As Dawn began to break, Eilonwy was the first to stir herself awake, Her Bauble hovered over her face, as the bright light burst in her face, quickly having to adjust her eye's, she took hold of the Bauble and stroked it, as if it were a pet cat.
"Alright, Alright." She said dowsely. "I'm awake…"
She looked around the camp, expecting to see the others up and about, only to be met with something horrifying.
Taran, Fflewdurr and Gurgi were all huddled against the side of the crevice, as a whole pack of wolves surrounded them, Taran held his Sword up defensively to ward them off, as the wolves growled and snapped their jaws furiously.
"Great Belin, did you seriously just wake up to this girl?! Exclaimed Fflewdurr.
Eilonwy stared for a moment, completely unblinking and then she screamed.
The Wolves then turned their sights on her and began to inch towards her.
"Oh god, Eilonwy!" Called out Taran, as he almost sprang forward to try and stop the wolves.
But before a single wolf could evan pounce on the princess, the Bauble quickly zipped in font and flashed brightly, blinding the wolves long enough for Eilonwy to find an opening in the ranks, make her way though it and get to a safe distance, But not without finding herself caught in the mist.
"Eilonwy! Taran called again, when the light dissipated, the wolves then almost turned back to the group resuming their previous intent of a meal, Taran wildly swung the sword in their faces.
"Get back!' He warned. "I… I know how to use this!"
As he suddenly hit the cliffside, a bright burst of light erupted from the sword, colorful sparkles emulated from it, frightening the wolves and driving them away once and for all.
Once they were gone, Taran quickly dislodged the sword from the cliff face and looked up, The bauble floated monetarily before shooting off after its master.
"Eilonwy…" Taran then ran after the bauble, with Gurgi and Fflewdurr following behind, together they chased the bauble as it sped off into the mist, The light of it leaving behind a trail to follow.
All the while, The Hunter watched them go, with a large black Wolf by his side.
"You never said they had a Magic Sword." The Wolf Leader snarled.
"I did not feel the need to mention it." The Hunter replied sheepishly.
The Wolf growled at the Hunter, causing him to recoil a bit. "In exchange for your life, You promised my pack a feast of these travelers, and you neglect to mention they can defend themselves?!"
"They'll probably get lost in the mist." The Hunter said. "Unlike you wolves, You know the lay of this land… better."
"Of course." The Leader replied, as he turned back to where the travelers had disappeared to. "My pack and I know this land, We can travel through the mists quite easily, they will not get far…"
And with that, he let out a howl that was received back a hundred fold.
Meanwhile,
Taran, Fflewdurr and Gurgi quickly followed the Bauble as best they could, tripping and stumbling their way through the mist, as if hoping it would lead them to Eilonwy.
Taran was the first to find her, scrambling over a small scattering of stones, he bumped into a familiar figure of a girl, who shrieked as she felt Taran knock her into the ground, landing on top of her, Taran realized it was Eilonwy, who promptly shoved him off of her.
"What the hell was that?!" The Princess asked.
"Hey, you're the one that ran off!" Taran retorted. "Besides, how was I supposed to see you?!"
"Uh, If you were following my bauble, you would have!" Eilonwy said as she got back up, and dusted herself.
"Well, At least we've gotten away from those wolves." Fflewdurr signed thankfully, Only for his harp to snap a strong. "What do you mean we haven't got away?!" The bard protested. "Taran's sword was sure to have scared them off, and now we're…"
Fflewdurr looked around again, the mist was still prevalent, and obscured their surroundings. "Oh Belin, where are we now?"
"Off the trail again, that's what." Taran slumped to the ground clutching his head. "Now we'll never find Hen Wen."
Gurgi spotted something and gulped. "Uh… Missing Piggy least of our worries right now."
As if on cue, the wolves were back and surrounded the companions once again!
"Oh come on!" Exclaimed Taran. "Didn't I already scare you guys off?!"
The Wolves just snarled in response as the travers huddled together.
"I don't suppose another lightshow could do the trick?" Fflewddur whispered to Eilonwy.
"Eilonwy whispered something to the Bauble, and it glowed brightly again, blinding the wolves and dispelling the fog in the process, Taran the spie and opening leading towards another rocky trail.
"There! A way out!" he cried, and the group raced past the wolves and hurried up the trail with the wolves in hot pursuit.
They ran up and up the trail, the every step spilling rocks down the path, making it difficult for both them and the wolves to get across, Eventually as they reached the top, Taran pulled out his Sword again and swiped at the wolves to keep them at bay.
Amidst their snarling and howling, Gurgi noticed something glowing out of Taran's satchel, he quickly reached in, pulled it out and found it was a small gold gem.
"Oh, What this?" Gurgi wondered, Taran took notice of this. "No! Gurgi give that-!"
But before anyone could do anything, There was a blinding flash! And the travelers were gone…

Hey guys, I bet you didn't expect this story to get an update, did you, Yeah, This is is currently my least favorite story at the moment, But I wanted to make an update to all my current stories for this year, and this was the last, I'll go back to working on Go God Go and Mabel's Adventure after this.
So as you can see, Taran and the group have made another escape, while not as developed as their encounter with Raga Bol, this new cliffhanger involves something that was introduced into my rewrite of Crossover Legends Season 1, The Warp Gem.
Now the Warp Gem is something I created to explain how the team got around into various places, Like France and… Well the other locations in that story, You'll have to read Season 1 to see the full details… But basically it's like the Warp Topaz from Sonic IDW Comics and can take its user to various locations across the globe, but they're very rare, and very few have access to them. You'll see how Taran's group got this warp gem in future chapters.
So for me, Well I just wanted to mention the new upcoming South Park Special coming in Four Days, The End of Obesity, which will feature a Skinny Eric Cartman, Cartman losing weight is an old idea, stemming from the classic Era of South Park, But that was an imposter, It looks like Cartman might be losing weight for real this time, I can't "weight" to see how that goes. (Ha Ha Ha.)
