Heres chapter 5 everyone, very sorry for my long absence, I've been honestly dealing with a lot of life issues, and had to deal with them. Nobody says it's to easy either, depending on who you are in that regard I guess.

Anyways, without further ado, here you go everyone. Might not be what some of you want, but eh, take it or leave it. I'm just glad to have finally updated something after many months of silence.

Chapter 5 Elephant Logic

At the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, we see a set of lights were seen. The lights were coming from a small team of deep-sea divers, six in total. These weren't regular divers though; these were US Navy Seals, and they were on a mission find something.

In fact, right around in this particular area, was where the fragments of Jingoku sunk down to. One of the team members had a device, and it was beeping. That meant they were nearing something, and it was very close.

We open to a vast open sea trench filled with spiked rocks. To the naked eye these would seem normal, but no these were from the Hellfire monster itself. One of the seals lights shined onto one of the fragments. You could see that there were glowing veins on the stone itself. The others slowly converted over to the stone; the tracker beeped loudly. It indicated they found what they were looking for.

The leader made a hand motion telling them to go. Using some special under water machines that propelled them forward. When they got close to the stone, they all fired off cables that had four plated hooks implanting themselves into the rock.

With their objective found and secured, the seals began to leave, right then two large spotlights turned on. And then a front mouth hatch opened up. This was one of those new high-tech submarines. The team swam in through the hatch. Once inside the hatch closed, the lights turned off and the sub started its course back to the mainland.

Elsewhere at a private military loading dock, we see the sub was surfaced. Allowing a crane to reach into a hatch of the underwater vessel. The very same rock that was found under the ocean was being moved, with scientists, and soldiers watching and looking on wat was happening.

The crane slowly made its way over to a big rig truck. As it was getting near, the top of the trailer attached to the truck opened up. Infact one person was watching this all go down in person. With both arms at his hips, Julius steel smirked. He was determined to find a way to fight back against the kaiju, including Titan and Ultraman Luster. He wasn't going to let those two off world protectors have the satisfaction.

No, this stubborn old veteran was determined to make a mark on them. One way, or another.

(Op. Digimon Rearise "The Future is Now/Time Leap)

As the opening starts at a fast pace, we see the silhouettes of three different giants passing. Afterwards we see a fourth and final silhouette of a giant standing in front of the massive crystal just as the title Ultraman Luster appears.

Yume wa sameta. Machi ga mieta

At the beginning we see Kaiden emerging out of the door with his cousin Jeanne coming right up from behind him, surprising the teen a whole bunch making her laugh at his reaction as the crystal shard was seen flying past them.

Ashibaya ni kumo ga sora wo nagareta

We now see Iliana standing in the middle of a park watching children play, reminiscing the times she'd play with her father as a ghostly image of her Corus armor being seen.

Yume janai sa" Kikoeta ki ga shita

Next, we see Lance running alongside the road vaguely remembering his father as a ghostly apparition of his armor, the Magnus is seen.

Genjitsu wa sukoshi kawari hajimeteita

Now we see Octus in his human disguise as Newton observing the people around him before taking on his adult disguise just as it briefly glitches revealing his true form for a split second.

Monokuromu no e ni himeta iro ga

A flash of darkness is seen showing the ruined planet of Galaluna showing Modula and his vast armory of Mutraddi under his control before we see a dark cloaked figure and a pair of glowing yellowish green eyes above the said figure.

Kioku wo taguru ito ni naru Daijoubu, mada susumeru yo tte

We see the three off-worlders forming into Titan and from nearby we see Kaiden running forward bringing out the Esper-Grazer inserting the Luster input into the top of the Soul Converter before holding it out coating him in light.

Tsubasa wo hirogeta

For a brief moment we once again see the silhouettes of the three giants from the start just as the light died down and Luster in his Brilliant type form was seen running alongside Titan going into battle against a whole horde of Mutradii, and kaiju, firing off a series of energy attacks taking out a few of them.

Mirai wo saa mi ni ikou, Kako mo kaeteku mirai wo

After kicking away a Hellberus Luster changes colors going red into his Might Type form creating two energy blades from his wrist running by a Kelbim and Gue Basser causing them to explode while Titan creates a bow and fires off an arrow hitting a Birdon before it countered the punch of a Red King with a punch of its own.

Itsuka kitto wakaru nda, Sono mirai wa ima nan da

Next we see Luster changing his colors into a bluish green color, shifting into his Indigenous Type form and teleported creating a swirl of energy right between his hands to blast away a bunch of Muttradi with ease while Titan leapt up into the air throwing down a spear that impaled Galactron Mk2 causing it to explode before it's seen standing back-to-back with Luster back in his Brilliant Type form.

Hikari wo sagashi ni yukou Kage wo utsushidasu hikari wo

We now change to show Solomon and a masked woman standing in front of their G3 logo followed by General Steel and his troops seen saluting.

Itsuka kimi ga nagashita, Ano namida ga ima boku wo tsukiugokasu yo

Suddenly we see the masked woman without her mask reaching her hand out to a figure who had his body coated in light that quickly dissipates now revealing her and Kaiden standing across from one another as the same crystal flying over them along with Luster's upper body seen above them both.

Chorus(Oh, Oh, Oh.)

We quickly see Ilana and her Corus armor, followed by Lance and his Magnus Armor followed by Octus and his human disguises.

Chorus(Oh, Oh, Oh.)

Next, we see supporting characters like Jeanne, an alien child, Solomon and the Mysterious Masked woman, Celestine.

Chorus(Oh, Oh, Oh.)

Afterwards we see Kaiden walking and as he did, we see each of the three giant silhouettes appear one at a time right next to Luster's many forms, Brilliant, Might & Indigenous. Behind him were Lance, Octus and Ilana, the silhouette of Titan appearing behind them.

Sono egao ga ima boku wo tsukiugokasu yo

As the song finally ends, we see the group composed of Kaiden, Jeanne, a young alien, Iliana, Lance & Octus all gathered around holding a crystal in the middle glancing up at the skies just as we see the necklace holding the crystal dangle down.

Opening done.

As of the moment see Kaiden laying face flat on the table of the Lunis household. He was also snoring lightly, sitting in the middle of the couch, Ilana and Jeanne were next to him while Lance was at the armchair.

Jeanne stared at him, gushing, "Aw look at him, ain't he just cute when he sleeps like that!"

"Why is he?" Ilana questioned. "He's been asleep for five minutes now..."

"Eh, he kind of pulled an all nighter thinking on something." The red head shrugged. Then she decided to grab an air horn and blow it on him. He didn't flinch much to their surprise and Jeanne's confusion. "That's odd, I'm sure this works." Then decided to get a cup of cold water to see if that would work.

"Don't even think about it..." Her cousin said just in the nick of time before she could even pour it on him. He groaned sitting up. "And why'd you do that for? That's not funny..."

"Just wanted to get you out of your nap time is all" She said cheekily.

"Well, you think maybe I was actually enjoying it?"

"Well if you nap at an important time like this, it's bad because Ilana Lance and Octus are going to do some training today!"

"I know that..." Kaiden yawned. "I was just catchin up on some sleep..."

"Yeah, and now is the best time to save it for when we get to see their training! So up and at em!" She then marched out the door and Kaiden sighed as he was about to follow until he sees the news on the TV pop up.

"Hey, guys come over here for a second." He motioned them, grabbing the remote turning it up to show two old guys. Kaiden knew who they were, one was the host of the hit show 'Confrontation' Gabriel Marks. The other, he was well, very familiar with. Behind were multiple clips showing Titan fighting against Jogiku in its stone form with its flames put and switching over to clips showing Ultraman Luster fighting Hidoi. Multiple clips of both fighters played repeatedly behind them.

"For many years we've asked ourselves what Ultraman Luster is. A friend or foe? To many he's our friend. But since his return, another 'protector' has appeared dubbed as Titan. The question is, it friend or foe? Can we trust it, just like Ultraman?" He questioned the viewers before reaching over to place a hand on the shoulder of his guest speaker. "Today on Confrontation we are joined by Julius Steel commander of the military force who attacked the Titan Phenomenon."

"Phenomenon?" Julius looked over to Gabriel wanting him to repeat what he said. "That thing is an abomination."

The others walked over to watch the tv. "But general, didn't he protect us from that fiery alien thing?"

"Perhaps if he didn't bring that thing here, we wouldn't need his protection."

"Well, I think he's a hero."

"A hero? A hero is someone who fought his way through three wars, a man who's every medal is a testament to the devotion to his country and its protection." Julius said firmly. "There's no way I'll let this alien technological freak, and its friends endanger our country."

"And what about Ultraman Luster? What are your thoughts since his return?"

He snorted and scoffed at the same time. "No difference at all, the moment he appeared all those years ago, so did the monsters and those off world invaders."

"Really? What about all the innocent lives he saved? Dozens if not thousands of people are thankful for Ultraman, and I say it's good to have him back."

"And you don't think that right around the same time monsters appeared again after 17 long years of peace he suddenly decides to show up again with that robot? It just sounds too far-fetched. Way, I see it, he's no different than the very things were fighting. He doesn't belong on this world at all."

Kaiden looks at the TV, a mix of sadness and anger building up inside of him on how he says it, which his friends don't see, but Jeanne does and grows concern for.

"So, you ultimately think that all of this is happening of Luster and Titan?"

"One hundred percent." The old general answered firmly. "And I'm gonna make sure, that they go down. This is our world, and we should be the ones protecting it. Not those freaks."

Kaiden continues to look on in anger at how he says it, nearly attempting to throw the remote at the TV, until he calmed down and walked out the door.

"But general even if there both a danger like you think, do you really think that your army can be effective against them?"

"Don't worry about that..."Julious said before gaining a smirk. "This old dog still has a bark or two left."

"Well then shut up already..." Jeanne said bitterly before turning off the tv and went to go catch up with Kaiden.

Ilana and Lance also had looks of anger on their faces after hearing what the general was saying. Except Octus in his Mr. Lunis disguise, who looked with a blank face.

"Even after all we did for them, they're going to treat us like enemies?" The bodyguard questioned.

"Well, we can't exactly blame them." Octus said. "Even though we were supposed to hide, we unintentionally brought our problems with us."

"Unfortunately, there both not wrong..." Ilana said sadly.

They then head outside, ready to continue their training, as Ilana looked at Kaiden who still looked bitter, which has her concerned for him.

"Ok..." Jeanne spoke up. "So, you three are still getting to getting big right?"

"Correct, while we are able to form our Symbiotic link, we haven't been able to fully explore on what it is capable of." Octus answered.

"Cool, so where to? Because there's not very many places' you guys can train at."

"Try the countryside." Kaiden said, still looking bitter.

"That actually is the ideal destination. I've already marked on a suitable location. We should leave right now." The robot in disguise suggested heading for the car with the four teens following behind him while Jeanne rushed forward.

"I call Shotgun!" She declared happily.

"Shotgun?" Ilana questioned.

"Its just a slang word for calling dibs on the front seat..." Kaiden answered as he got in the back seat taking the middle while the two 'siblings' sat right next to him.

After a bit of driving the gang had arrived at the countryside. The kind where there were rows and rows of cornfields that went on for miles. The reason they choose to

"You sure we'll be fine out here?" Jeanne asked as the seemingly never-ending cornfields. There was literally nobody around, maybe a few houses hear and then but other than that, nothing at all.

"Yeah I mean this is bound to have lots of people see you guys." Kaiden agrees with what his cousin was saying.

"At least we won't have to worry about getting attacked." Lance commented. "They'd only just get in the way..."

"Well, we should keep the damages to a minimum..." Ilana pointed out. "Since we don't wanna cause havoc anymore."

Octus agreed with her. "She is right, since we are in hiding and protecting the earthlings, it's imperative we also prevent maximum damage whenever we are in battle."

Jeane winched a bit. "Yeah, that's well and good, but I don't the monsters will agree."

"Ain't that the truth..." The ultra host agreed rolling his eyes. "Well lets at least find a spot then..." Kaiden said before sighing leaning back into his seat.

They then park on the dirt road, the kind that doesn't get much traffic at all or rather none. Given how far out they were, there couldn't be any people around to see them merge into Titan and start their training.

Jeanne got onto the roof top of the van grabbing a pair of binoculars while Kaiden just sat up against their transportation. After that they fire off three missiles and start running forward speeding through the cornfield.

"I hate to be the farmers that wonder there's giant footprints in my crops." Now that they were gone Jeane spoke up glancing over to Kaiden. "You know, he's always disliked Ultraman, right?"

"Gee what gave that away." He said sarcastically with a bitter frown. "It's already bad enough, that our friends are being treated differently by the governments but to find out that your own grandpa is willing to blow you up to? It's hard not to feel this way..."Kaiden continued ranting on. "Yeah, and what would he think of all this, that his own grandchild is an alien hero, that he's hiding alien refugees from evil forces from space, and that he was trying to kill me?!"

"Don't forget his other grand child who knows the big secret too." Jeanne commented. "And speaking of friends there having a tricky time..."

They watch how Titan was training, until their different opinions of Offense and Defense goes wrong. It kept thrusting a sword forward and then a shield. Back and forth, back and forth.

"What are they doing?" Kaiden questioned.

"Probably something stupid." Suddenly the missile exploded, because the robot suddenly glowed dispersing the sword and shield blasting off up into the air. The missiles then hit a wooden silo tower blowing it to bits. She lowered down the binoculars frowning. "What was that they said about keeping damage to a minimum?"

Her cousin replied back. "Evidently, they didn't take their own advice?"

"Yeah, but on the plus side, their flying now..."

Kaiden sighed, as he would then let the fallout see how it goes.

"And I lost sight of them...We'll see what happens next..." She lowered down the binocular's turning to Kaiden. "Come on, don't let what he said get you down. We're doing a lot more than instead sitting on the sidelines and doing nothing." Suddenly they saw something in the distance, and they saw a loud puff of dust being made.

"Yeah...Should we?"

"Yes."

The long drive home was quiet. Very quiet. It also kind had not to try and speak for both of the cousins. They only were able to exchange glances at one another. The reason for all of that, was that both Galalunians in the car were mad. Really mad, earlier they had a big argument, and since then they haven't spoken to each other, and they didn't even look at one another. Instead, they both glared in different directions looking out the windows.

You'd think Octus would say something constructive and offer advice, but from the looks of it he was stumped. He didn't know what to do in this situation.

The van drove up to the Lunis's driveway. Once the vehicle stopped, both Lance and Ilana didn't waste any time getting out slamming their doors and entered the house the one who was last to enter slammed the door behind them leaving Octus in his adult disguise, while both Kaiden and Jeanne glanced over to one another.

"Wow..." Kaiden was surprised by how far this was going. Heck he was the first one to speak up since the 'accident' happened.

"Yeah, I know what you mean." Jeanne commented looking over to her cousin. "I know they don't get along, but this is like a whole nother level."

"Is this normal on your planet?" The robot in disguise questioned.

"You have no idea, which is human answer meaning yes." Jeanne replied getting out of the vehicle with Kaiden. Octus tried to get out but was taken by surprise when a little dog came up to his car door startling him and went inside staring down at the small canine.

Suddenly the leash around the dog's collar was yanked back. "Jacob! It's my turn to hold the leash!" They look over to see some of their other neighbors whom the two cousins recognized.

The husband's name was Charles, while the wife's name was Gretchen. Right next to them were their son and daughter, Jacob, and Eva who were fighting on who'd get to hold the leash much to the little dog's misfortune.

"Hi, we live around the block." Gretchen greeted. "You just moved in; Barb told us all about you. Have you settled in yet?"

Now that the dog was away from the car Octus got out. "Oh yes, Barb is very..."

"Interesting?" Jeanne guessed the word he was going to use.

"Yes, that was it."

"Oh, Kaiden, Jeanne hi." Gretchen waved over to the cousins. "How are you both doing?"

"Were doing good, got back from school and about to do some history projects on the battle of little bighorn and the battle of New Orleans."

"Well, that's nice." Charles looked over to Kaiden. "By the way Kaiden, how has your mother been? We haven't seen her lately."

"Hon you know she does important work." Gretchen said and even though Kaiden did his best to hide it, but he was having a hard time answering that question.

"Well, we still haven't heard back from her yet."

Jeanne frowned noticing this. Before the conversation could continue, they look to the younger siblings who were still hassling over the leash. "Your so mean!" Eva said.

"No, you are!" Jacob argued while their little dog whined being caught in the middle of their tug of war.

Seeing this the redhead had enough and spoke up. "Hey come on! Knock it off you two! You don't want to hurt little Teddy here, right?"

"Jeanne is absolutely right." Charles said looking to his little ones. "Kids, what do the Animal Friends Say?"

They looked up over to their parents thinking on this while Octus watched with interest. "Hmm, well Elly says 'arguing isn't a way to communicate'." Jacob admitted before Eva smiled.

"Hey! How about we do a teamwork!?"

Jacob held out the leash. "Yeah!" Her sister took it and both of them were walking the dog.

Kaiden chuckled at this while Jeanne nodded her head in approval. Octus looked over to their parents. "What are these Animal Friends?"

"Oh, you know it's one of those educational tv shows." Gretchen answered.

"There are programs that teach parental skills?"

Both Charles and Gretchen exchanged a look with one another with the wife chuckling. "Uh...no. Skills for children...It was nice to meet you...Kaiden, Jeanne, we'll see you both around."

"Ok take care!" Jeanne waved them off before looking over to Octus frowning. "What was that?"

"What was what?"

"Octus, I get you're not used to interacting with people all the time, but you really need to mind on how you speak." The red head advised. "Also, what's up with you? Parental skills?"

"I'm confused too." Kaiden added. "What's going on?"

"I am trying to understand this planets parental skills is all."

"Ooooh." Jeanne now understood where this was going. "Ok, I get it now."

"While I am built for multiple purposes, knowledge on my position acting as guardian over these two is very limited."

"So, we've heard." Kaiden muttered underneath his breath.

"You do know there's the internet too right? There's a lot more information that can help you out." Jeanne suggested.

"I have thought of that, but at the same time too, its very risky to download or even interact with Earth's technology. Especially something so vital that humans use. One mistake and the world would know about our existence."

She shrugged her shoulders in response. "Ok point taken."

The door opens Ilana pokes her head through. "Your all still out here? Come on."

"Coming!" Kaiden replied as they made their way inside. Jeanne leaned over to Octus whispering.

"If you need help we'll do everything we can." Octus nodded as they enter.

When they did, the two noticed there was one missing. Kaiden sat down on the couch. "Where's Lance?"

"Yeah, where is the Edge soldier boy?"

Ilana frowned at that question. "Upstairs. I better go get him." They both watched as she went up to the second floor of the house. The two sat down on the couch watching everything transpire.

"How much you wanna bet he ain't coming down?" Jeanne questioned.

"I'm not even going to." Kaiden answered as they heard Ilana opened the door to her bodyguards' room knocking on the door. "Lance?" She opens the door. "Uh, we're all supposed to be working on our oral reports for history tomorrow?"

"Alright when I'm done." Lance replied.

"No. We need to do it, now."

"Told ya."

"Shush." Kaiden whispered back continuing to listen to the scene unfolding.

They then hear the door close "You know, I'll just do our report by myself!" Ilana said trudging down the stairs in anger taking a seat groaning in frustration as she started her work. But she paused realizing that their friends, and allies saw and heard the whole thing. "I'm sorry about that...Lance won't be joining us..." She scoffed.

"Uh..." Jeanne started off as this was already awkward enough. "We heard..."

"All of it?"

"Uh...Not intentionally." Kaiden clarified. After a small awkward silence, Kaiden decided to break the ice. "Do you want us to help you with the battle of little bighorn?"

The blonde shook her head. "No, I can do it by myself."

"But let us at least help. I mean it's the least we can do."

"I said I can do it..." Ilana said in a firm tone. "You both can do yours. Don't let me hold you back."

They both look at each other in concern. Each hoping that this little squabbling can end really soon.

At the same time that night after a bit of transportation Julius had successfully brought the rock back to their headquarters. Once the fragment arrived, they secured in a clear glass cube. All around were lights shinning on it, showing the glowing veins. Inside the cub there were scientists talking amongst themselves including some who were up close in hazmat suits protecting themselves from the energy readings it was emitting as was shown from their scanners.

What's more there were people outside the cube acting as on lookers, two other examples were Julius and the head scientist watching from the upper rafters. "Professor, progress report."

"Uh...we have analyzed the specimen, and it is completely foreign to us. W-We need more time to understand its chemical composition before we attempt to 'open it'.'"

"Professor, do you remember your first lab project in high school?" From the tone of Julius tone, he wasn't pleased with that answer and the poor man next to him was getting nervous. The old veteran chuckled as he continued." You cut a frog open, you looked inside it to see its guts and how it ticks. That's all I want you to do. I want you to cut this frog to see how it ticks...So next time..." Julius turns around to the professor getting up to his face who cowered down as he was getting yelled at. "When were faced with a giant alien frog! We'll know how to kill it!"

"Um...But I..."

"Engage the X 18!" Julius commanded.

"But...the X 18 is...nuclear powered...Sir, the ramifications of using such as that on unknown matter oh well...there's no telling what could happen..."

"I don't care!" Julius replied with a straight face much to the professor's shock. "That's an order!"

"Steel..." A familiar voice spoke up. "I wouldn't do that if I were you..."

"Solomon!?"

"We've been tracking your rather mysterious maritime geological adventures."

"This is a top secret military exercise...Get him off that monitor!"

"You haven't changed one bit..." Another voice spoke up and Julius eyes narrowed. He knew who that voice belonged to as well. "At all...typical."

"..."

"No reply back? How s-"

"Engage." Sweating nervously one the scientists nervously reached for the lever grabbing hold of it. In spite of his orders, he was hesitant. "DO IT!"

Right then the power went out. "Did we get it?"

"Emergency lighting!"

Much to everyone's shock there was no damage on the rock at all. "Not a scratch..." Julius frowned in irritation. "Worthless technology...I want this place up and running again! Stat!" He turned around and started walking off.

"But sir, it'll take all night to reboot the main frame."

"Whatever!"

Meanwhile we see a G3 fighter in the air approaching the military base.

Standing beside Solomon, Celestine was on a pad. "Even though we warned him, he ignored us...At the same time too. This is unexpected." The masked woman exclaimed while her superior made a phone call.

Julius answered it. "Gah! This better be good!" The old man said in a very annoyed and grumpy tone, due to his sleep getting disturbed.

"Look outside." Solomon replied on the other end.

"What?" Julius sounded confused and hung up the phone. Pretty soon, the fighter got within range once it did, a side door opened, allowing both Solomon and Celestine to jump out.

Both of them watched as everything went into chaos, the alarms started going off, military personnel were scrambling all because of a storm. Or rather the storm itself, towering in the middle of the base where the experiments took place was a tall black cloud tower that glowed red, whenever thunder and lightning stirred inside, making it almost seem like this anomaly had a heartbeat.

"Celestine have you analyzed it?"

"Affirmative, that anomaly is indeed alive...The energy exposed to the rock created a new life form as a result of exposing two unknown foreign matter to one another...I'll need to run more scans on it." While doing so they looked over to see more soldiers coming in, with Julius getting brought in by one their military vehicles.

The moment Julius pulled up the head scientist rushed over towards him. "Sir! The X18, it-it-it caused-" As he was pointing at it Julius cut him off.

"Quiet!" He steps out of the jeep. "There's no proof."

"But I-"

"Shut it!" Julius wasn't having none of it raising up a hand. "Seal off the perimeter, scramble the jets! We'll blast that thing to kingdom Com!"

"Old fool..." Celestine muttered underneath her breath.

Solomon kept his eyes on the new threat at hand. "If we were to bring in our forces would any weapon in our arsenal do anything?"

"Sadly no..." Celestine bitterly informed him as they noticed whatever got caught up near the cloud monster started to get crushed by the air pressure. Much akin to that of a tornado. "I honestly believe we don't..."

Meanwhile over at Sherman, we see Kaiden and Ilana eating breakfast at their neighbor's place. As they were chowing down, they noticed that Octus was watching Animal Friends all while cooking breakfast.

Both cousins glanced over to one another shaking their heads already knowing what he was doing. "So Octus, how long are you gonna keep watching that kids cartoon?"

Right before he could answer they looked over to see Lance had entered the kitchen looking confused as well. "What are you doing?"

"I'm prepwaring the nutwisis meal composed of the thwee basic woups. Eggs, dawy and meat."

Jeanne held back the urge to laugh. "Why are you talking like that?" Lance questioned.

"No weason." Octus shook his head. "I mean, no reason. Hungry?"

"Sure..." Lance answered as thier robot passed him a plate off eggs and bacon making a smily face. However the bodguard turned it upside down making it into a frown. "How come you two are here?"

"We just stopped by and Octus offered to make us breakfast." Kaiden shrugged in response. "That's why."

"And for your information, we're still here to help you both on the history project coming up."

"Don't worry Ilana's got it taken care of..." He said before sighing.

"What's wong Bweezy?" The elephant on the tv asked his penguin companion.

Octus mimicked the action. "What's wrong Lance?"

He sighed again. "Ilana..." Lance started pooking at his food. "She's a princess, she's used to getting whatever she wants whenever she wants it."

"Talk to her." Octus repeated what the cartoon said again.

"Talk to her?" He repeated what was said. "There's no talking to her!" Lance brought both fists down onto the counter before looking away. "She can never understand...someone...like me...People like her never have...never will."

Octus turned around making a motion with his arm. "Try." Both cousins watch this play out, surprised that Lance seems to have a resentment of the royal types.

At the exact same moment Ilana was standing at the doorway of the kitchen Lance turned around to face the girl who was still wearing the same earrings. Her clothing consisted of a black shirt with gold buttons, a white collar, black skirt and maroon pants with a purse matching in the same color.

Everyone got silent as they watched to see what'd happen only instead of Lance saying anything, he looked away while Ilana rolled her eyes slamming and closing the door behind her. Lance stood up from his chair gesturing to the door. "SEE!?" He made his way out slamming his hands onto the counter making his way out.

"Welp, that happened." Jeanne commented getting up and grabbed Lance's plate eating it instead of letting the food go to waste.

Octus meanwhile looked over to the tv. "It didn't work Elephanty."

Jeanne quietly giggled, while Kaiden stares on, confused. "Octus..." The red head shook her head while eating. "What are you doing?"

"Watching this human program called Animal Friends."

"Yeah, obviously...Are you...taking advice from that cartoon?"

"Yes. For it's made quite some interesting concepts of human emotions and problems and how to deal with them."

"But that's for little kids..." Kaiden pointed out. "Just because it worked for the neighbors, doesn't mean it'll be the same for them."

"Yeah, come on your taking parental advice from an elephant who's meant for toddlers and five-year-olds." Jeanne added scarfing down Lance's breakfast.

"Well, it's the benefits of learning."

"Which applies to little kids, Octus just because you don't know how to handle what's going on with Lance and Ilana doesn't mean you resort to using that." She points over to the tv.

"Then what is the point in learning on taking care of two children."

"Because being a caretaker is never easy, also it means you can trust those you know who can help if you feel unsure." Jeanne motions towards her and Kaiden. "Like us, we can try and talk to them."

Kaiden then said, "Assuming that they both can get their act together, and sort their problems inside or out."

"All the more reason we chim in. So here's what we'll do, Kaiden since you get along with Ilana really well you talk to her. I'll deal with soldier boy."

"Good idea." Kaiden blinked in realization at what he just said. "Wait, what?"

"Yep. Today you and I will help our neighbors with their problems starting now!"

"Wouldn't it just be easier to let them solver thier problems by themselves?" Octus questioned.

"And what's your next thing gonna be? You going to make them watch it and hope that they'll see your logic?" Jeanne returned back.

"Probably not." Kaiden admitted.

Outside they heard the car honking. "And there's our que. C'mon Kaiden we might be secretly protecting the world, but we still got school."

They then head for the car, which Kaiden gets shotgun.

Then Jeanne sits in the middle of the two. "Ok, so just for the record, please don't bark at each other since I'm in between you two ok?"

Neither one didn't respond at all. They sat in silence.

As they then head for school, they had to deal with the awkwardness that settled in the van.

Both of them silently exit out while the other three occupants glanced at one another while Octus shifted into 'Newton'. "I am very concerned on what is going to happen."

"That makes three of us." Kaiden agreed. They then head to school, all while keeping their gazes focused on Ilana and Lance, still separating away from each other. "So sure, we can still do this?"

"Maybe?" Jeanne shrugged her shoulders in response to her cousin's question.

"Well, I wish you both good luck as they say it." Newton said before he went to his first class.

"Thanks..." Jeanne said dryly. "This is gonna be a long day..."

After a little bit of waiting, first period was done and now they moved onto second period. History Class, and this was also the one that they'd be presenting their history reports. Both cousins entered seeing Ilanna sitting up front, making herself look presentable.

Not wanting to waste any time, the two of them took their seats, Kaiden sat right behind this secret princess while Jeanne sat right by him.

Right then they both caught sight of Lance who stopped at the doorway looking at the one he was supposed to protect. He clearly hadn't cooled off, neither did her. The bell rang and he walked past her, going for a seat in the very back.

Kaiden and Jeanne shared a look as their teacher entered. "Ok people, big day today. Report Day." He said while sitting down, but to the displeasure of many of the students who groaned. "Come on now who's ready to go first?" He got no response. "Any volunteers?"

Quickly Jeanne beat Ilanna to the punch nudging Kaiden who caught up and shot his hand up.

"Uh we'll go." Kaiden volunteered raising a hand.

"Wonderful, Kaiden, Jeanne, you're up." The teacher said as both teens got up taking the first report standing before the class in front of their teacher's desk.

Kaiden leaned over to Jeanne. "You sure about this?" He whispered.

"Honestly, I don't even know..." She replied back as she took out the paper starting to read it out loud.

Back at Military Base, pure chaos was transpiring. Julius was pulling out all the stops, and every piece of weaponry the base had in its arsenal.

Fighter jets were also in the air. The storm creature was locked on. "Target acquired. Fox3."

The squad leader informed as he released two missiles flying past the cloud exploding on impact.

On the ground Steel was standing right next to a heavy duty mobile missile vehicle. "Fire!" It released the numerous amount of flying explosives heavily raining down a mountain of explosions on the cloud. All the bright flashes' made Julius cover his eyes.

Then his jaw opened in shock, all of that, and it wasn't showing any signs of working.

"Your wasting your time." Solomone spoke up earning an annoyed grunt from the old soldier.

"Well, you two got any better ideas?"

"Well, I was thinking, since you caused this, you would have a clue on how to stop it."

"What!?" Julius snapped turning around to them and paused. He wanted to say something, but he couldn't. "We need more fire power!"

"That won't help at all..." Celestine said standing next to Solomone. "Cumulonoid's body structure and mass."

"Cumulwhat?" Julius questioned before groaning. "Why do you always come up with stupid names?"

"Why do you always act first and ask questions later?" Celestine retorted back in annoyance no reply back from him at all.

"Do you have anything?"

"Only just what've managed to collect so far..." Celestine showed him a holographic data display showing the readings from this monster before them. "The usual water particles in its body are replaced with a different energy signature, and that also replaces the cold and warm air that makes up a storm clouds structure."

"So that means conventional weaponry is useless against it..."

"Yes, any incoming explosives would detonate...The wind pressure will also wipe out anything that gets to close to it..."

"Do we have any means to deal with this creature?"

"Hard to say, we need a more powerful energy surge to disrupt it...But I don't even think we have anything that could deliver that much of an effect against it..." She answered as they watched soldiers get out of their tank running on foot watching as the assault vehicle exploded, crushed from the kaiju's air pressure, the debris swirling around its body.

Cumulonoid: The Living Cloud Monster.

Back at school Kaiden and Jeanne had just finished up their history report. With Kaiden finishing off the last of it. "In spite of the numerous heavy loses, the British government was determined on peace with the United States, by the end of 1814 Britain had no interest in continuing the conflict for the possession of New Orleans or any other part of American territory, but rather, due to the European situation and her own domestic problems, was anxious to conclude hostilities as quickly and gracefully as possible."

The teacher gave them a small applause. "Excellent, very good, you two. You may go back to your seats." They both as was told. "Now, anyone like to present their reports now?" He noticed Ilana raising up her hand.

"Ah, Ilana, Lance, you're up next."

Kaiden and Jeanne shared a concerned glance with one another as both their friends and allies stood before the class. Even in the spot Ilana still wouldn't look at Lance, however she did pass him a piece of paper holding it out. "Read." It was evident she was still pissed off at him. On top of that, she was forced to do the report herself so that one bit was understandable.

"The battle of Little Bighorn was fought in 1876 in Montana. If it wasn't for the stubborn General Custard...the outcome might've been different?" He was really confused by this. "What?"

"What?" As was the history teacher, he shared the same reaction.

"Oh no..." Jeanne groaned allowing her head to set down onto her desk while Kaiden facepalm watching as Ilana smirked continuing the report.

"Yes, the self-centered General Custard..." She glanced over to Lance glaring at him. "Full of bravado, decided he had to have it his way and led his army to a horrible crash!" She declared getting up into his face not caring if everyone was watching the scene unfold.

As Lance returned the gesture both cousins glanced at one another both winched at this as he pointed to Ilana. "Well perhaps we should talk about Custards sister, who was truly responsible for the crash. Because her selfishness, and arrogance made her deaf to Custards experience!"

The teacher tried to speak up but wasn't able to. "Well, that's exactly what an overconfident and stubborn general would say!"

"Ok, hold on a second-"

"No, instead his sister, a spoiled, know it all brat!"

"Alright you two enough!" The teacher finally had enough breaking it up and stood up from his seat while the two crossed out their arms still not looking at each other. "It's obvious there's a brother, sister thing happening. So, I'm going to give you one more chance to present your report tomorrow. But you, better get your act together. Alright?" They didn't give a response, the two just simply shared a glance.

Minutes go by and bell had rung, signaling the end of history class was done. The last to leave was Kaiden, Jeanne, Lance and Ilana. After emerging out of the classroom, the blonde pixie head went the other direction.

"I'll meet you in the library, after school. Ok?" Lance said.

"Fine." Ilana replied giving that as her simple response not bothering to look back and kept walking.

"Fine?"

She finally looked back giving her final answer. "Fine."

"Fine."

Both walked away when they did Jeanne pushed Kaiden to the opposite way. She didn't say anything but instead jabbed a finger in the direction their friend had went.

Mustering up what he could Kaiden walked over next to Ilana who glanced over to him before sighing. "If you got something to say, just say it..."

"Ilana what are you doing? I get your still mad, but doing what you did isn't helping your problem at all."

"Except it's Lance..." She started venting out to him. "You've seen how he acts..." As she said this they both walk up to a window glancing through it where she sighed.

"Yeah, I do...But I don't mean to offend you, in saying, you have your moments too..."

"You don't get it...Everything is always his way."

"Well don't you think that maybe you're not giving him enough slack?"

"Give him some slack?" The blonde frowned glancing over to him again. "Believe me I've tried, it's like talking to a wall. All he does is give out orders, he never listens to anyone..." She then gained a sad look. "Especially someone like me..."

"Yeah, but that doesn't mean you can't stop trying."

"All I do is try, it's not fair..."

Seeing this wasn't working Kaiden went for another approach. "Nothing is, if everything was fair, everyone would stop fighting. If everything was fair, you wouldn't be on Earth, would you?"

"No...Where are you getting at with this?"

"People fight all the time...For all sorts of reasons..." Kaiden chuckled a bit. "You know, me and Jeanne have our fair share of fights too you know."

"What?" She looked at him in disbelief. "But you two are so friendly with each other. I find that hard to believe."

Kaiden chuckled. "Yeah, most would...We argued and fought over the stupidest things at times. Ever since we were both little, we were like cats and dogs. Both couldn't stand to see the other."

"So, what changed?" Ilana was intrigued.

"We got older, started playing together, and well, we've had our share of hard moments in our lives. Time just fly's by and we put all of it in the past. Now we all we got left from is friendly banter to one another."

"That sounds nice..."

"Didn't you have any friends back before it all happened?"

"No..."

"None?"

Ilana smiled a bit. "Well actually...I had one friend...Even though he was my bodyguard."

"Before Lance?" She nodded. "What was his name?"

"Hobbs...He's been looking out for me since I was little...Always there by my side making sure I was safe...He was also the only other person I could talk to whenever I wasn't able to talk to my father about things..."

"What happened to him?"

"During the Mutraddi invasion he was injured trying to protect me..." Ilana had a flashback of the event that transpired. "Last time I saw him...he was taken away to receive medical treatment..."

"I'm sorry..." Kaiden grew curious. "What kind of person was he?"

"Strong, brave and honest...It was one the reasons my father entrusted him with my safety..."

"You know, you should hold onto that small amount of hope..." She looked over as he continued. "If he's as every bit as you describe him to be, then there's a good chance he's still fighting with your people...It's a long shot sure... But no matter what happens, you should take that, use it as motivation to continue on till your able to get back home and retake it."

Ilana smiled at his words of encouragement, maybe because of his alternate identity, or just his entire being. But she felt at ease, and hearing that was something she really needed. Lance wasn't much for words, nor was Octus, so it was actually nice change of pace.

But the mood was ruined. "This is strange..." They both turn to see Octus was standing in the middle right behind them. The two were startled, as both were caught up in their talk they didn't realize that he was there.

"You're telling me? I'm getting relationship advice and a pep talk from a giant of light in human form."

Kaiden raised an eyebrow snorting in response with a light smirk. "And I'm talking with a princess from another planet." He jabbed back she returned the smirk back.

"Actually, no it's none of that..." Newton said as he pointed forward. "There is a strange weather phenomenon 90 miles north of here."

This got there attention. "What do you mean by strange?" Ilana inquired.

"Colliding air pressure, violent arcing energy surges, all contain a massive cylindrical force."

She leaned forward for a better look but nothing special came into view. "I don't see it."

Kaiden hummed in thought. "Could it be a storm approaching?"

"That's what I believe it is...But something just doesn't seem right with it..." Octus said as the bell rung again. "I must go." He told them before walking off. "I will continue my analysis after next class."

When he left Kaiden heard Ilana gasp in shock and surprise. At first, he was going to ask, but then the sky outside had started to turn dark and grey. Both were surprised to see a tower of black clouds, giving off glowing flashes of red and white light. Cumulonoid had finally reached the city itself.

At first Ilana was going to call Lance, but then she frowned taking a look around to make sure no one saw her leave. Kaiden caught notice of this and followed her.

"W-Wait...Aren't you going to c-"

"We can handle this ourselves Kaiden..." Ilana said to her friend.

"But, we don't even know what that thing is, or what it can do..."

"Don't worry, my armor has more technical purposes than Lance has...Once I get a good scan you can fight it..."

"Hold that's not how-"

Ilana gripped his arm. "Kaiden please..." She didn't want to argue with Lance, and she didn't want to be seen as weak. She wanted to prove she was capable of doing things on her own.

After a few moments Kaiden just gave a sigh of defeat. "Alright..." Even though he was against the idea of them going in just the two of them it was better to address this issue now and not later.

At the same time we see Julius standing before Cumulonoid with his head scientist with a platoon of soldiers on standby.

From behind them a truck rolled in on it's back was a large cannon like weapon. "Prepare to fire the EMP."

"Sir...we don't know what the electrical magnet pulse will do to it."

"Fire!" Julius ignored his warning once again, and the scientist was even more worried then ever. What's more the two cleared out of the way watching as the weapon powered, charging up before firing off a green energy beam.

Just like before, nothing happened at all. Julius raised an eyebrow wondering what was gonna happen now. Now as for Cumulonoid it was starting to give a reaction. It was glowing more profusely, and the sounds of thunder and lightning were heard.

Everyone witnessed as a glowing dot had shined firing off an electrical bolt. Everyone scrambled out of the way while the bolt traced straight across the street.

"Uh-oh." Julious realized he just made things worse. And things were going to get more complicated.

Back at the school library as Lance was going to enter, Jeanne rushed up over to him. "Hey, have you seen Kaiden?"

"No, why?"

"I haven't seen him, since history class. I was hoping you caught sight of him."

"He walked off with Ilana. That was the last time I saw him."

"Weird...So, your meeting Ilana here?"

"That's the idea..." He looked around but couldn't find her, not having much to do she helped out to look around. Because if they found Ilana, she'd be able to find her cousin.

"Lance...Jeanne..." They both turned to see Newton standing by the window. "Ilana's armor was just been turned on."

"What?" Lance hearing this both he and Jeanne raced up to him. "Where is she?"

"There..." Newton pointed outside and through the window they saw Cumulonoid.

"That...doesn't look good..." Jeanne commented as she wasn't expecting to see something like that. "If...I had to guess...Kaidens over there with her..."

"Ilana be careful..."

"Don't worry Kaiden, I'm not going to get too close to it..." She reassured him through a small communications device. One that Octus had made for them, so they may communicate. The robot even had made one for Jeanne, just in case. From a safe distance, the Corus armor was flying, but nearby there was also a large battalion of tanks on standby.

He watched as the Corus armor got a few feet away from Cumulonoid. "Starting my scan now..." Ilana spread out her arms and from behind, the head piece of the armor moved upwards, and it was giving off electricity. Through the head piece of the armor, she started.

"Well? Got anything?"

"Yeah...The energy readings are through the roof." She replied back. "These gas compounds don't seem indigenous to Earth. " The realization hit her as she saw further results. "This has Mutraddi DNA."

"Get out of there now!" Kaiden called out but then a series of explosions rocked her armor. Down bellow the tanks were firing upon her. After the back of her helmet went back in place Ilana sped off avoiding the blasts going past Cumulonoid but suddenly a bolt of electricity flashed out coating the corvus armor and started to pull her in.

"Ilana!" Kaiden's eyes widened as he brought out the Spirit Converter pressing the back button.

Inside of his inner light he proceeded to take out Lusters Memory Key and inserted it into the top of the Esper Grazer

Ultra-Soul

Ultraman Luster

Holding out the device, he pressed onto the arrow pads making the screen flash on skimming through images of other humanoid giants until he stopped at purple giant raising who was in a fighting stance. Pressing the big round button, the screen beeped.

Ultraman Emiror!

Spirit Surge! Brilliance!

Kaiden proceeded hold the Esper Grazer over to the middle of his chest. "Let your spirit radiate brilliantly! Luster!" Without hesitation he hoisted it high into the air as he could and just like that he was enveloped in energy.

Ultraman Luster Brilliant Type!

(Insert Rise)

From a bright white light followed by a multicolored crystal that shatters revealing the Ultra emerge giving out a battle cry with both arms out going forward.

Just as Ilana was getting sucked into Cumulonoids body a purple energy beam coated her armor. It was Luster using his Capture Stream, thanks to this technique the giant of light proceeded to pull the robot girl out of the cloud monster bring her towards him.

The armored female royal looked up to Luster and nodded, in which he returned back. Afterwords she flew off to get to cover.

Returning his attention to Cumulonoid, Luster got into his stance while this was going on the military decided too ultimately back off. Even they knew better then get caught up in one of the giant of light's fights.

He took up to the air and tossed out a hand slash. However, nothing happened at all much to Luster's surprise. Right then Cumulonoid fired off an electrical bolt that Luster sped off avoiding the attack.

However, the storm cloud monster fired off another, in response, Luster's right hand glowed and a burst of energy was fired. Cumulonoid's bolt collided with a much stronger variant of his Hand Slash creating an explosion.

Luster quickly stretched out both of his arms out behind him. All the crystals on his body minus the ones on his head began to glow, getting brighter within passing seconds as the ultra-slowly brought them forward which intensified the glow emitting from the crystals. Within mere moments he brought his arms up high which caused the crystals to stop glowing and quickly he put both his arms together shaping them into an 'L' formation'. He fired off his Radiance Surge at Cumulonoid.

However much to Luster's surprise nothing happened, no signs of damage, nothing.

To make matters worse the living storm glowed before returning fire blasting the giant of light with a bolt of lightning sending the ultra-flying crash landing on the ground giving off a pained scream.

From the side lines Ilana was about to intervene but a familiar voice made her stop in place. "What do you think your doing?" She turned around and saw that Lance had just landed in his Magnus armor with Octus not to far off. "You both shouldn't have come here on your own."

"We came here by ourselves, so fighting with you could be avoided." She replied back firmly.

"Ilana...we-" Lance was cut off as Cumulonoid fired off another bolt. At the same time Luster got back up, his crystals glowed and within a flash, he appeared before onlookers getting himself in between a news anchor van holding out his hands creating an energy barrier. While it might've protected the van and people who were there, the force of the attack was forcing Luster to skid through the ground. In spite of this, he remained strong, despite skidding through rows and rows of grass lands that were on the edge of the city. However, the barrier dispersed and the ultra-gave off a pained screamed getting caught up in the explosion of bridge.

"Kaiden!" Ilana called out to her friend. She knew they had to join in on the fight before any more destruction could be caused.

"Engage Symbiotic Titan."

(Insert transformation sequence)

Once formed the colossal fighting machine stood before Cumulonoid. It waited for the first move to be made, and the living storm monster produced another electrical bolt, only it was much stronger, tracing through the ground and going into the city.

Quickly seeing this Titan rushed over to the line of fire. Its direction was heading straight towards the Sherman City hospital. They had to make their move.

"Sword!" "Shield!" However both of the two key components for Titan still weren't aligned with another.

"Not again..." Octus deadpanned as the robot made both weapons, however it left itself open causing a massive explosion. While the hospital was fine, Titan had taken massive damage.

Much to their misfortune Cumulonoid was heading towards their direction. While doing so Luster flew in landing next to Titan assuming a fighting stance.

Lance issued the next order. "Neuron missiles initiate!"

"No, we have to focus all our energy to defend another blast!" Ilana objected.

"We won't survive another blast!" Lance pointed out. "We have to attack!"

"It's always your way isn't it, Lance!?"

"No Ilana, it's not my way, it's about the right way!"

"But the right way isn't your way!"

"So, it's your way!?"

"Shut up!" Before another word could be said, inside of Titans connection both teens were surprised to hear that voice. "Both you! Stop it now!"

Lance wasn't expecting this. "What the..."

"Kaiden?" Ilana was surprised to hear his voice. "How are you talking us?"

"It would appear, somehow he's able to talk to us telepathically." Octus pointed out. "I didn't even think that would be possible."

"Do you both think that arguing with each other will solve anything!?" Luster turned his head over to Titan. "There are bigger things going on than just you two! Were supposed to be a team, aren't we!?"

The question made both of them silent and then right then Cumulonoid charged up another attack. As he did Luster kneeled down crossing out both arms. The crystals on his shoulders glowed and a much larger multi colored energy field was created. This was one of Luter's signature defense, Radiance Gate.

"Kaiden!" The three exclaimed watching as he was doing everything he could to protect them and the hospital behind them.

Luster grunted as he stabilized the barrier. "Ilana, Lance...do you both remember what we're trying to do!?" The ultra questioned. "We're trying to learn more about what we can do! You as Titan and me as Ultraman! Are you really willing to let this planet be destroyed!?" Hearing that seemed to put them in a trance.

Luster turned over to Titan and for a brief moment they could've sworn through barely visible energy Kaiden was gritting his teeth indicating his struggle. Not to mention the barrier was showing signs of slightly cracking. "We made a promise to protect the Earth! It's not just my home, but your home too! Everyone one of your people, are waiting! They need your help! Don't you feel it!? There hope, their strength and their dreams!?" That hit the nail for them as the brief glimpse of Luster's human form disappeared. They also recalled the terrible events that transpired on their home world as well. "Are you both going to make them wait till there nothing left!? We can do it! But we have to work together!" The barrier had almost given out but luckily for them the attack dispersed and Luster was exhausted.

Not to mention his forehead crystals were started to beep red. Showing that he wasn't going to be able to retain in that form for much longer.

"Kaiden is absolutely right." Octus spoke up. "We all are working together for a goal. Plus if Earth children can manage to get along fine. Why can't you? We are all part of this same team."

While conversing with one another, Cumulonoid was charging up power. "Another blast is coming!" Ilana pointed out. "How do we stop it?"

"Not to mention, none of my attacks are working on it all..." Kaiden pipped in. "I'm not sure how we can even harm it..."

"Its power is immense, if there were a way to use it against itself..." Lance was cut off as another one of Cumulonoid's attacks darted straight towards them. This time Titan returned the favor getting in front of Luster taking the hit, only they used the sword and shield to block it.

Naturally another explosion occurred. When the smoke died down Titan remained, unlike before it sustained less damage. Not a whole bunch, but enough to where they were still standing. "Everyone ok?

"A few systems are down, and our outer armor will shatter under the strain of another attack." Octus informed.

"Wait..." Lance gained an idea. "What if we released the armor and let the energy, hit our inner core?"

"There is a possibility we can absorb it..." Octus deduced.

"And we can redirect it into the eye of the storm. " Ilana was catching on.

"Like a lightning rod...But uh..."

Ilana noticed his hesitation. "What is it Octus?"

"We will need to fly into the heart of the storm..." He was referring to them going into flight mode. But the last time, they crashed badly.

"Can we make that happen again?" Ilana questioned.

"We have to..." Lance replied back. "It's our only chance."

"Hold a moment..." Kaiden spoke up as he strained to get back onto his feet. "Could it be possible to disrupt the energy flow?"

"What are you suggesting?" Lance questioned.

"Actually...Hypothetically speaking there is..." Octus answered the ultra's question. "You could perhaps change the wind speed and direction of the storm itself."

"Then that'd buy us enough time..." Lance's brain was starting to go into work. "Octus, can Kaiden's attack be used as an alternate energy source onto the creature?"

"It should work..."

"What!?" Luster turned over to them. "No, there's no telling what could happen!"

"Kaiden, we have to try..." Ilana said to her friend. "I know I messed up by having us go here by ourselves...But please...Were part of the reason this creature was born...We trust you...so trust us..."

Even though Kaiden wanted to argue, he couldn't there wasn't much time. And even though he couldn't sustain this form for much longer. He had to help his friends, so with his mind made up Luster flew up into the air getting in front of Cumulonoid. Once there his body glowed and he shot off into the right speed around it at a rapid pace. Slowly but surely the storm monsters body began to rotate along with him, the clouds themselves were also dispersing. The glowing red energy was also growing erratic at the same time.

While he did this Titan dispersed its swords, its chest glowing, giving off a loud humming noise, putting both its arms together before spreading them out. Its body glowed, dying down, and the energy was redirected to its feet. Then the thrusters came online, instead of going up, Titan went sideways.

"Were out of control..." Ilana noted and many soldiers within tanks watched. But immediately either dived back in holding onto something or running for it fast as they could because the robots thrusters were knocking over the tanks like they were bowling pins.

"More altitude..." Lance added.

"Together!" With that bit of encouragement from Octus they finally succeeded and blasted off right into Cumulonoid's body that was still out of whack thanks to Luster intervening it from doing anything. It couldn't blast its bolts, nothing, not with the current state it was in.

"Its working! Kaiden's actually doing it!" Ilana said happily as Titan traveresed into the heart of the storm.

"Ilana focus! He doesn't much time left!"

"I know, Octus are we almost there?"

"Yes, we've reached the core."

"Alright, opening armor..." With the issue commanded, Titans armor began to open up in exposing its entire body frame, everything. "Kaiden!? Can you hear us!?"

"Yes! I hear you!"

"Were ready!"

"Ok!" From outside Luster stopped what he was doing, and when he did, the crystals were rapidly beeping red frantically. This was it, now or never. The ultra repeated the process, gathering as much remaining power as he could pulling both arms back.

"Heavy circuitry interface for energy surge." Octus said meaning they were ready for the plan to go in motion. Outside, Luster shaped his arms into an 'L' formation yet again firing off his beam which made contact with Titan and the robot was absorbing all that was coming to it.

"Ready to redirect energy..."

"Operational systems are beginning to fail!"

"Release it!" Lance called out and that's what they did, multiple blasts of energy erupted from all around Titan. From outside, many onlookers including Luster watched as multiple beams were breaking out from Cumulonoid's cloudy body. Many glowing orange dots were present and before long, the living storm monster erupted into an even larger scale explosion.

When the blast died down Cumulonoid was no more, onlookers in the city were relieved to know that the city was saved yet again. Heck, even the force of the blast made it start to rain all across the entire area.

From the sidelines, the onlookers, of the military and G3 watched in fascination as it happened. The only one seemingly smiling for this victory was Celestine.

"They did it..." Julius breathed. Although he was relieved, he was also aggravated. He and his soldiers were supposed to handle this creature, but once again these two off worlds hero's proved them wrong. Heck they even watched as both Titan and Luster fell down from the sky crashing in the distance. "Move!" He ordered the troops.

Meanwhile the crash site, a very large crater was made. In the crater, you could see Kaiden, coated in light which soon died down. The falling rain drops snapped him out of it as he groaned getting up. Looking around he spotted Lance.

"Hey? You alright?" He called out to the bodyguard who sat up gripping the front of his face. That whole fight, took a lot out of him, all of them.

"I think so..." Lance's eyes widened, Kaiden turned over to where he was looking. His eyes widened too, Ilana was right there laying on the ground.

Both teens grunted as they got up onto their feet making their way over to her. "Ilana..." Kaiden almost tripped and Lance had reached over to her, where he gently cradled the princess's head.

"No...No...No-no-no-no-no...Ilana...Ilana?"

"Come on..." Kaiden kneeled next to Lance. "Wake up...Please..."

Much to their relief, she cracked open her eyes. "Did you do it?" She asked and Lance smiled in relief as did Kaiden.

"We...did it..." He corrected her and felt a hand on his shoulder.

"Together..." Kaiden nodded his head. Showing them, he felt proud of their victory as did they.

From the side Octus emerged from the rubble. "Let's not do that ever again..."

They all smiled but then the sound of tanks rolling in snapped them out of it, the entire party made a mad run for it so they wouldn't get caught. Thanks to Octis rolling them away, they were successfully able to do so.

However Julius was angered. "My base is destroyed..." It turned out they landed right into their head quarters. "Ultraman...and Titan...They did this!"

"No, they didn't..." Celestine spoke up. "All of this destruction, is on your hands..."

"And I hope you learned your lesson general." Solomon said as he and Celestine jumped up into a G3 jet and flew off.

As for Julius his attitude didn't change. "Yeah!? We'll all I learned is that every dog will have his day..."

The next day after that whole fiasco the storm had cleared out and sun was shining brightly. Literally, compared to what'd happened, it was night and day.

So much so that Lance and Ilana had done a better presentation for their history report. Now the day was done and in the back seat Jeanne sighed. "Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm glad that's all over with..."

"Me too..." Kaiden agreed but then sighed. "I just honestly wished a monster didn't have to keep showing up..."

"Eh, somethings always bound to happen..." The red head pointed out.

"Yeah that's true..."

"So...what are we gonna now? We could always train..." Lance suggested.

"Or think up of different strategies that we could possibly pull of in the future..." Octus spoke up in his Mr. Lunis disguise.

"Uh...maybe instead dinner?" Ilana suggested.

Immediately Jeanne clapped both hands together. "Yes! Double yes! I'm in! And I know just exactly what I'm gonna make!" As his cousin continued going on, Kaiden looked outside the window and at a park he saw kids mimicking Lusters Radiance Surge positioning their arm in 'L' formations smiling happily.

Seeing this made him smile and glanced at the crystal on his necklace. He learned something, even though there would be others who spoke badly about Ultraman, others looked up Luster and Titan as hero's, if not symbols of hope that would be there to help them when everything seemed lost. The hero's life was never easy, but in the end, it had it's own personal rewards, like seeing reminders of what there fighting to protect.

Through the mirror he saw his cousin and their two friends continuing to discuss what they were gonna have. When the day came, he hoped they would be able to bring that small spark of hope from Earth to Gallaluna itself. Maybe not now, but someday.

Now replying back to reviewers

VSX-2018: Very happy to hear that, and I appreciate you telling me about the mistakes that were made in the last chapter. I also appreciate how you weren't being to blunt about, and just being honest, not in a rude way. I hope you enjoyed this chapter.

MWSeraph: Thank you so very much my friend. Super glad that your enjoying this story.

Chronos0305: Oh most defiantly, I'm considering a lot of things for Luster and Titan, so stay tuned for more.

Miguel: Meh, the closest thing you'll get to lemons would be in my Persona 5 story.

Guest: If there that interested, they can come to me. I'm sorry, but unless others go to me for help, not a whole bunch of crap and things like that. Then I'm not interested.

NOTICE: Please no one leave a review asking me, nor demanding me to update my other stories. I've been busting my ass on a few things. Some of which are almost done, but have little small roadblocks in my way to finishing them.

ALSO, in the next story I'll update, there will be an announcement. A very big announcement for future projects in particular. I ask for you patience, and once again for the long overdue delays of me updating my stories. It does feel good again to be back in business.
