When worlds collide
Chapter 30~
...
"I think we could take them," Zora grumbles confidently. Not one to turn down a fight. Her eyes glared out at the many clones around the entrance of the building.
"While I would love mothing more than to do that, we don't need to waste any time. The longer time we waste, the more likely the others could be killed..." yukia explains seriously
Kakashi's expression turned grim, his eye narrowing at her words. "Yukia's right. We need to move quickly and quietly. Our priority is to get the others out alive, not to take down every single clone."
Beastboy nodded, his face set with determination. "I can lead. I believe I saw an area at the back of the structure that wasn't occupied by clones. "
Kakashi nodded, his eye locked onto Beastboy's. "Take point, Beastboy. Lead us to the entrance you found. Akira, you're with me. We'll provide cover and watch for any clones that might be hiding. Zora, you're with Yukia. Keep an eye out for any traps or hidden dangers."
The group nodded, falling into formation as they followed Beastboy towards the tower. As they moved, they kept a sharp eye out for any signs of clones or traps, their senses on high alert.
Beastboy led them around to the back of the tower, pointing out a small entrance that was partially hidden by some rubble.
"This is it," he whispered. "I didn't see any clones around this area, but we should still be careful."
Kakashi nodded, his eye scanning the area. "Let's move in. Stay quiet and stay sharp."
Yukia peers into the building, shifting to her human form. She felt nervous not so much about facing her uncle. But on what they were gonna find. Would her friends be alive? Filling a hand on her shoulder, she looks over at Beastboy.
"Come on, yuks, we can't get left behind out here," he replies, using her nickname
Yukia's eyes met Beastboy's, and she forced a small smile onto her face. "Right, sorry," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. She took a deep breath, steeling herself for what lay ahead.
As she stepped inside, Beastboy fell into step beside her, his eyes scanning the dimly lit interior. The air inside was stale and musty, filled with the scent of old machinery and dust.
Yukia's heart pounded in her chest as they moved deeper into the building. She couldn't shake the feeling of unease that had settled over her. What would they find inside? Were her friends still alive?
Kakashi led the way, his eye fixed on some point ahead. Akira and Zora brought up the rear, their senses on high alert for any signs of danger.
As they turned a corner, Yukia caught sight of a door at the far end of the hall. It was slightly ajar, and she could hear a faint humming noise coming from the other side.
Her heart skipped a beat as she realized that this might be the room where her friends were being held. She exchanged a nervous glance with Beastboy, and then they both followed Kakashi towards the door.
Kakashi held up a hand, signaling for the group to halt. He carefully pushed the door open, his eye scanning the room beyond.
Yukia's heart was racing as she peered around Kakashi's shoulder, her eyes scanning the room for any sign of her friends.
The room was large and dimly lit, Yukia's eyes skimmed the room, but there was no sign of the Titans or the young ninjas. Only two separate staircases are the ked downwards.
Yukia's eyes narrowed, her mind racing with possibilities. She leaned in closer to Kakashi, her voice barely above a whisper. "I don't see them," she said, her eyes scanning the room again. "But there are staircases leading down. Maybe they're being held below?"
Kakashi's eye flicked to the staircases, his expression thoughtful. "It's possible," he said. "Can you pick up a scent from here?"
Yukia nods her head. "The right staircase as the scent of blood, but the left is clean. I think they will be down the left one,"
Kakashi's expression turned grim at the mention of blood, but he nodded thoughtfully at Yukia's assessment. "Alright, let's move out. We'll take the left staircase. Beastboy, Akira, hold up. We're going left."
Going down the left staircase. Descended deeper into the darkness, the air grew thick with the scent of dampness and mold. Yukia's heart pounded in her chest, her senses on high alert for any sign of her friends.
Reaching the last step. The group is faced with a mysteriously huge door. Kekashi moves closer to the door and slowly pushes it open. A gasp escapes from his mouth as he peers inside the dimly lit room. Fresh blood on the floors the walls.
Yukia's eyes widened in shock as she took in the sight before her. Her friends, the Teen Titans, were chained and caged, their eyes closed, leaving their condition uncertain. The same fate had befallen Kakashi's students and the other young ninjas, who were bound and unconscious on the opposite side of the room.
But it was the sight of Gaara, suspended in a huge blue bubble in the center of the room, that made Yukia's heart skip a beat. Gaara's eyes were closed, his face pained, but Yukia could sense the immense power emanating from him. Was the Shukaku's power.
Kakashi's expression turned grim, his eye fixed on Gaara. "What has Debalo done to him?" he muttered, his voice low and menacing.
Beastboy's eyes were fixed on the Teen Titans, his face set with determination. "We have to get them out of here, now," he said, his voice firm. As he started going towards his friends.
Yukia's eyes locked onto Gaara's closed eyes, her heart pounding in her chest. She knew that she had to save him, no matter what it took. Taking off towards him.
As Beastboy and Yukia rushed towards their friends, the room erupted into chaos. The alarm continued to blare, and the machinery on the walls sprang to life, spewing out a hail of laser blasts and energy projectiles.
Kakashi leaped into action, his Sharingan eye glowing with intensity as he deflected and dodged the incoming attacks. "Akira, Zora, cover us!" he shouted, his voice carrying above the din. As he headed towards his students, and the other young ninjas
Akira and Zora sprang into action, unleashing a barrage of shuriken and kunai that ripped through the machinery and sent it crashing to the ground.
Meanwhile, Beastboy reached the cages holding the Teen Titans and began to work on the locks. "Hang in there, guys, I've got you!" he shouted, his voice muffled by the alarm.
At the same time, Yukia reached the blue bubble surrounding Gaara and placed her hands on its surface. She could feel Gaara's chakra emanating from within, and she knew she had to act fast to free him. "Gaara, I'm here!" she cried, her voice echoing off the bubble. "Hold on, I'll get you out of there!"
Focusing her blue energy into her arms, a shield immediately forming around her arms. Slowly pushes her hands into the blue orb. Hissing at the small sting that was able to penetrate through her shield. Despite the pain she pushes inwards
Yukia's hands slowly made their way through the orb, the stinging sensation increasing as she pushed deeper. She gritted her teeth, her determination to free Gaara driving her forward. Finally, she reached the center of the orb and grasped Gaara's arm, her touch sparking a surge of chakra that flowed through both of them.
With a burst of strength, Yukia pulled Gaara free from the orb, and they both stumbled backward, gasping for breath. Gaara's eyes flickered open, and he gazed up at Yukia with a mixture of confusion and uncertainty.
"Yukia...?" he whispered, his voice weak but full of emotion. His arms quickly enveloped her in a hug.
Yukia's eyes welled up with unshed tears as she wrapped her arms around Gaara, holding him tightly.
"I thought he killed you," he replies, lowly hugging her closely. "I only remember seeing him stab you..."
Yukia only shakes her head at his words. She didn't want to relieve those moments when she thought he had died. Her head barring deeper into his chest.
Releasing him yukia peers up at him. Her mouth opened to say something. Before she could go to say anything to him, she is suddenly blasted in the chest. Yukia's eyes widened in shock as she felt the force of the blast hit her. She tried to cry out, but her voice was cut off as she was sent flying across the floor.
Gaara's eyes snapped towards Yukia, his face contorting in rage as he saw her crash into the wall. With Debalo now standing beside her, his sword pointed straight at her chest. The fighting in the room stopped. With Kekashi Akira, Beastboy and Zora all looking towards them.
"Yukia," Beastboy calls frantically. His green eyes widen in panic. He had managed to get the others four titans free, and they sat around him. Their eyes widen as they watch their young teammate.
"YUKIA!" Gaara bellowed, his voice echoing off the walls, his fists clenched and his eyes blazing with fury.
Debalo sneered, his sword still pointed at Yukia's chest. "Come to spoil the fun," he said, his voice dripping with contempt. "How nice of you to drop by. But you're too late. Yukia's already been taken care of."
Cyborg, Robin, Starfire, and Raven rushed to Beastboy's side, their eyes fixed on Yukia's limp form. "We have to do something!" Robin shouted, his voice filled with desperation.
Kakashi's expression turned grim. "Gaara, don't!" he warned, his voice firm and commanding.
But Gaara was beyond reason. He was consumed by his rage sand, or not he was gonna protect her. With a fierce cry, he launched himself at Debalo, his fists flying in a flurry of punches and kicks.
Debalo sneered, his sword flashing in the dim light as he deflected Gaara's attacks. Only to send the sword flying towards the sand ninjas chest.
Gaara's eyes widened in shock as he saw the sword hurtling towards him, but he didn't flinch. With a swift movement, he raised his hands, and a wave of sand erupted from the ground, deflecting the sword and sending it clattering to the floor.
Debalo's eyes narrowed in anger as he realized his attack had been thwarted. "You think a little sand can stop me?" he sneered, his voice dripping with contempt.
Gaara's face twisted in a snarl. "You have no idea what I'm capable of," he growled, his voice low and menacing.
With a swift movement, Gaara summoned a massive wave of sand, sending it crashing down on Debalo. But the older man was too quick, dodging and weaving through the sand with ease.
As the sand settled, Debalo stood tall, his eyes fixed on Gaara with a cold, calculating gaze. "You're strong, Gaara," he said, his voice dripping with condescension. "But you're no match for me. I've been holding back, but now it's time to end this."
With a swift movement, Debalo drew a small vial of liquid from his pocket and tossed it at Gaara. The vial shattered on the ground, releasing a cloud of noxious gas that enveloped Gaara.
Gaara's eyes widened in shock as he felt the gas taking effect, his strength and speed beginning to wane. He stumbled backward, his vision blurring.
"Gaara, no!" Yukia cried, her voice weak but full of concern. She tried to struggle to her feet, but her body was still hurt from the blast from earlier.
Debalo's eyes gleamed with triumph. "It's over," he said, his voice dripping with satisfaction. "You're finished."
As Debalo lifts his sword, he sends the blade into the sand ninjas chest. Gaara's eyes widened in shock as he felt the blade pierce him, the pain searing through his body like a wildfire. He stumbled backward. Falling to his knees, almost in slow motion. Blood pouring from the wound.. landing at his feet in a thick puddle
Yukia's eyes widened in horror as she watched Gaara fall to his knees, the sword still lodged in his chest. She tried to scream, but her voice was hoarse from her earlier injury. Debalo's eyes gleamed with triumph as he stood over Gaara, his foot raised to deliver the final blow. Gaara wasn't able to move the pain in his chest, which was already too much to bear. And his head was getting dizzy from the blood loss.
A loud roar of protest from behind him stopped Debalo in his tracks. His head snaps back to face his niece as she slowly gets back to her feet. A blue substance surrounds her. And she starts to shift. However, this time it wasn't to her wolf form her body was morphing a bit differently this time.
Debalo's eyes widened in surprise as he watched Yukia transform into a being unlike any he had ever seen before. Her body was morphing, her limbs stretching and twisting in ways that seemed impossible for a human. Her skin was turning a deep shade of blue, and her eyes were glowing with an otherworldly energy.
"What's this..?" Debalo muttered, his voice trailing off in confusion.
Kakashi's eyes narrowed as he watched Yukia's transformation. He had never seen her transform like this before, and he wasn't sure what to make of it.
"Yukia, what's happening to you?" he called out, his voice firm but concerned.
But Yukia didn't respond. She was too busy undergoing. Her transforming, that seemed to be fueled by her anger and determination.
Finally, the transformation was complete. Yukia stood tall, her new form towering over Debalo and the others. She was no longer human, but a being of raw power and energy.
"She... turned into a dragon..." Debalo whispers lowly, with his ruby eyes wide he looks over the massive creature now in front of him
Her eyes blazed with fury as she fixed them on Debalo with a fierce snarl. "You're going to pay for what you've done," she growled, her voice low and menacing.
Debalo took a step back, his eyes wide with fear. He had never seen anything like Yukia's new form before, and he wasn't sure if he could handle her.
But he knew he had to try. With a fierce cry, he launched himself at Yukia, his sword flashing in the dim light.
Yukia didn't flinch. With a swift movement, she raised her clawed hand and unleashed a blast of energy that sent Debalo flying across the room.
The others watched in awe as Yukia's power ripped through the room, sending Debalo's minions flying. She was a force to be reckoned with, and Debalo was about to find out just how powerful she was.
Debalo's eyes remained wide with shock as he stared at Yukia's dragon form. He had never seen anything like it before, and he couldn't believe that the girl he had known was capable of transforming into such a powerful creature.
"You're...a dragon," Debalo whispered again, his voice barely audible.
Yukia's fierce stare never wavered, her eyes burning with anger and determination. She took a step closer to Debalo, her massive dragon form radiating an intense heat that made the air around her seem to shimmer.
"You should have stayed out of this, Debalo," Yukia growled, her voice like thunder. "Now, you're going to pay for what you've done to Gaara and the others."
Debalo's face paled as he realized the gravity of his situation. He had underestimated Yukia's power and determination, and now he was facing the consequences.
With a sudden burst of speed, Debalo turned to try and flee. But, before he could reach the stairs, a bright blue flame surrounded him.
Debalo's eyes widened in terror as the blue flames engulfed him, his screams echoing off the walls. Yukia's dragon form loomed over him, her eyes blazing with fury.
The flames intensified, consuming Debalo's body. His screams grew louder, more desperate, but they were quickly silenced as the flames reduced him to nothing more than a pile of ashes on the floor.
Yukia stood tall, her chest heaving with exertion. She gazed down at the ashes, her eyes still blazing with fury.
"It's over," she growled, her voice barely above a whisper. "You've paid for what you've done. And you can't harm anyone anymore"
As the flames died down, Yukia's dragon form began to shift, her body morphing back into her human form. She stood there a moment staring at the mans ashes. The man eho had tormented her for almost a year. He was finally gone, her eyes still blazing with fury, but as she looked around the room, her expression softened. Noticing her friends watch8ng her in silent wonder.
"Yukia...I didn't know you could do that," Beastboy exclaims, seeming a bit excited over her newfound power. Rather than shocked.
"I wonder if that's why your wolf form had gotten bigger?" Robin questions with Yukia barely shrugged her shoulders, her attention shifting back to the sand ninja still laying on the ground.
Yukia's gaze lingers on Gaara, her expression a mix of concern and curiosity. She takes a step forward, her movements fluid and deliberate.
"Gaara, are you...alright?" she asks, her voice softer now, devoid of the fury that had driven her moments before. Her eyes scan his face, searching for any sign of distress or injury. Beastboy's excited chatter and Robin's analytical questions fade into the background as Yukia's focus remains on Gaara. He wasn't answering.
Yukia's blue eyes widened in fear as she started approaching him. Temari and Kankuro had been set free along with Naruto and the other young ninjas. All of them stood around him. Why was he not breathing!!
Yukia's heart sank as she ran to him. Reaching him, she dropped to her knees beside him, her hands shaking as she reached out to touch his face.
"Gaara, no... please don't be...," she whispered, her voice trembling with fear as she felt how cold his skin had gotten.
Temari's eyes well up with tears as she takes a step forward, her voice cracking. "Gaara!"
Kankuro's face twists in anguish as he falls to his knees beside Yukia. Naruto's eyes are wide with shock and fear as he stares at Gaara's lifeless form.
"Gaara, come on! Don't die on us!" he exclaims, his voice shaking. The air is thick with tension as the group waits with bated breath for any sign of life from Gaara.
Kakashi's expression turned grim, his eye fixed on Gaara's still form. "I don't think..." He starts but paused
Yukia's eyes snapped up to Kakashi's, her gaze pleading with him to stop speaking.
"No, don't say it," she whispered, her voice trembling with fear. "He's not...he can't be..." She felt a lump form in her throat as she gazed down at Gaara's still form, her mind refusing to accept the possibility that he might be gone. Putting her head on his chest.
Yukia listens for a beat of his heart. She could hear nothing. There was just silence. Tears streamed down her cheeks when she realized it. When it dawned on her. He was completely gone
Her body shakes as sobs wrack her frame, her tears falling onto Gaara's still chest. She buries her face in his chest, her fingers clutching his clothing as if holding on to him for dear life. The silence is oppressive, punctuated only by Yukia's heartbreaking sobs. Temari and Kankuro stare on, their faces etched with grief and shock. Naruto's eyes are wide with tears, his voice barely above a whisper.
"No... this can't be happening..." He sobs lowly.
Kakashi's expression remains grim, his eye fixed on Gaara's lifeless form. The group is frozen in mourning, unable to process the loss of their friend and comrade.
"No...no...no..." she whispered, her voice cracking with despair. Kakashi's expression turned somber, his eye filled with a deep sadness. He knew that Gaara was more than just a friend to Yukia.
The weight of Gaara's loss settles heavily on the group, each member struggling to come to terms with the reality of his passing. Temari's eyes well up with tears as she gazes at her younger brother's lifeless form, her face a mask of sorrow.
Kankuro's expression is frozen in shock, his eyes wide with unshed tears.
Naruto's clenched fist trembles with rage and grief, his mind reeling with the thought of a world without his friend the only one in the world who knew what it was like to be a jinchuriki. Who understood his pain. Now he was gone.
Yukia's sobs continue to wrack her body, her heart shattered into a million pieces. The silence is oppressive, punctuated only by the sound of Yukia's tears and the heavy breathing of the group as they struggle to process their loss.
Beastboy's face was pale, his eyes filled with a deep sadness. He had grown to care for Gaara, and his loss was painful. Though he was more concerned for Yukia, it was clear that she cared a lot about him.
Beastboy's gaze drifts to Yukia, his expression softening with compassion. He can see the depth of her pain, the overwhelming grief that threatens to consume her. He takes a step forward, his movements tentative, unsure of how to comfort her. His eyes linger on Yukia's face, filled with a deep sadness and concern for her well-being. He knows that Gaara's loss has struck her hard, and he wants to be there for her to offer what little comfort he can.
The other four Titans stood frozen in place, unsure of how to comfort Yukia as she mourned Gaara's loss.
Raven's empathetic nature makes her acutely aware of Yukia's pain, but she's hesitant to intrude on her grief.
Robin's usual confidence is replaced by uncertainty, his eyes darting between Yukia and the others, searching for a cue.
Cyborg's mechanical body language conveys his discomfort, his arms crossed, unsure of how to offer comfort
Starfire's gentle nature makes her want to reach out, but she's unsure if her alien customs would be appropriate in this situation. The group's collective uncertainty creates an awkward silence, as they struggle to find a way to support Yukia in her time of need.
The other Konoha genin, stand together, their faces etched with shock, grief, and sadness.
Shikamaru's usual calm demeanor is replaced by a look of stunned disbelief.
Choji's eyes are wide with tears, his face pale.
Ino's expression is a mix of sadness and anger, her fists clenched.
Neji's eyes seem to hold a deep sorrow, his usual confidence shaken.
Tenten's face is set in a determined expression, but her eyes betray her sadness.
Lee's enthusiasm is nowhere to be seen, replaced by a somber expression.
Kiba's eyes are cast downward, his face twisted in grief.
Hinata's eyes are filled with tears, her face pale.
Shino's expression is stoic, but his eyes hold a deep sadness. Together, they mourn the loss of their friend comrade and ally.
Zora and Akira stand at a respectful distance, their faces somber and sympathetic. They exchange a glance, their eyes conveying a shared understanding of the gravity of the situation.
Zora's usual quiet confidence is tempered by a hint of sadness, while Akira's expression is more introspective, her eyes clouded with thought. They remain still, allowing the others to mourn and pay their respects to Gaara, their presence a silent testament to their respect and compassion.
"I'm not gonna give up yet!!" Yukia's words are laced with determination and desperation as she gazes down at Gaara's lifeless form.
Her body begins to radiate an intense blue glow, illuminating the surrounding area. The blue light is so bright that it's almost blinding, forcing the others to shield their eyes. As the glow intensifies, a strange energy begins to emanate from Yukia, filling the air with an electric tension. The ground beneath her feet starts to tremble, and the sound of rushing wind fills the air, as if the very fabric of reality is being manipulated by Yukia's powers.
"Yukia, you can't heal him this time.." Raven reminds her trying not to sound harsh, but it was true there was nothing they could do for him.
She doesn't seem to register Raven's words, her focus solely on the task at hand. The blue glow surrounding her intensifies, and the air crackles with energy. The ground trembles more violently, and the sound of rushing wind grows louder. It's as if Yukia is tapping into a deep well of power, refusing to accept the reality of Gaara's passing. Her voice is barely audible, but her words are laced with conviction:
"I won't give up... I won't lose him..." she cries.
The pale blue aura slowly surrounds Gaara's body, and it begins to pulse with an intense, rhythmic energy. The others watched in amazement as the aura seemed to be absorbing into Gaara's body, as if it was trying to revive him. Yukia was pouring all of her energy into bringing him back, and she refused to give up.
And her eyes widen as the realization dawns on her. She's not healing Gaara, she wasn't able to heal him he was gone. No she wasn't healing him, she was bringing him back, trading her life for him.
The energy she's channeling is unlike anything she's ever experienced before. It's dark, primal, and it's consuming her. Her body begins to tremble, her vision blurring as the strain becomes too much to bear. She feels her life force ebbing away, pouring into Gaara's lifeless body. A faint whisper escapes her lips: "I'm...bringing him back..."
She was doing something more. "Listen, Robin Starfire, Beastboy Raven Cyborg, thank you so very much for everything,"
Yukia's voice was weak but sincere as she addressed the Teen Titans.
"I'm glad we met, and I'm grateful for your help. But I think it's time."
Robin's eyes narrowed, his brow furrowed in concern. "Yukia, what's going on? What are you doing?"
Yukia's gaze drifted back to Gaara's body, her eyes filled with a deep longing.
"I'm bringing him back," she repeats again, her voice barely audible. She bit her lower lip as she gave the titans a small glance, each in turn. Before her attention focused on Kankuro and Temari, Gaara's older siblings. "Kankuro Temari, tell your brother when he cones to that I loved him. I was glad to spend time with him and have him as a friend."
Temari's eyes widened in shock, her face paling as she realized what Yukia was saying.
"Yukia!" she exclaimed, her voice trembling with emotion. Kankuro's face was grim, his eyes fixed on Yukia's determined expression.
"He wouldn't want you to do this." Yukia's gaze met Kankuro's, and for a moment, they just looked at each other. Then, with a small nod, Yukia turned back to Gaara's body, her eyes fixed on his face.
"Yukia..." Starfire cries
Yukia's eyes fluttered closed, her face set in a determined expression.
"I have to do this, Starfire," she whispered, her voice barely audible. "I have to bring him back." The Titans exchanged worried glances, their faces etched with concern for her. They knew that Yukia was risking everything to bring Gaara back.
Raven's eyes narrowed, her gaze fixed on Yukia's face. "Yukia, stop," she said, her voice firm but gentle. "You're going to kill yourself."
But Yukia didn't respond. She was too focused on Gaara, her energy and determination pouring into him like a river. The air around them seemed to vibrate with tension as Yukia's power surged to a crescendo.
Gaara's chest started to rise and fall with a shallow breath, Yukia leans forward despite her weekend state. Her lips, carefully landing on his. Not caring about the others in the room, not anymore.
'I love you,' She thinks internally to herself. Able to feel his heart vibrate through her lips. A smile barely moved her mouth as she kissed him. With tears streaming down her cheeks.
"No, Yukia," Beastboy exclaims with his eyes sparkling with his tears.
Gaara's eyes flicker slowly open, unfocused at first, but then they lock onto Yukia's face. A faint smile plays on his lips as he feels her tears falling onto his skin.
But as Gaara's vitality returns, Yukia's energy wanes. Her body begins to slump, her limbs weakening. Her head fell onto Gaara's chest. Her heart begins to slow. And after a couple short minutes, the beat of her heart was completely gone,
"Yukia...no," Starfire whispered
The group falls silent, their faces etched with shock and grief. Beastboy's eyes overflow with tears as he whispers, "No, Yukia, no..."
Gaara's eyes, now fully focused, widen in horror as he realizes what was happening. He tries to speak, but his voice is barely audible.
Yukia's heart had completely stopped, her body growing cold. And a pale look falling over her lifeless body. A glossy look in her blue eyes. Yet despite that. A psaceful smile was still over her lips.
Gaara's eyes fill with tears as he gently wraps his arms around Yukia's lifeless body. He holds her close, his face buried into her hair, and whispers, "Yukia, no...come back, why did you do that?" The despair in his voice is palpable, and the group can feel the weight of his grief.
Beastboy's sobs grow louder, and he covers his face with his hands, unable to bear the sight of Yukia's lifeless body. Raven's eyes well up with tears, and she looks away, trying to compose herself.
Starfire's face is a mask of sorrow, her eyes shining with unshed tears. She reaches out to Robin. His arms enveloped her, holding her close as she buried. her face in his shoulder. He strokes her hair, offering what comfort he can, as she struggles to contain her emotions. Starfire's body shakes with silent sobs, her tears soaking into Robin's shirt.
Robin's eyes, though red-rimmed with tears, remain fixed on Gaara, who still holds Yukia's lifeless body.
The scene is one of heartbreaking sorrow, as the group struggles to come to terms with the sacrifice Yukia made. The weight of their grief hangs in the air, a palpable reminder of the loss they've suffered.
Cyborg's mechanical body seems to sag under the weight of his emotions, his eyes dimming as he struggles to process the loss of their friend.
"She... loved you, " Temari in forms her younger brother
Gaara's eyes widen at his sisters words his body trembles as he holds Yukia's lifeless body tighter, his face still buried in her hair. Temari's words strike a chord, and he whispers.
"I know...I know she did..." His voice cracks as he struggles to contain his emotions.
Starfire's body shakes with silent sobs, her tears soaking into Robin's shirt. Robin's eyes, though red-rimmed with tears, remain fixed on Gaara, his expression a mask of sorrow.
Cyborg's mechanical body seems to sag further, his eyes dimming as he whispers, "We...we lost her..."
