EPISODE 6 – '' I NEVER WAS SUPPOSED TO OBTAIN THIS POWER''

While my toys were busy cleaning the mess after the massacre, I focused on making use of Irken technology. As a matter of fact, there were much more Irken vehicles than I needed to take them to pieces and transform into my special magical machinery. Its four walls were smooth and in color of metallic silver. It had size of an average mobile home, with door on both of the smaller walls. The first one was the entrance, the other one was the exit. Once inside, a Formikan was supposed to stand still so the computer could draw a sample of her DNA from remains of her wings, conduct an analysis, project an image of this particular body part and finally – initiate the process of replication. As a result, cell by cell, wings of six Formikans got fully restored, which made them extremely happy. After the 6th one, I offered the Queen to try this out. Although still a little suspicious, she agreed. Few moments later, she left the machinery, having her precious wings back. After all, I made a silent promise to not disappoint her. And her little daughter was happy for her too. And so I continued my enterprise, with who-knows-how-many Formikans to get their wings reclaimed. Besides, I had to take care of their food, their homes and their that's how I spent next few hours restoring wings of Formikans, cleaning battle fields and also picking up the pace of growth of endemic plants of Formika (one of these cute, moth-like aliens gave me handful of seeds she managed to save). And – what is equally important – I manufactured some cakes for them by using a modified Easy Bake Oven. I treated their injuries as well. Before I was finished with all my work, it got really, really late and the Formikans had to go to sleep. I decided to take a little break and do something I haven't had an occassion to do from the moment I came into dimension of ''Invader Zim''. To unpack my birthday presents. I sat down on a rock, with my monstrous beauties around me and two big, colorful bags in front of me.

- Well. – I mumbled.- Happy Birthday to me. Or should rather say – Happy Re-birthday to me!

So I took care of my presents, drinking champagne from my special ''Sailor Moon'' pink glass in the meantime.

- . Fuckin'.Birthday. EVER!

Few hours later…

All of Formikans shared the same feeling – shock – as soon as they woke up.

- Unbelievable. – said the Queen, looking around. – Everything looks almost identical to state before the Irken invasion.

- You're right, mom. – confirmed princess Loo-nah. – Just look at all these plants surrounding us! Oh, oh! And there are some animals in there too.

- I spot few kitsues, a couple of rain deers, and even a swarm of foosenflies. Wow...Did Solitaire do all that?

- Is it me or someone just called my name? – I chuckled before I landed and concealed my wings and tail.

- Solitaire? I… I don't know what to say. The things you have done for my race, my whole planet, it is so… so… remarkable!

- Oh, come on! You're making me blush, Your Highness. – I giggled with pretended modesty.

- Have you been bringing back plants and animals on Formika all night?

- Sure. Well.. maybe except for a short break to take a little sip of booze.

- So you mean you haven't slept all night long? Oh my!

- Don't you worry. I am not tired at all. In fact, I still have much work to do and I am all fired up!

In order to emphasize my enthusiasm, I formed my magic energy into rainbow fire ''burning'' all over my body.

- I can tell. – the Queen expressed some dinstinct embarassment, but quickly changed the subject.

- Anyhow, could you please tell me, what do you want in return for your assistance?

- ''In return''? Mmmm… It's a little complicated, Your Majesty.

- What do you mean?

- I believe… I've already been given everything I ever dreamed of.

- I'm sorry, but I still don't understand.

- Well… let me tell you my story. There is that planet, far, far away, almost no one knows of its existance. And that planet is called Earth. I come from Earth. But a different one.

- ''A different one''?

- Yeah. In another dimension.A couple of days ago, when I was still in my world, I went into the woods, so I could have some quiet and peaceful time. On my way back I noticed something shiny in the grass. Initially, I thought it was just a regular marble ball, but I was wrong. I picked it up and then it started glowing. The very next moment I found myself in your an abandoned building in the middle of a large forest, on Earth, to be precise. And that's where I first met princess Loo-nah. And there was that monster, it attacked us. And then…

- What? What happened next!?

- Something that made me realize I not only was brought to this universe, but also gained in magical powers. My old pocket knife turned into a sword and pierced the monster to its death.

- I see. And about imitation of my Loo-nah…

- Oh, that.

- It was very mean of you to trick me like that. I thought I lost my beloved child.

- I know, I know. And I'm sorry. But it was the Irkens I intended to trick all along, not you. Plus, what I have to say for myself,do not forget I saved Loo-nah's life. Not once, but twice.

- Oh, right. You have a point.

- Yeah. And… there is something very significant I haven't told you about yet. It's about my powers. I got them from this.

While talking, I fished the fantasite ball out of my backpack and showed it to the Queen.

- So you mean the magic powers of yours come from this little fantasite here?

- It seems so.

- Impossible. You couldn't have make use of fantasite magic.

- But I have.

- As I said, you couldn't have used fantasite's magic. Nobody can. The reason is… magic of fantasites got sealed by the spell the Irken Invader has cast upon them. That's exactly what contributed my planet's downfall.

- What!?

- That Irken Invader, who made us Formikans completely vulnerable to Irken Armada, he managed somehow to steal my magic tome and found a spell to put a seal on each and every fantasite. Without protection of this magic, we could do nothing but succumb to the Irken oppressors.

I had no idea what to think. If what the Queen said about the seal was true, then how come all those mysterious things occured? Who - or what – accounted for this miracle?

- Where is it now, this book? – I asked.

- Gone.

- What? How!?

- It was burnt by the Irken Invader. Unfortunately.

- Oh. Too bad. But I can bring it back.

- Really? How?

- It's my sweet little secret. – I winked knowingly.

- Queen Loo-mi-nah! Queen Loo-mi-nah! Your Majesty! – yelled a Formikan who flew up to the Queen and landed right by her side.

- Yes, Loo-xiah? What is it? – asked Queen Loo-mi-nah.

- We're having guests!

- What guests?

- They came on Formika in their spaceship. A group of aliens of many various races. Their leader is a Vortian.

- A Vortian? – I repeated quietly.

- They introduced themselves as… the Resisty.
