You might know me as Chaos'sReign's co-writer for his NarutoxCodenameKidsNextDoor fanfic, A Shinobi's Legacy Continues, and its watching story, which I started helping with him on the writing about a year or so ago. He and I had fun writing his story and reminiscing about old cartoon shows and even some anime that we planned to include in his massive crossover fanfiction.
About a month ago, we were in the middle of writing on the next chapter for both stories, but around October 10 Chaos'sReign suddenly went radio silenced. I chucked it up as 's bug with the notification system and that Chaos was busy with irl stuff that he mentioned to me before. However, just the other day, his sister emailed me, bringing me some terrible news
Chaos'sReign is no longer with us
I was devastated when I heard about this. Though I never met Chaos in real life, he sounded like a pretty great guy from our time sending PMs to each to each other.
Chaos'sReign was a very passionate writer and had conviction that I was jealous of. I will miss the time we spent working on his story and the work we could have done together. I would dare I even lost a brother I have never had.
I have nothing much to say as I am still grieving over my friend's death.
Though I will say this: A Shinobi's Legacy Continues will go on permanent hiatus. As much I would like to continue my friend's work, I feel like it won't be the same without Chaos. I am sorry.
