Angel: I forgot to address this last week because of other things. But no, Izuka's wings and healing aren't permanent. It's because of One for All. So when her brother got his Quirk back, she lost those abilities. And yeah, I could have Bakugo know that he had One for All, but he'd be pissed off. That's not something the twins want lol

Izuka's new power will be soon! Just gotta wait until next week I think? Anyway, I said I wasn't going to spoil season 6, and I'm still not~! We're not that far off from season 6 anyway. As for her fights and the letters…she's definitely involved with one of the parties mentioned. The letters, that's definitely not what happened that she leaves a letter for Bakugo. Speaking of Bakugo, there are some plot points she will do related to him in season 6, but I can't say much.

Some things that I also haven't answered will be addressed in the next 2 chapters. But also, thanks to StacheKing. I've dealt with other trolls, so it's not new to me. There was Whitemare, Shaeril McBrown, Mackenzie Sakari, others who I forget and don't care about. I'm used to them at this point, so I'll be fine. Got WAY more things I have to place time on than people who wanna try and fuck me over.

Something flew over the trees, revealed to be Hawks. Soon after, he landed at the headquarters of the liberation front. The hero slowly stepped towards the building.

"You want a status report?" He gave a confident smile. "Yeah, sure, let's see. I'm spreading the good Liberation word," He reported back to a desk with 7 people in shadow.

"We noticed that you've been passing this book out to heroes. And that Izuka Midoriya even signed one," Someone held up the Meta Liberation War book Hawks advertised recently, opening it up to reveal Izuka's signature in a spiral style. Hawks kept a stoic look as he hoped that he wasn't caught in trying to warn all the heroes. He stared at the leader, hoping that his cover wasn't blown. It was already bad enough that he had someone keeping eyes on him. If they were able to hear what he was saying, that would've been even worse. "It's obvious that you not only read it; you truly understand Destro. And getting a UA hero course student to sign one? Makes it even better if people believe she agrees with Destro's ideals. You're someone who gets us."

"Gee, thanks," Hawks gave a small smile, though was internally relieved that he wasn't made. But still felt bad for getting Izuka's signature just to have them believe he was on their side... At least they can't get her DNA from that because she didn't actually touch it.

"If I'm being honest," Twice glanced away skeptically. "I still don't really get what we're doing. Teach me sometime!"

"Happy to," Hawks replied cheerfully, but it was only for keeping up the facade. "Bet you'll catch on fast."

"You're like a walking billboard," The leader remarked as the other people at the table stared. "With your help, Liberation ideology will spread. Your core fanbase of teens and 20-somethings would be a great boon for us."

"I'll double down my efforts, then," Hawks assured the group.

"You're working super hard, huh, Hawks?" Twice questioned the winged hero. "You're a pretty good guy! Pure evil! Happy you're on our side!"

"Happy to be here!" Hawks then chuckled a bit, shrugging. "As far as I can tell, we're not even on the commission's radar yet. They're investigating the League's involvement in the Deika City Incident, but our troops are staying off their radars. Meanwhile, we're starting to influence the next generation of heroes." The other people at the table were revealed to be the rest of the League of Villains.

Himiko gasped sharply, alarming the others as she held her cheeks. "Ohmigosh, it's Izuku!" She gushed like a fangirl at the footage of Endeavor, Hawks, and the four students stopping Starservant just earlier that day.

"Really?" Twice looked over her shoulder to look for himself. "That's a coincidence!"

"Heh," Dabi gave a small smirk. "From what I see...UA's students haven't grown all that much."

"Heh," Hawks gave a small nod in return. "Well yeah, you are talking about a buncha high schoolers."

"Excellent work!" The leader, who was not Shigaraki, clapped his hands while sounding pleased. The League still didn't want Hawks to meet Shigaraki, so they all decided that he would not attend. "You may go, Hawks."

Hawks smiled and bowed to them before taking his leave. I've trained to intercept the smallest pieces of intelligence One of his feathers was stuck in the door on purpose. Fierce Wings can detect sound vibrations in the air, allowing me to interpret it He was standing nearby the doorway. I can hear you

"Spinner. Are things going to plan?" One of them asked the League member.

"Yeah," He gave a confident smile. "We just gotta keep the troop morale up."

"The fun is gonna start pretty soon," Himiko smiled in excitement, blushing a little. Hawks gasped sharply, his eyes widening in dread. "Four months from now. Boom! Everything is destroyed. And Tomura will ruin this world."

Hawks walked down the hallway, still a bit shaken from what he heard. And the timespan was still haunting him. Four months...

Endeavor was sitting in his office, looking over the book again. The enemy...is the liberation army. They number...over 100,000. Four months...

Back at the house, Hawks was going it over in his head as well. How many heroes are involved in this plot? What exactly is Shigaraki planning to do? As he walked down the hall in silence, a man gestured for him to keep moving. Because of his status as a hero, he didn't have access to every single part. I don't have much access to speak of. With my wings closed, it's hard for me to hear from far away. There's so much I don't know. And the clock's ticking. By the time I've got details, it'll be too late. He hated not being able to know more because of the limits the League were giving him...by the time he got them to trust him, it would still be too late. Not unless he did a bigger amount of effort...

Endeavor continued reading the book. Before that...I'll send a signal. Hawks...are you secretly investigating the enemy? It would make sense with the way Hawks was acting earlier...and it would be the only way to explain how he got the information in the first place. Is that why he had Callista autograph his copy? To save face?

"You may not enter here," One of the guards told Hawks in front of an elevator as he was trying to get into a restricted area.

"For real? Man, I'm just looking for the cafeteria," The hero feigned innocence to him.

"Access denied."

"Alright, alright," Hawks then walked off, knowing that if he tried to knock the guard out, he'd be caught. Then he'd be giving himself away, and he couldn't do that. "I get it." If we just surrounded this place, we could probably take 'em. No. That wouldn't help much Even if he got a group of heroes to do so, there were still people out there that would serve the liberation...and they wouldn't be able to keep track of how many there were. The League of Villains were hard enough to defeat no matter how many heroes they threw. I need solid numbers of how many serve the Liberation Army. Locations of their secret bunkers across the country. And the names of the heroes helping them, so they can all be rounded up at once. If we don't do it that way, then we'll lose the enemies we can't see, and the citizens will suffer more in the long run. That's why...

In case of...failure... Endeavor continued interpreting the secret message. We'll need...more manpower. After standing up, the flames around his eyes appeared, looking up.

"Is that the reason you summoned me?" Endeavor wondered to the Heroes Public Safety Commission during winter break.

"Yes," She answered while looking out to the window. She was having meetings with other heroes on the matter as well. "This will provide the students with some real-world experience. And I believe it's going to be beneficial to you as well. Train your work study students thoroughly...Endeavor."

He then closed the book silently. The Commission and Hawks have deduced that our enemy is strategizing. They're obviously working behind closed doors. Which must mean...the work studies are to prepare for an attack! He gave a wide-eyed look; if they wanted more manpower...they would need the hero course students to be ready. Especially if the Heroes Public Safety Commission were mandating UA to put them back out onto the field, believing their numbers were already low...

I wasn't so sure about the work study thing Hawks looked out the window, knowing that the students had a lot of shoes to fill...so he wasn't entirely on board with it. But he also couldn't disagree with what the commission wanted. However, there was just as much as pressure on them as there was when All Might was still around as a result. If we fail, the safety of the country falls to our students... He knew enough about the League to know that they had a stacked roster, and deadly powers to boot. And the students themselves weren't even close to matching that as they were still learning...

Burnin stood up with a bright smile. "So, thing is! Shoto's the only one Endeavor wanted to train on his own. But don't worry—us sidekicks will take good care of you other three," She informed the other three work-study students.

Katsuki was the most adamant about this. "I'm here because I was told I could watch the number-one hero work up close!" He shouted towards the sidekick angrily.

"You'll still see him!" Izuku protested with nervous wide eyes. "Please calm down, Kacchan!"

"Well, he's not wrong. Don't you remember what happened with Sir Nighteye?" Izuka raised a brow at him. He gave a small frown as he understood what she meant. If he was assigned with All Might and wasn't going to work with him directly, he'd be upset too. It's things like this that make it harder for me to excuse Endeavor's behavior. No wonder why All Might said that he's just like Katsuki, because both of them are stubborn as hell She gave a deadpanned look at remembering how Katsuki refused to work with other people until relatively recently.

"This isn't how I expected things to play out," Shoto glanced at his classmates; if he knew his father would pull this, he would have second thoughts about offering them to come with him. "I'll try talking to him."

"You don't need to do that, I'm sure we can work something out with him," Izuka stated, and then the door to the office opened, revealing Endeavor himself. Everyone stared at him in silence, waiting for him to say something as he stepped forward.

This work study program is insurance. What a mess. I don't agree with it. But for now... He came to a stop in front of his son and his work-study students. "Shoto. Deku. Callista. Bakugo. I'll look after you four myself."

Izuka blinked in surprise that he came to this conclusion, wondering what changed his mind. Especially since it wasn't even a full day yet...

Hawks continued looking out the window, remembering what Dabi said. "From what I see, UA's students haven't grown all that much..."

"Hm," Hawks gave a small smirk as he wasn't as worried anymore. Not to mention...this would give the students the element of surprise. I'm glad you're underestimating them. It was worth stealing their glory, then. I'm positive they coulda handled things if I hadn't shown up, no sweat. He remembered how fast they all were, and that he had worked with Izuka before. He blinked as he then recalled something he said to Fumikage.

"It's good to put effort into beefing up your short-range combat weaknesses," He flapped his wings while Fumikage held onto the structure tightly.

Seeing you try so hard to improve changed how I view students, Tsukuyomi. Even your own classmate did that a little before. I'm glad you're the one who came to my agency. You're a strong kid. Fumikage looked up while patrolling with Hawks' sidekicks. Up in the sky, he could see Nejire, Ryukyu, Ochaco, Tsuyu, and another hero. And your friends are strong too. Tenya had returned to Manual Agency for his work study. Every day you improve. Fat Gum had taken on Tetsutetsu, Eijiro, and Tamaki, the latter hiding while out in public. Maybe even faster than me. Mt. Lady, Kamui Woods, and Edgeshot were together as a team for work studies. They had taken Ibara, Denki, Hanta, and Minoru. Shishido and another hero had Rikido, Jurota, Nirengeki, and Mashirao. Kyoka this time was with Gang Orca, and Mezo had joined with her too. Koji and Manga were with Wash. Momo and Setsuna were with Majestic. Mina, Toru, and Yuga had been assigned to Yoroi Musha. Pony, Neito, Yosetsu, and Hiryu were also doing one together. Shihai and Kinoko were a pair, though he was a bit shy about it. Kosei, Sen, and Togaru were paired up in a group. Juzo and Yui were on their way home from theirs. Itsuka and Reiko were on a hero team work-study. Kojiro was currently in the mountains with some heroes. Even some Ketsubutsu students, including Yo and Tatami, were on one. And so were Shiketsu, like Inasa, Camie, and Seiji. Mirio looked up to the sky with a smile.

This definitely won't go down the way the villains want it to.

Katsuki put on his mask over his eyes. Shoto adjusted his collar over his neck. Izuku moved his gloves on his hands. And Izuka tightened her hair into her high right-side ponytail with her star scrunchie.

The next time the cherry blossoms fall...

The four new work-study students of Endeavor stepped out into the outside together. Izuka was walking between her brother and Katsuki.

I hope we'll all be smiling...

Endeavor stared down the four, his arms crossed as he looked a little intense. "You boys and Callista are now under my tutelage." All of them, including the sidekicks, were in the training room to properly start. "Deku. Bakugo. Callista. Before we begin, tell me about yourselves. What are you currently capable of? What weaknesses do you need to improve upon? Let's start with you, Callista," Endeavor turned to the girl.

"Me?" She blinked and then looked down at her palms. "Well...I want to be able to be someone enough that I'm considered a rival in their eyes," She clenched her fists, looking up bravely. Izuku, Shoto, and Katsuki all blinked at her curiously.

"A rival?" Endeavor stared at her for a few seconds. "Why so? Your Quirk allows you to fire shooting stars, and you can use characteristics of the planets to how you see fit. Is that correct?"

"Yes, sir," She nodded, looking at her hand. "But...compared to the strongest people from our class, it's like I'm still running to catch up to them. That I won't be able to beat them in a fight the way I am now, so I've learned to use my limits as an attack, that way it won't slow me down," She flinched in alarm while looking away, scratching her cheek. "But uh...there's a new move that I've been trying to unlock lately. It's partly my power, but there's a new element to it that I'm not familiar with at all." Izuku and Katsuki were both a little caught off guard that she was putting herself down like that when really, Katsuki and Shoto considered her a rival already. Izuku never even knew about this until now.

I never thought she felt that way...but it makes sense. With how One for All is reacting to my body, and how Kacchan's learned to work on a team...she feels like she needs to do more in order to be on par with our improvements. Even though she's worked just as hard, she did learn that new tactic during joint training after all...

"Demonstrate it for me if you can," Endeavor instructed the short girl.

Izuka closed her eyes, the ice and rock appearing around her body for only a few seconds. Like last time, it wasn't forming into anything, and she currently couldn't use it. "It doesn't take much to make it appear, but it wants to show itself, and I don't know how to get it out so that I can learn how to adapt it. Unlike other times, I could just build it up easy without needing to think. So this is all I can do for the time being. And I don't wanna know what will happen if I don't use it properly like I feel like it wants me to."

Izuku bit his lip a little, knowing that this had to do with what happened with Blackwhip. She was a little terrified that something could genuinely happen to other people like it did with him. It was just like when she was scared to not hold back all over again...

Katsuki stared at her, his eyes narrowing a little. How much do I have to do in order to show her what she's been blind to?

"Why is it important for you to be seen as a rival to those in your class? Tell me that and what you think your new ability will be," Endeavor told the girl, who tapped her chin.

"It's...complicated, but once I learned about my Quirk, I never used it. And I never wanted to be a hero because of personal reasons. So when I did enroll into UA, I wasn't fighting to the way I needed to. My Quirk is powerful, and people want to obtain it," She sighed as she remembered learning about the League having her DNA, which she obviously couldn't say. "I guess how to put it is, I want to rival them because if I don't, I won't be seen as a proper hero. Especially to those who encourage me, so I need to be on their level. Enough to be seen as strong to them and that I can handle anything because I've seen them improve so much that I need to match them. I've had people want to prevent me from becoming a hero, and I've had...drama at school that didn't help with that," She rubbed the back of her neck, Katsuki grunting in annoyance from remembering the 2 waves of rumors she went through. Izuku's eyes softened as he understood why she didn't tell him. "As for what I think my new power will be, I'm suspecting that it's something to do with the planet Saturn. Its average temperature is very cold, and the rings of Saturn are partly made out of rock. I already have Mercury Blast, Jupiter Wind, Uranus Orbit, Star Gust, Comet Burst, Comet Punch, and I can teleport at a high speed called Black Hole Rush. Oh, those first four are so that I can manipulate fire, ice, wind, and water to however I want. Star Gust is an ability that allows me to store up a shooting star so that I can fire more of them. You've seen my Comet Punch at the Sports Festival. And Comet Burst is where I can throw a whole comet. I could probably do something consisting of an eclipse because I can use black holes, but I'm not comfortable doing that. So I wanna unlock this new ability in order to get closer to my goal of reaching my classmates, so thank you for accepting me."

"Wow, that was pretty in-depth that I don't know what to say," Burnin blinked in bewilderment after hearing her out.

"That's...something I didn't expect you to say, Mido," Shoto blinked at the girl.

"But you are strong, big sis! You don't need to keep trying," Izuku clenched his fists, but she didn't respond to him.

"Moron. Why are you trying at something you don't need to?" Katsuki remarked, a little irritated that she kept this to herself.

"Look, it's just not as easy for me like it is for some people," She remarked, closing her eyes as those weren't the answers she wanted from them. The only one who even saw her that way first was Katsuki himself.

"Ah," Endeavor stared at the girl after taking it all in. "So what you're telling me is that you want to unleash this ability to be seen?"

"Right!" She nodded at the mentor.

"He's at the top for a reason!" Burnin looked at the two wide-eyed. "But wanting some attention too, huh? You remind me of myself when I started!" She grinned playfully and Izuka chucked bashfully, rubbing the back of her neck.

"You're next," Endeavor turned towards Izuku after that.

The green-haired boy clenched his fist tightly. "I want to perform at my fullest. But to do that, I'll need to gain better control over my power," He started off to the hero.

"How interesting," The man recalled the Sports Festival. "Your Quirk is so strong that it hurts you. Is that right?"

"Yes," Izuku nodded up at him. "I've learned to control it enough that I don't usually injure myself. However...uh..." He looked away a bit awkwardly. "Recently, there's uh...this other thing. It's kinda like um...so it's my power, but it's manifesting in a way I've never experienced before, kind of like what my sister is going through." Katsuki was staring at him in annoyance, not only because the last time the power showed up, it was weak. But because Izuku was at it once again with the muttering... Izuka glanced between the two with an awkward laugh.

"Show me," Endeavor implored the boy simply.

Izuku held out his hand, showing Blackwhip to his mentor. Like last time, it was still small. "If I concentrate, I can release the small amount I can handle. This is the most that I can manage for right now. If I'm not careful, then untamed energy explodes out of me."

"What do you mean by performing to your fullest? Explain your power," Endeavor stared down at his student.

"It seems flexible like a whip, like my sister's Jupiter Wind, and could be super versatile. I want to turn this risky thing into a useful weapon," The joint training battle came to mind when he had control briefly. "I guess the truth is, I'm trying to see if I can figure out how to control it at will the same way I learned to do with Air Force. Oh, right," He blinked as he realized Endeavor wouldn't know what that meant. "Air Force is a whole other thing. That's a long-distance attack that uses wind pressure, but I'm still working on that too, because for it to be most effective, it needs more output than my body is prepared for. In my current state, I can only tolerate maintaining a certain amount of power. My baseline is about ten-to-fifteen percent, but Air Force needs around 20 percent, so I go a little over." Everyone stared at him in silence, though Katsuki was getting annoyed again. Izuka just placed her hand over her head, feeling like her brain was breaking. "Does that all make sense to you? At that point, even if I don't injure myself, there's a painful tingling and it affects my mobility and speed. That's why I've practiced so I can release Air Force in an instant and go back to a safe level of output right away. If I could just do this with the Blackwhip, then theoretically, I should be able to use that power whenever I want. But I'm not even close to being that in control of the ability yet. See, when I'm fighting, I adjust my power output as I move. So I'd be adding another element to that, which is hard to juggle. I've been training so I can perform without thinking. But so far, I haven't had much luck, which is why I'm excited to be here!"

"He talked so much, I totally lost the thread. At least Callista was much slower!" Burnin felt like she couldn't keep up with all of it.

"Quite the self-analysis," Shoto pointed out at Izuku, Izuka looking up at him in bewilderment that he could follow all of that.

"Ah, shut up!" Katsuki growled out in anger.

"I see. At heart, you're saying that you want to be able to constantly adjust power levels when you're fighting?" Endeavor asked without sounding exasperated or exhausted at all.

"Uh!" Izuka blinked in utter shock as no hero had ever managed to catch all of what Izuku had been saying before. Even she sometimes interrupted him when he got to be too much. "Ah!" She then fell to the ground in shock, her eyes shaking. He managed to hear all of that?! Not even All Might has been able to go through it that easily!

"Yes!" Izuku nodded sharply at him.

"You understood him?" Burnin yelped in alarm, on the same page as Izuka. "No wonder you're number one, sir!"

"I watched your fight against the brainwashing guy. I heard about your sister fainting, listened to her words during your classmates' fight, and saw her own with...Bakugo, was it? Your powers are pretty impressive, the both of you. To create so much wind pressure by flicking your fingers. And for her to be fast on her feet as well as a strategic thinking. It reminds me of another Quirk. You and your sister seem to have a lot in common with All Might. Her personality is starting to be like his too..."

He remembered helping with a mountain cleanup even though no one noticed...that even All Might had his limits similar to them.

"You've had trouble with your Quirks," He stared at the twins in the eyes. "Trust me when I tell either of you you're not alone." He could tell that they were essentially going through the same situation, knowing that it wasn't the first time that had happened.

Izuku flinched, turning away in utter confusion to his sister. Izuka just shrugged at him as she had no idea what the hero was talking about either.

"You," Endeavor looked towards Katsuki next. "Your turn."

"I'm only here to figure out what I can't do," Katsuki informed his mentor with no hesitation. "That's the real question."

"Ha ha!" Burnin laughed out loud. "Heck of an ego on that one!"

"Shut your mouth!" Katsuki growled while looking over his shoulder. "Why are you even hanging around, anyway?"

"Who, me? I'm on standby, honey," Burnin retorted back as she wasn't fazed at all.

"Don't be rude!" Izuka huffed towards him, crossing her arms. "She works for him!"

"You shut your mouth too!" He retorted back and she gave him an annoyed pout. Despite him saying this, he reached out to ruffle her head aggressively and she grunted, swatting him off. "I meant what I just said," He then looked at his hand. "I've been able to do everything I ever wanted thanks to my Explosion power," His hand sparked a little. "I may only have one Quirk...but I can still become the best there is. Over the last year, I've learned a few things. Like having raw power doesn't make you truly strong. That...even someone who used to be weak as hell and used to not fight back can change your opinion on things." Izuka blinked slowly, Izuku smiling as he knew Katsuki was referring to her. "I showed up to figure out what will make me even better. To surpass you. And to change a few minds around here about what to do on who someone should be looking at."

Izuku looked at him wide-eyed, wondering...if Katsuki wanted Izuka to admire him like she did with other people...to be like All Might to her, but in a different way. He didn't even think he'd hear something like that from him...although Izuka was very confused about him being vague about it, having no idea what he was talking about.

Didn't he say that the two of us can't get carried away...? She tilted her head in bewilderment, reaching out to fix her hair.

This kid... Endeavor stared at Katsuki, as he and Izuka a little reminded him of his rivalry with All Might. "Very well," He turned away to leave. "Then let's not waste time."

"And what about me?" Shoto spoke up, staring at his father's back as he wanted a turn too. He felt he should be treated just like the others regardless of being Endeavor's son.

"You're just here to learn Flashfire, aren't you?!" Endeavor shouted a little too eagerly.

Shoto looked at his hand. "I poured all the training you beat into me as a kid toward strengthening my right side. I focused on perfecting my ice." Endeavor stared at him in silence as Shoto turned his hand around. "Now that I look back on it...I see that my hatred of you was holding me back in some ways," He could still remember the intense looks he used to give when just thinking about his past. "After entering UA...and spending time with these guys, competing and fighting, my eyes were opened." His other hand had formed a fireball. "Endeavor. I now realize. I'm gonna do exactly what you wanted me to."

"Even if that works for you in this tournament, you'll soon find the limits of that power," Endeavor bragged while Shoto was heading off to his match. "Graduate and you'll work by my side. I'll lead you down the path of the mighty, Shoto."

Shoto clenched his fists, turning to Endeavor fully. "But I want you to know this. The pro I've always admired is the person I watched on TV while sitting beside Mom. And Mido might as well be second in that regard." The other three all gasped at his statement, Katsuki gritting his teeth angrily. "I came here wanting to learn. So that I'm someone worthy of being called a hero. This is my choice, not yours," He glared up at the man. "The only reason I came to this place is to use you. I came because it's beneficial for me, Number one. Don't pretend to be a caring parent in front of my friends."

"So Mido, can you answer me something?" Hawks turned to the girl, who blinked at him. "What do you think Endeavor here should do?"

Izuka blinked slowly in a little shock that he wanted her opinion for this and turned away. "Mr. Endeavor isn't perfect. In fact...his son himself has...issues with him," She started off carefully and Endeavor's eyes slowly widened from her words. She had a deep frown on her face. "He probably doesn't see Mr. Endeavor as a real person. Family is important to me...because if you don't have that support system, who will stand with you when times get hard?"

He blinked at Shoto, briefly glancing at Izuka.

"Endeavor, the top hero, was amazing. But...I still can't forgive you for what you did to Mom. And that's my choice to make. As for being my father. I'll have to watch your actions to see if you earn that."

Both of them essentially want the same thing... Endeavor looked between Shoto and Izuka, as he had been slowly taking her advice to heart. They're so obviously the perfect team...it only makes sense for them to grow the other into proper heroes. And he said she was practically a hero in his eyes...

Izuku frowned in worry for Shoto while Katsuki just stared, knowing that Shoto's household had a lot going on. Izuka gave a concerned frown for her friend as she stepped up a little. "Shoto..." She murmured sadly for him, which got Endeavor's attention unknown to either teen. Katsuki grunted in a bit of annoyance that she was worried, but he wasn't mad compared to last time. Because he knew that she only regularly called him by first name.

Since he chose to do his work study here himself, I thought he was warming up to me a little, and that her advice would assist in that. But it looks like I was foolishly mistaken...it seems as though they are close, though. She said his first name...both of them are so similar that it's hard to ignore.

He whipped around, deciding to think on that later. "Right, very well." All of them gasped from him brushing off what Shoto said so easily. "From now on, you'll learn by joining me in the field."

"Are you okay?" Izuka whispered to Shoto while they left together.

"I'm fine. No need to worry about me," He told her while looking up ahead. Katsuki narrowed his eyes a little, stepping in between the two. The boy then grasped Izuka's hand, and before she had time to react, he pulled her forward. She yelped at his action, looking up at him with an open mouth.

Endeavor's looks at them are annoying me. I don't like it at all. Why does she have to focus on him so much? And why does he have to admire her so much? It's starting to piss me off...

"Rescue. Evacuation. Combat," Endeavor started off while they walked into the city on patrol. "Most of our jobs fall into those three categories. Normally, heroes focus on either rescue or fighting as specializations in their agencies. But my policy is to tackle all three." Kido and Onima were with them as well. Katsuki walked in front of Izuku and Shoto. And he was purposefully walking Izuka in front of her brother so that she wouldn't talk to Shoto. Otherwise, he'd get pissed and it'd distract him. "I know every corner of my jurisdiction and stop the smallest disturbances." Like when he rushed in while escorting the four to his agency. "If there's an incident or accident, I rush to the scene faster than anyone." Such as when he immediately got into costume while moving. "In order to keep casualties down, I hold bystanders at bay using my flames." When he was chasing Starservant, his flames were acting as a warning. "Those are the basics. Parallel processing and swift response. Make that the norm."

Parallel processing... Izuku thought as the four stared at him silently.

"Remember what your goal is. At UA, it's hard work. And here, it's experience. Bank as much of the latter as you can here. The things you each need to work on can be conquered in this way. This winter, I want you to show me that you can capture a villain faster than me just once!" The wind blew in as Endeavor didn't look back at the four, all of them walking together while keeping that goal in their memory.

A beep was heard and immediately, Endeavor took off. Katsuki was the first to react, letting go of Izuka's hand and using his explosions to fly. "Wait up!"

Shoto skated on ice to follow them. "He responds so fast!"

Izuku jumped to run next to him, leaping. I can't afford to learn slowly. I was given my Quirk at age 15. When everyone else was thinking about what they wanted to run toward, I was still figuring out how to walk. No, to crawl. Learning Full Cowling allowed me to control One for All. But I had to practice so that my body would use it automatically.

"Keep training," The One for All wielder smiled towards the twins. "As you improve, six more Quirks will manifest in you, while she will continue to strengthen Galaxy. Maybe she will be able to throw a meteor!"

I need to hurry and master everything! Izuku jumped on a lamp pole and leaped off.

Izuka was flying on her star above their heads. I can't slow down. I had my Quirk at 4, but I waited 11 years before I did anything with it. Everyone besides my brother had a good understanding of how their powers worked, while I was figuring out how mine operated beyond the basics. Learning and reading about my powers helped me understand what I can do. But I still had to adjust my body to it, and stop relying on protection to stay alive.

"Her Quirk, Galaxy, is reacting to that core both mentally and physically. Think of it like the core as a mass of One for All is connecting to her system in her Quirk."

Galaxy will no doubt react to One for All when Izuku masters Blackwhip. So I have to make sure that when I unlock my new power, that I can't lose control... Izuka narrowed her eyes knowingly.

"The suspect has turned the corner and is heading east," Kido reported to his boss.

"Got it," He narrowed his eyes and used his fire to pick up more speed. He then sharply turned a corner. The four students looked up in disbelief for his tactic.

"Whoa, he never stopped accelerating!" Izuku exclaimed and Shoto looked on wide-eyed.

"That turn!"

Someone was speeding down a street, knocking into a trash can. He was riding as fast as he could to escape. As he looked back, there was a glint in the sky before it was revealed to be Endeavor. He kept his eyes on the suspect and picked up speed. The motorcyclist gritted his teeth while attempting to turn the corner. As he did, Endeavor swooped in and used his fire, causing him to yelp. He went flying off his bike as he landed. Kido and Onima retrieved both.

"Hit-and-run suspect caught!" Kido reported while having restrained the suspect.

"You were far too slow, kids," Endeavor looked over to the twins, Shoto, and Katsuki. Shoto stopped using his ice as Izuku landed. Katsuki landed between them just as Izuka showed up while flying on her star above Katsuki's head.

"It takes me longer to get warmed up when it's cold out," Katsuki explained in a bit of annoyance.

"Bakugo," Shoto stared at the back of his head. "Did you notice that?"

Katsuki then gave him an irritated smile. "There's nothing you could have possibly noticed that I didn't catch before you! But let's go ahead and hear it," He mustered out bitterly.

Wow. Petty Onima thought while looking at the boy in disbelief. Izuka just sighed, a hand on her forehead.

"That turn. He used those flames to propel himself and up his speed," Shoto looked a bit caught off guard, since he didn't know that his father was capable of doing something like that. "Like he did with Jetburn in Kyushu. He probably compressed the move to drive himself forward." He then bit his lip. I can only see it because I have the same Quirk as him. The speed he can gain from those temperatures. It's about controlling the flames.

Izuka blinked as she recalled that as well, glancing down at Shoto. She didn't even think about that, back then she was focused on rescuing...

"The old man's just copying my Explosion," Katsuki remarked, looking over his shoulder. "How are you just now noticing that, Icy Hot?"

"Yeah," Shoto grinned a little, rolling his arm. "Guess it took me a while to figure it out."

"Let me point out one more thing," Endeavor spoke up, jerking his thumb behind him. "A busy street's nearby."

"I see!" Izuku looked at it in shock, realizing what their mentor was getting at. "By emitting flames to intimidate the suspect, he kept him from fleeing toward the highway!"

Endeavor then took off without another word, baffling the four. "Go on," Onima encouraged the group.

"Leave this to us!" Kido offered them in encouragement. "It's rare for the big guy to teach anyone other than Shoto, so you should take advantage while you can." Shoto summoned his ice as Katsuki fired up his palm. Izuku powered up his body as Izuka lifted herself higher. All fo them then took off after Endeavor as fast as they could. "We'll catch up later!"

Using flames as propulsion Shoto narrowed his eyes and held out his left hand, using it to create a giant flame. However, it proved to be too much. Too fast! He spun around a bit out of control.

Endeavor was flying in the air using his flames. Katsuki was behind him in the air, using explosions every few seconds to keep himself airborne. Izuku was jumping across rooftops while Izuka flew after Katsuki on her flying star.

"You're not going to work with your sidekicks?" Izuku called out to the hero.

"Hawks and I fought together with Callista in order to take down the Nomu in Kyushu. But that was an exception. Top heroes need to be able to handle everything by themselves." Izuka blinked in a bit of alarm, glancing at her brother. Mirko had the same mindset, but she didn't see it that way. If anything, some heroes just did better on a team, like the Wild, Wild Pussycats. "By the way...I was aware of the glass villain's underlings before. You didn't help me."

"Wow. Petty," Katsuki remarked while catching up to him.

Kacchan! Izuku stared after him in bewilderment.

"Wasn't he the one complaining that Hawks stole his moment anyway?" Izuka deadpanned towards Katsuki silently.

"Bakugo," Endeavor didn't look back towards him at all. "You said you wanted to know what more there was to learn, correct? It's true that your movements are fast. You're pretty good. For a rookie, anyway. But what should be plainly obvious is that you can't beat me at your current level." He dashed above the streets in a rapid fashion. Katsuki followed after the man.

"In the winter, I need prep time-"

"Are you going to make that same excuse when you fail someone?" Endeavor implored while recoiling his fist. Katsuki gritted his teeth, knowing that he couldn't pull that. The three then watched as Endeavor extended his hand, creating a burst of flame. "This isn't a classroom." Katsuki landed first, followed by Shoto, Izuka, and Izuku. "If you don't make it in time, you don't get a bad grade." They looked up wide-eyed, along with a woman sitting behind Endeavor. He had just stopped a truck from hitting her and another person. "People don't come home."

Katsuki gritted his teeth again from the lesson. Even if it was winter...that didn't mean he could simply say that he needed more time. Because if not, someone would die.

Izuku ran up to the woman. "Ma'am, are you okay?" He bent down to her.

"I...I think so!"

"Shoto. Bakugo. Callista," Endeavor looked towards the trio. "I'm giving the three of you the same homework assignment today."

"Why am I always getting lumped together with this idiot?" Katsuki snarled a little.

Izuka gave him a nervous laugh. "This is just like supplementary classes all over again, huh?" She scratched her cheek.

"I'm betting it's somehow connected to learning Flashfire, isn't it?" Shoto wondered to his father. Endeavor then flew up into the sky, looking down at the three.

"Store up your power. Condense it, then fire. Or in Callista's case, release it into a way that feels natural to your movements. Be able to release your maximum output in one flash. Or with focused precision." The woman who almost got hit was yelling angrily at the driver. Izuku looked very awkward upon seeing this. "First, keep practicing until you can do one of those things without thinking about it."

"Oh!" Izuku looked towards Katsuki in realization. "Kacchan, like your Armor-Piercing Shot, or like Izuka's Star Gust!"

He flinched and then moved away from the twins. "Why do you know that, you bastard? Stay outta my business!"

Kind of hard to do that when he saw your AP Shot in class the day he used Shoot Style for the first time Izuka looked over her shoulder with a blank look.

"Shoto, you're nearly there. I want you to improve your precision. You're able to control the shape of your ice to a certain extent already," He remembered when he was watching Shoto in supplementary classes appealing to the kids. "Try doing the same with your flames."

Shoto looked at his hand a bit hesitantly since he still had his opinions using his fire...

"Callista, what's holding you back is that you're not visualizing what you want to do with your blooming power. So I want you to improve your flow. You've already proven to do so with your other abilities already. You need to let it come to you instead of rushing it."

"Hmm..." Izuka looked at her hands, knowing that she had been terrified of what happened to Izuku happening to her as well. She was going to have to do some research on Saturn when she had the chance...

I feel so bad Izuku stared at his sister, having an idea of what was going on in her head. Because of me, she doesn't wanna hurt anyone. I don't blame her for being afraid of what she's capable of...

Katsuki was looking at her too, remembering what happened when Izuku unlocked Blackwhip in class.

"Here," Katsuki held out a bun to Izuka, who blinked. All five of them were on the roof together, having buns for a snack. Both he and Izuka were sitting next to each other. "It's a pork meat bun. Take it before I change my mind."

"A pork meat bun?!" Her eyes shined as she took it and had a small bite. She giggled happily at the taste, closing her eyes as she shuffled around a bit. Katsuki stared at the girl, rolling his eyes and looking away with a small smile.

She's been worrying about too many things lately. At least her tastes haven't changed Katsuki thought to himself; she had loved pork for as long as he could remember. So it would've looked bad on his part if he ended up being wrong. Or that she had changed her choices in the time that they had been in UA.

Shoto stared down at the two of them. Was this because of her power that's still within her that he gave her something she loved? Just so she could be happy about something? He may have an attitude, but...he always knows Mido.

"Deku," Endeavor spoke up to the green-haired boy. "Is it fair to say you can max out your power in an instant?"

"Yes," He answered while eating his bun.

"And you're able to do so without thinking..."

"Yes. Or...I can with Full Cowling," Izuku looked up at him, wondering where he was going with this. "Air Force still requires concentration, though."

"Then keep practicing until Air Force is second nature to you," Endeavor turned away from him. "Forget about the new power for now."

"Mm," Izuku was a bit confused at being told to ignore it, when he told Izuka practically the opposite. "But, sir. You mentioned parallel processing."

"People learn using parallel processing every day without realizing it," Endeavor looked at the moving cars on the street. "Your subconscious does the work. Take the man behind the wheel of that car. He wasn't born knowing how to drive. Turning the wheel. Pressing the gas and brake pedals. Noting his surroundings. He learned to do those things individually, and then eventually learned to do them reflexively. First, you need to be able to do two things at once without concentration. When you master that, add something else." Izuka blinked up at him in surprise, as she had done so in the past technically. When she mastered Comet Punch, she was able to add Comet Burst. Izuku realized the same thing. "No matter how strong a power you may have, its foundation is built on a steady accumulation of skills." Izuku let a breath escape him as he looked up. Endeavor's flames appeared on his body. "There are exceptions. But the majority of heroes build their abilities brick by brick. At least, that's the only way I know how to do it." And the only reason he knew that was because...he had seen All Might do the exact same thing since they had debuted roughly around the same time. "Even if you're using some of the same concepts you learned at school, real world experience is completely different. Don't forget what you've picked up in class. But get used to being out here. Cause this is real life."

Izuku clenched a fist tightly. I will. All Might and my sister gave me so much. Not just a Quirk. And UA has exposed me to countless lessons. Getting One for All from the hair, his fight with Muscular, and his fight with Overhaul gave him so much to think about nowadays. As well as All Might's final battle with Izuka. Sometimes I feel like I'm being pulled along at dizzying speeds. But I won't give up!

"What?" Endeavor remarked as he didn't get an answer back. "Don't worry if you're up to it yet." He then turned around to his students. "Whether the four of you fail or succeed...is absolutely no reflection on the work of the number-one hero!"

Katsuki stood up, looking to the sky. Izuka slowly got up as well, her hair flowing to the side.

That's right! I'm chasing my dream Izuku thought as Shoto turned to look up at the clouds as well, all of them on the same page. Increasing my power as quickly as I can. I'll learn everything there is. One thing at a time. I'll go beyond!
