*Chapter 1*: chapter 1(SHIELD Helicarrier)
Gathered in a briefing room, a multitude of shield agents sat at a table with tablets in front of them. Standing at the head of the table stood 3 individuals.
An african american man with an eyepatch wearing a long black trench coat. This was Nick Fury, director of SHIELD.
On his right stood a tanned woman with short brunette hair wearing a skintight black SHIELD uniform hugging her D cup breasts, toned body, and heart shaped ass. This was Maria Hill.
To Fury's left was a long red haired bombshell of a woman wearing a black skintight catsuit zipped slightly down showing off her E cup breasts, curvy body, and big round ass. This was Natasha Romanoff otherwise known as The Black Widow
"Ok everyone is here let's start this meeting!" Maria yelled at the assembled agents
"Right. We are gathered here today to discuss a rising meta powered threat. Naruto Uzumaki" Fury said as a holographic projector in the table lit up with a picture of said meta
The young male had short spiky blonde hair blue eyes and had whisker marks on his cheeks
An agent held up his hand and fury nodded at him so he could speak
"I haven't heard of this Uzumaki sir" The agent said
"That's by design. We have been trying to keep his existence a secret." Fury said
the agent shook a little at this but composed himself quickly "Why sir?"
"Allow me to explain director. This meta human was taken by the weapon X program as a kid and was experimented on." Natasha started to explain
"So what power did they give him Ma'am?" The agent asked inquisitively
Natasha sighed at this "his original power was to adapt and survive to any situation. He could grow gills to breathe underwater or swim through lava with molten rock like skin." She explained
"But after they tried to combine Rouge's DNA with him his power mutated so that he can take anyone's power and use it for himself while also being able to give any power he's taken to anyone" Maria Hill informed
"So he's like a bank of Powers and he can just take them?" The agent questioned
"Well at first we thought he can only take from mutants but those fools at weapon x wanted him to be able to take any power and it looks like they succeeded. Not only did they fuse Rogue's dna but several other meta powered individuals including Wolverine." Fury explained
"Off course they did his healing is the best and most broken besides deadpool" the agent said
Maria nodded at this before she tapped a button which replaced Naruto's image with what looked like pictures of Naruto in different situations
"Anyway Mr Uzumaki escaped weapon x, after he destroyed the facility he and a friend were in, he took off around the world just causing chaos and stealing powers from various criminals around the world. Be they yakuza in japan to a cult based in Greenland" Maria listed off
"Is that him riding the Hulk while he runs through Vegas ma'am?" one of the agents asked while some of the agents snickered at some of the images one being what looked like naruto riding on hulks shoulders as he ran through Vegas complete with the Hulk wearing horse reins.
"Yes he is highly dangerous. He did that after beating the Hulk in one on one combat. He also took down an entire hydra facility in Norway. With a pencil" Fury informed
"Sounds like another deadpool sir" the agent said
"He's more stable mentally than deadpool but not by much. In terms of power however he could be our most dangerous threat"
"He's a brat on a power trip sir" Maria said with a scowl
"Yes but that brat on a power trip is currently heading for New York" Fury said gravely
"Do you know why sir?" the agent asking questions asked with a tone where you could hear the smile on his face
Natasha and Maria approached the agent and stood behind him
"We don't know why…..why don't you tell us" Natasha said as she pointed her wrist stinger at the agent's head while Maria pulled out a pistol and aimed it at his kidneys.
The agent held up his hands at this before he started to snicker before it turned into full blown laughter "oh man that was great! I can't believe you all actually sniffed me out! Wow shield is actually good at this unlike the other agencies. You should see what I did to the FBI when I snuck in. Their director is still looking for his shoes!" The agent cackled as his form started to change into the man they were briefed on. Naruto Uzumaki himself.
"Why are you here Uzumaki?" Fury demanded as all his men surrounded Naruto
"Ah Nick Fury. Nice to meet you eye to eye… oops" Naruto chuckled
"Permission to shoot him sir?" Maria asked as she readied her pistols
"Denied Hill" Fury said firmly as he knew shooting Naruto wouldn't work
"Yeah plus I wanted to answer the smoking redheads question. Besides you may be sexy but you Have to be smarter than this. You really think that little pea shooter will do anything?" Naruto smirked
"Why are you in New York?" Natasha asked as she glared

"Enough games Why are you-" Fury was saying before Naruto cut him off

"You enjoy killing?" Natasha asked with a glare

"You think we'll just let you into New York? You're a threat to all humanity" Fury glared
Naruto put down his shirt at this and looked at Fury "Please I'm no threat to humanity. I love humanity. I mean without humans I won't have any sexy human bitches to fuck. "I want an alert sent out to all avengers, x men, fantastic 4. All meta heroes" Fury ordered
"Uh sir we just got a report that he's in a fight with the Thing in central park" an agent said as he came into the room
Fury scowled at this as he moved to go after Naruto
(earlier with Naruto)
"So this is New York. Lots of tall Buildings" Naruto said standing on the top of the empire state building looking out at the city. He was wearing an orange shirt, blue jeans, a pair of black boots and an unzipped black hoodie.
"Well I'm feeling hungry, let's see if I can find a good food stand" Naruto said as he looked down at the city below with his eyes zooming thanks to a power he nicked from a crazy evil inventor.
Naruto jumped off the empire state building and fell to the street below and landed in front of a crowd of civilians…..
Without performing a superhero landing thanks to one of the many many many many flying powers he had taken from several criminals.
"Now where's a good place to get something?" He muttered ignoring the bewildered stares of the civilians looking at him. "Ooh I know central park probably has some carts to eat from" Naruto said as he floated in the air a bit before he flew off towards Central Park

Naruto floated into the park and started looking around at all the different food carts

When Naruto turned around he saw what looked like a man made of stone looking back at him sitting on a bench with a bunch of hot dogs next to him

"A pet rock came to life?" Naruto asked curiously as he looked at the man
"I'm Ben Grimm! The Thing? Fantastic 4?" the rock man yelled

"That should keep you occupied. And now for my prize." Naruto said as walked over to the Bench and grabbed one of the Thing's hot dogs. As soon as Naruto grabbed one, the glacier engulfing the Thing suddenly shattered
"Aw I thought that would take longer" Naruto sighed as he set back down the hot dog
"Ok punk enough of this! It's clobberin Time" Thing yelled as he ran at Naruto
"Ooooo a catchphrase how fun. Let me try. It's time to lick some ass!" Naruto yelled

"I think you overheated it" Naruto said seeing it was now on fire before looking up to see a man on fire flying above him

"You the stone guy's girlfriend?" Naruto asked with a smirk as he prepared an attack in his hand as he recognized this man as Johnny storm the human torch
"You mother-" Johnny was yelling before Naruto blasted him with a torrent of water which caused him to turn back to normal
"That should cool you off. Now if there are no more interruptions-" Naruto was saying as he started to walk away until he suddenly hit an invisible wall. "Oh god! A mime trapped me in a box!" Naruto yelled in a panic before he looked over and saw two figures in blue jumpsuits emblazoned with the number 4 on them.
One was a man with black hair that had some gray on his sideburns this was Reed Richards

"Hey he was attacking Ben!" Johnny defended himself

"... did you throw the first punch?" Reed asked Ben
"…..he wasn't affected" Ben said as he looked away
"Neither were you by my ice! I'm done playing nice! I came to be a hero here but if I have to crush some fools then so be it!" Naruto yelled as the red lightning increased in quantity
"If your looking to start a fight then-" Reed was saying
"Now hold on if he wants to be a hero and Ben threw the first punch then we owe him an apology" Susan said firmly
"But he-" Ben was saying before Susan glared at him
"Hey are we doing this brawl or what?" Naruto asked the four heroes as he was ready to throw down with anyone who fucked with him
"Actually we'd like to apologize" Susan told him
"Oh… ok" Naruto said as the lightning faded away and he went back to normal
"... that's it? That's all it took?" Johnny asked bewildered that it was that easy to stop the fight
"Hey I said I just wanted a hot dog. I already ate one so I don't have any reason to fight unless you guys had kept attacking me" Naruto said simply "now apology accepted so if you four will excuse me I'm gonna go look for an apartment" Naruto said as he walked off
"Ok let's all head back to the Baxter Building. I need to check on my experiment" Reed said as he started to leave
Susan looked at the giant ice block and the torrent of water Naruto left behind
"I'll meet up with you all later. I'm gonna make sure he doesn't get into any more trouble. Besides I'm curious on his power set" Susan said as she started to follow after Naruto
"I don't think that's a good idea Sue" Ben told her protectively

"I'll be fine" Susan waved it off as she disappeared and walked off.
She soon spotted Naruto walking down the street looking around

"Taking?" Susan asked surprised at this information
"Yeah I have the ability to take people's powers and use them as well as give them to others if I want" Naruto explained
Susan looked at him in pure shock. That kind of power is like Rogue on steroids. It was both amazing and terrifying

"Sure. It's your place anyway. You're welcome to stay here to get away from that. I got beer and pizza if you want some" he offered as he sat back down on the couch and grabbed his controller
"Thanks" Susan said as she grabbed a beer and slice of pizza

Carol growled as she surged with energy releasing a shockwave pushing Naruto back but the young blond wasn't the least bit affected.

Naruto ran after charging full speed before warping behind her elbowing her in the back, then hitting her across the face, kicking her in her stomach, her side, an uppercut to the chin, a hard right hook and a spin kick across the room.
Carol was covered in bruises, her suit torn up and blood dripping from her mouth. She looked around to notice several civilians and onlookers watching the fight, many of whom had up their cellphones...they'd been recording her humiliation the entire time, several people were whispering amongst themselves, and even laughing. How could they, after everything she's done, for her courty, her planet, this, this was how they were repaying her! Carol then glared at the one responsible for all of this, the blond arrogant smug expression on his face as he gave the ones recording a peace sign.
She felt her power surging through her like a burning fire, her golden energy raging throughout her body.
She gave a roar of anger as she unleashed her powers causing cracks to appear in the ground before rushing Naruto grabbing him by the neck smashing him through several buildings, businesses, apartment, she didn't care even if there were civilians in the way she just wanted to make this man pay. Naruto noticed a little girl nearby crying as some nearby debris was about to fall.
"Hey bitch can't you see that little girl's in trouble!?" Naruto shouted
"I don't care! The only thing that matters is taking you down!" Carol shouted, causing Naruto to glare, kicking her off him and swiftly using what looked like purple smoke to warp the girl over to him before the debris came crumbling down on her.

Naruto gripped his hands feeling the power surging throughout his body.
Carol stumbled up to her feet and growled as she tried to activate her power but paused as she felt nothing happening "What did you do? WHAT DID YOU DO?!" she bellowed at Naruto in a rage
"I'll find someone worthy of this power" Naruto told her as his body sparked with golden light. "I'd keep it for myself but the gold's a little gaudy for me" Naruto told the formerly super powered woman as he simply turned around "You're not worth my my time anymore" He said as he started to calmly walk away

also in terms of what version of the Marvel universe this is think of it as a amalgamation where we will take from several sources
For example when we use Janet Van Dyne it will be the one from the earth's mightiest heroes cartoon.
But for Mystique it would be the one from the live action X Men Movie series.
Now as for his powers it's obvious we gave him all for one and he has powers from My hero academia which he took from randos in Marvel during his travels.
