This is a chapter Idea I had for a while so enjoy.

Book 1: Air.
Chapter 1: The Avatar meets a Soul Reaper.
Ichigo stared down at tsukishima with his sword was ready to send out a attack towards tsukishima.
After turning orihime and chad against him and some of his friends and his wo sisters by using book of the ends ability to alter past memories he had fled with ginjo, he then combine his Soul Reaper and Fullbringer powers which created a form that he named Moon Slayer, both ichigo and tsukishima went back to fighting which let to him and tsukishima were now outside as tsukishima landed on the roof of a random house.
Ichigo: Getsuga TENSHO! *He shouts as he sends a Getsuga Temsho towards Tsukishima*.
As the attack was coming towards tsukishima, he lifted his sword stopping the attack from hitting him as he then deflected the attack away where it was far away from him Landing near some trees making it explosion, as tsukishima looks up at Ichigo.
Tsukishima: 'So, he combined the power of Soul Reaper and Fullbring. Despair can help him accomplish the increase power'. *Thought Tsukishima*.
Tsukishima: I think this should be finished.
Did a quick motion, ichigo lodged himself towards tsukishima prepared to swing his sword at him, however right as he swings his sword orihime and chad got in the way with chad blocking Ichigo's attack.
Ichigo: Please stop. *He asked in a pleading tone*.
Chad: You should stop ichigo.
Ichigo: I don't even plan to fight you two.
At this he glared at tsukishima.
Ichigo: TSUKISHIMA YOU BASTARD, STOP HIDING BEHIND MY FRIENDS! *He demanded*.
Tsukishima then flys into the air as ichigo followed him into the air, however before ichigo could try to attack, he disappeared and reappeared behind the orange hair boy.
Tsukishima: To slow Kurosaki.
Right as ichigo turns his head, he sees tsukishima's book of the end coming towards him to stab him, however the sword wouldn't reach him.
STAB!
To Ichigo's shock, ginjo had got in the way of tsukishima's sword thrust making him getting stabbed instead, then ginjo starts to fall down to the ground as ichigo flew towards him hoping to stop him hitting the ground.
Ichigo: GINJO!
How before he could reach him, a strange portal opens underneath ginjo which sucked him in.
Ichigo W..what the hell!
Ichigo tried to stop himself but it was to late, he got sucked in as well.
The moment the Soul Reaper/Fullbringer got sucked in the portal, the stronge portal then created a vacuum that started sucking anything into the portal. Tsukishima who was cut off guard by the portal that just appeared and that sucked both ginjo and Kurosaki in, wasn't prepared for the strong vacuum that was sucking everything into the portal, and caught him, which led to him also getting sucked into the portal.
Chad and Orihime saw this and also was getting drawn in to the portal as they tried their hardest to keep themselves from getting sucked in, however Chad had lost his grip on the roof, he also got sucked into the portal as well.
Orihime: NO CHAD!
Soon orihime lost her grip to and was getting sucked in.
As Uryu had made it to where he sensed ichigo's spiritual energy, to his shock, he saw orihime getting sucked into the portal.
Uryu: ORIHIME!
As fast as he can move he tried to grab her hand but it was too late, she had gone sucked into the portal, and before he could try to move out of the way so that he wouldn't get sucked into the portal he lost his balance and got sucked into the portal as well.
Once uryu got sucked into the strange portal it had closed and disappeared.
(In another world).
Near what looks like a Village in a winter like surroundings within the sky the same strange portal opens up and out of it comes ichigo.
As ichigo comes out of the portal, he crashes into the snowy ground causing a dust cloud of snow to appear, and as but this cloud of snow dissipates it shows the orange haired boy in a crater he created by him when he landed hard on the ground.
As ichigo was about to pass out, he only of one thing.
Ichigo: W..where, am I...and, why, am I so...cold? *He asked to no one as he passed out and he was no longer in his Moon Slayer form*.
(A few minutes later).
Ichigo was laying on a bed as he wakes up rubbing his head.
Ichigo: Oh man, what happened?
????: Ah its good to see you awake.
Ichigo turns his head to see a old woman looking at him with a warm smile.
Old woman: How are you feeling dear?
Ichigo: I'm fine, I guess.
Old woman: That's good to hear.
Ichigo: Say granny, where am I?
Old woman: Oh you are in the South water tribe, we found you unconcious near are village, but we managed to take care of you while you were unconcious, and my name is Katara and may I ask for your name?
Ichigo: Ichigo Kurosaki.
Katara: Ichigo Kurosaki? Where have I heard that name from? Oh well, it's nice to meet you.
Before he could ask her anything else, someone else came in, it was a younger woman who looked a bit older then him.
Waman: Hay katara how is he? *She said, but then she looked at ichigo and saw that he is awake*.
Ichigo: And who are you?
Woman: My name is Korra, and you?
Ichigo: I'm Ichigo Kurosaki.
Korra: It's nice to meet you, so uh, if you don't mind me asking, how did you end up in the South water tribe?
This made the orange haired boy raise a eyebrow in confusion.
Ichigo: South water tribe, what is that, is that a place in Soul Society?
Now it was the 2 water tribe woman's turn to raise a eyebrow in confusion.
Korra: Soul Society, what's that, never heard of it, what about you Katara?
Katara: I'm afraid I haven't.
This made ichigo more confused.
Ichigo: W..wait, this isn't Soul Society?
Katara: Sorry dear but it's not.
Ichigo: Then where the hell am I?
Korra: Your at the South water tribe which is in water nation.
Ichigo: 'What the hell are they talking about?' *He questioned in thought*.
