Starts right after Cuddy leaves House apartment:

When Cuddy leaves House apartment he goes to the bathroom and takes the bottle of Vicodin, hes about to take the whole bottle but something inside him doesnt let him. Hes been clean for 2 years now, hes been clean for the whole year he had to sit and watch Cuddy being happy with Lucas… theres no way he gives up now. He takes some deeps breathes squeezing the bottle of pills and breathing deep, then without thinking it much he empties the can into the toilet and flush it.

Then he grabs his phone and calls Dc. Nolan.

NOLAN: House, everything ok? (Surprised to hear from him after 2 years and after he suddenly quit therapy)

HOUSE: I need help! (Breathing deep)

NOLAN: Where are you?

HOUSE: My apartment

NOLAN: Stay there, will be right there!

Nolan arrives what it seems like hours after but its really just half an hour since he was arriving to his home when House called him. Nolan finds House in the floor of the bathroom and goes to where he is.

HOUSE: I want to take them!

NOLAN: But you didnt

HOUSE: I took one

NOLAN: You didnt take the bottle! I can intern you for the weekend until you get more settle

HOUSE: Ok (shaking)

Nolan helps House get up and drives him to Mayfield. He gives House a sedative and puts him to sleep, telling the doctor on call to keep an eye on him. The next day he talks with House about everything that has happened the last 2 years since he quit the treatment.

NOLAN: Well, I can see how all that could have put you back in score 1 (understanding)

HOUSE: Thank you but I are you gonna tell me something I dont know? (angry)

NOLAN: Its normal to have relapses house! Its common on addicts!

HOUSE: Tell that to Cuddy! (angry)

NOLAN: The question is if you want to keep being clean

HOUSE: I do (after some minutes of thinking)

NOLAN: Ok, then you will stay here for a week and then we will see

In the meantime, Wilson was worried when he couldnt find House anywhere and went to see Cuddy (Cuddy-Wilson first scene from the episode). He told her this was all her fault because she knew who he was, told him she didnt want him to change when it was a lie which Cuddy agreed but told Wilson she was wrong about not wanting him to change and needing someone who was there, supporting her without needing to be on drugs to do it.

It was Friday when House checked in and suddenly a week has passed by. Monday arrived and Nolan told House he was free to go to his apartment but to call him if he felt like being back on drugs which House agreed on. Nolan also told House that he will be back to therapy 3 times a week starting that same Wednesday.

House left Mayfield and went to his apartment but he just couldnt be there. He didnt wanted to go to the hospital either not wanting to face Cuddy so he grabbed his laptop and suddenly remembered about Thirteen. He found out about the jail and decided that it will distract him for thinking about the mess his life was right now.

House sent an email to Cuddy saying he needed some days off and then grabbed his phone and went to pick up Thirteen in jail.

THE DIG:

Never really understood Cuddys decision to leave House because of 1 fucking pill of Vicodin when he thought she was gonna die! In "Help Me" episode when she arrives at Houses apartment and sees him with the Vicodin she literally says "its your choice if you want to be back on drugs" without caring much. Addicts relapse! Thats a fact! They are always fighting against it, when something goes wrong, they are more likely to relapse. If you really love someone you support him/her and fight with him/her to stay clean.

Yes, she has a daughter and House wasnt a perfect influence for Rachel but I just think the writers/producers didnt even try to keep Huddy together, they just gave up on them at the first real crisis and I hate that.

I have seen many shows that are dark as hell and where the main character is a mess but somehow during the show finds a way to move on, find hope and change his/her life. I think "House" could have been different, could have ended good, could have taught a lesson…

Same scenes from the original episodes with some temporal changes (takes place 2 weeks before House and Cuddy 1 year anniversary) change in the last line of Thirteen additional last scenes.

HOUSE: Home sweet home. You own me 87 dollars for gas (seeing Thirteen in a moon) Ill kill you! (Watching Thirteen turns to him) When the time comes if you want me to… (shocking her) I can do it know if you like, I have a baseball bat in the back.

Additional last scenes:

Thirteen stands there without moving just trying to face what she just heard. After some minutes she speaks again.

THIRTEEN: What are you gonna do about Cuddy? (Knowing how House feels about her)

HOUSE: There is nothing to do! She dumped me… (looking at the front nowhere specific and with a sad face)

THIRTEEN: And youre just gonna… do nothing? (surprised)

HOUSE: What is there to do?

THIRTEEN: Prove her wrong?! (Like it was obviously)

HOUSE: She wants me to change and I haven't, I dont know how (looking sad)

THIRTEEN: Thats not true! You have changed! You only took one pill, under a justified reason, then you asked for help, something you wouldnt have done before!

HOUSE: I dont know if she can see that

THIRTEEN: Well, you can try to show to her

HOUSE: I dont know if I can stay clean (being honest)

THIRTEEN: I can help you!

House looked at Thirteen shocked

HOUSE: What do you mean? (confused)

THIRTEEN: You just need distraction, not being alone in your apartment overthinking… I can move in with you for some time… until youre back on truck! You stay clean and prove to her what a bitch she has been!

HOUSE: Shes… (looking at Thirteen surprised)

THIRTEEN: Sorry… too soon! (Smiling a little)

HOUSE: Why would you do that? (confused)

THIRTEEN: Thats what friends do House! Help each other!

House went silent for some minutes, he had always like Thirteen. She was smart, rough, funny and he never really got to her which was new to him. He never considered that he had more friends than Wilson but maybe he did.

HOUSE: Thank you (in a whisper that would have been impossible to hear if they werent inside a car completely in silence)

THIRTEEN: Wait here I will grab some things (seeing how House nodded without saying anything)

Thirteen went off the car and into his apartment leaving House overthinking alone in the car. He was still in his mind when she went out her house again with a suitcase with some things, put it in the back of the car and went into the passenger sit again.

THIRTEEN: Ok, ready! (smiling)
