Chapter 2:Peaceful In The Woods
It's been two weeks now since the cure for the plague was found in the woods of the anima by the branwhen as they had to mass produce the cure to try and get it to everyone in the world. With them using those with plant based semblance to try and grow the herbs for a wide spread use as right now getting up for the day in their own tent was lance stretching his back out slightly with a loud pop being heard as he sighed in relief feeling loose and sore as for the past two weeks he's been forced to train under his father to prepare him for what's to come next in the world. As for today he was with selene his girlfriend alongside horus and nubia who where up themselves
"So anyone else excited for today right now"horus asked
"If you mean patrolling the woods again while my teammate gets to talk to weird skulls than sure"selene jokes
"Come on i gotta train because i hate having to wear this dumb old thing"nubia said gesturing to a bracelet on her wrist right now
"It helps control your semblance besides I feel bad for kenji. Didn't he come back last night after spending a week with his family on menagerie"lance asked as that cat faunus had to suffer a few days of being scolded by his mother

Once they did, they were met by the sight of the Branwhen tribe preparing for the winter along with preparing the plants for those in need. As there were small gardens being set up with covering over them to keep them safe from the elements of the snow that was starting to slightly pick up pace for the past few days as there have been rumors of a blizzard about to happen in a few days even.
Though as they walked, Lance didn't mind staying in the woods for this long. It was relaxing even because recently some things happened with a few of his sisters that they figured out back home two of them found something out recently. That being the family semblance they have as their fathers was inherited as right now he wondered about one of his sister right now as that sister soon popped up

As deciding to stay with their family was hibiki, vicktoria, suzu, yuka, hasumi, elise, kaya, erin, polina and persia with the rest of their wives in argus at this point but their kids staying behind was ichiban, thadeus, sasha, liberty, mulan and hinata along with nuka.
With all of cherry team staying here as well with tasi being confined to her wheelchair right now as she been busy soaking up the waters in the spring as it worked little by little as they've made sure not to let her sitting at the head of the table was yang drinking some coffee to stay warm as she sighed
"I love the cold for one thing a piping hot coffee"yang said
"You said it dear besides ughhh my back is just messed up all over though the cold doesn't help with it"Tai mentioned how he had a bad back from all the cold as laughing was kenji

That being a woman who seemed to be in her late twenties with her seeming to have aqua green colored hair reaching her lower hips as she seemed to be wearing a strange outfit. As she wore a pair of fur pants with it being brown in color along with brown fur boots while she sported a black turtleneck underneath a thick light blue parka coat as she had a fur hood on it with some mittens on as she green color eyes standing at 5.3ft in height along with being pulled by her hood by the grimm
"Pippi let me go, the ice hurts, stop it. Let me go"She whined making some eye each other but laughing was orchie
"Heyya mika you having fun down there"orchie said to her wife who frowned as walking around the corner was someone else. A woman with pale skin like ice as she seemed to love the cold with flowing bone white hair reaching her hips. Though she was quite strange with a curvy and quite voluptuous body she had a large bust size. Meanwhile their were the others right now taking tasi to the small spring that was available to them as pushing her through the snow with some minor ease was rogue easily pushing her through it as they were making their way through joining them along the way was sasha who looked annoyed as ever swatting her hands all over the place at anything that dare to come her way mainly all the puffs of cold air in the area

"Look that way you two! now!"She ordered as they walked down the path understanding the drill as they did slowly tasi got undressed for this as she was slowly helped into the water as a rogue dipped her prosthetic arm into the water using the fire dust in it to superheat the water. It made tasi feel some of the warming water around her as she felt relieved to be in this right now as she was humming for a moment was salacia eyeing her boyfriend and thadeus for a moment

"Who are you?!"Copeland asked but suddenly an arrow landed by his feet as he looked up flinching as standing their where about twenty more of them as suddenly the two near the acolytes tore open the box containing makya skull holding it as nubia growled
"Oh no you don;t!"nubia shouted drawing her blades but as she did suddenly a blinding pain came over some of them as suddenly they began to fall to their knees onto the ground as once they did she looked up to see someone wearing a cloak right now playing a strange instrument as it seemed to be like an old looking guitar made of wood and pine as it seemed the person was playing it stunning them as the strange people ran away carrying makya skull with them as they left them but one approached them throwing a hunting knife into the ground
With them eyeing them through a tribal like mask"The tree mother demands for her warriors return. Come for us and you die"they warned before sprinting away as the music kept playing before stopping as they escaped them as panting was horus for a moment
"The heck was that about?"horus asked but growling was anji
"They stole his skull dammit! We gotta tell the others now"anji said pulling her scroll out at this moment
As she was calling up yang right now as back in camp yang was busy sharpening some knives as her son checked over his ride. That being a purple motorbike with gold lining it with a fierce looking cat skull on the front of the motorcycle as he was using a wrench to polish it up as sitting their was elu humming for a bit as she was assisting him
"Kinda sweet that you saw your baby sister again she must be having fun not being in the cold"Elu commented
"I bet though i kinda missed her though being in the woods just calms your nerves"kenji said loving the woods as he had his bike in a makeshift garage to keep it safe from the elements as laughing was his grandpa tai

"We need to get over their now"raven said as they immediately rushed over their with suzu joining along the way. As they found the acolytes their carrying back the remaining three archangel skulls as anji was on the verge of tears panicking
"Ohhhh their going to hate me…our in laws are gonna hate me"anji cired
"Dear hey look at me and take some breaths it'll be fine"Suzu said comforting her
"Uhhh guys what happened i thought you where training not getting your family property stolen."kenji asked as sighing was ripley
"Some nutjobs used some magic guitar or something stunning us. Then next thing we know they take that weirdo with the fur pelts that was a ghost skull away"Ripley said with copeland panicking
"Ohhh i'm dead meat for losing that. The family gonna castrate me for losing an archangel skull."copeland siad
"I'm sure it'll be fine"elu said but she didn't know how bad this is
"Were all going to be punished for losing one of the family heads. If we can;t find him the council will punish us"an acolyte said scared
