(Sally Finglestain, the mayor of Megabay, is flipping through a scrapbook from behind the mayor's desk.)

(Sally reminisces over the photo album she had filled out when she was a secretary to her father, the mayor. Mr. Finglestain left his daughter the key to the city in his will, making her fill the mayor's position after his passing. The most important of which was an act to aid in reforming all of Megabay's villains. After asking the heroes of Megabay to round up all the city's criminals after saving it for the final time to reform them. It was only because of his commitment to the city that Mayor Finglestain had eliminated crime from Megabay.)

(Sally flips her scrapbook, looking at a few from before the villains started reforming.)

Sally: "Giant amoeba, crazy-haired women, robot bugs, an ice cream mafia… Times sure were crazy back when Dad was in office."

(Sally flips to a picture of The Powerpuff Girls, the Rowdyruff Boys, and the Misfit-Puff Girls stopping the Mouse-Eared Core from destroying Megabay with the moon out of spite. After that day, all of Megabay's villains were also rounded up and serving their life sentences, ever since. That was also the last time Megabay's nine young heroes showed their faces.)

Sally: "Now here's a keeper!"

(Sally then closes her scrapbook before putting it away in one of her drawers.)

Sally: "When my father was mayor, it was a golden age for heroes, but when the villains all left, so did you… Where did the heroes go…?"

Meanwhile at the lakeside lodge…

(Teenagers laugh and run around the lake in their swimsuits, playing games and making jokes. Soon the Powerpuff Girls (Bubbles, Blossom, Buttercup & Bunny) arrive at the lodge to greet Lola Mbola & Bambi, the two rich girls responsible for the state of the lodge.)

Bambi: (To the Four Utonium Sisters) "Welcome to the Megabay Lakeside Lodge, girls."

Bubbles: (Being the first Powerpuff Girl to exit the car) "Lola! Bambi! My two rich besties!"

(Bambi shoves Lola off the pier and into the lake. In the process, Lola grabs Bambi's hair, making her eyes go wide as she gets dragged down too. A small, but growing, crowd started to gather and look at what the commotion was.)

Lola: "Ha! Who's stupid now?"

(The crowd cheered them on as they started pulling each other's hair, slapping skin, and wrestling each other down. (Blossom walks away as Bambi climbs onto the pier next to Bubbles.)

Bambi: "Meet us at the lodge with Boomer. Trust me, you won't wanna miss it."

Bubbles: "If you say so…"

(Butch serves the ball, and the final round starts. They go back and forth until Boomer spikes the winning shot. Suddenly, a black tendril shoots from the ground and hits the ball back into the air. Brick jumps and spikes the ball into the corner of the court, winning the game.)

Boomer: (Furious) "Hey, what da hell?! No powers!"

Nergal Jr.: (Emotionless) "My mistake. I didn't mean to."

Boomer: "Like hell it was a mistake!"

Nergal Jr.: "I don't see why you're upset when you still won."

(Brick puts a hand on Boomer's shoulder.)

Brick: "Bathroom break time to cool off."

(The Rowdyruff Boys head off to the lodge's bathroom.
