Meanwhile, Yami Yugi, Anzu, Honda, Bad Rap, Haxx, Spittor, Stegz, T-Bone, Littlefoot, Cera, Chomper, Ducky, Ali, Rhett, Ruby, Hyp, Mutt, Nod, Pterano, Petrie, Rinkus, Sierra, Sonic, Sonia, Manic, Doctor Robotnik, Sleet and Dingo are walking until they see the Seal falling from the sky. "You cannot run anymore." Mai Kujaku told Joey Wheeler. "I am all focused now." Joey Wheeler replied. Mai Kujaku summons another Cyber Harpie and two Cyber Harpies gain 500 Attack Points due to The Seal's effect. Mai Kujaku uses Cyber Harpie to attack Cyber-Tech Alligator.

Mai then activates her face-down Nightmare Tri-Mirror to select "Cyber Harpie" and Special Summon four "Copy Tokens" as Joey Special Summoned four monsters that have the same stats and effects as "Cyber Harpie" to her side of the Field in Attack Position. Mai Kujaku uses her second "Cyber Harpie" to attack & destroy one of Joey's Sheep Tokens. "Mai, I have to find a way to bring you back!" Joey Wheeler said.

Even more Orichalocs Soldiers appeared and one of them grabs Mokuba Kaiba. "Mokuba!" Seto Kaiba called out. "Come out, Critias!" Critias attacks the Orichalocs Soldiers. "My turn! Draw!" Joey Wheeler said. "I summon Swordsman of Landstar in Defense Mode! I set 2 cards and end my turn!" Joey Wheeler's vision continues to blur. He remembers the blow from Valon that sent him flying.
"My turn! Draw!" Mai Kujaku said. "Go, Harpie! Attack Swordsman of Landstar!" Joey Wheeler activates his trap, Double Magical Arm Bind, which allows him to sacrifice two of his Scapegoats to take control of two of her Cyber Harpies. But she says she still has two Harpies left, and orders them to attack. Then Joey Wheeler activates his second trap card, Vow of Tribe. Mai Kujaku ends her turn. At the castle, Dartz is watching the match. "My turn! Draw!" Joey Wheeler said. "I sacrifice my 3 monsters to summon Gilford the Lightning! Then, I use my monster's effect to destroy all monsters on my opponents side of the field! Gilford the Lightning, attack Mai directly!"

Mai Kujaku draws and activates Card of Sancitiy to make her and Joey Wheeler draw until both have six cards in their hand (Mai draws three cards, while Joey draws four cards). Mai Kujaku then activates Monster Reborn to Special Summon "Cyber Harpie" (1800 → 2300/1300) from her Graveyard in Attack Position. Mai Kujaku activates Elegant Egotist to transform Cyber Harpie into the Harpie Lady Sisters in Attack Position. Mai then activates Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation to destroy Joey's Gilford the Lightning and last remaining Sheep Token and inflict damage to Joey equal to the total ATK of his destroyed monsters.

Joey Wheeler draws and activates The Warrior Returning Alive to return Blue Flame Swordsman from his graveyard to his hand. Joey then Normal Summons Blue Flame Swordsman in Attack Position. He then activates Dark Dragon Ritual to Tribute Gearfried the Iron Knight from his Hand and Ritual Summon Knight of Dark Dragon in Attack Position. Joey Wheeler then activates the effect of Knight of Dark Dragon to Tribute the latter and Special Summon Red Eyes Black Dragon from his Deck in Attack Position. Joey Wheeler then activates The Claw of Hermos to fuse it with Red-Eyes Black Dragon and form Red Eyes Black Dragon Sword Joey then equips Blue Flame Swordsman with Red Eyes Black Dragon Sword, which increases the ATK of Blue Flame Swordsman by 1000. Blue Flame Swordsman attacks and destroys Mai's first Harpie Lady Sister.

Mai Kujaku draws and activates Harpie's Feather Duster to destroy all of Joey's Spell and Trap Cards. Mai then activates Spell Reproduction to discard two Magic Cards and add Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation from her graveyard to her hand. Mai Kujaku then activates Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation to destroy all monsters Joey controls and inflict their total attack to Joey as damage, but Joey Wheeler activates the first effect of Blue Flame Swordsman to transfer all of its attack to one of Mai's Harpie Lady Sisters before it's destroyed. Blue Flame Swordsman is destroyed and since Blue Flame Swordsman was destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Joey activates its second effect to Special Summon the original Flame Swordsman from his Graveyard in Attack Position. Since Mai Kujaku activated Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation, none of her Harpies can attack this turn, so she ends her turn

Mai Kujaku is hesitating, if she attacks him now, he will be gone. She remembers the moments with Joey Wheeler. "You win this duel." Joey Wheeler said, then falls to his knees. Mai Kujaku rushes to Joey Wheeler. "Joey Wheeler!" Mai Kujaku told Joey Wheeler. "Your duel with Valon wore you out!" "Sorry, I could not see your face anymore." Joey Wheeler replied. "I could not do anything to you. This duel was fun." Joey Wheeler then takes the Seal out of Mai's neck. "Joey Wheeler! No!" Mai Kujaku cried out. "So it finally happened." Dartz said. "Mai won, but..."

"What is it saying?" Spittor told Hyp. "I think it is 'Joey Wheeler, why you lost?'." Hyp replied. Meanwhile, Critias also roars in agony. "Critias is crying." Seto Kaiba said.
"Joey Wheeler!" Mai Kujaku cried. "Dartz! I will make sure that you pay for this!" Mai Kujaku takes the Hermos card and goes on her motorcycle towards Paradius Headquaters. Mai Kujaku parks her bike at Paradias Headquarters and enters the building, going up the elevator to the top floor, where she goes out into the hallway. Mai Kujaku sees a shadowy form at the end of the hall. "You are." Mai Kujaku said.
Meanwhile, Yami Yugi and the others have finally arrived at the duel and find Valon and Joey Wheeler lying senseless. "Joey Wheeler!" Yami Yugi cried out.
