This is another new year story for our shorts. A new year has begun. What is installed for our friends for our Lindsey and cast what's gonna happen this New Year's and how it will shape everything else?
Right now in the story, it's still 2024. The new year has not begun yet. OK then.
It's still New Year's Eve. This will be a short will be a little shorter than the Christmas one or any of my other stories in this set but this is a new year beginning for the story and a new year for Eran and cast and friends.

The short story.
New Year's Eve
It was New Year's Eve. We were prepping a beautifully crafted dinner that disliked Christmas but was different. This was their second year here with us and this was exciting.
This is my first new year married though, and that was exciting too. I was happy joyful excited to start a new year with the man I love unlike our Christmas celebration a lot more of them a lot more of people are going to join us for a big celebration we will watch the ball drop, of course, but we will have our own like we did last year our ball full of confetti that we will drop that has the size 2025. We have that up in the air already ready to go that'll be fine too and we'll party for a while and then after that, we'll go to bed and then we'll get up and have a beautiful breakfast or brunch or something to celebrate this beautiful new year that God has given us.
I'm so happy I smiled knowing I was so happy everything was going perfectly. The cure was almost done. The war preparations were almost finished. Am I evil ex-husband is going to die? I was happy that made me happy.
A fresh new start for me and a fresh new start for everyone. It's a new year coming after all they have celebrated New Year's so far along with two Christmases it was so happy a happy feeling for
That. They've been with me for over two years now.
And when March comes Luther and I will celebrate our wedding anniversary. That'll be happy and exciting which makes me smile and joyful, but sad that that her Majesty's debt will not be with us. She told us that this will happen now that she has an air our kingdom is in good hands now.
The two of you will be able to take care of this kingdom and make it flourish like it once did she said this kingdom was dead and now it's alive and that's a good reason to celebrate death says that she sets the table for a tradition feast for New Year's at least I'll stay alive long enough to see the death of that evil man she says, but I won't be alive when you defeat your other villains, she said.
You will save the world. She said we smiled. No one that we will save the world from evil not once but twice gives us a good feeling rough part was an easy defeat. It was not a big deal to defeat him. If it wasn't for him we probably would've only would've had to defeat the bogeyman and then defeat these evil villains from Valencia. Rothbart was just a hindrance, but we got him taken care of Now we can focus on what's important, saving the human world, the awakening world. I'm returning sweet dreams to people and giving them everything they need.
I wasn't uncertain about the future not the future of this kingdom was in good hands now.
And we were praying for good fellowship and good friends around us.
This year we're gonna talk about for this new year what we're hoping for the future what we pray for what we're thankful for what we're hoping for for their future for 2025 and what will I bring for us in our families now? And then and forever, more.
Freedom is the biggest thing I'm hoping for and praying for for us. That's it not it but one of the things as we sat down and got ready to eat dinner afterwards de prep to watch the ball drop, but we were doing our ball drop we weren't watching it on television.
Our own was suspended we were ready to drop it. It was gonna be wonderful. We're all healthy and that's all that matters too. I said here's to our destruction of the bogeyman and all our problems. Yes, they said to a healthy 2025.
As the stars twinkle above us, we smile as the year comes to an end along, dragging end.
It was a long hard 2024 for us dealing with my ex and having to do with him some more for the rest of the year, but not much, and a good way to begin the year and free myself a year of freedom to Lily's freedom, they said.
I beginner in speech. Tell everyone how grateful we were to survive another full year and then another year has come and passed I'm grateful to have so many grateful friends and family and a new beginning for myself. Luther stood there his arm around my waist, smiling at me, my beautiful wife, he says, and soon to be the mother of my children, he says to me.
Then we all gather around as the ball drops Odette since she was the only one without she was the one dropping it as we count down as the police system lowers. We counted down until midnight as the clock for 2024 was coming to an end, our cups of drink and bubbly in our hands. The numbers counted as we got to the end ready for the speakers to play Old Enzyme. Well, that'll be nice too also ready their hourglass of dream sand to fill ourselves with good dreams this year. I filled it ready to drop on everyone. This wasn't the cure. This was something else my family did every year when we used to celebrate New Year's. I didn't use it last year, but I needed to use it this year.
Is the countdown ready I dropped the stuff on everyone at the clock said one and we said Happy New Year at midnight. I dropped the dream sand on everyone. Sprinkle it on everyone a little bit on each person. It was to make sure everyone had sweet dreams. I don't want my friends and family to not have good dreams this year this coming new year I want everyone to be comforted. I want everyone to have great peace even though we're not gonna have it I know that is for a fact.
I know a great war is coming, but everyone needs to and faith that God is gonna help us through this and have great courage. Our Lord will be helping us through this mess. I know that and it'll help us through this great new year as well.
It'll help me through this pregnancy after we were sent. They can tell continued as the ball got lower and lower to the ground. I said let it rip counted 54321. Happy New Year as the confetti dropped on us and the ball dropped in 2025 glittered we cheered and threw up our hands a new bright and happy new year had begun.
We cheered and celebrated for a little while and had a great party, but since I was still ill from my pregnancy, I had to rest. I can only stay up for so long. Luther switched me up into his arms and carried me inside. I leaned against him. He kissed my forehead Lily he said my queen are you OK? I am fine. I said that is good. I made sure you had sparkling grape juice instead of champagne. I don't drink anyway I said I think it's time that we all go to bed soon or Dad said tomorrow will be a big day for us. We're gonna have a big wonderful breakfast or brunch or whatever we decide she said.
To go get some rest all of you. Tomorrow's a big day.

A few hours later
A beautiful breakfast was spread out on the table. Elena and Julius were up and had a meal and Adriana was cooking breakfast for all of us. How did you sleep last night? Fine, we said good. They said we have a delicious breakfast made out for you. We smiled as we sat down and ate the delicious griffin eggs that were laid before us .
A delicious beautiful Valencia breakfast along with an original earth. Breakfast was laid before us. I could cheat on my Valencia and diet for a while since this was a special occasion Luther said it was fine and I was and I wasn't a sick place that I could eat whenever I wanted right now, which was nice. I was hungry and the baby was hungry. I was feeding two people me and my children three people if you counted as twins.
We ate and talked and chatted. Merrily with one another while in the new year with a great smile it was nice. It was wonderful. It was good. 2025 was coming in with a bang and hopefully a fresh start for everyone.
I smiled that we were gonna be good and this was gonna be good and I was gonna be a mother soon. That made me happy too very happy indeed.
They told us that our children were gonna be Jen Beta. I didn't care what they were called. They were my children that made me happy. I didn't care if it started a whole new generation that was OK with me.
Kids were kids to me and they were my children and my ears and that's all that matters.
After breakfast, we relaxed and chatted for a while, and then those who wanted to go back to their own homes did then that was it. It was a great New Year and a great New Year celebration last night. More elegant than it was last year, which was fine.
I want Luther to experience a great and crazy new year last year. This year was more settled. It was probably because I was having a baby. Well, that was fine. And sometimes it's good to not have such a crazy crazy celebration.
Especially since we had a big war coming up that we will win I know we will lose. Will defeat my ex he will kill him.
And I will deliver the world with my dream sand. I know that'll work it'll be perfect.
