Duncan said annoyed and fearful looking at the portals.
"We have to wait, there's no other option." Diana said trying to be serious, but failing.
"Do you think they're okay?" Asia asked terrified looking at the portals.
"I don't know, Asia. We can only pray to God to help us." Parasoul said nervously looking ahead.
No matter how many aliens came, Reinhardt managed to hunt them all down with the help of the soldiers who bothered him. Every time the German man tried to make a joke or when he protected them from attacks, those men in strange armor didn't say a single word to him, not even a "Thank you."
"Ugh, it's finally over." The German said, looking at the corpses on the ground while the soldiers finished off the dying ones.
"Excuse me, comrades. But I would like to know if you happened to see this young lady around here." Reinhardt walked over to where the armored men were before showing a photo of Peacock. The men stared, not at the photo, but at the man, which made him a little uncomfortable.
"Umm, friends?"
"Who are you, soldier? We haven't seen you on the ship, did you dare to disobey a direct order from the emperor?" One of the men asked seriously but the other man who had the chainsaw sword intervened.
"Wait, soldier. Look at his armor, it's not ours, it looks stronger and more flexible than ours, not to mention his shield that was covering us and his combat hammer." The other soldier said with the same seriousness.
"Is he perhaps a Veteran Marine?" Another man asked more calmly looking at Reinhardt.
"Impossible. How old is the soldier?" One of the men asked, looking at the German man.
"I'm 61 years old." An awkward silence fell as the three men looked at each other.
"Impossible. No one I know has managed to live this long and still be in service." One of the men said, his hard seriousness changing to disbelief and amazement.
"Excuse me."
Suddenly, the four heard a roar and turned to see a large alien with two swords in its hands. The alien looked at the corpses of aliens on the ground before roaring angrily at the four soldiers.
"Get away from me!" Reinhardt quickly activated his shield to intercept the creature's swords while the soldiers opened fire against the creature that recoiled while its body was destroyed, quickly the soldier with the chainsaw launched himself against the creature and buried his sword in the chest of the alien, destroying its chest before tearing off its head without any difficulty.
"Eliminated. I no longer detect any enemies in the area." said a soldier looking at his companions.
"What will we do with that man?" The three men looked at Reinhardt while the man stared at the photo of Peacock.
"We must take him before the council."
"No, before the emperor. We need to know if that armor is a prototype or if it is an old model."
"Impossible, with technology like that and armor capacity like that it is almost competitive with ours."
"Still, this guy is a possible threat, we do not know his faction."
While the three soldiers spoke, Reinhardt slowly backed away when something inside him warned him of something. The man took the rope firmly before putting the photo away.
"Hey, stop there!" The German man turned to see the other soldiers approaching with firm and serious steps.
"umm, excuse me, I have to go."
"No, he has to come with..."
The soldiers stood stunned as Reinhardt was suddenly yanked away, disappearing in a cloud of debris.
"Spread out and look for him." They all nodded at one of the soldiers' words before beginning their search.
Marie, no matter how much she searched, couldn't stand the smell of the factory any longer. After exploring for a while, the girl found what seemed to be a path out of the factory that she didn't hesitate to take.
"Damn, when I find Patricia I swear she's going to pay for this." The girl said between her coughs, looking around as if trying to find signs of any civilization, but the fog didn't help in the slightest.
"2B, tell me what you see."
"It's a girl."
"Another android?"
"Negative. She seems more human but my sensors keep failing, they don't help in telling me exactly what she is. I'll proceed to interact with her."
"Wait, 2B, I don't think she's good..."
Marie continued walking looking around until she then heard heeled footsteps.
"Who are you?" Slowly the girl turned to see another girl, only she had hair just as white as Skullgirl's, a black dress with a sword combat sword but the detail that confused Marie was a black band that covered her eyes.
"I think that's a question I should ask you." Marie said staring at the other girl.
"No. You're an unknown being, what are you doing here? For a human, it's surprising that you're still alive and able to breathe the toxic gases in this place." The white-haired girl said seriously looking at the Skullgirl.
"I could say the same about you." Marie said seriously looking at the girl.
"I'm not human." The white-haired girl answered with the same seriousness and with her hand almost at the edge of her sword.
"What a coincidence, me neither." The Skullgirl's eyes flashed with fire.
The two girls looked at each other as if at any moment a fight was about to start between the two, but suddenly the ground shook and when they turned they saw two giant industrial metal locks approaching them.
"Is it your work?" The white-haired girl asked seriously looking at the circular locks.
"No." That was all Marie said before unsheathing her scythe and gripping it seriously.
Anyone in the mountains of Russia, feeling the tremors and the ice of the mountains collapsing, would have believed that it was some kind of war confrontation or the end of the world. But all this was because Clark and Kal did not stop fighting, no matter how hard the Kryptonian man tried to reason with his other self, the Soviet superman was determined to defend his country no matter the cost.
"Enough, this is unnecessary!" Clark shouted before attacking with a strong blow to the stomach of his other self, but then he would be thrown by Kal before being hit by the Soviet man until he crashed into a mountain.
"Get out of my city!" Clark regained consciousness and quickly stopped Kal's attack where both began a fight of strength where the Kryptonian man could feel the exhaustion of the Soviet man.
"I must stop this before it gets out of control." Clark thought with difficulty until something came to his mind.
"Wait, if you keep fighting me, what will Lois think!?"
That question echoed in the mind of the Soviet Superman who was shocked to hear such words.
"How do you know Miss Lois?" Kal asked surprised looking at Clark.
"Because where I come from, she and I are engaged." The Kryptonian man took out a photo where he and Lois from my dimension appeared in a beautiful wedding.
"That's not the Lois I know." Clark bit his lip thinking he screwed up.
"But it's identical." He saw the Soviet Superman take out a photo from his wallet where there was a Lois in Russian clothes.
"Who are you, Clark Zor-el?" Kal asked staring at his other self.
"I come from a very far away place, I'm looking for this young lady." Clark said before showing a photo of Peacock, the Soviet Superman took the photo and stared at it.
"All for a girl?" Kal stared at the man of steel in disbelief before sighing.
"I'm so sorry, Comrade. I had no idea what."
"You're just trying to protect your nation, and that's fine. You don't have to apologize." Clark said, taking his other self by the shoulder as he nodded silently before handing the photo back.
"I'm sorry, American comrade, but I didn't see this young lady anywhere. I'm sorry." Kal said looking into the Kryptonian man's eyes making him nod.
"It's okay, don't worry." Clark said with a smile looking at his other self.
"If you want, we can all help, just tell us what to do and consider it done. Russia is willing to help you." The Soviet superman said looking in a friendly way at the man of steel who smiled back.
"Keep protecting your nation, brother." With those words, Clark pulled on his rope and disappeared from Kal's sight who looked at the sky with a smile.
"Yes. Clark Zor-El."
Everyone saw Clark come out of the portal just like Reinhardt, but they were scared to see the German man covered in blood.
"Reinhardt, what happened to you!?" Ana screamed disturbed before running into the arms of the other man who hugged her.
"I'm fine, Ana. Don't be scared, this blood isn't mine." The man said as he tried to relax the other woman.
"Did you find Peacock?" Jack asked seriously looking at the two men who shook their heads.
"Where I went, it was a parallel dimension where there is another man like me called Kal-L, a superman from the Soviet Union. I was fighting him until I was able to stop him and clear things up, but even so, he told me that he didn't see Peacock." Clark said looking at everyone while Reinhardt stood up.
"Where I went, it was a twisted and violent world. The creatures that are there have no equal, it is a world of chaos and death." The German man said seriously looking at everyone leaving them disturbed except Duncan.
"Man, that sounds fun to me." The punk boy said with a smile only to be hit in the head by Courtney.
"We must not waste time, we must look for Peacock, we cannot get distracted." Jack said seriously looking at everyone.
"Look for me why?" Everyone slowly turned around to freeze at the sight of Peacock covered in snow.
"What's wrong with you? I went to the lunar base to look for my hat and when I came back instead of being in the dining room, I found you here. What's wrong?" Patricia asked confused while everyone was still stunned until Numbuh 5 was the one who reacted.
"What's wrong? What's wrong!? I'll show you what's wrong!?" The girl tried to attack Peacock but was quickly stopped by her friends.
"Wow, what happened to you!?" Peacock asked surprised looking at everyone.
"I'll tell you what's wrong!" Now it was Clawdeen's turn to be stopped by Lagoona and Cleo.
"While you were on the moon, we all thought something had happened to you and that you got lost in a dimension. Benja, Kara, Marie, Reyes, Clark and Reinhardt have been looking for you!" The werewolf girl shouted angrily looking at Patricia.
"Explain to yourself right now why you created so many portals!?" Fanny shouted seriously looking at the room full of portals making Peacock laugh shyly.
"Well. I was really curious to see how many portals I could open, and umm hehe, I forgot." Peacock smiled nervously while everyone was watching everything annoyed.
"Get Kara, Marie and Benja back here so we can have dinner." Reyes said annoyed looking at those holding the ropes.
"Young lady, when this is over, you will be seriously punished." Big Band said seriously making the girl sigh.
Marie and the white-haired girl were fighting against the machines that tried to cut them, but the two girls did not let each other down. While one was fast and agile, the other used magic and skeletons as shields.
"You're not doing too bad." The white-haired girl said as she somersaulted to avoid a saw.
"I say the same." Marie replied before summoning bones that stopped one of the saws.
"2-B, who are you talking to?"
"No one."
Marie looked at the white-haired girl in confusion before seeing how the saws began to slowly move back, then the two girls saw how slowly that abandoned factory was changing, revealing an immense and gigantic robot of colossal size.
"Fucking hell." Marie gripped her scythe tightly as the girl gripped her sword.
"Never better said." The girl said as the two looked at the robot.
The Skullgirl was ready to fight but then she felt the rope pull on her hip which made her tense.
"What?." The Skullgirl was suddenly pulled, disappearing from the spot which surprised the other girl.
"Hey, where did you go!?" The white haired girl shouted looking around but didn't see Marie anywhere.
"2B, I lost the signal that I was with you. Is everything okay?" That girl turned to see the huge robot that was in front of her.
"We'll worry about her later." She spoke seriously as she clenched her sword ready to fight.
Reyes was already losing patience. The man had been exploring the surroundings of what he quickly identified as a castle, but no matter where he went, he never found Peacock. The library, the throne room, and even in rooms where there were scrolls and books everywhere, this of course made Reyes impatient.
"Damn you, Patricia. Where the hell have you been!?" The man broke a vase angrily until he saw lights coming out of a room.
"There you are."
Immediately the man forced his way into the room, but what he had in front of him was not Peacock, but something or someone else, which surprised him greatly.
In front of him, there was something he never thought he would see in his life. A white-furred pony with hair of multiple pastel colors in pink, blue, green and swamp green, on its forehead there was a huge horn and on the side of it, wings. The pony was holding a cake with her horn when she suddenly dropped the cake, staring at Reyes.
"Where is Peacock?" The man asked seriously but the woman did not answer and her face was turning red.
"Answer me!" Suddenly he felt the rope being pulled before disappearing from the room, something that made the woman desperate.
"Wait, please don't go. Stay with me, beautiful cold-eyed colt!" The woman shouted running to the door before collapsing in tears.
"Princess Celestia, what happened?" Hurried footsteps echoed in the place and some guards approached where the woman was.
"I've been robbed!" Celestia shouted with tears which disturbed and angered the guards.
"What did they steal from you, your highness!?" A guard asked seriously looking at the pony.
"My heart!" The guards did not know what to say to that since they never believed that something like that would happen, they slowly retreated, not because they were being rude, but because they did not know how to deal with this situation.
Slowly Reyes, Marie and Kara were taken out but everyone saw that the Krypton girl had burnt clothes and bruises on her body.
"Kara, what happened to you?" Karen asked worriedly, in response, the Krypton girl spat glitter which left everyone confused.
"I hate Sailor Moon." The blonde haired girl said annoyed but then she saw Monaca approaching happily.
"Did you meet Sailor Moon!?" The girl asked happily while Kara stood up annoyed.
"Meet her? She's stronger than I thought, including the other bitches that are with her. Ugh, now I understand why Benja prefers her over me." The Krypton girl said between annoyance, sadness and jealousy.
"What? Sis, Benja is not interested in Sailor Moon." Everyone turned to see Nefera.
"It turns out that a few days ago, Benja was writing late in his virtual diary and when I checked it said that he wanted to meet her, but with the goal of fighting hand to hand against some enemy." The Nile girl brought the diary to Kara who immediately took it.
"Dear diary, Monaca asked me to watch Sailor Moon with her again, and once again I can't stop thinking about how much I would like to meet the Sailor Squad, I know it sounds crazy but I would love to be able to fight with them by her side against evil. God, it must sound stupid to write this since it's a TV anime, but I can't help it. I think Monaca already shared her love for the show with me, I can't even stop thinking about costume designs inspired by them and I even made a drawing where we appear fighting. I think it would be better to go to sleep, it's already very late. I just hope none of the girls find out or I'll have to explain to them that it's a misunderstanding."
"Oh." Was all Kara could say looking at the drawing of Sailor Moon and me fighting criminals.
"So, instead of looking for Peacock, you entertained yourself by fighting with our idol boyfriend." Zatanna said with some annoyance looking at the Kryptonian girl who laughed embarrassed.
"And it turns out she was here all this time." Lilith said annoyed looking at Patricia who whistled shyly.
"Umm, guys." Everyone turned to see Mauga.
"We have a problem with Benja's rope." The man said with difficulty pulling my rope which scared everyone.
I know I should look for Peacock, that that is my main objective, but it was impossible since my curiosity forced me to see the endless worlds that were in front of me, internally I asked myself, if Sigma had seen this when he manipulated the black holes for the first time.
"It's incredible." I said amazed until I saw something that caught my attention, it was another portal but unlike the others, it was a dark color like the eternal night.
"What?." I slowly flew closer to the portal, staring at it but then I stepped back in shock when the portal growled at me.
"Invader!"
I covered my ears when 4 voices shouted angrily. Suddenly I saw hands come out of the portal which scared me, I quickly began to fly away from the place.
"You must be exterminated!" More portals appeared in equal measure making me maneuver to avoid them.
"Pull hard!" Rias shouted as everyone was pulling as hard as they could on the rope.
"We must get him out now!" Frankie shouted with difficulty but then everyone became disturbed when the portals began to close.
"No, No! Peacock do something!" Diana shouted scared looking at Patricia who was also surprised.
"Do what!?" The girl shouted looking at the portals being closed.
"Whatever!." Peacock quickly ran into the room, struggling to keep the portal I was in open.
I was dodging the portals as best as I could to avoid the hands as I flew faster to the portal I came from, however, I was very scared when I saw how it was closing, making me fly faster.
"Pull!" Zeoticus shouted seriously but then everyone panicked when the rope broke.
"Shit!" Hal shouted scared looking at the broken rope.
"Peacock, hold on!" Junko shouted as the girl was struggling to hold the portal that was slowly closing.
The more I flew, the more scared I was to see how the hands were already close to catching me, I decided to use all the capacity of my air magic to fly faster to the portal that was closing.
Peacock was making a titanic effort, everyone was encouraging her not to give up but then slowly her robotic arms were breaking which scared them a lot.
My heart was beating hard as I slowly got closer to the portal, I stretched out my hand in a desperate attempt to cross it quickly.
A heartbreaking scream filled the room as Peacock felt her arms break more, unable to bear it any longer, Bloodgood pulled Peacock out causing the portal to close.
"No!" They all screamed in horror before going to help the girl.
Everything was in slow motion, I saw how the portal closed before my eyes and now in front of me there was another portal. I looked for a moment at the hands that were about to reach me, and with no other option. I entered the other portal before the hands could reach me.
The firm, metallic footsteps of a Space Marine upon a devastated and shattered street of a small town until he saw something that baffled him. A piano, how was that possible? The soldier had never seen a piano in his life and as far as he knew, the land was devastated for something as delicate as a piano to be intact.
The Space Marine looked around silently, only to see that he was completely alone. Hesitating, he walked over to the piano and delicately extended a finger, touching a key. The note echoed in that dilapidated place where he looked around hoping that no one, especially a superior, was around. The man pulled his hand away and touched another key and the note rang out, he looked around, unsure of what he was about to do, for if he was found out, he would be severely reprimanded.
He slowly put his weapon aside and moved a hard piece of concrete that he would use as a chair where the man sat staring at the keys in silence with slightly shaking hands.
The space marine began to slowly play the keys out of simple curiosity until he suddenly heard something moving in the rubble, turning around, he saw an Ork. Instinctively the man went to grab his service weapon but the monster dropped his hands.
"I don't want to fight. I want to, listen to, whatever it is you're doing." The Ork said calmly before slowly dropping his weapon as well and raising his hands. The space marine could have used this opportunity to shoot, but he slowly dropped the weapon before focusing his attention on the piano.
"Thank you." The Ork spoke as he slowly sat down at a safe distance between the two.
Slowly the marine reached for his helmet and removed it before placing it on the piano in silence, the man stared at the keys and then began to play.
Sabaton - Christmas Truce
The man continued to play the piano, this time with a little more freedom. As he played, all around him was rubble and corpses on the ground, decomposing, both human and other species. And in the Outlands, endless battles were taking place, horrible massacres impossible to narrate.
Silence
The space marine began to sing out of nowhere, not because his mind told him to do so. It was something in his heart, all of this was seen by the Ork who was surprised.
Oh, I remember the silence
On a cold winter day
The ork closed his eyes, listening to the space marine's voice before exhaling the air from his lungs into the cold night.
After many months on the battlefield
And we were used to the violence
A group of Space Marines were walking through the area when they saw one of their own singing and playing the piano, one of them saw the ork and tried to shoot only to be stopped and pointed out that the monster did not have his weapon and instead, was listening to the song.
Then all the cannons went silent
And the snow fell
Voices sang to me from no man's land
The marines heard footsteps ahead and looked to see a group of Orks. When the Orks saw the humans they became annoyed, but then one of them pointed to one of them who was unarmed, listening to music. Slowly they lowered their weapons, while their ears were treated to something they never thought they would hear: Music.

Everyone turned around and saw that in a rundown bar was not only me, but also the rest of my team but with different clothes. Kara had a Sailor Moon outfit with a matching blue guitar in her hand, Marie had the same outfit as the white-haired girl she fought shoulder to shoulder with while playing the piano, Reinhardt played the bass in an outfit similar to that of a Space Marine, Reyes was growling annoyed in a black pony outfit while playing the drums and I had a soldier outfit while singing.

The space marines approached where the orks were, just as surprised as the monsters as they listened to us singing.

A Space Marine saw an Ork reaching out his hand with nervousness and fear, the man under the helmet could understand that behavior and with the same fear and shyness they shook hands in a handshake that they thought would never happen. This inspired the others to do the same with a little more confidence.

Suddenly something caught the noses of the orcs and the respirators of the Space Marines. When they looked ahead they saw a huge table where there was a huge banquet with Christmas hats waiting for them and there was my entire family along with other guests that the others brought. Something that shocked them a lot since they did not expect to see such a thing.

The first to advance were the Marine and the Orc who started it all, his companions tried to stop them but slowly they got closer. My family smiled before making room, before giving them each a Christmas hat, the Orc took a hat and his eyes filled with tears and nervously took off his helmet from his head to put that tiny hat on his head while the Marine next to him did the same almost going through the same thing.
"Orc feel something in his heart, and it's, nice." The Orc said with tears while the soldier next to him nodded and took him by the shoulders.
"Me too, brother, me too." The soldier said with a small smile looking at the monster who broke into tears and hugged the Space Marine.

Slowly the space marines and orcs approached, shocked by this unexpected event, but the moment they sat down they felt a warmth cover their hearts, a feeling of peace and tranquility that they never thought they would find or even feel in a constant rain of blood, but there it was, and it felt glorious.

Elsewhere, a fierce and violent battle was taking place between soldiers and beasts. Limbs flew along with blood as the sound of bullets filled the dead fields.

A soldier was knocked down and was about to be killed by his rival but then something caught the attention of the two of them that stopped them dead in their tracks. A snowflake.

Slowly the shots stopped as more and more snowflakes slowly fell from the sky, powerfully drawing the attention of everyone who now had their attention up.

A chill filled the battlefield and slowly the snowflakes fell in increasing numbers, surprising everyone and causing them to lower their weapons. One soldier extended his bare hand, marveling at a snowflake that landed in his hand.

Everyone looked at the action of that soldier and timidly extended their hands, contemplating the falling snow.

The Orcs and Space Marines enjoyed the feast as more people joined the party, people that Kara, Clark, Reyes, and Marie instantly recognized.

On every battlefield, where previously blood, suffering and death reigned, was now being filled with snow that brought a sensation not only cold, but also pleasant and peaceful to every creature or human being in those places.

Some soldiers dared to lie down in the snow, causing laughter as they moved their arms and legs, not realizing they were making angels.

A soldier made a snowball in his hands and looked in front of him at another who had been his enemy moments ago. He threw the snowball which made him angry, the soldier was scared to see this because he did not have his weapon but then he was surprised when he was hit by another snowball.

Everyone turned around when they heard laughter, something that surprised them a lot and when they turned around they saw how both soldiers were throwing snowballs at each other, that caused everyone to slowly start doing the same too.

At the table, there was a beautiful Christmas atmosphere. The soldiers listened attentively to Jack's stories as Overwatch commander while the orcs were having a competition of strength against Mauga with laughter.

Some soldiers chatted amicably with other orcs, even showing scars on their suits and bodies, telling stories of ancient battles.

Peace. A flower that had never been born in a world of blood, had finally blossomed into the world. Many soldiers, creatures, unique beings shared a moment that they never thought they would ever share. Sharing drinks, smoking with each other, having friendly chats, only, they felt that something was missing, and that something, was food.

Suddenly, on every battlefield, everyone saw something unique begin to appear in front of them. A beautiful table finely decorated with bottles of wine, sweets of all kinds and food in large quantities. That sight was more than enough to bring tears to the eyes of those men who had spent weeks without tasting a bite of food.

I looked at Gigi and Wisp who did everything and blew them a kiss, something that made the two girls laugh with a huge blush before returning the gesture.

The soldiers slowly moved towards the tables with food and slowly sat down in surprise seeing the Christmas hats on the tables which they slowly used to change their battle helmets.

We walk among our friends
Suddenly a soldier felt something with his boot and slowly took out a Christmas present from under the table, leaving him speechless. Everyone slowly imitated that action and were moved to see gifts for them.
We don't think about tomorrow
The battle will commence
The gifts contained what their hearts desired most. Toys, balls, sweaters, home-cooked meals, and even photos of old comrades they once lost. These gifts were enough to bring many to tears and make them feel like those children whose childhoods were snatched away along with all human emotion.
When we celebrated Christmas
We thought about our friends
The soldiers then saw the numerous bodies and slowly stood up with firm and pained looks. There was something else to do before celebrating peace once and for all...
Those who never made it home
When the battle had commenced
The first rays of the sun peeked over the hills and battlefields. In front of each soldier and child were graves where they had buried their former friends. One by one, they removed their helmets before giving a final salute, allowing the tears that were never shed to finally flow from those men, who were now children who had finally regained what they had lost before. Their happiness.
What can I say to everyone? Words are too few to express the love and affection I have for each person gathered here beside me and in front of me. As everyone was slowly eating, I turned to see you, my dear reader. That reader who was there watching me cry, love, fight and explore my adventures. I only have one question for you, my loyal friend.

I asked with a smile before slowly gathering everyone for dinner as we laughed and chatted amongst ourselves.
