A/N Mara, such interesting ideas you always have, let's see if I can't answer some of them.
Xander as a Corvinus vampire is an idea on my to-do list as one of the vampire with a soul type vampires I'm considering doing a future story on. (Along with a few other types. Several reviewers have pointed me in the direction of different kinds and more than one of them has found its way onto my list.)
I like the idea of doing a YAHF where breaking the bust actually leaves some, but not all, of the transformed stuck in their costumes. I've read a few really goods and a few really bad ones with that idea and I'd like to explore it myself, it's also on my list of future stories. (I'm willing to take suggestions from reviewers as to what costumes they should get stuck in as well. I kept Buffy and Willow in the Princess and ghost costumes in this story, but for specific reasons, it fit into the story, but I want to change their costumes in future stories.)
Angel is now human and human Angel has the memories of Liam of Galway and Angelus, neither of which could be considered good people. Angel didn't behave like a good person either, at least not on the Buffy show. He did both good and horrifying things on Angel.
Spike...spoilers. For those of you who've seen Dr. Doctor you'll understand what that means. 😁
A compentant Giles will be appearing in this story... eventually. 😜

"They're real and expensive." Cordelia told Xander when he took her to the mansion, which was bigger than Chase Manor and had moving walls. Movings walls. Xander had the weirdest luck. "Watches like that depreciate very slowly, a few of these are actually collectors items and have increased in value. Daddy would probably be willing to buy a few himself and the rest can be auctioned off."
"That helps me with money, this place has protections on it, including a magical perception filter, most people aren't going to see a fancy brownstone mansion when they look at it, just an abandoned house outside the city limits, but I need money for food and clothes and stuff."
"Which means you get around property taxes, neat trick." Cordelia grinned at him. "And can now develop a fashion sense."
"I didn't put them there." He tried to look like butter wouldn't melt in his mouth. "Not that I'm taking them down either. Move along, nothing to see here." Ignoring the hint to go shopping.
"That piano is also real." Cordelia pointed at the Steinway baby grand. "I'm in no way an expert on pianos, but I recognize the name, expensive to buy, but it's not an antique so you wouldn't be able to get full price for it, I'm sure of that."
"It's a dust catcher. But it does look pretty without dust on it. The cars run and there's no way I can keep them."
"Yeah, Sunnydale might be a rich suburb of Los Angeles, but it's not a movie star enclave, a Lamborghini and Jaguar will stand out like sore thumbs here. BMWs and such are the rich people cars around here. You can sell them, but cars mostly lose value once you own them, so you won't be able to get new prices on them. Still, they will sell for a lot of money and you can buy a more sensible rich person car. You do have your license, don't you, Dweeb?"
"Unlike you I passed the test on the first try." He teased.
"Hmmph." Cordelia snorted, so it took her three tries to pass the driving test. At least she passed it, they still wouldn't let Buffy take the driving test a second time. Actually causing the Instructor to have a heart attack tended to make officials want to keep you very far away from cars...
"There's also the vault I need to show you." Xander led Cordelia through the maze of the Sanctum and what turned out to actually be a vault.
"Oh my God!" Cordelia stared at the collection of jewelry and loose gems. "How?" Was about the best she could manage.
"The watches belong to Dr. Strange, he bought them." Xander explained. "The vault is part of the Sanctum Sanctorum, the Sorcerer Supreme is a job that comes with perks, one of those is certain investments that normally would be used to provide a salary and upkeep on the property. The spell made it all physically real and if you're right, monitarily real too."
"Oh, I'm pretty damn sure they're real. What's in this vault alone may total millions. And it's all yours?"
"The Sanctum is connected to me, if it got moved to the other side of the world I could find it blindfolded just by following my connection to it. How or why, I don't know. But, yeah, it's all mine."
"Congratulations, Dweeb, you just became date worthy."
"Be still my beating heart. Wait, it is still. I no more want to be dated just because of money than you do."
"I'll keep that in mind."

A/N I have no knowledge of the fair market value of any of the things Dr. Strange owns in the comic books, but a little research has resulted in some basic knowledge of what, in general, one could get for these items. Also, the comics outright state, the Sanctum has a vault that includes millions of dollars in 'jeweled trinkets' that Dr. Strange occasionally sells to keep the Sanctum and various charities going.
All of which Xander now has. He's gone from poor from to mega rich.
