PERSONALITY
Mizuyuri is a somewhat childish teen, though she knows of her responsibilities at home and loves to help others in any way possible. She is a bubbly person who always smiles at those she passes on the street, though when Mizuyuri is in a foul mood, she can be harshly sarcastic and smug. Mizuyuri has a rather sly way of thinking; she uses her high intellect for mischievous plans, though she doesn't often play on her trickster ways. She loves to support her younger siblings in things they do; when Sota wanted to learn to play soccer, she went down to every practice with him for support and felt it was her job to protect them with her life after the death of their father. Her family knows Mizuyuri to be overly stubborn, having arguments with her sister, even if she is wrong, though she won't lose her temper and has a profound calming nature.

Mizuyuri has waist-length, straight black hair that she likes to always style, trying to keep out of her face. Her mother loves her aqua blue eyes that make Mizuyuri stand out with her porcelain skin that makes them seem brighter.
Mizuyuri likes to wear simple clothes, not wanting to stand out too much; she likes wearing jeans or shorts and the occasional skirt though she likes comfort the most.

Mizuyuri has no power she knows of, though when she was a baby, she accidentally set her crib on fire.
Accuracy: Mizuyuri has keen eyesight, allowing her to see from a reasonable distance and making her arrows fly smoothly; she was the Club Captain for the Archery Club in her High School.

When Mizuyuri transformed into her original Half-Demon form, her once black hair turned a beautiful carnation pink that reached her waist and dark pink eyes with her porcelain skin. Cute little fox ears grew out of her head along with a bush tail from her tailbone, and her nails became sharper and can grow into large sharp claws, and her canines grew enlarged.
Mizuyuri liked to wear simple clothes, not wanting to stand out too much; she likes wearing jeans or shorts and the occasional skirt though she likes comfort the most. Mizuyuri likes wearing kimonos, wildly colourful patterned ones, as she wants to fit in with her time in the Feudal Era.
POWER & ABILITIES
Power
Superhuman Strength: Though Mizuyuri is of Demon blood, she does not have complete control of her strength; she understands how much stronger she is than her former weaker human self with help from Inuyasha.
Accelerated Healing: Mizuyuri's Demon blood helps to accelerate her healing abilities; a simple cut will become nothing in seconds, though more profound and more server injuries will take longer.
Superhuman Agility & Reflexes: Mizuyuri uses her speed and keen senses to help deflect and react quickly to attacks and manoeuvre out of the way.
Superhuman Speed: Mizuyuri was fast when she was human, but it is three times as fast now with her Demon blood running through her veins.
Superhuman Stamina: Mizuyuri can last longer, even stay up all night and not feel tired, though she does need rest; she still hasn't got used to her new self and sometimes whines about walking for too long, though half the time she does that to wind up Inuyasha.
Superhuman Senses: Due to Mizuyuri's Demon blood, she has heightened senses, able to hear from far away, and her already keen eyesight is much more excellent.
Superhuman Durability: Mizuyuri is relatively durable, able to take a punch, though she can only take so much damage before it becomes too much.
Longevity: It has not been proven yet, but Inuyasha has alluded to Mizuyuri being from a powerful Demon family; she may stop ageing.
Fox Magic: As a new Half-Demon, Mizuyuri does not fully understand her magic; she is learning from Shippo. She is learning quickly but has much to learn.
Foxfire: Mizuyuri seems to have a good understanding of her Foxfire as she can easily control it and even channel it through her sword.
Limited Time-Travel: Mizuyuri, having gone through the Bone Eater's Well as an infant, gained the ability to travel through the portal to and from the Feudal Era to the Modern Day.
Transformation: Being a Half-Demon, Mizuyuri transforms into a human once a month, and with her being of Kitsune blood, she can disguise herself, though she still struggles a little.
Poison Resistance: Like other Demons and Half-Demons, Mizuyuri is somewhat resistant to miasma.

3rd POV:
On a quiet, tranquil night, stands a large stone castle full of people inside conversing over the news of their King and Queen's firstborn child and future ruler of their land. The night of celebration suddenly comes to an end, screams penetrate the night's once-quiet atmosphere, soon fire breaks out within the castle, people once celebrating run for their lives. This night once full of hope and happiness, now filled with agony and despair, and one couple knew just who had ruined their night of celebration. People flee the castle; in the crowds, a couple escapes with a small bundle in the woman's arms, the couple clad in dark cloaks, the woman holds the bundle firmly as they race off into the night.

In the dark of the forest closest to the burning castle, the couple run looking over their shoulders frantically fear of being followed. "We're getting close!" The man shouts as they run through the trees; he holds his wife and Queen's hand; she squeezes his in turn as she holds the bundle tighter to her chest with the other.
"We have to get to the East." The woman replies as she hears a branch snap behind them; she again turns her head to see a shadow following them.
"Go, I'll slay this creature!" The man orders his wife; she stops to look at him but nods understanding before taking off running again.
The man watches his beautiful wife run with their bundle of joy and faces the creature following them, now in front of him as he draws his weapon. He looks ahead at the demon in front of him and gets into a battle stance, the monster jumps down from the tree and leaps onto the man, but he slices down the middle killing the demon.

The woman runs fast with the bundle in her arms and sees a clearing ahead of her; she jumps into the clearing seeing just grass and a small wooden Well. She darts her eyes around in hopes of finding her husband, but no such luck; she hears the rustle of the leaves from the wind. A scent flows through the breeze reaching the woman's nose, and it was one she was all too familiar with—the blood of her beloved.

"So you've found me." The man mutters and turns to see two shadowy figures cloaked in darkness. He swings his weapon at the dark figures and readies for his next fight.
"Don't think a human, like yourself, will win against us." A man's voice comes from the taller cloaked figure; the smaller one leaps towards the man and slashes him with her sharp claws.

"No!" The woman cries out and feels the loss of her husband, and races to the well in front of her. She places the bundle down on the edge of the wooden well and looks down at the tiny newborn baby looking up with its pale pink eyes, much like her mother. "I love you so much, my little Lilypad." The woman cries with tears, falling onto the baby's face, it tries reaching for its mother, and the woman pulls out some parchment and places it onto the blanket cuddling the baby. "I know you'll grow up strong and brave, just like your father."

The man lies bleeding out on the ground as the shadowy figures stand over him, watching the life slowly leave his body. "She'll be gone before you can get her. My Lily will be your downfall; she will rule the North." He mutters before the last breath leaves his body.

The woman holds her chest in pain as she feels her beloved gone from this world, and looks down at their joy and slowly lowers her down into the well by a rope, and turns to see the two shadowy figures walking calmly towards her. "Mother, father." She greets the figures and feels her child's presence disappear from this world and feels truly alone. "She's gone now, do what you must." She lowers her head, ready for the attack.

At the bottom of the well, the baby wiggles around but can't move much because of the constricting lavender hand-sewn blanket. Let's out a cry; sometimes, during the crying, it feels light flood into the bottom of the well; the infant opens its pale blue eyes to see a bright beam of light coming from the now open top. "There's a baby down there!" A man shouts and quickly leaves before coming back again. The baby hears the sound of movement getting closer, and soon, a pair of arms wrap around their small body, flooding it with warmth.
"Hello there." Another man's voice coos, the infant looks up at the man; he seems nice. The man slowly climbs out of the well, where a senior man and a woman stand waiting for him. The woman rushes over to the man and baby, taking it from his arms into her own.
"There's a note." The older man announces, seeing the piece of parchment that fell from the blanket, and takes the note. "To whoever found my precious Mizuyuri, please keep her safe there are forces at work that wish us to be apart, but we hope she lives a happy and full life with you and one day she will find the love she was always meant to have, thank you, from her loving parents." The man reads it aloud; the younger man looks at the woman and smiles.
"What do you say?" The man asks the woman; she looks up from the baby in her arm as she couldn't help but indulge.
"Can we keep her?" She asks him with so much hope in her voice.
"Anything for you." He replies; she smiles at him and looks down at the baby.
"Welcome to the family Mizuyuri Higurashi." The woman smiles and moves her finger to stroke the chubby cheek of the baby, who smiles up at the woman and grabs hold of her finger with a slight giggle, wiggling around in her arms.
