Chapter 4: The Demon walkers den
Stolas carefully kept wondering into the forest to look for Elphabah after he saw the strange boy that took her, he needs to be cautious and on guard because the demons could be anywhere ready to strike "Elphabah? Elphabah!" He called out being on guard holding his crossbow at the ready for if the demons attack but his heart was thudding scared and nervous as he never got this deep in the woods.
Stolas: Demon demon! Kill the demon
Hunt them far and yonder
Demon demon! Kill the demon!
Till all the demons are done for
Trying to calm his nerves but yelped when he accidentally tripped over a vine as he screamed and fell on the ground as he got up as he continued to search until he spots a familiar feather, a black feather with a familiar green tint. Its Elphabahs! "Elphi? Elphi!" Yelled Stolas lookking little did he know is that a shadow is lurking in the bushes until Stolas screamed in surprise until he saw Elphabah flying toward him cawing happily "Elphabah! *chuckles a bit as she lands on her arm* look at you you are good as new? How's that?" Said Stolas as Elphabah caws as Stolas hugs her "I am so glad you are not hurt how did they heal your wing? It was that boy wasnt it? What did he do? Oh I was afraid he was gonna eat you" he said but as he looked around as he gasped seeing a demon staring at him as he panicked as he aimed his crossbow at the demon as it came out.
It was a thin male serpent like imp with a sharp serpent like face with a heart shaped birthmark on the forehead curved white and black striped horns and long claws wearing fingerless gloves dressed in what looks like a white shirt and a black coat and blue jeans and hoofs like a imp with a long tail but was prominent was the white blotches on the side of its face as it was on all fours staring at Stolas with its yellow eyes "Stay back! Back I'll shoot!" Warned Stolas but to his surprise Elphabah flew in front of him as if the crow was stopping him to shoot "Elphi! Elphi! What are you doing? Get away Demon *cue the imp getting closer* stay back I swear I'll…"he said struggling to get Elphabah off as the imp came closer "Elphabah stop that!" Stolas snapped at her when she grabbed the arrow and flew away "No!"
That was bad without a arrow how will Stolas defend himself? And why did Elphabah took the arrow as Stolas gahhed as the imp walked closer as he backed away "Stay away Demon! No no no get away! Get away!" Said Stolas backing away when all of a sudden he stepped into a rope vine trapping his ankle as he hung upside down with a yelp as the imp stared at the stranger in confusion and curiosity as Elphabah dropped the arrow seeing that Stolas wont have a chance.
The imp tilted its head as he e watched Stolas swinging around waving his fists "Get back you! I'm gonna get away you! Get away Demon!" Yelled Stolas trying to slap the imp but the imp just dodged and kept staring as it smiled mischievously and got in a playful position as Stolas kept swinging around as the imp leaps around trying to snap the vine off to free him but as the imp tried and tried again but Stolas kept slapping, punching and kicking him a few times but suddenly…
CHOMP!
Stolas screamed in agony and shock and pain as he fell to the ground as the vine broke as he gasped as he cluched his arm as he saw the Imps bite mark on his arm as a yellow aura flows around the mark as it seems to slowly glow vines from it as he looked up as he blinked as in his vision it seems to be like a blue chalk like vision but he saw the same boy that took the imps place as he blinked and the imp was back as Stolas yelped as it walked to him in concern as it came close enough as Stolas worried it will bite again…but the imp just licked his arm with a serpent like tounge gently as that confused Stolas as he watched the imp leaving along with Elphaba as the imp turned as the bird perched on his shoulder "Elphabah?" He watched them leave "Elphabah! Wait" he then ran after them as he dosent know why the crow is not coming back or why the imp didnt attack him.
He pushes through the bushes and saw the imp and Elphabah who turned to him as in Stolas vision he still saw the strange boy as he ran. He was confused and curious as he ran after them as he soon came to a open clearing as he saw that they were gone, but saw the same feather in the vines as he went to pick it up, but the yellow aura came from his arm as it seems to move the vines as he gasped as the vines and bushes shifted away to make a opening to let him in as he felt a breeze through the tunnel sucking the feather in as his hand glowed yellow as it opened the path wider as he walked in, he had no other choice.
When he made it to the top his head covered In leaves much to his annoyance as he gasped seeing a waterfall and stone structures all over with odd markings her and there as he saw the imp and Elphaba, but also a she imp that physically looked like the male imp dressed as a adventurer as it talked to each other as the female seem to cuff the male as they looked at Stolas as the boy was nervous as the female seemed intense…but then it calmed as she moved her head as if she was asking to follow her and the male as Stolas glared and kept moving on to figure out where they were leading him.
Stolas kept walking past the strange rocks and went to the front of a strange cave as he carefully entered as he studied these strange mysterious drawings on the ceiling one shows a human at day and a demon at night and what looks like a human with a hart in its hand and various demons sharing the heart he dosent know what it means as he gasped seeing Elphabah "Elphi?" He spoke whispered as the crow flew off wanting him to follow, with no questions he did to see where Elphabah was taking him.
As he walked deeper he heard a demonic how the strong loud yip of a imp as the demons in the shadows glowing bright yellow came out of the shadows answering his call as Stolas entered a den as he saw the same imp howling along with the female just as he spots it hiding behind the rock quickly to hide as he saw other demons coming as well as Vortex, Verkrosia, Jessie, Chaz and Striker as well as a snow blue peacock like demon named Andrephelus who wrapped his arms around Jessie as if happy to see he was ok as Jessie touched his forehead to his as Verkrosia did the same with the female imp as if happy to see if she is ok as she gave a look to the male imp who grinned cheeky as Vortex showed he was ok that there was no blood or a mark as they all gathered around the throne where there are three people sleeping as well as one other, a light tanned skin female dressed like a rocker with long silver hair as the three figures were Bella, Blitzo and Barbie as Stolas watched in confusion as the male imp and Female imp and Verkrosia seem to glow and change into a spirit with a golden aura as it floats up and enters Blitzo, Barbie and Verkrosia as Stolas kept watching as the Aura vanished as they opened there eyes as Stolas screams out loud but covered his mouth as the demons began to growl as he saw Elphebah perched on another rock and tilted her head.
"You can come out now" said Blitzo as Stolas peeked over the rock and saw Blitzo on a hellhound "We can all smell you and you stink so we know you were here" said Blitzo "It was a impressive try but no use now come out of your hiding spot let us see you and what my dumb twin did" said Barbie "I am not dumb and it was a accident!" Said Blitzo as Stolas tried to escape but accidently bumped into Vortex as he grabbed Stolas under armed as he was thrown to the group as more demons surrounded him as the Peacock Andre seem to say something "Wont like Andre he is cute, but he is terribly nieve" said Verkrosia as Blitzo smirked seeing how cute Stolas was being "Dont kill me" begged Stolas "Hah! I do what I like and no one can stop me" said Blitzo as Stolas eyes widened "You're…you're…" stuttered Stolas as he remembered what moxxie and Millie said as he realized how Blitzo can control these wild demons "A Demon walker, me, my Sister, her girl, *Points at Vortex* Tex there as well as Andre, Jessie and a few others so what? You should thank me" said Blitzo "Why?" Asked a confused Stolas "I saved your life" he replied "Saved me? You bit me!" Said Stolas holding his bitten arm as Barbie slapped the back of his head "What he hit me in the gob enough times" argued Blitzo "Well you were attacking me!" Said Stolas arguing back I was trying to get you out of that trap and anyway you came into our woods" said Blitzo
"Your woods? There our woods" said Stolas as Blitzo rolled his eyes as some of the demons that had intelligence seem to snicker "Your demons are attacking the woodcutters and the sheep" said Stolas "They should be staying closer to the town brat" said Barbie "Agreed with my sister and so should you townie, now lets get a good look at you" said Blitzo as he dove in and began to open Stolas mouth to look at his teeth "Are you seeing things?" He asked "Ugh get off get off!" Said Stolas as Blitzo continued to study him "How's your smell?" He asked "Uggh stop it!" Said Stolas trying to push him off but failed as Blitzo sniffed him "Smells like a townie, any showing of scales or reddening like a imp or loan shark? Maybe feathers of a bird demon or a scent succubus or incubus give to get a mate?" He said as he examines Stolas hair "Aggh get away!" Yelled Stolas as Blitzo firmly grabbed his arm to where the bite mark is "Now stop moving you scrawny thing and let me fix it before its to late" he said
"Hay get off me!" Yelled Stolas as he tried to pull his arm away but Blitzo was firm "Will you stop it let me fix it" said Blitzo as Stolas huffed "Fine" he said as Golden lines appeared around Blitzos hand as Stolas watched as Blitzo and the wild demons and Barbie and Verkrosia howled strong as the golden demon covers Blitzos hand as he pounds his hand on the bite mark as the aura seaps around the mark making it vanish as Stolas felt a breath as something shifted in him as unseen was a owl face but Stolas was just amazed on what he just witnessed "But what?" He said as he looked at his arm where the bite mark once was…but it was gone. "Well my dumb brother fixed it as if never happened" said Barbie "Hay watch it sis but off you go now townie" said Blitzo as Stolas studied the boy "You did heal Elphaba *Smiles a bit as Elphabah punched on his arm and nuzzled him* this was why you tried to stop me from shooting Blitzo girl, you were trying to say that he wasnt a threat" said Stolas as Blitzo rolled his eyes "Yeah I fixed you and your bird and saved your life, your welcome Townie bye!" Said Blitzo as he tried to push him but Stolas noticed Bella's sleeping form.
"No wait who's that?" Asked Stolas when he saw her "I she your…you and Barbies mom?" Asked Stolas as Barbie got serious faced "You better go before my brother sicks the Demons on you and they eat a runt like you up" she said "What? But I dont…" started Stolas as he quickly ran off as Elphaba flew to follow him as Blitzo looked at the wild demons and gestured them to follow him.
Stolas jumped through the waterfall fell into the water as he broke free to the surface as Blitzo and the demons came out to chase him as he quickly ran to the other direction but Elphabah stopped him as he looked down and panted panicked seeing that he nearly fell off a ledge where there were spiked rocks at the bottom.
"AHAHAH run away little townie boy! The demons are after you" said Blitzo as Stolas panic and ran away as he nearly bumped into a tall muscular dark skinned male with a scar over his eye…just like Vortex as a hellhound "you can try little townie boy but you cant get away from any of us" he said as Stolas just tried to push at him "Get away from me!" He yelled but his cloak was snagged by a white haired individual, he had tanned skin like Blitzo and barbie dressed only in pants but his mischief look shows it was Jessie "you are a bit to slow townie" said Jessie as Blitzo (Ridding on a wild hellhound) Laughed "You are right on that Jess, the runt is scared of you shadows you are what would a towny know about Demons *Starts to study Stolas Equipment* why do you have so much stuff?" Asked Blitzo as Stolas got mad "Hay stop that that's my hunting gear" he said as there were pedals of laughter from the humans "A hunter a scrawny thing like you?" Said Blitzo "I am no boy just like Vortex, or Jessie or my sister Barbie and others, I am a demon walker" said Blitzo as Stolas yelped as Blitzo pushed hm down the hill faster but the demons ran close "Up you go" said Blitzo as he grabbed him and tossed him into Tex's arms "When I sleep I am my inner demon, when I'm awake I am me, I am Blitzo Crazo Nii Shine-Hale *Looks close at Stolas* what's your name anyway?" He asked as Text put Stolas down "Stolas Lindbeck nii Wilbert" he said as Blitzo grinned big "Stolas Mmm? I like little birdies I climb so high to catch them I'm too smart for them though, they cant get away from me for long" he said as Stolas lept and grabbed the branch as he lands back on the ground with a smirk on his face as he got away from the demons as he began to run again…only to be caught by a trap as he groaned in frustration as Blitzo laughs at him when he and the demons and some of the demon walkers.
"Caught again, some hunter that's two for me, none for you" said Blitzo teasing as Stolas pouted "Uggh stop being so annoying its not funny you know *Flails* Agh! Let me down!" Stolas yelled as Blitzo chuckled "Alright townie if you say so" he said as Blitzo climbed up "No wait!" Yelled Stolas in a panic but fell on the ground after Blitzo cuts the vine using his sharp teeth as he glared as he got licked by a hellhound "Oh! Hay! Cut that out and stop calling me 'townie'" he asked as Blitzo chucked "All right, Stolas. Back home with you. Fun's over," he said as Stolas pouted "Well Blitzo your…" he started but Blitzo quickly covered his mouth, "Shh! Do you hear that?" the wild demons sniffed around, "A women. I'll get rid of her," he growls and ran while the Demoms and few Demon walkers follow him.
"A women *Eyes widened *Mama Loona" he whispered as he ran to follow Blitzo as he used his magic to move the vines until Blitzo grabbed him as Blitzo glared as the Demons came to look as he moved the vines and saw Loona working on putting more traps in as Blitzo smirked "Just one townie *Looks at Jessie* why not get your husband we'll give her a bit of a scare" he said as Blitzo pulled him back making the vines close "No stop!" Said Stolas.
Loona heard the sound of the vines and walked to investigate Stolas covered Blitzes mouth to prevent him from getting caught. He quickly covered Andres mouth mouth when Loona got close as Loona narrowed her eyes and moved her hand towards it as Blitzo pants, panicking that he will be in so much trouble if he's caught. Loona moved some of the vines and saw only a piece of hair. She picks it up and sniffs it. It must be a different animal, she thought. As Loona walks back and grabs her bag to put more traps. Blitzo moved the vines as they all watched her leave as Stolas sighs in relief "That was too close" he said glad that they were not caught "What are you scared of?" Said Blitzo as he nudged Stolas away "We have Demons with us…as without warning the two boys were pushed pass the vines and got piled up by the demons as Blitzo grunts as he pushed them off "Hay I told you lot, you cant go out in the daytime Mom said so, go back to bed you lot" he ordered as the wild demons did what he told.
"Is that…your mother back in the cave?" Asked Stolas "Of course! Well she is me and Barbie and our older brother Frizzaroli adopted mom" said Blitzo "And are any of the other demons…uh people too?" he asked "No Jeepers *Ruffled Stolas hair* are you dotty? How bid do you think my family is?" Asked Blitzo "I'm not supposed to be out here listen I need to get back" said Stolas as he needs to get back home before his mons does "Great I am glad to get rid of you close your eyes" Blitzo said as he got out a small cloth "What why?" He asked confused as Blitzo wrapped it around Stolas eyes "Dont want you coming back to my den its a secret" he said pulling Stolas to his feet "But I already found it" said Stolas "Oh shut up and walk I'll point you back to the town" said Blitzo as he started to push him "No wait I need my crossbow back first" said Stolas "What do you need that for? Shooting your bird again?" Asked Blitzo cheekily "No shooting…ugh never mind" he said as Blitzo kept pushing him back to where he came "This way hunter-townie-Stolas boy" he said as this wasnt what stolas wanted and he got bitten and founded the den of the demon walkers…and it was just unexpected.

The next chapter Stolas bonds with Blitzo and his family and in the city there are a few who are bonded with there own demon walkers in secret.
