And we are back-got some decent feedback, and I am surprised by the reception of the initial chapter (it was originally like 12-13k) when I pushed it out, so this is good progress. I hope to see it continue as I get further along with the main plot.

Now, the pairing; so far the current result's for the pairing look like thus-

Karin-9

Fem. Sasuke/Hikari-8

Temari-8

Kurotsuchi-7

Ameno-3

Karui-4

Harem-8

Single-15

Now-as a side note that I wanna point out-I am taking into account of which people are suggesting for both single pairings as well as a harem.

I am taking this data into account by tallying the girls of choice in each variation of a harem on my own as well as how many people choose them.

THOSE TALLY'S voting for a harem are noted and included in the count and I am constantly updating the count as I write this chapter with all tally's being made-so these are the current position's of the votes you are all making.

It is the same with every DM I receive speaking on a potential pairing which that data is also taken and added along with the various reviews detailing what people desire which female to be with him-it's literally everyone's decision for whom they believe should be with him that will get the final choice.

By the time Naruto returns to Konoha-which should be within 3-4 chapter's-the final decision shall be made.

Choose who's gonna get him before time runs out and it is too late!

Now, on another note-depending on which female(s) gets chosen; depends on what abilities I will be giving our wonder-boy (I have several Kekkei Genkai set up per each pairing (be it single or harem) as well as a predetermined Summons (it is not the Monkey/Toads/Snakes/Slugs/Tiger's/Wolves etc-etc, I have plans for those) for him that is set up for Naruto to train with and learn from.)

Now-ON TO THE STORY

"Death smiles at us all; all a man can do is smile back." ~Naruto Uzumaki

Ember's of Change

Previously: "Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze... the future is uncertain. However, I am certain that you will change the world." Hiruzen thought to himself as he turned to the privacy seal and deactivated it while he stood up and gazed out the window and over his village, "A.N.B.U" he called out, a swift series of movement from behind and four of his guards assembled behind him, "Assemble the council, it is time I take back my village." he commanded, "Bring in the civilians, the Elder Advisors, the Clan Heads and ensure they are all dressed adequately for the meeting." he ordered, "Tell each of them that they have twenty minutes to prepare to assemble in this state of emergency." he crossed his arms, "Any who are late will be sent to T&I for disobedience and insubordination to their Hokage." he finished, "Go!"

And with their orders received, the four A.N.B.U vanished to fulfill their duties.

Now- Hiruzen Sarutobi was a man of knowledge, a man of the people, a man who knew when to pick and fight which battles.

he knew how civilians thought and had fought various battles in the Ninja world.

This battle of wits that these civilian peons and his 'dear advisors' was nothing new to him.

Minato had done well to strip the civilian council of a vast majority of its influence along with the pull that the Elder's had once thought they held, but now it was time for him to finish it all off.

By God he was gonna enjoy this.

It was no surprise that the civilian's were late-well a majority of them; Tajima Higurashi was the only civilian with prior Ninja experience but had been forced to retire due to health and injuries. He had set up a shop as a blacksmith and was running a fairly successful business with his wife. If the news he had heard recently, the man had now become a father to a healthy baby girl-named Tenten Higurashi for her mother's dear brother Tensei whom Chun-Li Higurashi held close.

He was about to start calling on the A.N.B.U to go have the remaining Civilian council arrested and sent to Ibiki for breaking his summons order when the door burst open and a gaggle of people stumbled into the door.

The only one who didn't stumble down into the pile was a severely pregnant pink haired menace-most the council called her the banshee due to her constant screaming and crying-who walked in as if she held all the power...that was about to change.

"Be seated." Hiruzen commanded.

"Lord Third Hokage, it's surprising to see you here." the head of the Akamichi clan said in surprise, "When I had been notified of the summons, I had assumed it was Minato that had made the call." he admitted.

"Forgiven." Hiruzen stated, "State of emergency calls for all council member's to be assembled so as to ascertain the issues through the village." Hiruzen spoke calmly.

"If I may, Lord Third, but where is Minato?" Tsume Inuzuka questioned-her slightly bulging stomach reminded him that he to inform Inugami of his second coming child-if he didn't already know. The man had been gone for nearly five months now on his recon mission; the A.N.B.U scouting around Iwa and Kumo to make sure the border was secure.

A distant cousin of Tsume's that was just as brash as she was, a perfect match if there ever was one. He didn't care if he started a fight or not, the man was always determined to see himself finish it as the top dog-they were two peas in a pod, and it wasn't even after six months of them courting that the 'Inuzuka Mating cycle' had come and Tsume found herself pregnant with her first child; a young girl now, named Hana for how a flower landed on her head the day of her birth-her father's idea.

"I will get to that momentarily." he stated, "Right now I need to hear of the state of the village." he grunted, "Fugaku Uchiha. Whilst we have much important business to talk about upon conclusion of this meeting, I'd like to hear from you the results of this tragedy?" Hiruzen asked, seating himself into a rather comfy cushioned chair.

Fugaku nodded tiredly, running a hand through sweat soaked hair. "Of course, Lord Third." he cleared his throat and pulled out some papers, and then surprisingly a pair of glasses to read with. If anyone were to see a Uchiha-much less one with a Sharingan user-pull out a pair of glasses to read with, they'd have laughed themselves silly at the thought. The Uchiha were known to never have any issues with their sight, but surprisingly enough, Fugaku was blind as a bat without them for reading.

Clearing his throats, "So far from what reports I have gathered, it seems that we lost almost 50% of the Military Police, sadly close to 35% of the entire Uchiha Clan as a whole died protecting the various civilians that tried seeking shelter. In another report I am seeing almost 45% of the entire Ninja forces of Konoha have been killed, meaning a draft of the upcoming numbers will need to be made in order to fill gap of our losses. The numbers are still coming in of course, and likely aren't entirely accurate, but… in all honesty, those are the best numbers we can hope for right now." Fugaku reported, and Hiruzen could almost feel the headache the poor young man had already.

It was likely numerous close friends and family had been included in those numbers, and he knew that never got any easier.

"As for the other Clans, and civilian casualties, those are unknown to me for now. We at the Military Police will have to confer with the other Clans within the Council to get an accurate assessment of casualty numbers." he finished.

"I see. And damages to the village itself?" Hiruzen questioned, to which the man winced and almost curled into himself, to Hiruzen's incredulity, as he saw the almost perpetually stern and prideful man in such a state.

"The southern region was hit the hardest, of course, with the eastern being a close second. The others, the northern and western, were… mostly okay, but damages still remain all over. In all honesty, it's going to take a miracle for Konoha to recover from this without an enemy village simply picking up where the Fox left off and destroying us whilst we're weakened. Not to mention, no one's seen the Yondaime all night since the Nine Tail's disappearance, and many are thinking he's dead." Fugaku hangs his head, the stress and likely much self hatred weighing on him greatly as he explains the problems of Konoha.

Here the civilians seemed to perk up-if the Hokage had perished, they could gain a foothold in the Village's systems once more and gain control through their own merits.

Danzo didn't show it , but he was excited. If Minato had indeed perished, the Daimyo would come to see the problems that occurred and instate a new Hokage-which would be the perfect time to take his rightful place as ruler of the village.

"Unfortunately, those rumors… the Yondaime Hokage was indeed killed earlier tonight, from sealing away the Nine Tailed Kitsune within himself and using the Reaper Death Seal," Hiruzen explained, his throat closing and becoming all too dry upon his explanation of his student and friends death.

Many of the Clan Heads looked utterly shocked.

Minato was Fugaku's best friend-his teammate under Jiraiya, and a brother in all but blood. When they were younger, Fugaku had wanted to be a-funnily enough; poet-and helped him set it aside as a hobby which was when the Clan Heiress, Mikoto Uchiha, had taken notice of him as his skills had drastically increased to the point he was the only person in the village that could give Minato a run for his money... when he didn't cheat by using the Hiraishin. Two years later, Itachi Uchiha had been born. Minato had been named the boys Godfather and guardian in case anything were to happen to him and his wife.

The same would have been true if the opposite happened.

However, with Naruto as a Jinchuuriki, Kushina in a coma, there was no telling what would happen.

He couldn't risk a clan-even a founding clan at that-holding a powerful asset that could give them any leverage over the others; which was why he had a plan set in motion before he had started his way to the council.

Sending Naruto away with Enma was probably the safest and smartest decision he could have made, and twisting the truth about the state of the Nine Tails was a given seeing as it would leave bad impressions upon the boy upon his inevitable return, and if he had his way, only a single person aside from himself would be in the know.

And since Kushina was recovering-there was no telling when she could waken.

Fugaku's own coal black eyes fluttering wide and disbelieving at the new information, completely understandable considering the aura of invincibility and power the man had exuded even before his days as the Yondaime Hokage.

Various conversations broke out-on one hand, the civilians were happy to try and gain more power, but on the other they were also worried that the death of a Kage would leave them at a disadvantage amongst the other Great Nations.

Kumo and Iwa in particular were known bitter rivals of the Leaf-with Minato having decimated over 10,000 Shinobi in less than fifteen minutes on his own when Iwa had killed a student of his; Obito, and then his rivalry of speed-the new Yondaime Raikage Ai.

There had been talks of peace between Minato and Ai, but nothing had happened and the diplomat was due within another month to discuss the treaty; who is to say anything would come of those talks now?

Danzo stood up, "Hiruzen, with the loss of a Hokage, we are in need of a leader." he pointed out.

"I have already notified Lord Daimyo of the problem and even had a solution implemented to rectify the loss of our Hokage." Hiruzen rebutted him, "The issue has already been resolved." he waved him off, "I would also speak with you alone when this is over." he told the war hawk.

"Lot of talks alone." Hiashi muttered.

"Don't think you aren't alone on that list because you and I will be speaking as well." Hiruzen told him as he snapped his gaze towards the Hyuuga who physically felt his sphincter tighten in fear.

When the Hokage used that tone-things usually got pretty serious-the pucker factor was on.

"Now, with that said and done, I will get immediately down to my plans as acting Hokage." Hiruzen stated, "As of right now, the sole priority is to secure the village as well as our border's. I have already sent out various A.N.B.U teams out to ensure that the borders of our country are secure along with several Jonin to ensure that the village will not be compromised-this means that we will have to be vigilant on our own to ensure we are not overrun by threats from both within and without our home. Spies will use this time to gather as much intel as they can and send it back to their homes and it could prove disastrous in the long run. For that, anyone and everyone who enters and exits will be inspected for things that stand out-civilians mostly as we are known to take jobs from other countries as they are with us to benefit from work."

"For that reason, Danzo-your forces in A.N.B.U are a must have, you will send them out to ensure that anyone who tries making a run for any of our borders is apprehended and sent back here for interrogation, and I swear on our master's grave, if you hold even one man back for your own purposes, your head will be the first of many to roll from its shoulders-don't think that that abomination you keep to yourself will protect you from me when I get ahold of you." he growled as Danzo stiffened. Many were confused by Hiruzen's words, but from what he had said to the old war hawk; it seemed pretty significant if it earned a reaction from him.

"Tsume, coordinate with Fugaku and Hiashi to locate injured survivors under the rubble, Shibi and his clan will use their Insects to lift a majority of the heavy work while Shikaku will use his clans surplus of medicine to supply medical staff with herbs and remedies-you will be compensated for it all I assure you." he said as the Jonin Commander nodded, "Inoichi, you and your clan will remain on standby for those admitted to the hospital to treat them for mental trauma while those working in the T & I will continue their work, work alongside Shikaku to ensure that all needs to those injured are met would you?" he requested and received a nod.

"Choza, those of your clan who are capable will help in gathering all the debris from the ruins and piling it up. Anything that can be repurposed into repairing the destruction will have to be separated and sorted. The things that cannot will be broken down and recycled to save expenses from the treasury. I would suggest collaborating with some of the minor clans such as the Lee clan and Onikuma clan to make work go smoother as they are known for their exceptional physical prowess." he stated where the Big Boned man nodded as he received his job.

"What about us, Lord Hokage?" one of the civilian's questioned.

"Yes, I forgot, all of you will be assisting the village as well. Your personal funds will be reimbursed, but right now we need the emergency funds you put aside to purchase materials that will need to be brought in. I have plans to expand the village and build up some much needed resource based buildings that I meant to implement before my retirement but was incapable of. Minato had meant to as well, but he perished before he could build up the infrastructure. As it stands, your combined resources will be more than enough to repair a vast majority of the village. We are in a state of emergency and thus any person under the age of eight will need to be drafted henceforth immediately."

The civilians broke out into a clamor of rage-stating they wouldn't do it, but Hiruzen ignored them as he finished.

"Those under the age of four are exempt." he crossed his arms, "This is not a democracy in which you can ignore, as Hokage, I have every right to pass this decision to ensure our village maintains its security." he told them.

"I won't allow it!" the pink haired banshee screeched.

"Yea, you can't do that!" another declared.

The aged Kage sat back and puffed on his pipe, "Council members, can you tell me what village this is?" Hiruzen questioned.

"It's the most powerful ninja village in-" a man went to state where Hiruzen then waved a hand and stopped him, "That is correct, it is a ninja village, meaning that civilians have no political power here over the military forces-which you do not-under the command of the Hokage; which you are not." he stated, "As I would like to point out, this village is ruled by a leader instated by the Lord of the Land of Fire-of which none of you are. This village is a dictatorship, not a democracy-meaning you have no power to make demands of my actions. It does not pertain to the civilian sects of the village, and as I stated before, this is a state of emergency, and we need numbers now more than ever."

"If you have issues with this, then feel free to leave my village. But as a generous leader I should warn you that if you were to venture to any other village, you will be interrogated for anything and everything you know. Women are put in worse positions as they will be raped repeatedly and bred to loyalty. So by all means, try to leave, this is the only place you can remain safe and secure." he crossed his arms, "Now does anyone have any objections to my plans on raising our numbers for security reasons?" he demanded; many shaking their heads at his demands.

"The civilian council is hereby dismissed from the remainder of the meeting-I expect to hear reports soon of resources being funneled to help in the recovery of the village, and not on your terms, an hour is all you have-be grateful I am not simply taking the resources without compensation." he waved them off.

"The remainder of you that I have no business with are hereby dismissed to fulfill their own duties as given before-those whom I must speak with will meet me at the respective time of sunrise, post sunrise and noon respectively. Fugaku you will meet with me directly at Sunrise as our discussions are most important, Hiashi you will be noon as I only have a couple things to speak with of you." he said getting nods from each of them.

Fugaku looked out the window and immediately headed out the meeting room to give one last set of orders out before reporting to the Hokage's office to speak with Hiruzen.

~XxX-xxXXxx-XxX~

Fugaku entered the Hokage's office at precisely sunrise to hold his meeting with Hiruzen, and the air was thick with trepidation.

Fugaku sighed deeply, "So, is what you said during the meeting true, Lord Hokage? Is my friend truly dead?" he asked.

Hiruzen nodded somberly, "Yes, Minato died in battle. The sealing of the Nine Tails was to much on him, and even if he were capable of surviving the battle against the fox, he would have died regardless; as that is the price of the Reaper Death Seals contract." he answered.

Fugaku shivered, "The reaper huh, to think he would acquire the jutsu that controls the embodiment of death itself..." he muttered, "And Kushina, she is alive I assume, mourning?" he asked.

"No, she is in a coma." he answered honestly, "Doctors do not know when she will awaken, and even then we do not know if she will be capable of retaining her status as a Kunoichi." he answered.

"And her child?" he questioned, "As the child's Godfather I should see how the babe fares." Fugaku spoke.

"Fugaku, I will fully honest and tell you that I sent the child away to the Flower Fruit Mountains with Enma to be raised, I will not lie to you." he stated, "If the truth of what you learn here and now leaves, it could very well endanger not only the village, but the child as well, and we are in no position to thwart various enemy factions for a single child." he stated.

"So... he made him into a Jinchuuriki..." the Uchiha clenched his fists, "Of all the damn things that idiot could have done..." he growled, "To his own child no less." he muttered, only to sigh softly, "But, I would too if I were in his place, ensure my child could carry such a burden in which he can protect himself and his home." he said softly.

"With the Yondaime, dead, and so many casualties and damages, and now no Hokage to lead us through this, I fear that the village will fall, Lord Sandaime. As disrespectful and wrong as it may be, it is my belief that we do not have time for the proper mourning period and rites for the passing of a Hokage; we must have someone who is clearly in charge, at the very least an interim Hokage until we can find someone more suitable." the Uchiha said as he looked at the aged Kage.

Hiruzen smiled softly.

Seeing how Fugaku was already analyzing the situation and the effects it will have for the immediate future, coming up with solid plans in an instant to bring Konoha out of the ashes and into the sun once more.

It only resolved his decision.

"If you would, Lord Sandaime, I believe you would do an admirable job as the interim Hokage, until such a time as a replacement can be found. Perhaps one of the Sannin? Tsunade would be the best candidate, likely, with her renown and connection to the Senju Clan, but Jiraiya-"

Hiruzen's soft chuckles stopped Fugaku causing the Uchiha to look at him in confusion, "Ah, Fugaku, whilst your plans are indeed well thought out and rather exceptional, I already have a candidate in mind to become Godaime Hokage. I am in fact going to personally sponsor them myself, if needs must be met." Hiruzen stated, a sparkle of some of his usual mischief within his eyes that had been so common in his youth.

Poor Fugaku almost collapsed in relief, sinking into his rather nice pillowed chair with complementary colors to his own, "Thank the Gods." he sighed out.

"This candidate is you, Fugaku Uchiha."

And just like that, the man snapped up, eyes wide in panic as he stared at Hiruzen in utter disbelief and shock, confusion clear upon his face.

"You-me?! You would really trust an-me, an Uchiha-in such a position? The Hokage? The man to lead Konohagakure?" Fugaku questioned, as he stood up and seemed at a loss as for what to do, simply staring into the wall beside Hiruzen with heated intensity.

The words he was not saying spoke far more than those he did.

It was no secret that the Nidaime Hokage, delicately put, did not like the Uchiha. What with Madara's defection and their legendary battle at what is now known as the Valley of the End, many believed it was similar for the Shodai Hokage. Therefore, those views bled into the collective subconscious of the village, even if the views they were based on were interpreted wrong or not true at all.

An Uchiha as Hokage was, at best, considered a pipe dream; especially for those born of the clans name. The only way such a thing was possible, thought many, was for a total overhaul, a coup, to happen. And as sneaky as the Uchiha Elders thought they were, the Sandaime and the Yondaime had known all too well those rumors had more truth to them than they'd like.

Fugaku might have been Minato's right hand while the Kage was alive, but now that he was dead, it seemed that all hope for the clan was lost. Fugaku however, from what Hiruzen could tell, was not a traitor. If anything-it was the exact opposite. The man, whilst stern and perhaps a bit too attached to the Uchiha Clan and their politics, was loyal to Konohagakure, if not the Hokage. Even then, he could tell the man held immense respect for both himself and Minato and he had heard that Fugaku was the one who was vehemently against attempting a coup.

He could trust him to serve Konoha as best he could.

Besides, the number of candidates for Hokage could be counted on both hands with more than a hand and a half remaining.

Tsunade may appear to be the best candidate at first look due to her power and familial connections, however her gambling addiction, as well as her recently worsening hemophobia and alcoholism practically exempted her entirely.

Orochimaru did not have the charisma, nor the attitude, to be Hokage. Not to mention the whisperings of traitorous actions that had better be investigated sooner rather than later.

Jiraiya was their best bet, in all honesty, out of the Sannin. He was the most powerful of the trio, extremely charismatic and with the attitude to fit, if he just smoothed out, or at least hid, some of his more eccentric personality traits, he would be perfect. Unfortunately, he had made it quite clear that he was quite happy as Konoha's spymaster, and very much did not wish to be Hokage.

More time for his... habits.

This left Danzo Shimura, Fugaku Uchiha, and Shikaku Nara as the last of the candidates.

Danzo, the old warhawk, was out of the question for many reasons! Even he was not totally blind to the man's machinations and plans. He was loyal to the village, make no doubt, but that loyalty stemmed from an extreme patriotism that was instilled by his time learning under Tobirama. Anything or anyone that was not for Konoha was strictly an enemy and needed to be brought to heel in his eyes; believing that the interests of the village should be placed above all else, even ethics and moral obligations. It was his desire to be a greater and stronger Hokage than Hiruzen made him even attempt to have Hiruzen assassinated in the belief that the Third Hokage had lost the capacity to effectively lead the village. As an extremist, Danzō preferred to directly eliminate threats through assassination and execution rather than diplomacy and negotiation.

Shikaku, a good candidate, simply did not have the connections nor the sheer power needed as a Hokage. Add in his laziness that was seemingly shared among the Nara clan in general... yea... nothing would be getting done.

Fugaku however… was perfect.

He had power, connections, and charisma. His own experience in leading both his clan and the Konoha Military Police would do him well, and he even had obtained the revered Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan his family vaunted. Having awoken it when his nephew-Tajima Uchiha-had died in his arms; he was frightened when a potential banishment from the clan was imminent when he used its fearsome power in battle to protect his comrades. It was his cousin-Obito's father Shen Uchiha-who had given him his own eyes, as he himself had kept the secret of his own Mangekyo for more than a decade. He died from a disease not to long after his own son had been born, leaving the lad an orphan.

And-not to beat around the bush-Hiruzen would openly admit, that this was a heavy handed political move.

A show of trust and respect to the Uchiha they had seldom seen since the founding of Konoha, a move to connect the Uchiha closer to Konoha and its interests and hopefully cut off any 'coup' business before it became any more than rumors. it would also serve to help the clan as a whole reintegrate back into the village. Minato had moved them closer to the village over having them pushed out, integrating various clans into the Police Force which had been sorely undermanned and also built trust between many who had once distrusted the Uchiha as a whole.

Hiruzen nodded his head, "Yes. You, Fugaku. You hold the esteemed Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, your prowess in battle is such that you received an S-Rank classification, whilst your charisma and connections have let you lead both the Uchiha Clan and the Konoha Military Police to great places under your leadership. It would be an honor and joyous thing to see Konoha flourish under that same touch. However, I do have some conditions that come with my backing of your vye for the position." Hiruzen informed.

He had seen Fugaku steadily sit straighter, head held higher as he preened in pride.

The Uchiha liked to present a cold and superior front, but they held their own tells. Not to mention the recent attack that had certainly knocked Fugaku out of sorts.

Then he heard the very end of the small speech, and he rapidly composed himself and his eyes grew colder. Hiruzen simply smiled understandingly.

"Not to worry, nothing major. I simply wish for a place as your chief advisor, before my final retirement, and that you consider my words. This is not a time for looking 'underneath the underneath' you learned from Jiraiya, and so I will be clear. This is me, extending you a position of great honor and responsibility, with myself simply acting as a figure to help you ease into the role, and I will admit, make sure you do not put Uchiha interests above those of the village." he stated plainly with no qualms of his interests.

Fugaku nodded slowly, clearly considering as he sat back down into his chair gently, turning the words over inside his mind. He knew what was likely going through man's head, the repercussions and effects an Uchiha Hokage would bring, the opinions of the Council, the Uchiha Elders, all of it. Things would be greatly different after this night, no matter what.

Fugaku nodded, coming to a decision and reaching a hand forwards for Hiruzen to take, to which he clasped firmly into his grasp.

"I accept." he answered.

"Good, I will tie up some loose ends on my end before we make the announcement. Wouldn't want others to try and take advantage of a new Kage now would we?" he grinned as Fugaku snorted, "You head home now, I will see you tomorrow for the meeting between clans where we shall deliver this news." he said shooing the man away with a chuckle as the Uchiha bowed politely before departing.

Bet you lot weren't expecting that were you-HA-well, there you have it. Fugaku becomes the Hokage after Minato's demise, Hiruzen is moving pieces into place to protect both the village and people as a whole, and we see him implementing his plans before anyone can react.

Keep reading to see what happens next and I am sure you will love what comes out of it.

Now, with that out of the way, please leave me a LIKE/FAVORITE/FOLLOW to show this story some love, and don't forget to COMMENT/REVIEW to tell me what you think of this chapter (I'll be honest, 12k was to much for an opening chapter so I cut it up into 3 different chapter's for you guys) and I will see you on the next update.

For those of you who are curious-Kushina is gonna be brought back up in the next couple chapter's, not to worry, I have what happens to her all planned out. All is not lost when it comes to Kushina.

What's gonna happen between Hiruzen and Hiashi-Idk, but you will have to read.

Danzo-pretty sure we can all make a guess, but again-you have to read when I update again to find out.

On another note-it seems that people are slightly confused by the pairing and options for the potential harem if chosen. There is the option of the Single Pairing-meaning Naruto hooks up with a single female character and nobody else-then there is the option of him having a harem; the OPTIONS ARE THUS-

Karin

Temari

Kurotsuchi

Karui

Fem. Sasuke/Hikari

Ameno

No more, and no less. A harem for this story will have no more than 4 females in it with there being no less than 3 females in the pairing.

People who are vying for Samui-Tsunade, Mei and a bunch of other females via my PM on site and even some through the Reviews, please understand that the pairing pool is small because I am not adding anymore options to the list, nor adjusting it top suit everyone's fantasy as I have plans for some character's that i cannot put out due to them being Spoiler's. A big reason for this is because I do not wanna ruin this story by focusing solely on romantic ideal's.

Trust me, the girls you have listed are amazing choices, but cannot be used as I have plans for them already.
