lisa wakes up in the angel trap from saw 3 'hello lisa i want to play a game!' billy the puppet said 'when this message ends you will have 60 seconds to get the key to your trap out of this sulfuric acid before your trap tears your ribs apart. good luck.' she escapes with 10 seconds to spare with her only injury being a burn mark on her hand from the acid. when she enters the next room, she sees sophie trapped in the shotgun collar from saw 3 which will kill her if her heartbeat is too fast. 'sophie breathe remember to keep your heart rate down.' lisa urges. eventually lisa unlocks her. the last trap is bart who is in the rack from saw 3, sophie rushes to get the key but the shotgun the key triggers is fired hitting lisa in the head. 'sorry!' sophie apologises. sophie and bart escape and hold a proper funeral for lisa. 20 years later they have a daughter they named after lisa.
