Bonus chapter1 part2 A Ticket we must get.
"When the celestial sun arose in the morning sky Apple Jack,Pinkie Rainbow,Rarity,awoke and began their morning routine. As they did they also began plan to charm their Princely friend Dusk to give one of them a ticket to the Galloping Gala,though neither one of them knew that That the other knew of the ticket situation. In Fluttershy's cottage and after doing her morning routine and feeding her animals she started her way towards Ponyville café with still no knowledge of what the other girls had. In the library Dusk had awoken began his usual morning ritual before leaving he was reading the book that he reading the night before and was getting interesting until his assistant told him it was time for him to go. Dusk sighed because he really didn't want to go but he already told the girls and made a promise to Pinkie he would go. Walking out the door Dusk realized he could just order his food to go. After all Pinkie made him promise to show up but there wasn't any part of that promise, that he had to stay with her and the other girls. Alone Spike was happy to have the morning to himself as read his comics. While walking to the café Dusk couldn't shake off the feeling he was having in his gut. It told him this meet up with his female associates wasn't just a usual meet and greet,even though he planed to just to get his food and leave. Thinking about what happen last night when the girls met up with him it seemed more like they excluding Fluttershy wanted something from him. But what it was they wanted,was beyond him. Though he wondered if this was true. Of course they could just want to hang out with him,just like his sister in Canterlot who constantly bothered him to come out as he just wanted to read and study. At the Café Pinkie was the first to arrive,than came Apple Jack who both happily greeted each other. Not too long Rarity arrived and greeted both of them. Though happy to see her .female cohort Pinkie notice a small spray bottle attached to her waste. Before she could ask what it was .for,she along with the others heard the voice of Rainbow say to them. Hey I see you girls made it. Yeah. A.J. told her. We made it here before you,and you say your the fastest around . Retorted I had some stuff to deal with before coming here. Hey theres Fluttershy. Pinkie said as the girls looked in her Direction. Hi guys whats going on? Just watin for you Flutters. Apple Jack told her. Though happy to see her friend A.J. along with Rarity,Dash and Pinkie were hoping Dusk would appear soon as they all headed inside. Being seated Fluttershy notice that her friends were a bit silent and looked impatiently looked at the entrance of the café. Seeing this she asked how everyone was Rainbow was to first to answer as she told everyone about her new aerobatic stunts. Rarity told everyone about her fashion line was coming along just said things were slow on farm now that summer harvest was just about done. Pinkie said nothing was unusual at the bakery just her and Mr and Mrs Cake taking orders,but almost let it slip about the Grand Galloping Gala when she told the girls she hoped to go to a big party anyone could say anything,Dusk himself walked in looking around. Pinkie immediately saw him and said. Hey Dusky over waved as the other girls looked in his Direction, as he walked towards the table. Before sitting Dusk saw Fluttershy and said, hi to her as she replied. Oh uh.. Hi. Just at that time a waiter came and took everyones orders and when Dusk's turn to order he told he wanted his food to go. After hearing that Pinkie spoke to him in shocked voice as she said. To go? He was sure whatever the girls were about complain about would resolve,itself soon,as they were the Elements of Harmony. Not long after waiting the waiter came and gave Dusk his food to go. Here you are sir. The waiter. Said. As for you girls your food should be coming soon. With said to him. Excuse me but can you give me the total on all,of our orders. With that Fluttershy said. Your paying for all our food? Yes sense I know I'm by leaving abruptly so I'll pay for the food. Well mighty generous of you. Said Apple Jack. Yes thank you Dusk. Rarity told him. Pinkie while sadden by Dusk's leaving so soon,also thanked him while smiling. After paying for the food Dusk said his goodbye and left. After that Rarity, Pinkie,Rainbow,and A.J. looked at each other as they did before. With their squinting eyes. Before anyone of them could speak Fluttershy spoke up as she said. Alight enough! She told them. Whats going on? Fluttershy asked. With a surprise look Rainbow said. You don't know? Know what? Fluttershy asked. The party thats going on in Canterlot. What party? Fluttershy said. Well have you guys tried asking Dusk for a ticket to the gala? Fluttershy asked them. As they all said well… As they looked at each other. With that Apple Jack spoke and said to Fluttershy. Im guessing the four of us were planning to persuade Dusk,in own way to get our way of gettin a ticket to the Gala,but now he has left I guess coming here was almost for than their food came. As they ate Pinkie,Rarity,Rainbow A.J discuss about what they going to do at the Galla if they had their own ticket. Though silent through their conversation,Fluttershy wondered through own fantasy of the Gala. Unlike the she didn't care about being with the upper class people,instead she was more interested in the privately gated garden next to it. She Imagined herself being surrounded with all animals and plants life. However her fantasies came to an end when she heard Apple Jack say… Aright. She said to Rarity,Pinkie,and Rainbow. Time to discuss who really needs a ticket to the Gala. While the girls were discussing this Fluttershy already done with her food quietly made her way out of the restaurant. But I got go in there. Rainbow told the girls. Thanks to Nightmare Moon I miss my chance to impress them. The Grand Galloping Gala is my second opportunity to get their attention. Yeah but I got to get them upper class peoples to invest in my families farm if its going to get anywhere. argued A.J. And I can't let my younger sister go by herself,sure Spike will be there with her but I can't bare the thought of something dreadful happening to stuff it. An annoyed Rainbow said. Looking through her scope the leader of Equestria said. Alright Fluttershy Where are you going in such a rush? Knowing her friends would notice her absence Fluttershy flew as fast as she could to Dusk's place. Though she hated of what she just did,but they weren't too many opportunities to enter the Galla. As she approached Fluttershy tripped on the old uneven floor causing her to fall. Dusk oblivious of what was behind him,heard the unexpected loud first it was Spike but when he turned he was surprise tomsee that it was Fluttershy. behind him. Quickly getting up and helping her to feet Dusk ask Fluttershy if she was alright. Dusting herself off she responded saying she was fine and came in to thank him for his kindess at the resturant. Before Dusk could say anything Fluttershy tried to mesmerize him flaunting her hair hoping it would arouse Dusk to give her a ticket to the Gala. However when she took step a back to preform the old uneven floor cause her again to stumble this time on her ! Dusk yelled as she about to fall to floor again. Fluttershy grabbed Dusk arm but this only cause the both of them to fall on the floor together. After the fall Dusk quickly realized he was on top of Fluttershy as both of them exchange looks as their faces were close to each other as they both blushed. After getting up Fluttershy apologized but Dusk told her she was alright and there was no need to be sorry as told her. Yeah this floor is old not sure how long this library was unoccupied before I started living in it. Just as Dusk was explaining that Fluttershy saw Rarity through the window teleporting herself near the library. With that the animal care taker knew her time was up. Well.. She told the new Prince. Time to go take care of my anmals I'll see you later. As Fluttershy left leaving Dusk puzzled as he went to continued his book.
For a brief moment outside Fluttershy was disappointed that she failed to get her own ticket to the Gala. Sighing she began to walk hopping Rarity wouldn't notice her. Unfortunately a few steps steps away from the library Fluttershy found herself Face to face with her So ? She said to the animal care taker. In a snippy but firm voice. Her face twisted in anger. Did you get the ticket for the Gala? Before Fluttershy could respond they both heard the voice of Rainbow say as she flew towards them. There you she landed. looking at Rarity. Rainbow asked. Once catching up both girls waited to talk before they caught their breaths lookin at her associates A.J. said so asked. So whats the scoop? Looking Fluttershy The eldest daughter of Sweet Apple's asked. Did Dusk give you a ticket to the Gala? Again before Flittershy could answer. Pinkie said. I don't think so. Because my Pinkie sense didn't feel anything. Before anyone else could say anything Fluttershy finally told them. She right.I didn't get a finally said With this Rainbow smiled and said. Good lets meet back within an hour. Seeing the girls disperse Celestia wondered what the girls were up to though, she found it little entertaining of seeing Fluttshy fall than fall again pulling Dusk with her when she trying to seduce her former student. At that moment the ruler of Equestria heard a familiar male say…Excuse me Princess. Startled at first but the Sun Goddess quckly realzed who was talking to her. The male voice came from a male balding man,with grey back hair and a grey silver mustache. He wore a white dress shirt with a dark red coat and a grey cravat around his neck with brown pants and dress black shoe's. Oh Kibitz. She said. The Canterlots royal scheduling advisor. I trust that my sister is preforming well with the daytime duties. Yes she doing quite well. Kibitz told her in a old snobbish voice. I came here to check to see if everything is alright. He continued. The staff and even the gaurds said you've been looking through your magical telescope more than usual. With a nervous smile Celestia said. Oh yes I..Im just watching over my former Protégé to see if he's alright. With a suspicious and doubtful look the old advisor said well. I guess like Princess Luna he has a lot to learn, and with that Princess I'll see you later,amd report any incidents or progress with your sister. Thank you. The Sun Goddess said as he left. After that Celestia decided to check on a few things before looking through her telescope again.
During this time the girls readied themselves as to be the one to get the ticket to the Gala. Apple Jack baked several pies hopping to to get the Gala ticket by getting the new Prince to take a bite lf families baked goods. Dash practice her stunts hopping tomimpress with her flying her boutique Rarity sprayed her hair and face after she put on her best dress,hopping to get the ticket by her looks and charm,as Pinkie herself set her own plan in motion to get the Gala ticket. As for Fluttershy she was sadden her plan to her own ticket didn't work out as expected. As she walked the animal care giver of Ponyville suddenly got anther idea how she could persuade Dusk to,get a ticket to the Gala though, she was sadden to lose him but… She thought. Well… Fluttershy said to herself. Im sure Dusk would take great care of him. Plus he would be a great helper to him as well,and with that I'm sure he would be happy with him enough to give me a ticket. After thinking about it Fluttershy hurriedly ran to her forest hut.
After reading thoroughly in his book,Dusk yawned as he stretched his limbs. Even though he was enjoying book he couldn't help think about Fluttershy. Though she didn't show up last night like the other girls,but coming after eating breakfest. Made him think she wanted something. But what was..He didn't know. But she and the girls could ask for nearly anything, from him,as he looked at the clock. It was a quarter to noon With that he heard a knock at the door. Curious to know who it was he looked out the windows didn't see anyone,but as he went to the door turned the knob an unexpected trumpet was seen being played and blown into his face by an unknown figure. Hi. The cheery voice of Pinkie Pie. With a bemused stare the new Prince pf Equestria said and asked. Pinkie what are you doing? Oh living it up silly. To much to Dusk surprise She wore a very large wide brim hat on her head and what looked like a decorated poncho blanket over her normal clothes. As she annoyingly played her trumpet,she suddenly dropped it,and strapped behind her back a guitar was placed infront of her,as she began playing it. To Dusk surprise she could play very well on key. Pinkie… Dusk was about to say until both of them heard the country voice accent of Apple jack say…Howdy Dusk. With Pinkie stopped playing as she saw A.J pulling a small cart of what looked like some baked pies on it. The aroma of Apple Jacks backing made Dusk's stomach Growl, just like it once did when he and Spike first arrived at Sweet Apple Ranch. Holding a piece of one of the pies Apple Jack said. So you wonna try one of them? She asked holding one already in her hands. Seeing the competition A.J was bringing Pinkie said. Hey Dusky While you eat get a load of this. Noticing the girls were distracting Dusk Rainbow decided to do some low flying maneuvers around town. It was risky but… Meeting the Wonder Bolts worth was worth it. As she began flying through the streets and around buildings. This indeed got a lot of attention Even Dusk and the girls notice her as she flew by. A vigorous wind caused by Dash's flying to make the pie held by Apple Jack to slam into Rarity's face,and causing bits of it to fall onto her after getting the pie off her face Rarity notice this and wined. My dress its no not more drama. Dusk thought. Grand Galloping Galla here I thought as flew her way back to the Library. However still flying at great speed but from out of nowhere a hanging sign was seen. Dash unable to avoid it collided with the sign,which In enviably caused her to hit the ground. Fortunately she was close to where Dusk lived,so he along with the girls Rarity included came to check on her. Fluttershy who just arrived also saw the incident. Said Oh my. Looking at her owl friend she said. Sorry Owlowiscious looks something bad has happened to Rainbow. The small owl gave a few hoots as Fluttershy responded to him.I know but checking on Rainbow condition is top priority right now. With that the owl to understand as flew off and Fluttershy telling it to be carful as she went to check on Rainbow.
As Rainbow laid on the ground her first thoughts were… Where that sign come from? As she checked herself. She moved her legs and feet nothing broken. After a brief moment of unfolding her blue wings Fluttershy caught up and wondered what was happening. Well…Rainbow said. Besides my wings and body being a little score I'm alright just need to take easy for a while. Well thats good to near. Yeah… Dash replied than said. So much for seeing the Wonder Bolts at the Gala. Realizing what she just said. Rainbow covered her mouth. However Dusk heard what she said and Spoke. Gala? He said. Just than he heard his assistant behind him whom saying..Hey Big bro. Whats going on? why everyone out here? He asked,but Dusk looking at the faces of Pinkie, Rarity, Apple Jack Rainbow,and Fluttershy,whom he just notice. All of them had the same expression of shock When Dash said the one thing they were all competing for,and When Dusk said the word "Gala".Big bro? With that looked at him and everyone else and said. From afar using her magical telescope Celestia was enjoying the entertainment she especially liked the part where Rarity got pied in the face. Which made her laugh. Now as she continued to look she saw the cat was out of the bag and she saw Spike looking confused. Before Celestia could continue she heard her sisters voice saying. Enjoying yourself? Startled at first but the day time Princess collected herself,than she looked at her sister staring at her with an accusing look. Luna. Celestia said with a smile,hopping Luna wound't be too suspicious and asked. Done already with the day time duties? I have to say that was quicker then usual. Now even more suspicious but before she could say anything,both Princess heard a gagging sound,fellowed by loud cough over series of small coughs. Back in Ponyville As the girls entered the library Dusk told them to watch there step as he didn't want them trip over and fall as to what happen with Fluttershy. As everyone was inside Dusk began to say as he told them…So let me get the straight the only reason all you of you apart from you Fluttershy. He said to her. Invited me to Ponyville Cafe was to get me to give guy a ticket to the Galloping Gala? with that the four girls nodded their heads. With that Dusk put a hand to his chin and said and asked. Well how did you girls find out? I know Pinkie here learned it from Sweetie Bell,and i'm guessing you learned it from her, as well sense shes your sister. Umm yes. Rarity told him. Sense there friends with Sweetie Bell,Im guessing thats where they learned it from her. And over heard it when they were arguing about itd During breakfest after you left. Fluttershy told him. As the new Prince showed them what was in the envelope. Looking at it the girls were speechless. Five tickets to the Galloping Gala. Rarity said. I don't believe it. Well Celestia said it wouldn't be fair if you girls weren't invited as well. Dusk said. With that Fluttershy,Rainbow Apple Jack and Rarity,and Pinkie each grabbed their own ticket to the Gala. Again this whole situation could've been avoided if you girls just told me earlier or yesturday of what you wanted. Yeah I'm sorry Dusk. Apple Jack told him. As the rest of the girls gave their apologies. Say …Said Pinkie why don't we have anther get together say.. four o'clock at the Hey Buger. hearing that the girls seem okay with this. Looking at Dusk Pinkie said to him. What about you will come? Pleasee. As she stick ipher head in front of him. Just like with breakfest Dusk had little interest. But said. Fine. Alight! she cheered. Now let's Pinkie promise Not only will you come you will stay and eat with us. Sighing,but he replied Fine but.. all of you will be paying for your own meals this time. He said fermly. Out of the Library the girls were grateful they received. However before they went their separate told her compadres what she sees on her Ticket that Celestia sent them. On her ticket it said. To Dusk to special Girl however the word girl was slashed in the middle,on below it said. Associate. Looking at their own tickets it said the same. What is this implying?Asked Rainbow. I think the princess Set us up. Said Rarity. I have to agree. Said A.J. I think the Princess might have planed this from the start,and is teasing that we might have crush on Dusk. Hearing this Rainbow started snickering. Whats so funny? Rarity asked her. Look I get the joke the Princess was told her. But I don't have crush on Dusk . Sure he's a Prince and Im teaching him how to fly properly,but I don't have a crush on him. Do either of you have a crush on him. Rarity was the only one to speak up as she said. I do. She said. After a couple of hours had passed Dusk readied himself to meet with the girls when he heard an unexpected knock on the door. Thinking it was Pinkie Dusk prepared himself for her. He said to her. Walking inside she looked at him for a brief moment and said as she asked him. How is your day going? With that he replied it's going good. A little awkward with a situation with the girls. About that. Luna said in sad but collective tone. I believe my eldest sister had something to do with it. Huh? Dusk said confused. Yes its been a Millennia sense I was trapped on the moon,but I know my sister very well,and she is still pretty much the same person I knew back then,now that I've returned. So tell me.
