As all of that was going on, Cinder was at Salem's castle.
"Something's wrong," said Cinder as she held her head as a sudden rush came over her.
"It's almost like my scars are reacting to something," she said.
"Maybe it has to do with the return of Ruby Rose and her friends from wherever they were sent after falling into the void," said Salme who was sitting on her throne.
"That brat is back again?!" asked Cinder.
"Gah!" she suddenly screamed while falling to the ground.
"What's happening to her?" asked Mercury.
"Looks like a part of you is still alive in there," said Salem while getting up from her throne and walking toward Cinder. A silver light then began to radiate out from the left side of Cinder's face.
"But you know that it's futile to fight back," she said before some Grimm Fluid left her hand and attached to Cinder's face.
"Gross," said a disgusted Tyrian.
"The pain has calmed down," said Cinder who had stopped screaming and stood from the floor.
"Good, because I'm going to need you to go and get something," said Salem.
"It's time we got the third relic," she said. A few minutes later in the hallway as Cinder was walking down it.
"I'll make that brat pay for what she's done to me," said Cinder.
"Cinder," came a ghostly voice.
"Who's there?!" asked Cinder while turning around to find no one around.
"Must just be my nerves," she said before turning back around to walk away. The whole time she had been unaware of a shadow in a mirror that she had been standing in front of which followed her.
