Chapter 141: Chapter 141 : What Come Next ? (Rewrite)

"GRYPHON"

"Its name is GRYPHON," Ashina said while Kirito was moving towards the exit.

Kirito suddenly stopped.

Looked back towards Ashina.

He tried to remember this name but there was nothing.

"Damn it, I should have watched One Piece. I was a little too biased with Naruto. Good thing that I read some fan fiction and know a little bit of information about that anime." Kirito cursed to himself.

"Do you know anything more about the sword". Kirito asked.

"No I don't know much but if you are interested then you can visit Uzumaki Library for more information," Ashina replied.

"Okay I will be sure to give a visit there," Kirito said and got out of the office.

The first place he wanted to visit was a food court. He was dying to eat something. He exhausted all of his chakra and did not even eat anything yesterday in the middle of the war. While walking he realised that the temperament of the people around him towards him was different.

He did not notice this when he was heading towards Ashina's office.

"Hmm, why they are treating me like a celebrity suddenly" Kirito thought to himself.

Kirito did not think too much about this and directly visited a Ramen shop. He actually started to like the Ramen here in the Uzumaki clan. He was even thinking about learning the recipe for this Ramen and giving Naruto a surprise when he returned.

"Return huh" Kirito suddenly stopped devouring all the Ramen in front of him and muttered to himself. The shopkeeper suddenly realised that he was staring and returned to his work the moment Kirito suddenly stopped eating.

"Now that the war is done, I need to find a way back. It's already been 2 months since I came here. And I am sure that it will take me a long time to modify the seal and then find a way to travel back to my time" Kirito thought to himself.

Kirito's face tense and then he immediately focuses back on eating. This time with more ferocity.

"Eat and rest for today because from tomorrow itself I have to dedicate all my time to researching that ancient seal." Kirito thought to himself.

While this was happening with Kirito. Sakumo with his team finally reached Konoha the next day. He did not even greet the gate guard which he usually did and directly went after Hokage's office.

"Hokage Sama, Sakumo Sama is here and looking for you," Hiruzen's secretary said.

This immediately bought out Hiruzen from his passive mood and he took a serious face.

"He came back already. Why so fast, it should have taken more time right." Hiruzen thought to himself.

"Bring him in" Hiruzen quickly ordered.

"Hai Hokage Sama" the secretary replied and immediately went out to bring Sakumo inside.

Hiruzen looked towards all the elders around him and said. " The real important thing right now is that we have to decide what to do with the Uzumaki clan.

"What are you thinking, We did not help them in this invasion and now I don't think that they will keep the alliance with us or they will provide a new Jinchuriki for us," Danzo said.

"Yes, I am well aware of that,"Hiruzen said.

"Sakumo is there anything else that you can tell us about this war or that Blond Kid" Hiruzen asked.

What followed was Hokage and Danzo going to the Senju clan. Their intention was of course to request Mito to convince the Uzumaki clan for them.

Although Mito did not want to do that in the end, she knew that this would create more problems for Konoha and finally agreed.

Soon Jiraiya was also called back in the village and the letter was handed to him.

It took only 10 days for Sakumo to explain what happened in the war to Jiraiya taking the letter and coming to the Uzumaki clan.

This was also the exact time the Uzumaki clan was about to hold their meeting to discuss what to do with Konoha, after repairing the village and handling everything else.

What about Kirito though? Well, he shut himself inside his house and dedicated all his time to researching. He did not even give any help in repairs in the village after considering that he was the person who destroyed the entrance section in the first place.

But no one was able to tell him anything because he is also the person because of whom all those Uzumaki complainers are alive.

The only other thing that Kirito was doing besides his research about this time travel mishap was training in swordsmanship and Haki.

"Clan leader, some shinobi from Konoha are here." said an Uzumaki shinobi to Ashina.

"Damn, I knew that they will act first like this. Quickly call all the elders here. I am immediately taking a higher-up meeting and also bringing that brat here.

If he does not come then drag him to come here" Ashina shouted.

Because of the slow repairs going on, he had to postpone the meeting about the war and Konoha. Not to mention, Kirito was giving him a headache right now. He was not even coming out from his place. Only researching ancient seals and training from time to time.

Ashina could not care about some sort not brat but Kirito is different. Not only does he know critical information about the future but he is practically irreplaceable because of his individual strength

This was another issue Ashina was dealing with. Kirito's reputation after the war went through the roof and most Uzumaki at this point is calling him with honorable titles and Honarafics.

Another issue is that what the shinobi told him was really true. Kirito is really capable enough that even he himself can't force Kirito to join the meeting or do something he wants relying on just strength alone.

"Okay, I will take care of that, for the time being just call and let those Konoha shinobi inside the village and make sure that you are looking over them all the time. If they are going anywhere near children then notify me immediately." Ashina said.

And for a good reason, there is a possibility that Konoha will try to abduct an Uzumaki child to turn him or her into a Jinchuriki.

"Hai Ashina Sama," the Uzumaki shinobi said and also understood what Ashina was trying to imply here.

After that, the first thing Ashina did was to immediately call for a meeting. And also to bring Kirito out of his room. To do that he asked her granddaughter to do so.

Kirito had no idea what gave Ashina the idea that he would listen to a girl who outright refused to give her name to him. So when She really came to call for her, Kirito did not even bother to reply to her.

Only after not replying to the continuous calls from her that Kirito realize why exactly Ashina asked her to come.

That no-name girl freaking broke down the entire door of Kirito's house and came inside.

Kirito was currently standing in Ashina's office.

"So you are finally here, I knew that asking her is the right idea. But where is she" Ashina asked.

"In the hospital" Kirito replied with a stoic face.

This immediately put Ashina on alert.

"Why what happened to her" Ashina asked hurriedly.

"Dude you spoil her too much. If not for this, she might have not turned out to be a bratty little girl" Kirito wanted to shout this in Ashina's face but considering that he currently needed those Uzumaki people and their help to go back in his time. He kept his quiet.

"She ended up breaking into my house," Kirito said again in a boring and lazy tone. In fact, he was very sleepy currently because he was continuously working on his research.

"So what is that supposed to do with her being in the hospital? One minute don't tell me that you attacked her just because she broke through your room." Ashina asked.

Ashina signed finally and was about to take Kirito to the meeting but suddenly at this time, a Uzumaki shinobi ended up storming inside the office and shouting.

"Enemy, the enemy just kidnapped a girl".

"What where did they go? Who are they" Ashina said.

Kirito just closed his eyes and started to focus on the chakra around the entire village to find out any unknown chakra around him.

"Good thing that I trained how to use Observation Haki with Observation Haki," Kirito muttered to himself.

Kirito immediately stops a few new chakras around the village. Well, not all of those were new chakra. There was at least 2 known chakra that he felt. But that was not his target.

By the time Ashina was done getting the entire report from the Uzumaki soldier, Kirito was already gone. He saw and signed.

Kirito directly teleported near the southern part of the Uzumaki village.

"Hmm seems like they are 2 people and they really did kidnap a Uzumaki girl" Kirito confirmed after getting close to the kidnapper Shinobi.

He started to move towards them. He did not had any particular idea who send those shinobi but he will find out.

By the time he catch up to the running kidnappers. They already went outside of the Uzumaki village allocated area.

Chapter 144: Chapter 144 : Another Grand Daughter (Rewrite)

Kirito took his leisure time to extract information from the shinobi.

"Hmm, so Dando was doing his backhanded work even at this time. I wonder whether the Hokage was notified of this or not. Shame I don't have any proof to point any fingers at him. "I am the only direct living relative to them. My only son and my daughter-in-law died a few years ago" Ashina said.

Kirito nodded his head and looked a little down to give a little respect to the death.

"Since then both my girls have only me to look after them," Ashina said.

"Okay okay" Kirito wanted to end this conversation now. He was really not interested in knowing the entire history of Ashina's lineage.

"Since the death of their parents, both the girls started to distance others and don't get along with many of the members of the clan" Ashina went on.

"Dude, I am really not interested" Kirito wanted to say but now he actually got a little interested knowing that this might be the reason Ashina spoiled her granddaughter so much and this is exactly why maybe that granddaughter of hers ended up becoming such a bratty girl.

Kirito pursed his lips and muttered.

"Alright alright, I would love to hear more about your lovely granddaughters but I have some more research to do and a sword to practice. And if by any chance I am fortunate enough. I might also get time to sleep a little" Kirito said and was about to use his teleportation jutsu but Ashina quickly grabbed him by the shoulder and asserted his Chakra.

Suddenly there was pressure inside the office.

"Where do you think you are going? We have a meeting to attend" Ashina said with his chakra rilying up trying to intimate Kirito but he still had a smile on his face. Like what he was doing was only talking to a minor like an innocent and harmless grandfather.

"Oh I am sure that a kid like me has no place in a meeting where adults like you talk about important village stuff," Kirito said with an equally cheerful tone but he too ended up adding his chakra pressure and a little bit of his Conqueror's Haki as well. Almost matches Ashina's quote and quote, subtle persuasion.

Kirito currently doesn't have much control over his Haki. His conqueror Haki is the worst among all. So he can either use it only the bare minimum which is only good enough to give a little boost to his normal killing intent or chakra pressure. Or he can outright blast his conqueror haki and that will pretty much make everyone in the village fall unconscious.

Feeling an equal amount of pressure from Kirito Ashina's face looked a little weird.

The stand-off was kept on for a little while until both of them started laughing.

Ashina has learned that Kirito is not interested in money. He mostly shows interest in learning new things and getting stronger. So he really did not have much to offer him.

"Hmm, there is something that I might want. You see I really like this Ramen Recipe which I like and I am sure that my brother would love it. He is a Ramen lover you see" Kirito said with a little smile.

In fact, he himself knew that currently, the Uzumaki clan did not have any more techniques which he don't already know. His shadow clones were working really hard to learn and learn everything the Uzumaki had to offer.

"That's it." Ashina looked a little surprised.

Ashina also looked a little ashamed. He might be the leader of the village but he have to listen to his elders. Not to mention, there are many elders here who have practically raised him. So he can't say anything.

I think that now everyone is here, we should start the meeting already" Ashina said after seeing that Kirito too was reaching his limit and knowing him, the first thing he would do is either just teleport out from here or use Haki to knock everyone out.

" Who is Minato" Ashina and the other elders were thinking so it took Kirito some time to explain the entire thing to them. In fact, this information was delivered to Ashina by Umai. The same shinobi who accompany Kirito back to Konoha.

Kirito heard the back and forth conversation going. He knew that this would take a long long time to end this meeting and internally sign.

It took almost 2 hours of constant political talk that Kirito was almost out of his wits and was ready to bust out.

The talk from the Konoha side was handled by both Jiraiya and Orochimaru and Kirito had to say that they were doing really good.

"Alright alright alright. Let's cut to the chase here" Kirito suddenly said having enough of this shit.

This sudden outburst of Kirito stunned others. Orochimaru also knew how straight and imposing Kirito was when he was in Konoha. He was now only thinking about how things would be when he was on his own turf.

"What do you mean, Kirito" Ashina was the first one to ask. He too knew how Kirito reacted in Konoha. However, to his eyes, this was nothing more than a child not having the patience but he also knew that Kirito had his own strange and chaotic way to handle the situation.

So he did not stop Kirito. It was not like he was afraid to offend Konoha at this time. In fact, he was kind of looking forward to seeing how Kirito responded here. He got the report from Umai that last time Kirito made Konoha higher up pretty angry. He was really looking forward to this now.

What followed was Kirito being chased by the girl for the next 10 minutes, trying to kill him.

"You I am never talking to you ever again" The girl shouted.

"Hey, it was you who started the joke. Why start if you can't take it" Kirito replied and dodged a kunai directed right for his balls.

"Shit" Kirito was kept on his toes all this time.

After another 5 minutes, she finally came down and sat down.

"As I said, I am sorry. I was just joking. Did not mean to hurt you in any way" Kirito said once again.

"Hurt you my ass. In the past 15 minutes. I was near death at least 3 times. This girl is crazy. Uzumaki girls are crazy" Kirito's face looked like he was looking at a predator. He was ready to run as soon as the predator was ready to move again.

"It's okay. I started it anyways." the girl said but her face did not show that she meant it.

"And sorry for that aiming for your with my adamantine chains," She said looking at Kirito's crouch.

Kirito just gulped and nodded.

"So now tell me why you came here exactly" Kirito asked.

"Well, I heard that you saved my sister. I just wanted to thank you" The girl said.

"You don't have to thank me. I did not even know that she was your sister when I saved her. It fine. I did what every shinobi should do" Kirito said with a smile.

"True but I only have this one sister and after I lost my parent. We only had each other and my grandfather" She replied.

"Oh, not again. I am not interested in your family issues." Kirito thought remembering how Ashina bored him before.

"So I just wanted to say that I am grateful that you did what you did," She said and Kirito could say that she was sincere.

"If that is the case then treat me to Ramen some time. I will call us even then" Kirito said.

The girl also smiled but did not go yet.

"Yes," Kirito said trying to figure out why she was still in his room.

Chapter 148: Chapter 148 : Uzu Ark End (Rewrite)

In the last year, Kirito and Asuna have grown closer and are in a relationship. Kirito still thinking who the hell he is going to explain this to Ino. It's not like he did not like Ino but he also fell for Asuna here.

"Shit" Kirito gape and let go of Asuna. She used this time to grab Kirito once again and turn around, planting Kirito once again.

"No I got you" Asuna replied with a smirk.

But just when Asuna was about to teach Kirito a lesson. Kirito vanishes with a puff of smoke.

"Clone" Asuna muttered with wide eyes.

Kirito instantly appears on top of Asuna and plants her down. Holding her tight and not letting go.

He brought his face closer to her and said.

"You are too early to defeat me Aunty" Kirito replied.

This totally made Asuna angry and she tried her best to get out of Kirito's hold but it was impossible considering how powerful Kirito's physical power was right now.

He was having a grand time teasing Asuna about her age according to his time.

Eventually, she gasped up and pouted. "Alright, I give. Release me" Asuna said.

Kirito smirked but unlike usual he did not let go. He gets close to Asuna.

She at first narrowed her eyes fulfilling knowing how Kirito plays pranks on everyone. Something he himself claims that he got from his brother.

But what happened next totally stunned her.

Kirito directly link his lips with her.

Her eyes widen.

Ashina slowly backed up a little but unknown to her or Kirito there was a chakra threat which was attached to her.

A chakra that was connecting her to the Seal.

Then he grim.

After 2 years of absence, Ino really wanted to see both of them. Especially Kirito. Unlike Naruto, Kirito was her friend for a very very long time and he is also the boy she likes.

If it was under her control then she would have gone with Kirito.

Ino just sighed and kept on going to the park where she agreed to meet with Sakura.

While moving towards the park she suddenly heard a very familiar voice.

"Now this takes me back. The village hasn't changed a bit." Someone shouted while standing on the top of the electricity pole.

At this, Ino's eyes lit up and her head snapped towards the voice the velocity which broke all the laws of physics.

In front of her eyes, there was a boy in very familiar orange clothing standing and declaring.

"I am home every buddy. Naruto Uzumaki is back" Naruto shouted and everyone around him looked towards him with smiles and comments.

After Kirito announces his real name. Everyone knew that both Naruto and Kirito were the sons of Minato Namikaze. But there were still a few people who hated Both Kirito and Naruto just because they held Nine Tail inside them.

Another interesting thing is that Naruto did not change his name from Uzumaki to Namikaze. He kept his mother's name. Kirito also liked this decision because it just felt wrong to call him Naruto Namikaze.

After watching the entire Anime, It felt very alien to him.

Ino who was waiting for Sakura did not care about anything at this time and directly rushed towards Naruto.

"Kirito". Naruto, Ino and even Konohamaru exclaim immediately.

Jiraiya on the side also saw this and got interested. He wanted to take Kirito on the training trip too but Kirito refused. Now he was interested to see how much Kirito had gotten stronger. Especially after seeing that even he did not notice Kirito sneaking into Ino..., I mean behind Ino.

"Long time no See huh, Naruto, Ino, Konohamaru and you too Jiraiya Sensei" Kirito said without even looking towards Jiraiya.

Although she had so many things to ask and say to Kirito currently, she just wanted to know how Kirito sneaked up on her.

She knew that Kirito could do that with his teleportation but even then she did not even notice Kirito standing behind her.

"Jiraiya, you finally returned," Tsunade said. She looked around looking towards Naruto and Kirito.

"You have grown up brat," Tsunade said. Kirito was not sure to whom Tsunade was saying this but he just smiled at this.

"And you are looking more beautiful Hokage Sama," Kirito replied.

For Tsunade, someone called her beautiful if not strange but when it came so directly from a kid like Kirito who might be the same age as her son or even grandson. She blush.

"I see your mouth is still sharp as always," Tsunade said with mock anger.

"Oh, it's not just the mouth. I am much better than before. Believe it" Kirito said with a mock imitation of Naruto.

Naruto at this just looked towards his brother and pouted.

"Seems like you enjoyed your training trip," Jiraiya asked.

Kirito heard this and was immediately about to deny this after thinking about the pointless war that he had to fight and all that work he had to do coming back to his time. Not to mention the political hassle.

But while he was just about to say no. He suddenly also remembered about Asuna. All the things he learned in the past and not to mention he also got 2 incredible powers like Sage Mode and Haki.

"Hmm yes. I love the trip. It was not all roses and sunshine but I still love it. I might travel again after a few years" Kirito said.

Although he looked annoyed, Kirito was pretty happy after hearing those familiar words.

Tsunade at this just sighs. " This kid has not changed at all," Tsunade thought to herself.

"And what about you? Let me tell you this now brat. You were the one who insisted on going on a trip alone. If I don't see a positive improvement then I will make you chunin and make you do D rang missions for the next 2 months" Tsunade said with narrowed eyes.

Before going to the Uzu runes, Kirito had to convince both Tsunade and Jiraiya about his travelling alone. It was pretty hard and he promised that he would grow better if he travelled alone. He actually gave Tsunade a pretty hard time back then and thus now Tsunade wanted to see how much Kirito had improved.

After hearing this, Kirito had a visible smirk. Confident oozing out of him.

"I don't want to disrespect but as of I am right now. I can beat both of you and I don't even need Nine Tails Chakra for that," Kirito said with confidence.

Although both Jiraiya and Tsunade both know that Kirito is very strong. Strong enough to drive Orochimaru away on his own. But the current confidence of Kirito shocked them.

"Kirito being overconfident is not right. There is always someone better than you. A good ninja should always stay vigilant" It was Jiraiya who said this.

Kirito at this just closed his eyes and his smirk grew. Almost turning into a devilish smile.

"Sorry to hurt you old guys' feelings but I mean it. This trip was, well, in a nutshell, it was very inspirational," Kirito remarked and smiled again, his handsome smile never faltering.

Although he might have played the hidden powerhouse character at the beginning. But currently, he needs to show his power. This power will give him enough reputation and credit to make his own decisions in the upcoming war. Not to mention he also needs Hokage's confidence at that time that whatever decision he takes, she backs him up.

"Who are you calling old you brat" Tsunade shouted and almost broke her desk.

"Out of all the outrageous things I just tell and you only heard my slight remark on your own age" Kirito's eye twitched. Even Jiraiya and Shizune were the same.

"Is her age really that big of a sore spot for her " Kirito muttered to himself a deadpan look.

"I don't have any problem" Kirito wanted to say that she was underestimating him but he did not. He will just let his actions do the talking.

"Good" Tsunade looked towards both Naruto and Ino with a questioning gaze.

Both Naruto and Ino looked a little conflicted but agreed when seeing how much Kirito was looking down on both of them.

Tsunade was just looking for an excuse to put away all her paperwork. This also gave her the reason and thus she immediately brought all of them to the training area.

After coming to the training ground, Kirito looked towards Tsunade and asked.

"Are you sure that you don't want to add some more assistance for them?" Kirito was stronger than them even before going to the past. What is the point of him fighting them right now?

"Hey, you are looking down on us," Naruto complained. He too knew that his brother was very strong but he was still the man who was going to be Hokage Dammit.

"I wouldn't be that sure if I were you," Ino said with a heated tone.

" Love you too, love," Kirito said with a plain expression on his face, but Ino instantly became red at this.

He was not showing any expression and this was making not only Ino and Naruto a little taken aback but also Jiraiya and Tsunade. They both knew that Kirito previously was never like that.

"Oi, don't act lovely dovely here" Tsunade shouted at this while her eyebrows twitched.

Kirito just sighed at this and did not say anything more. He just raised his hand and showed a "Come On Then" motion with his fingers.
