Shinichi P.O.V
After the heist I had to stay with Kaito at his place due to the suspect knowing where his home was and everything about him. I smiled watching him sleep and got a text from Ran. It was " Have you told him yet?" Ran knew that I had fallen hard for Kid and I had told her that Kaito was Kid and that the 2 Nakamouri's most likely knew. Ran was now dateing Aoko. "No. Nakamouri-Keibu wants me to be his bodygaurd and Kaito told me the suspect once murdered a bunch of students his dad was training. Apparently Kaito walked in on it. Got a fish phobia from it but he is still alive. The killer probably isn't happy about it and wants the job finished."
I frowned feeling a protective urge hit and sat close to him and watched the windows closely for Hiroku or any of his pals. "Well you should tell your magician soon. Seen him. Anyone would want to win his heart." sent a teaseing message. I sighed telling her good night.
-The Next Day-
Kaito P.O.V
Shinichi was to pretend to be a student in my school as well. At least until the danger was over. Only teachers and the principle knew. "Say saw you stareing at Kudo-kun the whole time. Plan to ask him out?" teased Aoko. She knew that I liked Shinichi even when he was shrunk. Yeah she knew all my secrets now. Suddenly a yellow red rose was put on my desk by Yuei, the popular boy in school and he was downright hot. However I adored Shinichi. The girls...and apparently guys...could have him. Too bad he kept leaving me flowers, chocolates and gifts on my desk.
"Hi Kai-baby. Thought about it yet. "he asked smileing. Thought about...oh yeah. He asked me out last time he pulled this crap off. "Sorry I am not interested." I answered. "Maybe one of the girls or guys who follow you around might be." I said smileing.
Shinichi P.O.V
I remembered Ran's text about someone soon takeing Kaito if I didn't and scowled at the exchange. "Green is a ugly color Kudo. You know the best option for this right?" asked Hakuba. "What? "
"Look...Yuei is a prick and anyone he dates he treats like shit. Honestly I think Kaito deserves better and Aoko and I have knowticed something...about you. You know all Kaito's secrets and refuse to say shit about them." said Hakuba. "They are Kaito's to tell." I said shrugging. " If you want to date Kaito go win him over. Oh Kudo-san, his favorite chocolate is chocolate ice cream...double scooped." added Hakuba.
