My Hero Academia: The Wild Card Hero

18. Roadmap 2025

Hey, ya'll, Blizzard here.

Hope everyone has a swell winter holiday. I've taken the time to recharge after a tough semester and I will get back to writing more chapters to wrap up the first season of Wild Car Hero. The season will end after the final exams but there is still a lot in between the last chapter and then. So stay tuned.

Also, I would like to point out that Kazuhiro still has 10 Kamen Riders to transform on the scene. These include: Faiz, Kiva, Double, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, Zi-O, Saber, Revice, and Geats. Again, Gotchard is currently ongoing and the main rule for how Decade's power grows is when a Kamen Rider ends his journey, it is added to Decade's powers.

Expect the continuation of this story sometime towards the end of the month. I am currently re-writing some chapters in small ways—grammar fixing and adding some story details that should've been there. You'll know if the chapter is changed if the chapter number is between two parentheses. Like this (#). I do want to heavily rewrite the last two chapters.

Mainly because I did find them unsatisfying to a certain degree. The events of said chapters will happen but the order and such will change. So look out for that. I will put a reminder in chapter 18 that these changes did happen and to read them beforehand. There will be a gap between the uploaded rewritten chapters and 18. So now is a chance to re-read these changes and check regularly for any new updated chapters. There will be a BTS chapter uploaded before 18 is posted and after all of the revisions are done. In the BTS chapter, I will post any significant revisions so if you really don't want to re-read these revisited chapters, they'll let you know what you missed.

I know this will upset some people but the fanfiction is more so for my satisfaction so just bare with it if you can. Expect the continuation to happen sometime in late January

I would also like to talk about other stories I would like to write, mainly a crossover between Kuuga and Legend of Korra. In terms of "seasons", I do hope that this will end up being as long as Korra, so maybe four with 15-25 chapters in each. Maybe one more season to add just to wrap up the Kuuga side of things. I need to properly outline this before writing it. So expect that sometime in 2025, hopefully in the middle of summer.

There is also one I have in mind for Kamen Rider Gavv, and it's a crossover with Rosario + Vampire. I've watched the show a long time ago when it was on Netflix and only now I started reading the manga. The unfortunate part of being a fanfic writer is that gears will turn when you casually read/watch something and the itch to write about it persists. Gavv is becoming one of my top seasons so I've wanted to write a story about it. For now, I'll try to wrap up reading Rosario + Vampire and wait until Gavv enters its final stretch.

Anyway, once season 1 wraps up, don't expect something for a much longer period. I want to have Wild Card Hero season 2 and Kuuga x Korra out by summer, with the former being released by June and the latter released by July. In order to do that, I will have to go back and forth between them but I do have a solid outline so it's not like ideas will get lost or mixed up. The idea is that I work on one batch of chapters that act as a mini-arc before switching stories. Well, we'll see where this goes. Worse case, I will push them back a month.
