Chapter 2: Air bending training.

It as been a week or so since ichigo came to this world, now when he found out that he was in another world, he was angry, angry because he wouldn't be able to stop Tsukishima, and when he found out that he couldn't get back right away he was a bit pissed, but he calm down and promise himself to find a way back home, but he also promised that when he found his way back he will kick tsukishima's ass.
During his time here, he's learn many things about this world.He learned that the world he was in was divided into Four Nations. The Air Nomads, Water Tribes, Earth Kingdom and the Fire Nation.
And he also learned that the people in this world have unique power called bending,a technique people use to manipulate the 4 elements in this world, Earth, Fire, Air and Water.
And he was a bit impressed then surprised, after all being able to see souls, and meeting a soul reaper, and getting powers of a Soul Reaper from said soul reaper, fighting Hollows, meeting a Quincy, meeting other Soul Reapers that tried to kill him, going to Soul Society and fighting other Soul Reapers, and going to Hueco Mundo, he stopped being surprised.
But Korra was the Avatar, the master of all 4 elements who was meant to maintain peace and balance between the 4 nations. He had even learned about the recent Avatar, Aang and also learned that Korra has only mastered 2 elements and her firebending test was a few days away.
After finding out he was stuck in this world he was prepared to find a place to stay after the time being, however korra's had offered to let him stay with them, at first he declined not wanting to be a bother, but they insisted which led to him now staying at their home.
During his time at the village he was at, Ichigo had became a regular sight around the village and helped people when they needed and they started to like him.
He also became firm friends with Korra, he would watch her train at times and world help her by giving her advice on some fighting styles that he was taught by both his father and yoruichi which in some way helped her a little.
Korra was sometimes annoyed by Ichigo's very hot-tempered and determined and usually works to maintain a very serious and detached attitude, even though his claims that he does not care what others think of him. He usually has a scowl and acknowledges that he is very hot-headed and will never walk away from a fight. However he is very compassionate and empathetic towards those around him, he just does not show it.
Despite his hot-headedness and serious demeanor, ichigo has a kind heart.
Ichigo would also be annoying by korra sometimes, but he knows that she has a kind heart, that, and she was the only person he can talk to, and he enjoyed her company at times, she was like a sister to him that was a year older then him.
He had even told her about how he was a soul reaper and he told her what they do, and he had told her that he lost his power and got new powers in the form of his Fullbring powers and that he got his soul reaper powers back and mixed them with his fullbring powers.
The night before her firebending test the two were sitting at the training area where Korra will be taking the test, and we see ichigo wearing water Nation coat and pants which are used to keep him warm that he was given to by korra's mom.
Ichigo: Your doing well Korra.
Korra: Thanks ichigo, I've been practicing well, and I've even added some of the fighting styles that you suggested to me into my bending.
Ichigo: That's good to hear.
Then he noticed her fidgeting.
Ichigo: You nervous about the test?
Korra: I'm not nervous about the Firebending test, I'm worried about my Airbending Test.
Ichigo: How so?
Korra: Well it's just, when it comes to Airbending, I have a hard time with it. When it came to the other elements they they just came natural to me, but airbending, I can't even create a simple case of wind.
Ichigo: Don't worry, you may not be able now but eventually you'll be able to airbend, it will just take time.
Korra: Thanks.
Ichigo: No problem.
(The next day).
The next morning Ichigo attended Korra's firebending test and saw that she did well, she had literally kicked the asses of those who was fighting against for the test. After she passed the test he went to congratulated her.
Ichigo: Nice job korra.
Korra: Thanks, I did well if I do say so my self.
Ichigo: Yeah sure, whatever you say. *He says rolling his eyes playfully*.
Korra: Anyway Tenzin will be arriving in a few days so I'll have to wait until then to start my training.
Ichigo: Well there's nothing we can do about now can we.
Korra: Yeah, say want to spar?
Ichigo: No.
Apparently korra has been trying to Ichigo to fight her in a way of sparring, however he would always refuse, not because she was weak, if anything she is stronger than he was when he first became a soul Reaper. It's because he would easily beat her, so in a way to him there'll be no point in fighting.
Korra: Oh come on please.
Ichigo: No. *He turns around and starts walking away*.
Korra: Come on, just a little match?
Ichigo: No korra.
Korra: A strange test?
Ichigo: No.
Korra: Arm wrestling?
Ichigo: Maybe.
Korra: Really.
Ichigo: No.
Korra: Oh come on.
(A few days later).
Several Days have passed, and a large sky bison flew out of the clouds, carrying Aang's son and his family.
Now when ichigo was told about Sky Bison, he thought korra was just messing with him, but when she said she was serious he was a bit surprised, and he never asked anything else about sky bison after that, because to him he believed that sky bison looked like bison's in his world, only with wings.
But when he saw the sky bison flying in the air, without wings, that's when his jaw dropped.
He had so many questions, like how is it flying without wings, and how is it flying at all, it made his head hurt so he just stopped questioning it.
The bison landed and Ichigo realized that Tenzin has one big arrow on his head, which couldn't be hard to see you do the fact that he's bald.
Tenzin then got off the bison and walked up to Katara with some bald kid biting down on his head, which must be his youngest son judging from the 3 kids that are with him.
Tenzin: Hello Mother, I can't tell you how happy I am to see you, please help me.
Katara laughed as she carefully removed Tenzin's son, from his head and the kid struggled.
Young Boy: Unhand me strange woman.
Tenzin: That's your grandmother Meelo.
The now named Meelo squirmed out of her grasp and ran as he then hid behind his father's leg as Katara just smiled.
Katara: It's so good to see all of you.
Jinora the eldest in Tenzin's family went up to.
Jinora: Gran-gran, I've been reading all about your old adventures. I've been dying to ask you;what happened to Zuko's mom?
Katara: Well Jinora its an incredible tale-.
Before she could continue Ikki, the second eldest of Tenzin's family jumped in.
Ikki: Gran-Gran, you look so old, are you? Why is it so cold in the South Pole?
Ichigo saw this and was reminded of his 2 little sister's and couldn't help but smile. He then saw Tenzin helped his wife go down the bison and Ichigo had noticed that she was pregnant.
Tenzin: Pema, let help you, careful now, careful.
Pema couldn't help but laugh at how her husband doting her like she is fragile like glass.
Pema: Oh stop doting on me. I'm not helpless. I'm just pregnant.
Katara smiled and she and Pema, she placed her hand on Pema's stomach.
Katara: The baby's strong. I see another Airbender in the future.
Pema sighs tiredly and a bit playfully.
Pema: All I want is one child like me, a nice, non-bender who doesn't blast wind in my face every five seconds.
And as if the universe heard what she said.
Meelo: Mommy look, I'm a snowbender.
Meelo then blew a bunch of snow in her face and she shook her head to get the snow off as she signs but then smiled.
Pema: Were Tenzin and his siblings this crazy when they were kids?
Katara: Kya and Bumi certainly were, but Tenzin has always been...rather serious. *She says with a smile as she chuckled*.
Tenzin: Mother please.
He the looked to see Korra approaching him.
Tenzin: Korra? Look at you, so big and you've grown into quite the young Avatar.
Korra: Master Tenzin, I'm so glad you're here. I can't wait to get started.
This made the man frown a little.
Tenzin: Yes well uh, about that.
Pema then approached her husband.
Pema: You have to tell her sooner or later.
Korra: Tell me about what?
Katara frowns at this, already knowing what pema meant.
Katara: You're not staying, are you?
Tenzin: I'm afraid not, we're only staying here for today, I must return to Republic City tomorrow.
Korra didn't like hearing this at all.
Korra: But, no you're supposed to move here with you're family, you are supposed to teach me airbending.
Tenzin: I'm sorry, airbending training will have to wait.
This upset Korra as she looked down disappointed, Ichigo however just glared at Tenzin.
Ichigo: Hay old guy, isn't it your job to train her in airbending? So how about you do your damn job instead of leaving her to try and figure out on her own.
Tenzin looks at Ichigo with a raised eyebrow, not knowing who he is.
Tenzin: Korra, who might this be?
Korra then pulled Ichigo into a one arm hug and decided to introduce him to Tenzin.
Korra: This is a new friend of mine, he said he was a soul reaper and a uh, full breaker?
Ichigo hated having to correct her.
Ichigo: Fullbringer, it's called Fullbringer Korra.
Korra: Oh yeah right, fullbringer, sorry.
Tenzin: Soul Reaper and Fullbringer? I've never heard the name Fullbringer before, however I've heard the name soul reaper before.
Ichigo: Really?
Tenzin: Yes, my father has heard the name once, what is your name young man?
Ichigo: My name is ichigo, Ichigo Kurosaki.
The name struck a memory within tenzin.
Tenzin: Ichigo...? Tell me, does the name Avatar Aang ring any bells?
Ichigo: Uh, kinda, I've only heard the name from korra? *He says sounding confused.*
Tenzin: I see, my apologies, I thought that you were someone from my father's past.
Ichigo: Uh, okay?
