She was plummeting through the air towards the ground below, when all of a sudden everything turned grey and she wasn't.
"Looks like someone needs some help!" A familiar voice rang out.
She gasped "It's the triangle guy again!"
Suddenly he was right in front of her.
"Yes." he said with something that sounded like annoyance.
"What do you want!"
"Didn't we already defeat you?!" She cried
"NO. I spared you." he said as he adjusted his bow tie
"Now, I am here to propose an offer." he continued
"I don't want your stupid offer!" Yelled Mabel
"You haven't even heard it yet!" He cried, now visibly annoyed
"Just- Just LISTEN." he sighed, "You're about to hit the ground and become a human pancake! Do you want me to do something about it?!" he said as he flung his hands in the air.
She looked down at the ground a few feet below her, before he continued.
"Or do you want to end up like your brother?"

Dipper watched in shock as a small portal began to open up beneath his lifeless body. it was tiny. just big enough to fit the body through, and yet somehow managed to make some of the most horrifying sounds he had ever heard. he could hear overlapping layers of inhuman screams and... dance music?
Suddenly the body began to fall through the portal with Dipper following close behind.
He'd expected to end up in some terrifying "Nightmare Realm" but instead he appeared to have landed in some sort of... market. there were little stands set up against every wall and some upside down on the ceiling. they were all selling strange alien products.
"Dilviona Cream! Get your Dilviona Cream! Fresh off the Divlio Tree!" One of the merchants called, the tiny mouths on the end of his tentacles vibrating as they talked.
"Max's magnificently marvelous wart cream! Guaranteed at least 50 warts per bottle!" Cried another.
As Dipper looked farther down the stalls he noticed Bill, carrying his body casually over his shoulder.
He resisted the urge to call out and decided instead to follow him quietly and see where he was going. Bill turned a couple corners before finally arriving at a small door in a corner of the marketplace. Bill pulled out a key, carefully unlocked the door and walked through. The door shut behind him but Dipper just passed right through (one of the benefits of being a ghost was he could pass straight through most things, making moving from place to place a lot easier) and out into a long hallway with a flat wall at the end.
as Bill walked down the long hallway, a large black portal slowly opened up at the end of the hall.
This all seemed to be perfectly normal to Bill as he continued on down the long hallway until he was right in front of the portal.
the portal seemed to absorb the light from around it leaving Bill's face drenched in shadow. Bill paused for a moment, before stepping through the portal.

She considered the situation and decided she had no better options.
"what are you offering?" She asked
"a simple exchange!" he replied.
"I need the rights to your brother's dead body, and you need help surviving a fatal 150 foot drop!"
"I'll die before I help you kill my brother!"
"Then die you will." he replied
"and as for your brother, he is already dead."
"I just need the rights to sell his body!" He proclaimed cheerfully.
