Scene 1
{Runway} The sun is rising as workers are running diagnostics on a new jet, labeled 'OWX-01 Slipstream Fighter Jet'. [Tracer of that timeline] "I can't wait to fly this beauty!" [Worker] "Remember, your flight isn't for a few hours. Just sit back and relax until we get this thing ready to be in the air." [Tracer] "I know. It's just hard to wait to make history!" [Worker] "History has been in progress for billions of years. I'm sure you can wait a few hours." Tracer then walks off to call Emily. [Emily] "How's it going, love?" [Tracer] "Well, I flew it into the Bermuda Triangle and saw what was inside it." They both laugh at that. [Emily] "Having trouble being patient?" [Tracer] "They told me that history waited billions of years, and that I could handle a few hours." [Emily] "Let me know what you see inside the triangle" Tracer laughs and hangs up.
Scene 2
[Tracer from the beginning] "New log. My perspective: 3 days since you last saw me. I may have made a new friend. And apparently I owe him because he misled Reaper. His name is Ramattra, but he doesn't seem to like me. He has other friends, like Nameless, Zera, and Lanet. Makes me miss my friends." [Ramattra] "Who are you talking to? There's no one here but you." [Tracer] "I'm talking to myself. And whoever's on the other side of this camera." Ramattra just walks off to grab something while Tracer uses his internet connection to access world news. [News Reporter] "Overwatch is close to making world history! We have some scientists to report on-" The internet cuts out and interrupts her broadcast. [Ramattra] "I will not have you leech off of any resources I managed to scrounge together." [Tracer] "I just needed to get caught up on the world, that's all." She looks over and sees Ramattra scheduling a ship ride. [Tracer] "Hold up; where's that ship headed to?" [Ramattra] "London. You're not coming, if that's what you're asking for. Even if you insist, let me tell you that the boat I'm taking is exclusive to omnics only. Unless you had a costume, I doubt that you'd be able to get close. I will leave in an hour. I expect you to be gone by then."
Scene 3
{Blackwatch, 1 Hour Later} Reyes is back at Blackwatch control station, watching news reports for the area he was in. [Agent] "Any luck in figuring out who the imposter is?" [Reyes] "Based on what I've seen, it must be some sort of omnic. Somehow it managed to copy Lena's personality and characteristics. There's also nothing in the world that can propel a human as quickly as I've seen without tearing their skin off." [Agent] "Sorry to interrupt your monologue, but we have a possible hit on the imposter's location. She snuck aboard an omnics-only transport ship on course for London." [Reyes] "Prepare the jet and Reaper gear. I'm going after her again." [Agent] "But last time-" [Reyes] "You are not to mention last time. As far as I'm concerned, nothing of importance happened. Understood?" [Agent] "Understood. Just like everything else that never happened."
Scene 4
Ramattra is looking over the railings of the boat, just watching the ocean waves. He is also listening to world news. [Reporter] "Overwatch has officially released a time for their latest experiment! Right as I'm saying these words, they will reveal what they have accomplished in 3 hours!" Ramattra turns off the broadcast. [Other Omnic] "We were listening to that! Turn it back on!" [Ramattra] "If Overwatch is so great, then answer me this: How come they haven't tried to help us yet?" The other omnic walks away as Ramattra heads to the lower levels of the ship. [Ship announcer] "We're 2 hours out from London Harbour! Continue to enjoy the sights of the ocean and make yourselves some memories!" Ramattra heads to the lowest level of the ship, where there are crates everywhere. He opens one of them to reveal metal components, and starts taking them when he hears one crate tumble. Ramattra quickly closes the metal-filled crate, and opens the tumbled crate to reveal Tracer hiding inside. [Ramattra] "Consider yourself lucky that you're not dead." [Tracer] "I had to get to London somehow!" [Ramattra] "Now you owe me twice. I'm going to find something to cover the top." Ramattra closes the crate and puts it back, and reopens the crate with metal inside, stuffing metal components in his cloak and dumping more metal in Tracer's crate.
Scene 5
The sun is setting on London as the omnic boat pulls into the harbour, with Reaper standing guard at a checkpoint. [Omnic Guard] "I can assure you, there will be zero humans on that boat. We already deal with enough discrimination; we don't need some rando-" Reaper pulls out a shotgun and heads to the boat as it starts unloading its passengers. [Ramattra, whispering to Tracer in the box] "Don't make any noise, or else I'm taking you down with me." Reaper then approaches Ramattra. [Reaper] "Nice day for transporting crates, isn't it?" [Ramattra] "The day no longer exists. All that's left is the night." Reaper opens the box to reveal machine parts. [Reaper] "Any reason for highly compressible metals?" [Ramattra] "They are compressed for easier transport. And- wait, I think someone's making a run for it!" Reaper looks behind him to see an omnic running away with a large box over his head. Reaper quickly runs after the smuggler as Ramattra quickly ducks into an alley. [Ramattra] "Now get out, and look for an underground tunnel marked with purple spray paint." [Tracer, getting out] "Thank you" She quickly runs off until Ramattra can no longer see him, and then she runs in a completely different direction.
Scene 6
After half an hour, Tracer finally arrives at Emily's house, and she uses her keys to open the door. She steps inside and starts looking around until she notices a few things missing. Namely, there weren't any accelerator maintenance components, nor was there a computer for contacting Winston. She heads up the stairs and goes to 'her' room, which doesn't have her usual equipment either. {Outside} Emily comes home to find the lights in her home on, and checks the front door - which is unlocked. Emily then calls Tracer. [Tracer of this timeline] "Can't talk right now! I'm gearing up for the Slipstream at the moment!" [Emily] "Just calling to remind you to send pictures of the triangle!" Emily hangs up and dials a new number. [Caller] "112, what's your emergency?" [Emily] "I have an intruder in my home" {Inside, minutes later} Tracer - the one we're following - just finished searching the whole house. [Tracer] "New log. I don't know what system you use, but the writer didn't give me anything to work with. It feels like I'm no longer a part of history, but if that's the case, then why am I still here?" She then hears someone open the door and walk up the stairs. [Tracer, excited] "Emily! You have no idea what I've been going through-" She rounds the corner to have Reaper put a shotgun to her head. [Reaper] "Trespassing? That's the best way to get yourself caught. I should be thanking you for making my day easier, but-" [Tracer] "Caught you monologuing!" Tracer blinks out of the house and Reaper pursues on foot, chasing her through several alleys. Tracer runs into a dead end and Reaper goes for an attack, but she recalls and escapes, causing Reaper to fall behind slightly. Tracer ducks into another alley and hides as Reaper slowly walks by, checking the alleyway for her. He gets close, but walks by her, not noticing her at all. Tracer breathes a sigh of relief, until the blinding light hits.
Scene 7
{Runway, a few minutes prior} [Tracer of that time] "Can't talk right now! I'm gearing up for the Slipstream at the moment!" After a few more seconds, Tracer hangs up and walks out to the Slipstream. [Worker] "You want to take a picture before you get in?" Tracer nods her head and takes the picture (Which is the one from the beginning of Tracer's origin story cinematic), and then gets in the Slipstream. [Worker] "You're cleared for takeoff." [Tracer] "Got it" Tracer accelerates the jet until it leaves the ground, exceeding Mach 3 within a minute. [Worker] "Ascend to 1,500 meters and prime the reactor." Tracer does exactly that, and the reactor starts to hum with energy. [Tracer] "Everything looks good on my end. I'm ready to engage the reactor" [Worker] "Everything also checks out down here. You're good to go." Tracer then engages the reactor. At first, nothing happened. She then tries to engage it again. [Tracer] "I've got a no-go." [Worker] "What happened?" [Tracer] "I engaged the reactor, but nothing happened. Maybe we should try-" Suddenly, white sparks explode everywhere, enveloping Tracer. She saw all sorts of events before they had even happened, and events that had happened recently. Then, she was looking into an alleyway as a dark figure approached. She screamed, but heard nothing. She kept trying until she lost consciousness. {Minutes Later} [Worker] "Lena, do you read?" Tracer slowly woke up from exhaustion, until she could get her bearings. [Tracer, half-asleep] "I saw something." [Worker] "Damnit. Abort the flight and come back to base. But shut down the reactor before you do so." [Tracer] "Copy. Tracer out" Tracer shuts down the reactor and starts heading back to base.
Scene 8
{An underground room} Tracer (The one from the beginning) was waking up on a table as a new omnic came into view. [Omnic] "Glad to see that you're awake. Ramattra brought you in while you were . . . going through something." [Tracer, sitting up] "What happened? Who are you?" [Lanet] "First, my name is Lanet. Second, you didn't listen to Ramattra and were chased into an alley. When Ramattra passed by, you were screaming in agony while a black-robed man was preparing to kill you. Ramattra fought the man off and according to him, you owe him 3 times." Lanet walks off to reveal Ramattra. [Tracer] "Some journey, huh?" [Ramattra] "Indeed" [Tracer] "So, where are we?" [Ramattra] "The only home that most omnics can live in. Welcome to the underground."
