Flashback.
Taran and Eilonwy watched as the team began to mount Appa.
"Well, I guess this is it." Said Mark. "It's up to you now to find your pig, and the Black Cauldron."
"And we wish you luck in your Journey to Crossover Town." Said Eilonwy, with a curtsy.
"I just wish you could do more to help us find Hen Wen." Said Taran.
Mark paused and then pulled out something from his cloak and handed it to Taran.
"Here." He said. "Take this."
He pulled out a golden gem and handed it to Taran. "This is our wrap gem." Mark explained. "If you ever feel like you're losing the trail for Hen Wen, use this."
"We will." Said Eilonwy, cutting off Taran before he could reply. "Thank you Lieutenant Mark."
"Just Mark, Please Princess." Mark replied.
"Come on Mark, We gotta go!" Called Jack.
Mark waved goodbye and mounted Appa.
"Appa, Yip Yip!" Called Aang and the Flying Biason took off, Leaving the four companions behind.
Flashback Ends, Present Day.
In a bright flash, The group tumbled out and lay dazed and surprised as they collectively caught their breath.
"Oh, Great Belin." Fflewddur gasped. "That was… a quick thing."
"Where… are we now?" Eilonwy asked.
Taran got up and looked around, they were now in a more spacious and clear landscape, full of lush fields of green, And a large mountain scape in the background.
"I don't know…" Taran said in awe, as he took in his new surroundings.
"Certainly better than those wolves." Fflewddur sighed. "No more mist either."
"But what is this place?" Eilonwy asked.
Gurgi sniffed the ground until He sniffed his way to a sunflower and sneezed, scattering the pedals everywhere.
"Heh, Heh, Allergies." Gurgi sniffed.
"Hmm, Maybe we should trek this place more." Eilonwy suggested. "See what we can find."
"Hey, what about the Trail?" Asked Taran. "What about Hen Wen?"
"Uh, I think that gem of yours just threw us off it." Fflewdurr said.
"What?!" Taran pulled out the gem and shook it Violently. "C'mon, take us back! Take us back to the-!"
"What?! No!" Fflewdurr made a grab at the Warp Gem "You'd send us back to those blasted wolves?!"
"It would be worth it to find Hen Wen's-!"
An Arrow then hit the ground near them, making them stop their squabble. The Companions looked up to see a group of Horrific Orcs, armed with Spears, Swords, Bows and Arrows, and Pikes, snarling and baring their white teeth at the group.
"Oh you have got to be kidding me." Taran deadpanned.
The group then started to back away as the Orcs inched closer, swinging their weapons menacingly, Taran raised his sword up as the others got behind him, The Boy made a wild swing at the Orcs, managing to at least cut down the first one, but this was just luck.
"Cmon, Cmon, Glow up." Taran Said desperately, as he shook the hilt.
"Ragh, Pink skin's toy not working?" Guffawed one of the Orcs.
Eilonwy's Bauble then zipped forward and blasted a ray of light upon the Orc's Momentarily blinding them.
"Quickly, Let's go!" Eilowny cried, as the Companions took off, The Orcs quickly gave chase.
They scampered across the meadow as fast as they could, with the Orcs tailing behind them, growling, yelling and throwing weapons at them. One knife almost hit Fflewddur, But only by a hair's breadth.
"Great Belin!" He yelped.
They soon reached a forest on the other side of the Meadow, and quickly ran into it, the Orcs followed close behind, but stopped when they found that they couldn't see who they were pursuing anymore.
"Split up and find them!" Commanded the Lead Orc. "They couldn't have gotten far!"
The Orcs then started to spread out in search of their quarry, they searched every tree and bush they came across, but found no sign of Taran and his friends.
The four escapes had hidden under a small cove beneath a tree, desperately hoping the Orcs wouldn't find them, just than, One Orc came towards their hiding place, Taran could see his feet through the roots, The Orc than peered over the side of the cove, trying to see if the Travelers were there, The poor souls could hardly dare to breath, Eventually, The Orc moved on, allowing the four Travelers to leave the cove and move further down the hill.
"Sweet Merciful God that was close." Fflewddur gasped.
"We have to get out of here." Eilonwy said. "Taran, can you get the Warp Gem working?"
Taran took out the gold gem and shook it a bit.
"It's not working." Taran exclaimed in frustration. "Why is it not working?!"
"Master shouldn't shout so loud." Gurgi cautioned. "Goblins could be here!"
"They're Orcs." Said Taran. "There's a complete differance."
"Regardless." Said Eilonwy. "If you can't figure out how to use the Warp Gem, We're stuck in whatever land we're in."
"And we'll never be able to find Hen Wen." Said Taran, the thought becoming a dreadful thing with each moment.
"So what do we do?" Asked Fflewdurr, voicing the question everyone was thinking at that moment.
Before Taran could reply, A shout was heard and the Companions turned to see the Orcs coming towards them once again.
"Oh for Heaven's sake!" Taran exclaimed, as they once again made a Run for it, The Orcs tailing behind relentlessly, until the chase ended as a small trench at the bottom of the hill, leading to a cliff face, They were now trapped, with the Orcs surrounding the trench from all sides.
"Now, We either skin you pink skins." Said the Lead Orc. "Or we take you back to the Horned King's joint."
"You're with the Horned King?!" Fflewdurr asked.
"Our master has taken his side." The Lead Orc explained. "It's only natural that we do his bidding."
"And now that means getting our hands on you tarks." Said another.
"Your foulness will not touch them!" Boomed a Voice.
From atop the cliff face,a Figure appeared. He was an elderly man with a staff, dressed in a tall pointed gray hat that seemed like a hood, A gray robed and cloak, immense black boots and a long silver beard.

And here we have, Gandalf the Gray! You probably were not expecting this, But since we got Saruman in this series, It felt right to have another LOTR character in this. In fact, It was always my intent to have Gandalf in the Crossover Legends Series, and this was the perfect way to introduce him.
After this, he will show Taran how to use the Warp Gem, which will be a great help to them, But you'll have to wait until the next chapter to see it. ;)
And now, after this, We will return to Mabels Adventure, and possibly the second Season of Crossover Legends if we're lucky.
